        Bioluminescence 반응에 의한 ATP측정을 이용한 젖소 유방염 치료에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to treatment test for bovine mastitis by the determination of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) based on firefly bioluminescence. The results obtained are followed; 1. In the susceptibility test, cephalothin which looks the most effective were sensitive to Staphylococcus sp. (72.3%), Micrococcus sp. (84.2%), Streptococcus sp. (72.7%) and Gram positive bacilli (72.7%), Gram negative bacilli were sensitive to gentamicin (92.3%) and Yeast-like-fungi was the most sensitive to clotrimazole, and nystatin in order. 2. When the number of bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Candida tropicalis isolated from the mastitis milk were counted by conventional agar plating technique, and compared with the concentration of bacterial ATP, it gave a good linear relationship. The content of ATP per Staphylococcus aureus, cell was 3.1fM and Candida tropicalis showed the high level of A TP (90fM). 3. The ATP assay was applied to the determination of minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of various antibiotics. When Staphylococcus aureus was incubated in the presence of different concentration of tetracycline, erythromycin, kanamycin and streptomycin sulfate and the growth was monitored by the conventional agar plating technique and ATP assay, both methods shown the same results that they were 1mcg/ml, 2mcg/ml, 6.25mcg/ml and 8mcg/ml, respectively. 4. For the determination of susceptibility of sensitive and resistant Staphylococcus au reus isolated for the milk with mastitis to tetracycline, erythromycin kanamycin and streptomycin sulfate, the minimum time required for the test was determined by the assay of ATP every 30 minutes during incubation of 3 hours at $37^{\circ}C$. ATP concentration time curve calculated on both resistant and sensitive strains incubated 3 hours as the optimum time for the determination of susceptibilities of various antibiotics exemed. The ATP concentration of each test broth (antibiotic containing), expressed as a percentage of its own control brith (antibioticfree) indicated values of 30% to be indicative of each antibiotic sensitivity. Single time point ATP assay carried out on the various sensitive and resistant of Staphylococcus aureus to antibiotics examined after 3 hours at $37^{\circ}C$ correlated exactly with disc diffusion and MIC. 5. In the cure of intramammary treatment of bovine mastitis in lactating quarters, the cure rate of Staphylococcal mastitis showed to cephalexin (80%), cloxacillin and gentamicin (70%), ampicillin and oxytetracycline (60%), and Streptococcal mastitis showed to cephalexin (85%), penicillin (80%), cloxacillin and oxytetracycline (75%), and ampicillin (70%), but intramammary antimycotic drug (clotrimazol) were only a little effect about fungal mastitis.

        ser-M 기반 프리미엄 가전 시장의 경영 전략 메커니즘에 관한 연구: LG전자 사례를 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 세계 가전 시장 점유율 1위를 달성한 LG전자 생활 가전사업을 ser-M Framework으로 분석을 하고, 기업의 Global 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 최적의 메커니즘 사례를 연구하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. [연구방법] 연구대상은 Global 가전 기업 중 세계 생활가전 시장 점유율 1위를 달성한 LG전자 생활가전이다. 지금까지의 가전 산업에서 가전 기업의 연구에 대해서 대부분 미시적 관점에서 연구가 되어 왔으나 거시적이고 포괄적인 관점의 연구는 미흡하였다고 여겨진다. 이에 ser-M Framework를 이용한 대표적 가전 기업의 메커니즘을 분석하여 LG 시그니처라는 고가격과 프리미엄 브랜드 전략으로 성공한 메커니즘을 연구해 보고자 한다. [연구결과] 사례 분석 결과, 국내의 기업들은 일반적으로 초기 창업주의 강한 리더십으로 사업을 성장시키는 S-E-R 메커니즘이 대부분 작동하고 있었으나, LG전자 생활가전의 경우 신기술 변화에 따른 제품 고급화 및 프리미엄 브랜드 전략을 통해 성과를 창출하였으며 주체가 환경 분석을 통하여 경영 전략에 탁월한 의사결정으로 인한 메커니즘이 작동하였다. 따라서 첨단기술로 접목된 프리미엄 가전 시장이 성장하는 환경(E)에 적극적으로 대응하고, 기존의 연구개발 조직을 통폐합하여 자원을 재배치함으로써 프리미엄 제품을 개발시키는데 있어 우수 인력을 활용하는 메커니즘이 가장 적절하였다고 할 수 있다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 ser-M 기반의 가전 기업 메커니즘을 연구에 있어 처음으로 가전 기업의 주체(S), 환경(E), 자원(R), 메커니즘(M)을 통합적으로 고찰한 것이 매우 의미가 깊으며, 대표적 가전사업의 사례 연구라는 것에 의의가 있다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to analyze LG Electronics’ household appliances business, which has achieved the highest share of the global home appliance market, as a service-M framework, and to derive implications by studying best mechanism cases to secure the company’s global competitiveness. [Methodology] LG Electronics’ household appliances, which have achieved the largest share of the global home appliance market among global home appliance companies, are subject to research. While most of the research in the consumer electronics industry has been done from a microscopic point of view, it is considered insufficient to do so from a macro-and comprehensive point of view. Therefore, we would like to analyze the mechanisms of representative home appliance companies using the server-M framework and study the mechanisms that succeeded with the high price of LG Signature and premium brand strategy. [Findings] As a result of the case analysis, most of the S-E-R mechanisms that grow businesses with strong leadership of early start-ups worked, but LG Electronics’ household appliances generated results through product advancement and premium brand strategies due to new technology changes, and the main body worked through environmental analysis. Therefore, the most appropriate mechanism was to actively respond to the growing environment (E) of the premium home appliance market, and to utilize the best manpower in developing premium products by consolidating existing R&D organizations and relocating resources. [Implications] This study is very meaningful in that the first integrated consideration of the subject (S), environment (E), resource (R), and mechanism (M) of a consumer electronics company is a case study of a representative consumer electronics business.

