        진양호의 식물성플랑크톤 군집에 관한 연구

        Phytoplankton samples were collected during May, July, September and November of 1993 from three stations in Jinyang lake. Phytoplankton community structure, biomass, Chlorophyll a concentration and dominant species were investigated in this lake, A total 306 taxa were encountered during the survey period, and the most important algal groups were Chlorophyceae with 162 taxa and Bacillariophyceae with 111 taxa and followed by the Euglenophyceae(15 taxa), Cyanophyceae(9 taxa), Chrysophyceae(4 taxa), Dinophyceae(3 taxa) and Xanthophyceae(1 taxon). The total cell numbers and Chlorophyll a concentration were lowest in May(1,240,923ℓ^-1 and 11.36 mg m^3) and highest in September(8,029,OO3ℓ^-1 and 45.08mg m^3). The phytoplankton community in this lake was characterized by Bacillariophyceae shared the very high contribution (82.8%∼99.8%) of the total biomass throughout the all surveyed period. The predominant species were Aulacoseira ambigue , Cyclostephanos dubius, Cyclotella ocellata and Cyclotella stelligera and these dominant species accounted for 21.4% to 65.8% of the total biomass.

        수개의 (數個) 저수지 ( 창녕군 (昌寧郡) ) 에 대한 식물성 플랑크톤의 생태학적 연구

        Species composition, standing crop, dominant species and species diversity of photoplankton community were studied in 6 reservoirs located in field, valley and village around of Changnyong county(Kyungnam province) from June, 1990 to May, 1991. In this study, 399 taxa cowlposed of 6 classes, 12 orders, 2 suborders, 27 families, 72 genera, 287 species, 95 varities and 17 forms were identified. The algal community of the reservoirs located in field were characterized by an abundance of Chlorophyceae and Euglenophyceae. In the reservoirs located in valley and village around species number of the Chlorophyceae and Euglenophyceae were much smaller than in the reservoirs located in field, but the percentage of Chlorophyceae was higher. The percentage of Chlorococcales was very high, but Desmidiaceae was very low recorded in the reservoirs located in village around. Standing crop of phytoplankton was very high recorded and Chlorophyceae constituded the largest share of the seasonal algal biomass in all survey period in the reservoirs lecated in village around. The relative proportion of Euglenophyceae and Chlorophyceae to the total biomass were high recorded in the reservoirs located in field, whereas the proportion of Cyanophyceae and Chrysophyceae were high recorded in summer and winter respectively in the reservoirs located in valley. The dominant species were characterized by Euglenophyceae in the reservoirs located in field, Cyanophyceae in summer in the reservoirs located in valley and Chlorophyceae through whole survey period in the reservoirs located in village around. The species diversity indicies were high recorded in the reservoirs located in field and were also high in all reservoir in autumn.

        낙동강(洛東江) 하구호의 인편성 (鱗片性) 황갈조식물에 (黃褐藻植物) 대한 형태 , 분류학적 연구

        Phytoplankton samples from Naktong river estuary lake, Pusan, Korea have been examined with transmission and scanning electron microscopes. The scale-bearing Chrysophyta of 34 taxa including Mallomonas 19 taxa, Synura 9 taxa, Spiniferomonas 4 taxa, Paraphysomonas 1 taxon and 1 kind of scales of Mallomonas were identified. Among these, Mallomonas clavus is recorded for the first time in Korea. The species composition was compared with that of the Andong lake located in the upstream of the Naktong river(Lee, 1990).

        다사정수장의 (多斯淨水場) 담수조류에 대하여

        The aim of this research was to investigate the fresh water algae in Dasa Water Treatment Plant, Seoung Ju County, Kyungsang Book Do, from April to November 1989. The authors have examined 247 taxa of the phytoplankton from Dasa Water Treatment Plant. The 247 taxa were composed of 6 classes, 11 orders, 5 suborders, 22 families, 11 subfamilies, 72 genera, 184 species, 57 varieties and 6 forms. Among these, 1 genus, 3 species, 3 varieties are recorded for the first time in Korea. In this study, 168 taxa, 121 taxa and 107 taxa was found in each site of intake pond, settling basin and recurrence storage basin, respectively.

