        Some Crystalline Properties and Growth Condition of BP(100)Epitaxially Grown on Si(100) Substrates

        Boron monophosphide(100) was eitaxially grown on Si(100) substrate by thermal reaction of B2H6 and PH3 in hydrogen ambient. In an LPCVD system, the growth condition was studied as a function of gas mixture composition and temperature. For the growth temperature of 950\ulcorner in the constant flow rate (partial pressure) of B2H6, n-BP with c(2x2) surface structure was obtained in the PH3 partial pressure of 300-500 cc/min. On the other hand, for the growth temperature of 1080\ulcorner, p-BP with surface structure was observed for the PH3 partial pressure of 400-500cc/min.

        The HEMU-400X is a new national model of an ultra high speed electric commuter tat is currently under development. An unit of its propulsion system consists of 4 inverters and 3 converters to provide about 410㎾ power to the motor. And this unit is in need of cooling to keep the enclosed power semi-conductors within their allowed temperature limits at around 100 ℃, and the estimated cooling loads are about 40kW. From the paper studies on cooling units, it was known that most countries including Europe and Japan adopt water cooling systems to evacuate heat from their propulsion units, and we have the same kinds of interest on these cooling problems. In general, a water cooling system consists of the two essential parts, one is a cooling plate on the surface of which IGBTs are to be attached and the other is a radiator with a matrix of a flat tube-louver fins heat exchanger which is to radiate the heat to the environment air flow. The present study is focused on the procedures of design to optimize the cooling plate and the most of the results were based on the analysis of flows of working fluid and heat.

        직장인의 여가활동 유형에 따른 라이프스타일과 직무만족의 관계

        This study investigate the Relationship between leisure activity participation, lifestyle and Job Satisfaction of Working Employee. In order to achieve these purpose sampling did by 296 people total adult man and woman businessman ideal 20 years old living in K-city as convenience sampling. Lifestyle used the question item that Kim Yang-Hui(2006) and Kim Tae-Gwang(2008) used the tool which measured the relationship with other people, the accomplishment, the self(Kahle, 1986). It was for self esteem, a family relation, a fashion chase you were composed to three factors. Job-satisfaction used the questionnaire which Gwon Sang-Cheol (1991), a Kim Jeong-Ha(1999) used to a question item to measure job-satisfaction and organization efficiency by related to organizational culture. The lower factor of job-satisfaction was composed of a job-result and organization absorption. Five points of total questionnaires were evaluated to criteria, and Cronbach’s α price that was reliability count appeared by distribution of 0.72~0.96. The way that you use a statistical program, and analyzed effective data to have finished a search that investigation was procedural after withdrawing a questionnaire written in the self-administration method is basic statistical analysis and analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) and a multi regression.

