인공지능 기술은 최근 컴퓨팅 기술의 발달과 함께 급성장하고 있는 기술로, 차세대 핵심기술로 꼽히고 있다. 챗봇은 미리 정해놓은 규칙에 따라 사용자 입력에 대해 응답할 수 있도록 만들어진 시스템으로, 상담, 주문 등 단순 반복 업무를 비롯해 사용자 대화 패턴 분석을 통한 서비스 제공까지 점차 그 범위가 확대되며 생활 밀착형 서비스로 자리 잡을 전망이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 인공지능 기술을 활용한 셀럽봇 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 셀럽봇이란, 셀러브리티(Celebrity)의 약자 셀럽(Celeb)과 챗봇(Chatbot)의 합성어로 셀러브리티와 대화할 수 있는 챗봇 서비스를 말한다. 셀럽은 ‘애착 관계’를 형성할 수 있는 가장 좋은 대상이며, 누구나 접근하기 쉽다는 장점이 있다. 이와 함께 인공지능 기술은 ‘제품’ 이지만 ‘제품’이 아닌 사람처럼 여기게 할수 있는 기술이다. 이를 미루어 볼 때 ‘셀럽’이라는 특성과 인공지능 기술 기반의 챗봇이 결합하였을 때 가장 큰 시너지를 발생시킬 수 있을 것으로 보며 이를 활용한 다양한 파생상품이 발생할 것으로 보며 이에 따라 셀럽봇 모델을 제시한다. Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly growing technology with the latest developments in computing technology and is considered as one of the next major technologies. Chat-Bot is a system that is designed to respond to user s input according to the rules that are set up in advance and it provides more services through simple and repetitive tasks such as counseling, ordering and others. Accordingly, the study aims to present a model of a celeb-bot using Artificial Intelligence. Celeb-Bot is a combination of Celeb, which are short for Celebrity and Chat-bot. Celeb-Bot provides a Chat-Bot service that allows people to talk to a celebrity. The celeb is the best thing to build a relationship and has the advantages of being accessible to anyone. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence is a technology that can be seen as a person, not a product. Based on this, we believe that Celeb s Characteristic and Chat-bot based on artificial intelligence technologies need to be combined, so variety of products can generate synergy. It is predicted that there will be variety of derivatives that utilize this technology, and it is going to present a celeb-bot model accordingly.

Artificial Intelligence is one of the technologies that are being discussed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, attracting the attention from companies around the world and this technology is being applied to various industries such as education, finance, automobile, etc. AI integrated ChatBot is a system designed to respond to user questions according to defined response rules. This system is gradually expanded from simple inquiry responses for intelligent virtual assistant service, weather, traffic, schedule, etc. to service provisions through user pattern analysis, to solidify its position as a life-style service. As a result, research on AI integrated ChatBot platform has become necessary. Therefore, this study suggests the design and implementation of an intelligent chatbot service platform for small businesses. 인공지능은 4차 산업혁명에서 화두 되고 있는 기술 중 하나이며, 세계 각국의 기업들이 주목하고 있는 기술로 교육, 금융, 자동차 등 다양한 산업 분야에 적용해 나가고 있다. 챗봇은 정해진 응답규칙에 따라 사용자 질문에 응답할 수 있도록 만들어진 시스템으로, 지능형 가상 도우미 서비스, 날씨, 교통, 일정 등에 대한 간단한 질의응답부터 사용자의 패턴 분석을 통한 서비스 제공까지 점차 그 활용 범위가 확대되며 생활 밀착형 서비스로 입지를 굳혀갈 전망이다. 이에 인공지능 챗봇에 대한 연구는 반드시 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소상인들을 위한 인공지능 챗봇 서비스 플랫폼 설계 및 구현에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.
