단백질 서열의 n-Gram 자질을 이용한 세포내 위치 예측

단백질의 기능은 그 기능을 발휘하는 세포내의 위치와 밀접한 연관이 있다. 따라서 새로운 단백질의 서열이 밝혀지면 이 단백질의 세포내 위치를 규명하는 것은 생물학적으로 매우 중요한 일이다. 이 논문에서는 단백질의 n-그램과 kNN (k-Nearest Neighbor) 분류기를 이용한 새로운 세포내 위치예측 방법을 다룬다. 이 방법은 입력 단백질 서열과 가장 유사한 가중치를 가지는 k개의 단백질이 가지는 세포내 위치 정보들을 취합하여 업력 단백질의 세포내 위치를 추정한다. 단백질간의 유사도 기중치는 두 단백질서열의 5-그램 자질의 유사도를 비교하여 계산된다. 단백질의 세포내 위치예측 정확도를 검증하기 위해 SWISS-PROT 단백질 데이터베이스로 부터 세포내 위치가 알려진 51,885개의 서열을 추출하여 대용량 테스트 컬렉션을 구축하였으며, 다른 연구자들이 제공하는 또 하나의 소용량 테스트 컬렉션을 실험에 사용하였다. 이 논문에서 사용한 예측방법은 대용량 테스트컬렉션에 대해 약 93%의 정확도를 보여주었으며, 소용량 데스트컬렉션을 이용하여 이전 실험과 비교하였을 때도 이 방법이 다른 시스템에 비해 성능이 우월함을 알 수있었다. The function of a protein is closely co-related with its subcellular location(s). Given a protein sequence, therefore, how to determine its subcellular location is a vitally important problem. We have developed a new prediction method for protein subcellular location(s), which is based on n-gram feature extraction and k-nearest neighbor (kNN) classification algorithm. It classifies a protein sequence to one or more subcellular compartments based on the locations of top k sequences which show the highest similarity weights against the input sequence. The similarity weight is a kind of similarity measure which is determined by comparing n-gram features between two sequences. Currently our method extract penta-grams as features of protein sequences, computes scores of the potential localization site(s) using kNN algorithm, and finally presents the locations and their associated scores. We constructed a large-scale data set of protein sequences with known subcellular locations from the SWISS-PROT database. This data set contains 51,885 entries with one or more known subcellular locations. Our method show very high prediction precision of about 93% for this data set, and compared with other method, it also showed comparable prediction improvement for a test collection used in a previous work.

전략적 사회공헌활동을 통한 공기업의 지역상생 발전 전략

최근 공기업의 사회공헌활동이 매우 활발하게 이루어지고 있는데 비해 공기업의 사회공헌활동에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구는 공기업 중 기업과 지역사회가 상생하는 전략적 사회공헌활동을 하고 있다고 평가 받고 있는 한국광해관리공단의 사회공헌활동 사례를 전략적 사회공헌활동 차원에서 체계적으로 고찰하여 타 공기업 사회공헌활동의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 한국광해관리공단은 지역사회와 연계하여 사회공헌활동을 위한 인프라를 갖추고, 공단의 다섯 가지 고유 업무 영역과 다섯 가지 테마별 사회공헌활동을 전략적으로 연계하여 사회공헌 전문단체와 긴밀한 파트너십을 통해 체계적이고 전문적으로 사회공헌활동을 실천하고 있고, 지역사회 환경, 교육, 문화, 복지 수준을 높이는데 기여한 것으로 분석되었다. 공단의 전략적 사회공헌활동 사례연구를 통해 공단의 사회공헌활동이 향후 지역사회에서 지속가능하고 장기적인 사회공헌활동이 될 수 있도록 발전 방향을 제시하였다. There is a lack of research on corporate social responsibility of the public enterprise, although this has been active social phenomena recently. The purpose of this study is to investigate systematically a case of Mine Reclamation Corporation which has been performed community development effectively through strategic corporate social responsibility and to provide useful information for other public corporations. Mine Reclamation Corporation has been performed strategic corporate social responsibility systematically by connecting five distinct business areas and five themes of those activities strategically. Through this activities, Mine Reclamation Corporation has been contributed to increase community environment, education, culture and welfare levels. By analyzing this case, we proposed future direction of CSR for Mine Reclamation Corporation to be sustainable and long-term strategic corporate social responsibility in the community.