        Bioluminescence 반응에 의한 ATP 측정을 이용한 젖소 유방염 진단에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to diagnostic test for bovine mastitis by the determination of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) based on firefly bioluminescence. The results obtained are follow; 1. The infection rate of bovine mastitis investigated with 521 cows in 47 dairy farms were found to be 3.6% of clinical form and 44.1% of subclinical form according to the degree of infection. 2. The light yield produced in firefly bioluminescence system was proportional to the concentration of ATP giving stright line within the range of 100PM~1uM. 3. When the number of somatic cell in milk was determined by the ATP assay and compared with three conventional methods such Fossomatic, California mastatic test (CMT), and rolling ball viscometer (RBV), it was shown that r=0.92 for Fossomatic, 0.63 for CMT and 0.7 for RBV. 4. The microorganisms causing mastitis were isolated Staphylococcus sp. (53.3%), Streptococcus sp. (17.9%), Micrococcus sp. (13.5%), Gram negative bacilli (6.3%), Gram positive bacilli (5.5%) and Yeast-like fungi (5.4%). 5. The endogeneous ATP levels of bacteria in a raw milk determined by the firefly bioluminescence system and compared with the results of the conventional methods. The correlation was 0.88 for raw milk.

        축산물중의 Tylosin 잔류물질 검사를 위한 분석법의 개발과 그 이용에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to develop immnoassay method of detecting the residual tylosin and to investigate the residues using HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) in animal products. Obtained results are the followings: 1. To develop immunoassay method, the conjugation of activated tylosin tartarate ester derivatives and BSA (bovine serum albumin) was certified at the 290nm of maximal absorbance which tylosin tartrate have. 2. The titration of anti-serum produced from rabbit immunized with the conjugator as an immunogen was too low to analyze the tylosin. 3. The residual tylosin can be detected by 0.2 ppm using HPLC. 4. Recovery of tylosin from spiked pork samples measured using HPLC was $87.4{\pm}4.0%$. 5. When the levels of tylosin residues in swine liver and kindney were measured on HPLC. The level was over the maximum tolerance level in one out of ten samples of each organ.

        MiTS 통신은 선박 내에서 발생하는 다양한 형태의 정보를 시스템 상호 간에 교환하기 위한 프로토콜이다. 또한, 이러한 정보 교환을 위한 약 30여 가지의 특수한 메시지 포맷도 정의되어 있다. 따라서, MiTS 통신 프로토콜을 따르는 시스템의 구축을 위해서는 이러한 메시지를 일관성 있게 처리해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위한 메시지 처리 모듈의 설계와 구현을 제시한다. 또한, 구현된 모듈의 테스트 결과를 제시한다. MiTS communication is a protocol for the exchange of various information among shipboard systems. It also specifies more than 30 specialized message formats for the information exchange. To build MiTS systems, therefore, the messages should be processed consistently. This paper proposes the design and implementation of such message processing modules. It also describes the test results of the implemented modules.

