        댄스스포츠(자이브, 차차차) 운동시 심폐기능반응에 관한 비교연구

        The purpose of this study was to provide effective information about the guidelines of dance sports and basic data for scientific means, by analyzing metabolic and cardiopulmonary function during exercise of dance sports. By repeated measuring those, each one of men and women who have no cardiopulmonary system problems and are dance sports athlete on school. The results are obtained as following. There are some significant differences (P<0.05) for woman at 3 and a half minutes, 4 minutes, 4 and a half min and 5 min on the results of heart rate t-test, and also both jive (man) and cha cha cha (woman) are showed higher levels to degree of strength of two works. There are some significant differences (P<0.05) for man at 30 seconds and I min on the minute ventilation t-test, and both jive (man) and cha cha cha (woman) are showed higher levels to degree of strength of ones. There is no significant difference for both man and woman on the respiratory exchange ratio t-test, and all of them are showed similar levels to degree of strength of jive and cha cha chao There are some significant differences (P<0.05) for man at a half min and 5 min on the t-test results of maximum oxygen uptake on weight. and in jive both man and woman are showed higher levels to degree of strength of two works. From the result mentioned above, By using the measurement instruments with the up-to-date technique for dance sports as an excellent aerobic exercise on field and measuring for the degree of strength and physiological change of each items, so analyzing characteristics of physiological views for each items can establish the basis of scientific guidance means for some athletes practices dance sports for competition and provide general subjects with the important informations about selecting appropriate to the fitness level of them the type of dance or setting up the degree of strength of exercise and will be able to contribute widely to the development of dance sports, which has already been selected in Asian games as an regular item and seems to be selected in Olympic games as one.

        몽골 대학생의 성지식과 성태도의 관계

        Purpose: The purposes of this study are to examine the relationship between sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes and identify factors that influence sexual attitudes among Mongolian university students. Methods: A cross-sectional study was used. Participants include 200 students from 23 universities in U city in Mongolia. Data were collected from 1 December to 30 December of 2019. A self-report questionnaire through Google survey was used. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analyse with SPSS 26.0 for Window Program. Results: We found the differences between sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes according to participants’ general characteristics, sex education, and sexual knowledge (t=5.43, p<.001) and sexual attitudes (t=2.21, p=.028), sexual experience and sexual knowledge. There was no correlation with marriage thought among sexual knowledge, sexual health and pregnancy and childbirth, and sexual attitudes. The correlations between the remaining variables were high. Sexual knowledge was the most influential factor on sexual attitudes followed by the sexual act (β=.30, p<.001), reproductive organs (β=.29, p<.001), solving sexual desire (β=-.25, p<.001), sexual experience (β=-.16, p=.021), and sex education (β=-.16, p=.028) with an explanatory power of 20.0%. Conclusion: The findings of this study may provide a basic data and help to understanding of sexual attitudes among Mongolia university students.

        영적 간호임파워먼트 프로그램이 간호대학생의 심리적 임파워먼트에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to test the effects of a spiritual care empowerment (SCE) program on the psychological empowerment for nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The participants were 80 nursing students (41 in the experimental and 39 in the control group) recruited from the D and S universities. The SCE program used in this study was developed based on the Zimmerman’s Psychological Empowerment Model. The experimental group attended 9 sessions of a SCE program. Sessions were 90 minutes each, held twice per week for 5 weeks. Data were analyzed using Chi-square, Fisher’s exact test, and t-test using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Intrapersonal (self esteem and existential well-being), interactional (empathy), and behavioral (spiritual care competence) components were significantly improved in the experimental group after the intervention compared to the control group. Conclusion: The results show that the SCE program could be effective in improving the psychological empowerment of nursing students. Accordingly, the SCE program would be applied to the nursing curriculum that enhances students’ psychological empowerment.

