Object : This study investigates Jaeumganghwa-tang(JGT) has been used for the purpose of prevention and treatment of allergic inflammatory diseases. This study was to investigate the biological effects of JGT. Methods : Cytotoxcicity and inflammatory cytokines secretion with human mast cells(HMC-1) were examined. HMC-1 cells were stimulated with phorbol l2-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) and calcium ionophore A23l87. JGT by itself had no effect on cytotoxicity of HMC-1. The effects of JGT on the secretion of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-${\alpha}$) and interleukin(IL)-6 from HMC-1 were evaluated with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Result : It was found that JGT inhibited PMA plus A23187-induced TNF-${\alpha}$ and IL-6 secretion. JGT also inhibited the $NF-{\kappa}$B(p50) expression. Conclusion : These results suggest that JGT inhibits the secretion of inflammatory cytokines in HMC-1 cells through blockade of $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation. Taken together, these effects support a role for JGT as a therapeutic agent in treatment of allergic inflammatory diseases such as asthma.

Tremor is a rhythmic and involuntary muscular contraction characterized by oscillations of a part of the body. Tremor is a symptom of many disorders, including Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, orthostatic tremor, cerebellar disease, peripheral neuropathy and alcohol withdrawal. The appropriate treatment of tremor depends on accurate diagnosis of it's cause. Some tremors respond to treatment of underlying conditions. Senile tremor and Parkinson's tremor are more common in aged people. Yanghyulgupung-tang is effective herbal medication in blood deficiency-type senile tremor. Four cases of senile tremor and Parkinson's tremor are reported. All four patient were treated with Yanghyulgupungtang-gamibang and improvement was seen in all four.

각형강관 트러스의 K형 접합부에 관한 연구 ( I )

The purpose of this paper is to investigate experimentally and theoretically the strength and deformation of K-joints in welded Warren-type square hollow structural section truss. There are 2 types in K-joints in K-joints having one compression bracing member and one tension bracing member. One type is KP-series that brae members are rotated to $45^{\circ}$, another type is KS-series that are not rotated. Principal parameters are the ratio of the chord width to thickness (D/T=33.3, 25, 16.7), the ratio of brace width to chord width(d/D=0.4, 0.5, 0.67, 0.83, 1.0) and the ratio of eccenticity to chord height (e/D=0.25, 0.125, 0, -0.125, -0.25, -0.375, -0.5). The important results obtained from the experiments are as follow ; The strength of K-joints increase proportionally as the D/T ratio decreases, and the d/D ratio increases. But the e/D ratio has no correlation with the strength of K-joints. Generally the strength and ductility ratio of KP-series increase more than a current type(KS-series) in full ${\beta}$range.

뇌물죄에 관한 처벌법규의 혼란과 뇌물개념의 불명확성 때문에, 실무상 뇌물사건 특히 수뢰사건이 발생하면 ‘당해 사안이 뇌물죄의 여러 유형 중 어느 구성요건에 해당하는가’ 하는 문제에서부터 시작하여, 과연 ‘공무원 등이 유형, 무형의 이익을 수수ㆍ요구 또는 약속하였는지’, ‘수수ㆍ요구 또는 약속 당시 대가관계에 대한 인식이나 영득의 의사가 있었는지’, ‘그와 같이 수수ㆍ요구 또는 약속한 이익이 법률상 뇌물에 해당하는지(특히 직무관련성이나 대가관계를 인정할 수 있는지)’를 둘러싸고 치열한 법정 공방이 오가게 되고, 그와 같은 공방이 오갈수록 사건은 점점 미궁에 빠져 판결의 결론을 쉽사리 내리기 어려워지는 경우가 많다. 뇌물범죄를 둘러싼 많은 논의 중 공무원 등이 유형ㆍ무형의 이익을 수수ㆍ요구 또는 약속한 사실이 있는지, 수수ㆍ요구 또는 약속 당시 대가관계에 대한 인식이나 영득의 의사가 있었는지를 가리는 것 등은 구체적 사실 인정의 문제로서 개별 사안을 떠나서는 논하기가 곤란하므로, 이 글에서는 판례를 중심으로 공무원 등이 수수ㆍ요구 또는 약속한 유형ㆍ무형의 이익이 법률상 뇌물, 즉 직무행위에 대한 위법ㆍ부당한 보수로서의 이익에 해당하는지 여부를 판단하는 데 필요한 기준을 제시하고, 재판실무상 그와 같은 기준을 구체적인 사건에 적용하여 뇌물죄의 성부를 판단함에 있어 보다 효율적이고 체계적이라 생각되는 심리방법을 살펴보고자 한다. There are a lot of discussions over the bribery crimes. And as one of the discussions, it is the problem of confirming the fact to reveal that public officials received tangible or intangible benefits or required those or promised those, and that they were aware of compensational relations between the benefits and the duty of themselves at the time of receiving, or requiring those, or promising those, and that they had in mind that obtained the benefits. For this reason, it is not easy to explain those problems with separating from the actual cases. Therefore, in this article, by the review of precedent cases, I will present standards to determine whether the benefits public officials received, required and promised are bribes(the unfair benefits of compensation for the public officials' duty) or not in terms of legal aspect. Thereafter, I will find out more efficient trial ways in applying the standards to the actual cases to determine the establishment of the bribery crimes.