        Canine Distemper Virus에 대한 단클론성 항체의 생산

        The purpose of the production of monoclonal antibodies aganist the Canine distemper virus(CDV) were perfect diagnosis and a new approach to treat canine distemper because the diagnosis and treatment of canine distemper were difficult. Canine distemper virus(CDV) was purified using saturated ammonium sulfate, and injected into hind footpads of BALB/c mouse. 12-15 days later, popliteal lymph node(PN) cells were harvested and fused with SP2/O myeloma cells. Characteristics of monoclonal antibodies were analysed. 1. 9 hybridomas produce the specific antibody against CDV. 2. 6 monoclonal antibodies are against intranuclear and cytoplasmic component of CDV, and 3 monoclonal antibodies are against cytoplasmic inclusions. 3. All monoclonal antibodies did not react with other 5 different viruses (CAV-I, CAV-II, CCV, CPV and CPIV) and react with another CDV-FXNO strain. 4. 3 monoclonal antibodies have neutralizing activity against CDV. 5. Antigenic difference was observed between CDV by IFA.

        경주마(競走馬)의 혈액상(血液像)에 관(關)하여

        The blood picture of 85 healthy race horses in Korea was investigated. The ranges and mean values of erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit value, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, and total white blood cell count in the blood picture were determine. The respective mean value and standard deviation and age differences were as follows: 1. The erythrobyte count was shown as range of 6.20 to $11.32{\times}10^6/mm^3$ with mean of $8.61{\pm}1.92{\times}10^6/mm^3$(SD). The leucocyte count was shown as range 5.0 to $18.0{\times}10^3/mm^3$ with mean of $8.25{\pm}1.51{\times}10^3/mm^3$(SD). There were not significant. differences in age, 2. The mean value of hemoglobin was shown $13.9{\pm}1.7g/100ml(SD)$ ranging 9.8 to 16.8g/100ml. The mean value of hematocrit was shown $40.9{\pm}3.94ml/100ml(SD)$ ranging 26 to 54. There were not significant differences in age. 3. The mean corpuscular hemoglobin was shown as range of 11.8 to 22.2pg with mean of $16.9{\pm}4.69$(SD). The mean corpuscular volume was shown as range of 34.5 to $71.3cu{\mu}$ with mean of $49.0{\pm}7.32cu{\mu}$(SD). The mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration was shown as range of 30.6 to 39.4 g/100 ml with mean of $34.6{\pm}2.36$(SD). There were not significant differences in age. 4. The correlation among erythrocyte count, hemoglobin and hematocrit value were observed as follows: Erythrocyte count and hemoglobin (+0.328), rythrocyte count and hematocrit vague (+0.319). A linear regression equation was shown as follows: Erythrocyte count and hemoglobin (Y=0.336x+10.977), erythrocyte count and hematocrit value (Y=0.655x+35.274). 5. The high correlation between hemoglobin and hematocrit vague was observed (r= +0.836). A linear regression equation was shown: (Y=1.948x+13.895).

        전자부품 조립공정에서 스마트팩토리 적용 필요성에 대한 연구

        In the electronic component assembly business, when product defects occur, it is important to track incoming raw material defects or work defects, and it is important to improve suppliers or work sites according to the results. The core task of the smart factory is to build an integrated data hub to process storage, management, and analysis in real time, and to manage cluster processes, energy, environment, and safety. In order to improve reliability through accurate analysis and collection of production data by real-time monitoring of production site management for electronic parts-related small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the establishment of a smart factory is essential. This paper was developed to be utilized in the construction by defining the system configuration method, smart factory-related technology and application cases, considering the characteristics of SMEs related to electronic components that want to introduce a smart factory. 전자부품 조립사업은 제품불량이 발생했을 때, 입고된 원자재불량 또는 작업불량을 추적하는 것이 중요하며, 결과에 따라 납품업체 또는 작업현장 개선이 중요하다. 스마트팩토리의 핵심 과제는 데이터 통합허브를 구축하여 저장·관리·분석을 실시간으로 처리하고 클러스터공정, 에너지, 환경, 안전을 통합관리 하는 것이다. 전자부품 관련 중소기업에 생산현장관리를 실시간 모니터링하여 생산데이터의 정확한 분석과 수집으로 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해서는 스마트팩토리 구축이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 스마트팩토리를 도입하고자 하는 전자 부품관련 중소기업의 특성을 고려해 시스템 구성방법, 스마트팩토리 관련기술 과 적용사례 등을 정의하여 구축에 활용토록 개발되었다.