        스포츠 에어로빅스 Straddle Jump to Push up 동작의 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 4년 이상의 경력을 가진 스포츠 에어로빅스 대표선수 4명을 대상으로 Straddle jump to push up 동작의 운동학적 분석을 통해 점프와 착지 동작에 대한 정확한 동작을 이해하고 나아가 지도자의 효율적인 지도에 필요한 정확한 동작의 진단과 평가에 도움을 주며, 그 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 비디오 카메라 2대를 사용하여 촬영하였고, 카메라의 속도는 60frame/sec로 하였으며, 분석을 위한 운동학적 변인들은 신체중심 높이의 변위, 좌 · 우 어깨관절 각 변위, 좌 · 우 주관절 각 변위, 좌 · 우 고관절 각 변위, 좌 · 우 슬관절 각 변위, 좌 · 우 발끝의 속도이며, 각각 개인별 3회씩 수행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 국면별 신체중심 높이의 변위는 event 1, 4, 5(79.05±9.07, 46.41±3.65, 18.66±0.54cm)에서 낮은 신체중심의 높이를 나타냈으며, event 2, 3(120.80±6.13, 148.12±9.19cm)에서는 높은 신체중심 높이를 나타냈다. 이상을 종합해 볼 때 스포츠 에어로빅스의 Straddle Jump to Push up 동작, 즉 점프동작은 파워를 나타내는 중요한 동작이므로 충분한 유연성과 순발력이 무엇보다도 중요한 요인이라는 결론을 얻었으며, 단순한 근육의 강화가 아닌 특정 파워와 힘의 발달, 각각의 신체분절들의 효율적인 통합이 이루어지도록 훈련시키는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다. And further more that make good assistance for coaches effective guidance through an offer basic data and correct diagnosis, evaluate of motions. It was picture-taked by two-video camera for Straddle Jump to Push up Motions. Camera speeds are 60 frame/sec. There are Kinematical Variation elements for analysis, the displacement of COG, each angle displacement left/right of shoulder-joint, each angle displacement left/right of knee-joint and each speed left/right of tip of the toes. Every each person accomplished severaly 3 times and we have acquired this conclusion. The conclusions were as follows; 1. Each situation for displacement of COG showed low height of COG by phase 1, 4 5(79.05±9.07, 46.41±3.65, 18.66±0.54cm) and It showed high height of COG by phase 2, 3(120.80±6.13, 148.12±9.1cm). 2. Each displacement left, right of shoulder-joint flexion by phase 1(91.07±8.30, 90.77±5.72deg/sec)and It showed maximal extension angles by phase 2(102.48±10.00, 102.39±10.51deg/sec). in part of phase 3, left of shoulder-joint angle(94.43±4.12deg/sec) showed flexion phase 1, the other right shoulder-joint angle(88.38±4.98deg/sec) showed more a little lower than phase 1. in last phase that showed most low by phase 4(70.58±13.72, 54.24±11.58deg/sec). 3. Each displacement left, right of hip joint showed maximal extent conditions by phase 2(157.15±9.13, 163.52±8.18deg/sec), and right of hip joint showed minimal angle by phase 3(110.87±13.81, 77.53± 8.95deg/sec) It showed alike condition of low angle by phase 1, 4(91.04± 2.31, 96.26±2.20deg/sec). 6. Each speed left, right of the tip of the toes showed most fastest when someone jumped with lift up leges by phase 1, 2(321.32±67.91, 316.90±41.97cm/sec, 410.06±153.06, 399.77±189.34cm/sec), It showed more less speed than phase 1,2 by phase 3(169.74±67.17, 150.00±63.80cm/sec) and It showed most slow speed than phase 1,2,3 by phase 4(87.22±34.90, 85.72±52.23cm/sec).

      • 스포츠 에어로빅스 Cossack Jump 동작의 운동학적 분석

        This study serves the purpose of understanding about correct motion through Kinematical Analysis of Sports Aerobic's Cossack Jump Motion. And further more that make good assistance for coaches effective guidance through an offer basic data and correct diagnosis, evaluate of motions. It was picture-taked by two-video camera for Cossack Jump Motions. Camera speeds are 60 frame/sec. There are Kinematical Variation elements for analysis, each left and right angle of shoulder joint, hip joint, knee joint and the right angle of ankle joint. Every each person accomplished severely 5 times and we have acquired this conclusion. The conclusions were as follows; 1. Angle The angle of the shoulder joint was shown the highest in the 2nd phase, I consider because of elevation to upward through swing of upper limbs to the higher jump. The angle of hip joint was shown the most flexion in the 3rd phase, because this can to large the motion of right lower limbs have to most closely stick lower limbs to body. Therefore, maximum flexion will be acquired higher points. The angle of right knee joint showed maximal extension(172.43°) in the 3rd phase, it is important that the angle of right knee joint is to extent as closely as possible to 180° and the angle of ankle joint is to flex to 180° toward plantar. 2. Angular Velocity In case of shoulder joint, it showed extremely difference of angular velocity of the left and right shoulder joint in the 3rd phase. I consider that this phenomenon occurred in compensation movement of right shoulder joint for elevation to forward-upward the right lower limbs. In case of hip joint, generally angular velocity of right hip joint has changed rapidly. I consider that this phenomenon occurred many movement of right lower limbs consisted of core Cossack Jump motion. In case of knee joint, expecially it showed extremely difference of angular velocity of the left and right knee joint in the 4th phase. I considered that right knee joint is rapidly dropping downward for the landing with being at dropping point of time from the top to compare with left knee joint. In case of right ankle joint, it was showed extremely to the variation of angular velocity in the 4th phase. I considered that right ankle joint is occurred rapidly dorsal flexion downward for the landing in the processing to starting downward moving with being at dropping point of time after extended at the top.