        산조 감상을 위한 지도내용에 관한 연구

        Since the application of the 7th Educational Curricula, people's understanding of Korean classical music has been improved, and textbooks also deal with it more importantly. However, actual Korean classical music classes at school often do not follow the rules of Korean classical music. In particular, music for appreciation in textbooks is presented using staff notation with basic theories only. In addition, the objectives of teaching are defined too fragmentarily and comprehensively to have specific activities, and students merely listen to music and present their feeling. Thus the present researcher found the necessity of research on teaching contents for Korean classical music appreciation classes. Sanjo is being taught as an essential subject at the department of Korean Classical Music in university. Sanjo is played commonly with Gayageum and other musical instruments such as Geomungo, Daegeum, Ajaeng and Haegeum. It is divided into various styles according to musical instrument. Sanjo is actively researched in the world of Korean classical music, but there are few researches applicable to education. Thus the present researcher studied teaching contents for appreciating Gayageum Sanjo, which represents Korean classical music. Learning and researching Sanjo, the researcher found that music score using staff notation causes confusion in studying Sanjo, and feeling the necessity of music score fit for teaching Sanjo more properly and efficiently, devised Sanjo Gueum Notation using the horizontal Jeonggan Notation through examining old Gayageum music and Gueum Notation. The researcher transcribed Park Sang-geun-styled Gayageum Sanjo into the devised horizontal Jeonggan Notation, expressing Gueum(sound), Changdan(rhythm pattern), line number and Sigimsae, and extracted key learning elements from movements (Jinyangjo, Jungmori, Jungjungmori, Gutgeori, Jajinmori, Hwimori) by dividing the music into Janggu-rhythm type, melody analysis and ending type in order to utilize in classes. This study extracted teaching contents that can be utilized in music classes as follows. First, this study defined nine objectives to achieve through appreciating Sanjo and explained the objectives step by step in detail. Second, this study presented nine steps structure-analytically in order for students to appreciate Sanjo fit for their level, and defined a total of eleven steps of learning with learning elements for each step considering relevant objectives of learning. Third, this study suggested contents to be taught in actual classes centering on learning elements according to the structure-analytical step. The contents are general flow, rhythm, tension and relaxation and melody and they are taught through the steps of introduction, understanding, development and deepening. Fourth, this study suggested a basic frame of teaching plan by dividing an effective teaching model into teaching methods related to listening, literature, structural analysis of concepts, transition and internalization in order to utilize teaching contents stated above in actual classes. Although this study was not exhaustive, it disclosed the unique beauty of Sanjo. The results are expected to be used in teaching the musical characteristics and attractions of Sanjo and be helpful in understanding traditional music.

        보분: 운문댐의 식물플랑크톤 군집 동태

        The seasonal changes in phytoplankton species composition, standing crops, dominant species, species diversity and physico-chemical characteristics in the Unmun dam were studied, from August, 2009 to April, 2010. The phytoplanktons of a total of 121 taxa were identified, the composition of phytoplankton community was characterized by a green algae and diatoms, and the quantity composition of standing crops was dominated by diatoms and dinophyceae. The diatoms Aulacoseria granulata and bluegreen alga Anabaena planktonica in Summer, Peridinium voltzii in Autumn and Asterionella formosa in Winter to Spring were, especially, prominent. The seasonal changes of the biomass varied from 578 cells mL-1 to 12,938 cells mL-1, and the maximum algal density was observed in April, Asterionells formosa contributed to 88% of the total cell numbers. The species diversity and richness were highest during autumn, and dominance index was highest in the spring season.

        한국산 미기록 담수조류 (淡水藻類)

        An investiagtion of the freshwater algal flora of Nakdong river estuary, Jinyang Lake and Danjang stream was carried out from May to November in 1993. This paper deals with a total 16 taxa belonging to 5 genera which are recorded for the first time in Korean freshwater algal flora. Among them, the 5 genera Coronastrum Thompson, Echinospaeridium Lemmermann, Dichotomococcus Korsikov, Dicloster Jao et al. and Siderocystopsis Swale are newly added to the freshwater algal flora of Korea.

        덕동호와 보문호의 식물플랑크톤에 대한 계절적 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the phytoplankton composition and agal biomass from Tokdong and Pomun lakes in Kyongju city, from May,1989 to April,1990. The authors have examined 139 taxa of the phytoplankton from Tokdong and Pomun lakes. These were composed of 5 classes, 10 orders, 3 suborders, 23 families, 50 genera, 110 species, 25 varieties and 4 forma. Agal biomass increased from 27 individuals/ml in January to 140 individuals/ml in November, at Tokdong lake and from 19 individuals/ml in January to 538 individuals/ml in August, at Pomun lake. Two peaks of chlorophyll-a concentration were observed in the surface water of both lakes, one in September and the other in February. Annual mean concentrations of chlorophyII-a were 4.6㎍/1 and 9.9㎍/1 in the surface water of Tokdong and Pomun lakes. Trophic states of both lakes were intermediate levels between oligotrohic and mesotrophic at Tokdong lake, and between mesotrophic and eutrophic at Pomun lake as the quantity of chlorophyll-a
