우리나라는 1999년에 공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률을 제정하여 기록의 생산과 등록을 의무화 하였다. 이후 2006년 법령의 개정을 통하여 "공공기관의 기록물관리에 관한 법률"이 "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률"로 전부 개정되어 기능 및 역할에 대한 내용 또한 많은 것이 바뀌었다. 이 법에 따르면 지방기록물관리기관 의무 설치대상 기관은 17개의 광역자치단체이지만 2018년 현재 서울특별시와 경상남도를 제외하고는 지방기록물관리기관의 설립을 추진하고 있는 곳은 없다. 이에 대구광역시를 대상으로 이관 의무기관 14곳의 보존기간 30년 이상 기록물과 기록관의 기록관리 현황을 분석함으로써 대구광역시 지방기록물관리기관의 설립 방안을 제안하고자 한다. In the 1990s, the Korean government enacted the Act on the Management of Records in Public Institutions to produce and register records. Since then, through the revision of the act in 2006, it was wholly amended into the "Public Records Management Act," which presented significant changes with regard to the functions and roles from the former act. According to the new act, there are 17 metropolitan governments subject to the legal obligation of a local archive installation, but most of them are not planning for the establishment of local archives except Seoul and Gyeongsangnam-do in 2018. Therefore, this study surveyed 12 among the 14 record centers, which are the institutes that Daegu local archive will have managed, The current status of records management was analyzed, and records more than 30 years in the institutes were investigated.

The age and growth of the Marbled sole, Pleuronectes yokohamae were investigated using left sagittal otoliths of 832 individuals collected in the mid-southern waters of Korea from January 2006 to April 2007. The seasonal changes in the ratio of an translucent zone to interval between annular rings revealed that the boundaries between translucent and opaque parts of the otolith were annual growth rings formed between May and June once a year. The spawning period was November to March and therefore the duration from fertilization to the complete formation of the annual growth ring became fifteen months. The parameters of von Bertalanffy growth equations estimated using the average standard length at each age are the L∞ of 48.04cm, K of 0.1406/year and t0 of -0.5116 for female and 26.14cm, 0.3056/year and -0.8202 for male, respectively. Finally, it is suggested that the growth of female is faster than that of male from age-2.

본 연구는 2008년에서 2009년 동안 속초, 월성, 거제도, 여수, 거문도, 서남해역에서 채집된 대구어미를 대상으로 유전적 집단구조를 조사했다. 시험에 사용된 28 마리 중에서 8 종류의 haplotype이 발견되었다. 상호 유전자 비교시 0.2-2.2% 범위에서 유전자 변이율을 볼 수 있었다. Ga1 haplotype은 월성, 거제도, 여수, 거문도, 서남해역에서 모두 발견된 haplotype으로 우리나라 대구의 가장 대표적인 haplotype인 것으로 추측된다. 그러나 Ga2, Ga3, Ga6, Ga7 haplotype은 속초에서만 나타났다. 또한 유전자 상호관계 분석에서도 속초에서 나타난 haplotype은 독립적인 개체군을 형성하고 있으면 다른 haplotype과의 유연 성립율은 50% 이하로 나타났다. 속초를 제외한 나머지 지역의 지역적 유전거리는 -0.0123에서 -0.0423이면 유전적 이동률은 거의 무한대로 보여 동일한 집단을 형성하고 있는 것으로 보였다. 그러나 속초와는 현저한 유전적 거리를 나타내고 있고, 속초의 유전적 다양성이 가장 낮게 나타나서 속초의 대구 개체군은 소형임과 아울러 다른 지역관의 유전적 이동이 거의 차단된 것으로 보인다. 따라서 우리나라에서 어획되는 대구 계군은 속초를 제외하고 활발한 유전적 이동으로 동일한 유전적 집단을 형성하고 있는 것으로 보인다. To assess population structure and genetic diversity among the Pacific cod (Gadus macrocephalus), we investigated mtDNA COI gene sequences of 7 populations. Samples were obtained from Sokcho, Wolsung, Geojedo, Yeosu, Geomundo and Westsouth in 2008 and 2009 (n=28). The sequence analysis of 28 individual samples showed 8 haplotypes, ranging in sequence divergence by pairwise comparisons from 0.2 to 2.2% (1 bp 11 bp). The Ga1 haplotype was found in Wolsung, Geojedo, Yeosu, Geomundo and Westsouth, and was regarded as the main haplotype of Korean Pacific cod. Ga2, Ga3, Ga6 and Ga7 haplotypes were found only in Sokcho. In the PHYLIP analysis, 8 haplotypes formed two independent groups: cladeA consisted of Ga2, Ga3, Ga6 and Ga7 haplotypes, whereas cladeB contained Ga1, Ga4, Ga5 and Ga8 haplotypes. The genetic relationship between the two groups was weakly supported by bootstrap analysis (<50%). In pairwise comparisons between 6 populations other than that from Sokcho, a very high per generation migration ratio (Nm=infinite) and a very low level of geographic distance (FST=-0.0123-(-0.0423)) were observed. The estimates of genetic distance between Sokcho and the other localities were all statistically significant (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001), indicating a limited mtDNA-based gene flow between Sokcho and other regions. The finding of the lowest genetic diversity in the Sokcho population (nucleotide diversity=0.00589) may be a result of relatively small population size and interrupted gene flow to other localities. Consequently, the overall considerable migration of Pacific cod population in Korea caused a genetically homogeneous structure to form, although a distinct population was found in this study.
각망을 이용한 금오열도 주변해역 전갱이의 연안가입특성 연구

Species composition of fishes and the recruitment properties of jack mackerel, Trachurus japonicus, in the waters around the Geumo Islands in the mid-South Sea were investigated by using both sides fyke nets every month from February to December 2010. During study period, a total of 30,503 fishes (1,380.4 kg) were collected and classified into 2 classes, 16 orders, 61 families and 121 species. The dominant species was jack mackerel occupying 80.5% of total individuals and 44.4% of total biomass. The fork length range of jack mackerel was 5.5-26.8 cm and individuals about 6 cm was appeared only in the middle and southern area of the Geumo Islands in May. The new recruitment of jack mackerel appeared from May in the waters around the Geumo Islands is probably caused by the warm water intrusion associated with the development of stratification due to the extinction of seasonal coastal cold waters by the increase of solar radiation heat. Furthermore, the jack mackerels less than 6 cm recruiting in the mid-South Sea in spring were considered as mixed ones by individuals spawned in the East China Sea and in the waters around the Jeju Island considering the collected time, migration period and spawning time of them.

In the application of the ecosystem-based fisheries assessment Jeonnam marine ranching ecosystem, two fisheries, funnel fishery and trap fishery, were selected as target fisheries. Black seabream, Acanthopagru schlegelii, rock bream, Sebastes inermis, gray mullet, Mugil cephalus, were selected as target species for the funnel fishery, and conger eel, Conger myriaster, was target species for the trap fishery. For assessing indicators of four management objectives, that is the maintenance of sustainability, biodiversity, habitat quality and socio-economic benefits, indicators were selected considering the availability of data, which were 5 indicators for sustainability, 3 indicators for biodiversity, 4 indicators for habitat, 2 indicators for socio-economic benefit. The objective risk index for sustainability and biodiversity of two fisheries were estimated at yellow zone, medium risk level. The objective risk index for habitat and socio-economic benefit were estimated at green zone, safe level. The species risk indces (SRI) were estimated at yellow zone. The fishery risk indices (FRI) were estimated at 1.143 and 1.400 for funnel net fishery and trap fishery, respectively. Finally the ecosystem risk index estimated at 1.184
