        휴대형 유헬스케어 의료기기 평가방법

        정보기술과 의료기기의 융합에 의해 혈당을 집에서 측정하거나 운동 시에 심박수를 측정하는 것과 같이 건강관련 정보를 언제 어디서나 측정할 수 있게 되었고, 이에 따라 의료를 장소에 구애받지 않고 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 최근에 유헬스케어 의료기기 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 있으나 이러한 기기의 안전성과 유효성을 평가하는 가이드라인이 아직 마련되지 않은 실정이다. 이를 위해 식약청, ISO/IEEE, CE 등 국내외의 유헬스케어 관련 규정을 조사하고, 이 중 유헬스케어 의료기기에 관련된 안정성 및 성능 평가에 대한 시험 방법과 항목을 제안하였다. 유헬스케어 의료기기의 가장 큰 특성인 무선 데이터 통신에 있어 데이터 무결성과 기기 사용환경이 다양하기 때문에 환경 요인이 기기에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 이를 바탕으로 휴대형 유헬스케어 의료기기의 평가 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 제안하는 지침을 기반으로 휴대형 유헬스케어 기기를 개발한다면 사용자들에게 보다 안전성과 신뢰도 높은 기기를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Convergence of information technology (IT) and medical devices enables people to measure health-related information ubiquitously, such as measuring blood glucose at home and checking cardiac signals during exercise and it allows us to access to medical care anywhere and anytime. Nowadays, the market for U-healthcare medical devices is growing rapidly, but guidelines for the evaluation of safety and effectiveness of such devices remain to be formulated. We performed a study on the development of safety and performance evaluation method for portable, hand-held, U-healthcare medical devices. We reviewed current guidelines and standards for home-health devices from the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) and related international committees such as the ISO/IEEE and CE. We summarized the test methods and items for the evaluation of safety and performance related to U-healthcare medical devices from the above guidelines and standards. We defined requirements for a U-healthcare medical device to demonstrate good performance. In conclusion, we propose an evaluation method for U-healthcare medical devices, which will help improve the safety and reliability of these devices.

        현대자동차의 단계별 경쟁력 향상과 국제화 전략 -글로벌 시장을 향한 끝없는 도전과 성장-

        This paper provides a longitudinal analysis of internationalization strategies of Hyundai Motor Company in relation with the competitiveness improvement not only from home country`s industry level but also firm`s competitive advantage level. The characteristics of Hyundai`s internationalization experiences can be summarized as 1) maintaining global market focusing attitude, 2) speedy decision making of export and FDI(foreign direct investment) toward overseas markets, and 3) never-ending challenge to overcome trials and error. The case study of Hyundai does not support the incremental expansion of foreign markets asserted by Johanson and Vahlne, but demonstrates that the home country environment such as cheap labour cost was the most important in the early stage of internationalization. However, as the company accumulated international experience, it relied more upon its internal competitive advantages. Locational factors related to the host country environment also affected Hyundai`s internationalization strategies but their relative importance declined over time.

        The Bridge Safety Department of Seoul Metropolitan Government has regularly conducted precise inspection and precision safety inspection to maintain the bridge's function and safety. During a precise safety inspection in 2015, oil leakage progression was found on the cable anchorage system within the stiffened girder of Nilsen Arch bridge and as a follow-up measure, the cable replacement for the cable ACD11 was carried out in order to identify the relevant cause of the oil leakage and evaluate the integrity of the existing cable. The mechanical properties and fatigue performance tests of the cable strands of bridge inservice for about 20 years and comprehensive analysis of oil leakage were carried out. They were described hereby.

        국내 딸기 시들음병균 Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. fragariae의 유전적 다양성, 병원성과 살균제 반응

        Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. fragariae (Fof) 에 의한 딸기 시들 음병은 국내 딸기재배에서 가장 중요한 병해 중 하나이다. 국내 발생하는 Fof의 특성을 분석하고자 시들음병균의 유전적 다양 성, 병원성과 살균제 반응을 조사하였다. 분리균은 Fo080701 를 제외한 모든 균주에서 Fof 특이적 primer에 증폭되었다. 분 리균의 nuclear ribosomal intergenic spacer region과 EF-1 α sequences 분석 결과 3개의 lineage를 형성하였다. 대부분 의 분리균은 lineage 1에 속하였으며 lineage 3에 3개 균주와 lineage 2에 1개 균주가 포함되었다. 분리된 모든 균주는 설향 품종에 병원성을 보였다. Prochloraz는 DNA lineage 2에 속하 는 Fo080701균주를 제외하곤 시들음병균의 EC50값이 0.02–0.1 μg/ml로 낮은 농도에서 효과적으로 균사 생장을 억제하였다. Metconazole의 EC50값도 0.04–0.22 μg/ml로 prochloraz와 비슷한 억제 효과를 보였다. Pyraclostrobin의 EC50값은 0.23– 168.01 μg/ml로 균주에 따라 차이가 컸다. 딸기 재배포장에서 boscalid+fludioxonil, fluxapyroxad+pyraclostrobin, prochloraz manganese이 딸기 시들음병 방제에 효과적이었다. Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. fragariae (Fof) is the most important diseases of a straw- berry field in Korea. We surveyed phylogenetic analysis, pathogenicity test, and fungicide response about Fof isolates isolated from Korea. Twenty-seven isolates of F. oxysporum isolated from strawberry plants were conducted in this study. Specific amplification by Fof specific primer was confirmed in all 26 isolates except Fo080701 isolate. The nuclear ribosomal intergenic spacer region and the translation elongation factor EF- lα gene sequences of isolates revealed three main lineages. Most of all isolates were contained DNA lineage group 1, but 2 and 3 group was shown only one and three isolates, respectively. All isolates were shown in pathogenicity with cv. Seolhyang. The EC50 mean values of prochloraz ranged 0.02–0.1 μg/ml except for Fo080701 and effectively inhibited mycelial growth at low concentrations. The EC50 value of metconazole was also 0.04–0.22 μg/ml, showing a similar inhibitory effect to that of prochloraz. The EC50 value of pyraclostrobin was 0.23–168.01 μg/ml, which was different according to the strain. In the field trial, boscalid+fludioxonil, fluxapyroxad+pyraclostrobin, and prochloraz manganese were selected as the effective fungicides for con- trolling Fusarium wilt.

        This study was an analyses of blood supply of the liver in 125 patients who received hepatic arteriography and abdominal aortography from Jan. 1984 at the Dept. of Radiologyof Hanyang Univ. Hosptial. A. Variations in extraheptic artery pattern occured in 106 of 125 cases.; Right hepatic and left hepatic arteries arising from the hepatic artery proper and heaptic artery proper arising from the common hepatic artery. 2. The most common type of variation of extrahepatic artery was replaced right hepatic artery from superior mesenteric artery : 6 of 125 cases. B. Variatonsin intrahepatic arteries 1. The normal intrahepatic artery pattern occurred in 83 of 125 cases.: Right hepatic and left hepatc arteries arising from the hepatic artery proper and middle hepatic artery aising from lower portion of the umbilical point of left hepatic artery. 2. The most common variation of intrahepatic arteries was middle hepatic artery. 3. Among the variation of middle hepatic artery; Right, middl and left hepatic arteries arising from the same location at the hepatic artery proper was the mostcommon type; 17 of 125 cases.

        LED와 CMOS 이미지 센서 기반 간 기능 분석용 소형 광학장치

        This paper presents a portable and compact optical device which can conveniently be used to perform a functional analysis of human liver function. The proposed system employed red/green LEDs, as a light source, and CMOS image sensor, which is commonly used in cellular phones. With this system, several blood serum samples have been evaluated for liver functional analysis by measuring light absorption level through the blood serum samples depending on aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and total bilirubin concentration. The light absorption through the blood serum samples containing AST, ALT, or total bilirubin can provide their concentrations. The green light absorption is more sensitive to the concentration of AST or ALT, and the red light absorption is more sensitive to the total bilirubuin concentration. Additional calibration steps were performed by using a MATLAB program in order to eliminate the light scattering effects from the extraneous particles existing in each blood serum sample. From the blind test, three standard light intensity curves through each enzyme have been obtained and the enzyme concentration values have been compared to those obtained from a commercially available biochemistry analyzer (Toshiba 200 FR). The average percent difference in the obtained concentrations from two systems for AST, ALT, and total bilirubin concentration came out to be 7.79%, 7.98%. and 7.56%, respectively, with the adjusted coefficient of determination (R2) higher than 0.98. This system can possibly lead to a low-cost and simple system that can be used as a point-of-care (POC) system in a condition without advanced equipments.

