Motion capture system that is used in movies and games today requires large equipments and expensive that it is still not common as a reasonable family game. Therefore, this research project focused on solving these problems mentioned above and move on to develop a new type of approach and by using reasonable family use USB camera and augmented reality to develop a bodily sensation motion capture system which can be used in making a video game. In order to develop this. I used a pair of Marker which can be placed on both hands and one USB camera and the image that was extracted in real time goes through the AR toolkit and abstracted the 3D coordinates of data and developed a motion capture system.

National physical training policy has been growing to expand people`s participation into Sports For All. As of December 2003, participants of Sports For All is about 39.8%. However, once 5 days working system take effect, it will be expected to increase with demand of adventure sports, outside activities and sports watching due to raise health interest. Since sports activity is more active, there is a safety accident increased. Currently, it shows 127% of safety accident for Sports for All. This percentage is said that about 27,600 number of people who might have this kinds of accident among total 2,100,000 members of the National Council of Sport for All. Therefore, we need to have a strategy as like below. First of all, we need to consolidate of safety device strongly. So, it won`t allow to participate any sports competition if person who doesn`t take out an insurance policy from the National Council of Sport for All. Secondly, it has to set up and develop of the public insurance type instead of having demage responsible insurance policy by sponsor. Then, it might have better compensation for safety accident which it occur from sports competition or any other programs. Finally, for the percentage of safety accident, Korea`s number is higher than Japan`s as like 127% to 0.94%. It also need to release the safety book classified by event, so it will be spread and educate people for every competition and operation of sports program, etc.

HDL did not express difference that keep in mind strength, 2. HDL did not express difference that keep in mind according to blood-gathering time. 3. Was expose that HDL is no interatction effect according to strength and blood-gathering time, As a result, in case made energy expenditure in VT, VT+10%, VT-20 equally, HDL did not express difference that keep in mind strength and was expose that change also by blood-gathering time does not keep in mind

The physical environment of korea came to conclusion, without scattering accumulation of long history 80 years, at the base of advanced sports of advanced sports as following in order to make its frame which fixation and management of sports club. 1) Laws f the national sport promotion must be amended to use the unified title of various projects. 2) Fixations of "sports club" need to reform of administration for using existing facilities efficiently. 3) Methods of not only induce joining sports club, but also induce people where the place of sport For el[ need to reform of system as like "tax cut" 4) As demand of sport For a[[ increase, occurrence Frequency of safety accident also become increase, So "sports safety insurance" have to activate by mutual-aid-center of the national sport for all. 5) Teenagers ratio who participating formation of sports club, new member of collective joining each event, unit activity have to enlarge over twenty percents. 6) KOC, which carrying out Function attars of IOC, is separated as a independence corporation and the national council of sport for all & the korea sports council must be equipped with advanced system through "unity". 7) Political supports from the korea broadcasting advertising corporation by authorities, 3-broadcasting station participation of the campaign sport For all and expansion of budget related of sport for all. 8) It is demanded for creation "the ministry of athletics" to make peaceful settlement about main projects of athletics.

The purpose of this study were to investigate the present state and problems of MTB in Korea through to analysis the state and policy support plan of the sports in advanced nations. Then using the literature investigation. in-depth interview, survey, and specialist meeting methods as data collection and analysis. The MTB have several problem as an aspect of the law and system in Korea. On the basis of the analysis, we find out some policy plan for the activation of MTB. In common, MTB as leisure sports should be make new law for inclusive controling. And also, unification of administrative organ, organization of related group, improve of training system, preparation of safety regulation about facility and equipment, and support of club activity.
