온라인 주식게시판 정보가 주식투자자의 거래행태에 미치는 영향

Previous studies in information systems and finance literature suggest that information on stock message boards influences individual investors’ investment decisions. However, it is not unclear how information on online stock message boards influences an individual investor’ s buy or sell decisions. To address this research question, we investigate the relationship between a number of posts on stock message and order imbalance in stock markets. Order imbalance is defined as the difference between the daily sum of shares traded at a buy side and the daily sum of shares traded at a sell side. Therefore, order imbalance can suggest the direction of trades and the strength of the direction with trading volumes.

본 연구는 국내 온라인 주식게시판의 역할을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 네이버 종목토론실 및 팍스넷 종목토론실로부터 2013년 5월 1일부터 2013년 7월31일까지 3개월 간 KOSPI 상장기업 40개에 대한 모든 게시물 95,890개를 수집하였다. 그리고 주식 종목별, 일자별로 장내, 장외, 장내외 게시물 수를 구분하여 패널데이터를 구축하였다. 향후 벡터자기회기 분석과 그랜저 인과관계 검정을 수행하여 네이버 종목토론실 및 팍스넷 종목토론실의 역할을 확인하고자 한다. 또한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학술적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The application of mindfulness is increasing in corporation for business innovation. However, the influence of mindfulness has not been confirmed for employee in detail. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention in the present. We often experience uncertainty abounds about what the information technology is, how well it works in the process of using information technology. According to the definition of mindfulness, mindfulness can deepen employee’s thoughts and understanding of information technology and will provide a clue to the solution of the issue. This study focusses on impact of mindfulness on IT usage behavior, particularly on IT continuance usage. Research question of this study is whether mindfulness impact perceived factors related to IT continuance usage. The study of relationship between IT and mindfulness will have meaningful results because both IT and Mindfulness are aimed at corporate innovation. Based on most recent theory in IT continuance usage, called by Decomposed Expectation- Disconfirmation Model, we established hypotheses and examined the impact of mindfulness on perceived factors in process of IT continuance usage. For empirical analysis, we collected 303 employee samples and conducted Structural Equation Modeling for path analysis. We showed that mindfulness has a positive impact on perceived usefulness, usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation. We also confirmed that antecedent of satisfaction is perceived usefulness, perceived usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation, and satisfaction is the cause of IT continuance usage. We suggested academic and practical implication based on empirical analysis results. In academic perspective, we found the role of mindfulness in process of IT continuance usage. From practical point of view, we suggest to use of mindfulness program for IT continuance usage in corporation.
라이프스타일 유형에 따른 모바일 간편결제 서비스의 이용행태 연구

Mobile easy payment is a term for using mobile devices to facilitate financial transactions. Mobile easy payment is a quickly emerging practice, supported by the dramatic increase of mobile phone or device users around the world. The purpose of this study is to classify user’s group of the mobile easy payment service by their lifestyle based on I-VALS type and to investigate differences in usage behavior among the user groups. For empirical study, a questionnaire survey was carried out with users of mobile easy payment services using the Internet from June 7 to 10 in 2016. We conducted factor analysis for I-VALS, usage factors, satisfaction factors. We also performed cluster analysis for group classification, and analysis of variance, cross analysis to compare the different usage behavior among the user groups. In analysis results, first three cluster appeared including “ICT task-oriented group”, ICT positive and socialities oriented group”, “ICT leader-oriented group”. Second, it was found significant differences among the clusters about factor of “easy of use”, “securities”, “universality”, “satisfaction”. Third, we showed that there were significant differences in time first used the service. Based on these findings, we provide practical implications. Results of our study can be expected to provide the basis of differentiated marketing strategy of mobile easy payment services.
온라인 공동구매형 소셜커머스의 이용의도에 관한 연구 : 중국 이용자를 중심으로

The convergence of e-commerce and social media have given rise to a social commerce of online group-buying. Social commerce of online group-buying is a subset of B2C (Business to Consumer) and uses social media for marketing to facilitate online buying of products and services. The social commerce of online group-buying offers new and popular products or services every day, and uses social media to bring together separated consumers. In these backgrounds, we think that personality trait associated with seeking new and popular products or services, and social influence from social media are likely to be related to intention to use in social commerce of online group-buying. This study aims to examine and analyze novelty seeking and social influence that influence intention to use in social commerce of online group-buying in China. Our research model, which included novelty seeking and social influence, was developed based on the technology acceptance model. A questionnaire survey was carried out for empirical analysis. The results of empirical analysis based on a sample of 218 users showed that novelty seeking has a significant positive impact on intention to use, and social influence has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness. We suggested academic implications and practical implications based on our empirical research.

(±)N-[3-(t-Butyldiphenylchlorosilanyl)(2-oxazolidinonyl)carbonyl] piperazine(10) and N-Dimethyl-3-(4-t-butyloxycarbonylpiperazinyl-1-carbonylmethyl)-N-(ρ-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl) amino propionate(16) were synthesized as for new piperazine derivatives. Synthetic reaction of (±)N-[3-(t-butyldiphenylchlorosilanyl)(2-oxazolidinonyl)carbonyl] piperazine(10) was followed ; monobenzylation of(±)malic acid, crutius rearrangement of triethylamine and diphenylphospholylazide, TBDPS protection of sodium hydride and TBDPS-chloride, hydrogenation of catalyst of 10% Pd/c DCC coupling of 4-dimethylamino pyridine, deprotection of BOC. Yield of (±)N-[3-(t-butyldiphenylchlorosilanyl)(2-oxazolidinonyl)carbonyl] piperazine(10) identified by nmr peaks, was 88%. Synthetic reaction of N-dimethyl-3-(4-t-butyloxycarbonylpiperazinyl-1-carbonylmethyl)-N-(ρ-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl), amino propionate(16) was followed ; PNZ protection of ρ-nitrobenzylchloride, amination of triethylamine base and ethylchloroformate, alkylation of sodium hydride base, deprotection of PNZ. It was very difficult to separate the end product. Yield of N-dimethyl-3-(4-t-butyloxycarbonylpiperazinyl-1-carbonylmethyl)-N-(ρ-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl)amino propionate(16) identified by nmr peaks, was 89%. Key point of these synthetic reactions was the seletion of protecting groups. The protection groups depended entirely on the derivatives attaching at the rear of pyrazine ring. The best one was BOC group.
