The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of flexor & extensor strengthening exercise on physical function factors and soccer players with chronic instability. Following approval by the boardman, 20 chronic instability were divided into two groups; both groups were self exercise program(rehabilitation exercise). The exercise groups were performed the ankle flexor or extensor exercise and motor function training for 4 weeks. The experimental data analyzed by statistical method two-way repeated measures ANOVA and all statistical test in this study were conducted at the .05 level of significance. As the above results, the rehabilitation exercise program for chronic instability patients are very effective on increasing strength and balance and decreasing pain. therefore, it will be necessary to find out better exercise programs for chronic instability patients to achieve improvement of strength, balance and motor function, relief of pain with individually as well as to have continuous education conformation so that it becomes part of their lives.

혐기처리 녹차를 알루미늄 포장에 보관하여 상온, 4℃, -10℃에 저장 시 품질관련 화학성분인 총질소, 총아미노산, 탄닌, 카페인, 엽록소, 비타민 C 및 지방산은 저장기간이 길어질수록 함량이 감소되었다. 각 성분의 함량 감소폭은 -10℃ 저장이 상온, 4℃에 비해 적었으며, 함량 감소는 상온에 비해 8개월, 4℃에 비해서는 4개월 정도 지연되었다. 저장 시 녹색을 나타내는 ‘a’값이 감소할수록 품질이 저하되는데, 혐기처리 녹차의 표면 녹색을 나타내는 ‘a’값은 12개월 저장시 상온 > 4℃ > -10℃ 순으로 저장온도가 높을수록 녹색이 감소됨을 알 수 있었다. 형상, 향, 맛 등으로 평가하는 관능평가는 100점 만점에 점수가 낮을수록 품질이 저하되며, 저장온도에 따라 혐기처리 녹차의 품질이 상이하였는데 -10℃ 12개월 저장 시 80점, 4℃ 8개월 81.1점, 상온 4개월 80.4점으로 저장온도가 낮을수록 품질이 양호하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 내용을 종합한 결과, -10℃를 혐기처리 녹차의 가장 효과적인 저장온도로 제시하고자 한다. Anaerobic treated green teas were sealed with aluminum pack and stored for 12 months at three different temperatures such as 25, 4, or -10℃. Anaerobic green teas were evaluated with respect to physiochemical properties and physiological functions. The longer anaerobic green teas were stored, their total nitrogen, tannins, or chlorophyll contents were reduced. Especially, the lower storage temperature of green tea resulted in less loss of physiochemical contents in green tea. Since green teas stored at -10℃ exhibited less loss of physiochemical contents, compared to green teas stored at 25 or 4℃. The qualities of green teas stored at -10℃ for 12 months were similar with those of teas stored at 4℃ for 8 months or stored at 25℃ for 4 months. Since ‘a’ value (green color) of green tea was considered as an important criteria to evaluate the tea quality. Anaerobic teas stored for 12 months were monitored their ‘a’ color values with -12.40 (fresh one), -10.54 (-10℃), -9.77 (4℃), and -9.06 (25℃). Sensory evaluation results showed that anaerobic teas at -10℃ were more favored than those at or 4 or 25℃. In conclusion, optimum storage temperature for anaerobic green teas should be -10℃.
학령전기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육태도 유형: Q방법론적 연구

아버지의 양육태도는 자녀의 성역할 학습 및 인지능력, 사회성 발달과 관련이 있고, 어머니의 양육스트레스를 완화시키는 등 부부관계의 향상에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 Q방법론을 적용하여 학령전기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육태도에 대한 인식유형과 그 유형의 특성을 파악함으로써 아버지의 양육태도 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발이나 정책결정의 근거자료를 마련하기 위함이다. 학령전기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육태도에 대한 32개의 Q진술문을 34명의 대상자에게 적용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 이를 QUANL PC 프로그램을 이용하여 처리하였다. 연구 결과 학령전기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육태도는 3개의 유형 `관용적 수용형`, `수용적 표출형`, `감정적 수용형`으로 나타났다. 연구대상자들은 공통적으로 자신의 자녀에 대해 수용적이며, 자녀양육에 있어 타인을 의식하지 않고, 자녀의 친구관계 형성에 관심을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학령전기 자녀를 둔 아버지들은 자녀 양육의 책임이 자신에게 있다고 생각하며 좋은 아버지 역할을 하는 것을 공통적인 목표로 생각하고 있었다. 이러한 특성을 고려하여 학령전기 자녀를 둔 아버지를 이해할 필요가 있다. It is expected that fathers` active rearing involvement and attitude could be linked to children`s exciting experience and lower mothers` rearing stress. The purpose of this study is to provide basic information about rearing attitude that promote positive development among preschoolers. Q-methodology was used to identify the subjective cognition types and characteristics of rearing attitudes of fathers with preschool children. the data were collected by applying 32 Q statements to 34 subjects. The data were examined by the QUANL PC program. The child-rearing attitudes of fathers with preschool children were classified into `Generous and receptive`, `Receptive and projective`, `Emotional and receptive`. The commonality among the three types were reluctant to express their child`s disadvantages to others and dislike visiting by children`s friends. In sum, such a case of fathers with preschool children, they thought that they have responsibility for their child`s development as parent, and want to be a good father as his role. Therefore, fathers should be understood and coordinated with the consideration of these characteristics.

Organic or conventional green teas were compared regarding their flavoring chemical compositions. Total nitrogen, total amino acid, chlorophyll, and vitamin C contents were higher inthe organic teas compared to the conventional teas. Organic green tea contained similar amounts of tannin and caffeine at 13.7% and 2.97%, respectively, than conventional green tea at 13.2% and 2.94%. For functional characterization, EDA (electron donating activity) and total phenolic content were slightly higher in organic green tea at 96.9% and 11.2%, respectively, than conventional green tea at 85.1% and 10.5%. Mineral contents of the two kinds of green teas were compared. Both the organic and conventional teas had similar amounts of K, Ca, Mg, Cr, Fe, and Cu contents. However, organic teas had higher B and Al contents while conventional teas had more Mn and Zn. Organic teas contained more aspatic acid, theanine, glutamic acid, phenylalanine, and arginine compared to the conventional teas. There was no difference between the two teas regarding valine, GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid), ysine, and histidine contents. Among catechins, EC and EGCg contents were higher in organic tea compared to conventional tea. In the results of the sensory evaluation, organic tea received a higher score with 82.7 points than the conventional tea with 79.9 points on a hedonic scale grading system, with worst 1 and best 9.