원자현미경(AFM)에서 마찰력 측정을 위한 새로운 보정 기술 연구

A new calibration method for exact measurement of friction force in atomic force microscope (AFM) is presented. A new conversion factor involves a contact factor affected by tip, cantilever and contact stiffness. Especially the effect of contact stiffness on the conversion factor between lateral force and lateral signal is considered. Conventional conversion factor and a new modified conversion factor were experimentally compared. Results showed that a new calibration method could minimize the effect of normal load on friction force and improve the conventional method. A new method could be applied to the specimens with different physical properties.

실시간 분석 대시보드의 데이터 시각화와 디자인 연구 - '스마트시티 데이터 실시간 분석 대시보드' 화면 구현을 중심으로 -

데이터는 4차 산업시대의 핵심연료이자 원유이다. 데이터의 가치와 잠재력은 아직 다 측정되지 않았으며 여전히 확장되고 증가하고 있다. 데이터 시각화는 시각화를 통해 데이터를 효과적으로 이해하고 데이터간의 관계를 직관적으로 보여주는 매우 강력한 도구이며, 의사결정을 지원하는 대표적인 방법이다. 이상적인 데이터 시각화는 데이터 과학과 시각 디자인에 대한 이해를 융·복합적으로 요구한다. 본 연구는 주요 개념인 스마트시티, 대시보드, 데이터 시각화의 정의와 의미를 살펴보고, 유사 개념인 정보 디자인, 정보 시각화, 인포그래픽을 비교하여 데이터 시각화가 갖는 데이터와 정보로서의 의미에 대해 함께 고찰한다. 실시간 분석 대시보드의 데이터 시각화와 디자인 연구를 위하여 데스크 리서치 및 전문가 참여를 통해 시각화 모델 설계를 하고 3차 전문가 분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 실시간 분석 대시보드가 갖는 실시간성이 디자인 요소와 어떻게 연결될 수 있는지 살펴보았고, 도출된 7가지 연구결과를 데이터 시각화 디자인 모델로 구축하여 실제 스마트시티 대시보드 화면에 적용하였다. 차트 표현 목적 4가지(비교, 분포, 패턴, 관계)에 시간 요소를 추가하여 데이터 시각화를 위한 기준을 도출하고, 스마트시티 대시보드 화면이 갖는 데이터 시각화의 ‘시간성’에 주목하였다. 선행 연구의 내용을 계승하면서, 실무적 적용을 이끌고, 스마트시티가 가지고 있는 다학제적 성격을 고려하여 여러 분야의 다양한 연구와 시선을 고찰, ‘스마트시티 실시간 분석 대시보드‘가 갖는 ’실시간성‘을 사용자 경험과 사용자 인터페이스 관점에서 대시보드 화면에 적용하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. Data is an important subset of the fourth industrial age. The value and potential of the data has not yet been fully discovered, and is still under development. Data visualization is a very powerful tool that effectively understands data through visualization and intuitively shows the relationship between data. It is a representative method of supporting decision making. Ideal data visualization requires a fusion and a combination of understanding of data science and visual design. This study examines the definition and meaning of smart city, dashboard, and data visualization, which are major concepts, and compares information design, information visualization, and infographic, which are similar concepts, to examine the meaning of data visualization and information. For the data visualization and design research of real-time analysis dashboard, visualization model design is conducted through desk research and expert participation, and third expert analysis is conducted. The results of this study are as follows. The real-time analysis dashboards were examined how the real-time properties could be connected to design elements, and the 7 results of the study were constructed as a data visualization design model and applied to the actual smart city dashboard screen. The time factor was added to the four purposes of chart expression (comparison, distribution, pattern, relationship) to derive the standard for data visualization and pay attention to the 'timeness' of data visualization of smart city dashboard. In the course of inheriting the contents of the previous studies, it is meaningful that it led the practical application, considered various studies and gazes in various fields considering the multidisciplinary characteristics of Smart City, and applied 'real-timeness' of 'Smart City Real-time Analysis Dashboard' to the dashboard screen from the user experience and user interface perspective.

전환장애 환자에 개결서경탕(開結舒經湯)을 투여한 치험례

Conversion Disorder is a disorder whose predominant feature is a loss or alteration in physical functioning that suggests a physical disorder but that is actually a direct expression of a psychological conflict or need. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV (DSM-IV) guidelines for Conversion Disorder include these definitions: A psychosocial stressor produces a psychological conflict that is believed to help initiate or exacerbate the illness The symptoms are not under conscious control, etc. While functional disabilities are common with conversion disorders, physical and laboratory abnormalities are absent or minor in comparison with the patient's subjective complaints. Symptoms of Conversion Disorder are similar to those of stroke. But the mechanism of Conversion Disorder is similar as that of Stagnation Syndrome of Ki (氣鬱證) in Oriental medicine. Gaegyeolseogyeong-tang has been used to treat women who suffer from Conversion Disorder induced by the Stagnation Syndrome of Ki (氣鬱證). After application of the Gaegyeolseogyeong-tang for 7 days, symptoms and signs improved dramatically.