        장기요양보호체계의 국가별 유형화

        이 연구의 목적은 노인 독립성을 기준으로 공적 장기요양보호체계를 유형화 하는 한편, 유형론의 현실 분석 적합성을 검토하는 것이다. 체계 유형화는 요양보호 욕구에 대한 시민권적 보장 정도와 서비스 및 제공자에 대한 이용자의 선택권 보장 정도의 두 차원을 통해 이루어진다. 전자는 체계에서 제공되는 급여의 범위 및 수준, 수급 자격을 통해 측정되며, 후자는 급여 형태 및 서비스 인프라 확충 정도를 통해 측정된다. 시민권 보장 정도 차원과 선택권 보장 정도 차원을 교차시키면 다양한 체계 유형이 산출되는데, 이 연구에서는 주요 유형을 능동적 시민형/수동적 시민형/잠재적 시민형으로 구분하였다. 한편, 각 유형을 대표하는 경험적 사례로 오스트리아/스웨덴/독일을 선정하여 각 국가의 공적 장기요양보호체계의 특성을 급여 범위 및 수준, 수급 자격, 급여 형태, 서비스 인프라 확충 정도 등을 중심으로 고찰했다. 오스트리아의 경우, 급여 범위 및 수준, 수급권 범위가 OECD 국가 중 최고 수준으로서 요양보호에 대한 시민권 보장 정도가 뛰어나다. 또 급여는 현금 형태로 제공되며 국가의 요양보호 제공 인프라도 발달하여 이용자의 선택권 보장 정도도 뛰어나다. 스웨덴의 경우, 급여가 매우 관대하고 수급권도 포괄적이어서 시민권적 보장은 발달한 반면, 이용자의 욕구 측정에서부터 필요 서비스의 양과 질, 서비스 제공자에 대한 결정 등 급여 전달 과정에서 이용자의 선택이나 상황이 반영될 여지가 거의 없다. 따라서 이용자는 소비자로서의 선택권을 거의 누리지 못한다. 독일의 경우, 현금/현물급여에 대한 선택이 자유롭다는 점 등에서 이용자의 선택권이 보호되는 반면, 급여 수준이 낮고 수급권 판정 기준이 지나치게 의료 중심적이어서 수급권 인정 범위가 상대적으로 좁다는 등에서 시민권적 보장 정도가 불충분하다는 특징 있다. This study purposes to patternize the long-term care systems based on dependency/independency of the aged, and examine the suitability of patterns as a analysing tools. The systems are patternize in the perspectives of citizenship and consumer’s choice. The former perspective is measured in the aspects of coverage and level of benefits and entitlements, the latter perspective is measured in the aspects of form of benefits and service infrastructure. According to this, three types of long-term care system are established; active citizen type, passive citizen type, latent citizen type. And Austria, Sweden and Germany are selected as a representative of each type and investigated empirically. Austria is the best case among the OECD countries, in the aspect of coverage and level of benefits and entitlements. The benefits are provided in the form of cash, and the condition of service infrastructure is good. In the case of Sweden, the benefits are generous and the entitlements are inclusive, but user’s rights of selection is restricted in determination of user s needs, quality and quantity of services and service provider. In the case of German, user’s rights of selection of cash/in-kind benefits is guaranteed, but level of benefits is low and range of entitlements is narrow.

        하지근력의 좌우 비대칭성이 드롭랜딩 시 동적 안정성에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to analyse difference in biomechanical factors between dominant legs and recessive ones according to muscular imbalance during drop landing targeting talented children in sports. The subjects of the study were ten primary students who are attending to Sports Program for Talented Children organized by C university (age: 12.28 ± 0.70 year, height: 1.52 ± 0.11 m, and weight: 45.2 ± 4.9 kg). Strength legs were classified into dominant side and strengthless legs were classified into non-dominant legs. For three-dimensional analyses of the data collected, 6 video cameras(MotionMaster200, Visol, Korea) were used. To analyse ground reaction force, two force platforms(AMTI ORG-6, MA) were used and to analyse electromyograghy a 8-channeled wireless Noraxon Myoresearch made in USA was used at 1000 Hz for sampling. As a result, it was discovered that the dominants legs controlled knee bending motions more stably than strengthless legs as the maximum vertical ground reaction force was significantly high in dominant legs(p<.05), and joint moment of knee joints of the dominant legs was high(p<.05). Therefore, this study suggested that injury prevention program focusing on muscular balance as well as the existing sports programs for talented children should be developed based on results of the study and it is expected that the results will be useful for improvement of sports programs for talented children.

        전자선 직접묘사에서 Through-put이 향상된 단위 矩形묘사방법

        This paper describes to the unit rectangle EB direct writing lithography method using SEM. This method has the constant exposure time to any rectangle pattern. In order to change the EB current according to various rectangle size for the constant exposure time, the supply current of condenser lens in controlled by BITMAP-IV CAD system. By this method, the resizing procedure of density pattern area is not needed to pattern data conversion, and the through-put ofr exposure is increased about 172 times compared with the unit scan exposure method. 본 논문은 패턴의 모양에 따라서 패턴 데이타 포멥변환시 분할되는 각종 矩形패턴을 크기에 구애됨이 없이 전자선 직접묘사 시간이 일정한 矩形단위로 전자선 직접묘사하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 실험에서는 SEM을 사용하였으며 矩形의 크기에 따라 일정시간에 요구되는 전자선 전류를 변화시키기 위하여 집속렌즈의 공급전류를 BITMAP-IV CAD 시스템으로 제어하였다. 본방법에서는 패턴 데이타 포맵변환시 밀집된 패턴에 대한 resizing과정이 불필요하며 묘사시간에 근거한 through-put은 unit scan방식에 비하여 172배가 향상되었다.