        관개수에 첨가되는 산 종류가 영양생장 중인 ‘설향’ 딸기의 중탄산 피해 경감에 미치는 영향

        고농도 중탄산 피해경감을 위한 관개수의 산 혼합이 ‘설향’ 딸기의 영양생장에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위한 목적으로 본 연구를 수행하였다, 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 중탄산(HCO₃-)농도가 240mg·L<SUP>-1</SUP> 또는 90mg·L<SUP>-1</SUP>인 Hoagland 용액을 조제하여 –대조구와 +대조구로 삼고, –대조구에 질산, 인산, 황산, 질산+인산, 및 살리실산을 혼합하여 중탄산 농도를 60mg·L<SUP>-1</SUP>으로 낮춘 처리용액을 만들었다. 이후 3엽기인 ‘설향’ 딸기를 정식하여 모주로 삼고 126일 동안 처리하면서 모주 생육과 자묘의 발생 및 생장에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 모주의 생체중은 –대조구가 관개수에 산을 혼합한 모든 처리나 +대조구 보다 가벼웠다. –대조구에서 모주당 발생한 자묘수는 13.0개였지만, 질산, 인산, 황산, 질산+인산 및 살리실산 처리구는 각각 19.4, 20.1, 18.6, 22.4, 및 18.9 개체였다. 산을 처리한 경우 –대조구에 비해 발생한 자묘수가 뚜렷하게 많았으며, 특히 질산+인산 처리가 다른 처리들 보다 유의하게 자묘수가 많았다. –대조구와 살리실산 처리구에서 처리 126일 후 근권부의 pH가 각각 8.2와 7.3으로 상승하였지만, 질산, 인산, 황산 및 질산+인산 처리구는 각각 5.5, 5.4, 5.3 및 5.5로 측정되었다. 수확 후 식물체내 Ca 및 Mg 함량은 +대조구, 질산, 인산, 황산, 질산+인산, 살리실산 처리구에서 유사하였지만, –대조구에서 가장 적게 분석되었다. 식물체내 Fe, Mn, Zn, 및 Cu의 함량은 산을 혼합한 처리구에서 비슷했고, –대조구에서는 가장 적었다. 이상의 결과는 관개수에 고농도의 중탄산이 존재하여 피해가 발생할 때 다양한 산을 처리하여 피해를 경감시킬 수 있으며 특히 질산+인산 처리가 영양번식 중인 ‘설향’ 딸기생장 및 자묘 발생에 효과적임을 나타낸다. This research was conducted to investigate the influence of different kinds of acids added to irrigation water containing high levels of bicarbonate on the growth and daughter plant production during the propagation of ‘Seolhyang’ strawberry. Fertigation solution was prepared with equal concentrations of essential nutrients as found in Hoagland solution, plus 240 mg·L<SUP>-1</SUP> HCO₃<SUP>-</SUP>. The concentrations of HCO₃<SUP>-</SUP> in the treatment solution were decreased to 60 mg·L<SUP>-1</SUP> by the addition of HNO₃, H₃PO₄, H₂SO₄, HNO₃ + H₃PO₄, or salicylic acid. The mother plants transplanted to raised beds were treated with a specific treatment solution for 126 days and growth and daughter plant productions were monitored. The fresh weight of mother plants in the -control treatment (240 mg·L<SUP>-1</SUP> HCO₃<SUP>-</SUP>) was significantly lower than those in acid containing treatments. The number of daughter plants produced per mother plant was 13 in the -control treatment, but 19.4, 20.1, 18.6, 22.4, and 18.9 in the treatments of HNO₃, H₃PO₄, H₂SO₄, HNO₃ + H₃PO₄ and salicylic acid, respectively. The substrate pHs after 126 days of treatment were 8.2 and 7.3 in the -control and salicylic acid treatments, respectively, but 5.5, 5.4, 5.3, and 5.5 in the treatments of HNO₃, H₃PO₄, H₂SO₄, and HNO₃ + H₃PO₄ treatments, respectively. The tissue Ca and Mg contents of mother plants were significantly higher in +control (90 mg·L<SUP>-1</SUP> HCO₃<SUP>-</SUP>) and various acid blending treatments compared to the –control treatment. By contrast, Ca and Mg contents were not significantly different among treatments with acids. The Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu contents in plant tissue of –control were also significantly lower than those in all other treatments.