비달사순과 피봇 포인트의 교육현황 비교연구

우리나라 뷰티산업의 교육형태는 학교와 학원, 재교육센터 등 다양한 방법으로 진행되고 있으며, 이미 학문으로 정착되고 있으나 보다 과학적이고 체계적인 교육은 4년제 대학교에서 산업체의 적응력을 강화하는 실기위주의 교육은 2년제 대학에서 이루어지고 있다. 헤어살롱의 종사자들은 재교육센터와 브랜드 있는 교육과정을 선호한다. 그 중 비달사순과 피봇포인트는 국내인지도가 높은데 비해 교육비는 부담스러워 가격대비 효율성이 떨어 진다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 두 교육기관 프로그램의 효과적인 비교를 통하여 피봇포인트의 미용기초교육시스템과 비달사순의 현장감 있는 교육프로그램을 우리 실정에 활용하여 교육프로그램을 재조정하여 만족도를 높이는데 연구의 목적이 있다고 하겠다. The Education of our county beauty industry is processing with many difference methods like school, institute, retraining center. And it already recognized as a field of art study. More systematic and scientific beauty educations are in university and more practical uses and adaptable lessons for industry are doing in college. But most of the actual professional hair designers prefer the education program of retraining centers and the hair training brands. Among those, Vidal sasoon and Pivot point are well known to our country, but their high payment for education is decrease their retraining efficiency. Therefore, our main purpose of this study modifies our current education system with result from comparison between Pivot point s basic beauty education system and Vidal sasoon s practical education system and increase the satisfaction of students.

해외 학술지 전자원문 로컬호스팅 시스템 구현

오늘날 인터넷과 전자출판 기술은 매우 발달되었고 고품질의 해외 학술정보를 이용하는 것은 매우 많은 이익을 가질 수가 있다. 국내 연구자들은 이런 고품질의 전자저널 원문에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 또한 국가 상호간에 전자저널들을 안전하게 보존 및 서비스하기 위해서는 서로 간에 디지털 아카이빙의 활동이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자저널 국가컨소시엄 참가기관 이용자들에게는 One-Stop 전자원문 무료 서비스와 중소기업, 개인이용자들에게도 저렴한 전자원문 유료 서비스 제공하며 국가적인 전자정보자원의 장기보존체계를 마련을 하기위한 전자원문 로컬호스팅 시스템을 구현하였다. Today, As the internet and electronic publishing technology was powerful and there are many benefits to using various academic information which has an electronic document of high quality. Many researchers had much required to see a full-text of electronic document. There was an requirement of digital achieving activities between countries for each other electronic document in order to safely preserve and services. In this paper, we have implemented an electronic document local-hosting system to provide free service to KESLI member institutions and provide pay-per-view service to individual users and small/medium size companies who are not member of KESLI and builded national long-term preservation system of electronic information resources.

선과 면 이미지의 헤어스타일 적용과 실제

오늘날 헤어스타일은 외형적 이미지가 한 개인의 가치를 판단하는데 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 이러한 루키즘 영향은 헤어스타일이 인간의 미에 대한 욕구 충족의 기준이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선과 면 이미지의 헤어스타일을 이용하여 고객들의 개성을 부각 시키고 단점을 보완하는 원리를 사례 분석을 통하여 정리해 보고자 한다. 시각적인 특성을 이용한 현대인들의 이상적인 개성․감성․가치관을 표현하는 헤어스타일을 연출하는데 있어서는 선․면의 다양한 사용과 실루엣의 변형을 통해 그 움직임을 기준으로 정리하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 연구한 내용의 결과는, 선이나 방향을 한곳으로 집중시키거나 색상 의 위치 변형으로 인한 시각적 혼란을, 시선을 집중시켜 다시 보고자 하는 욕구로 디자인 원리 중 포인트를 강조한 미로 표현되었고, 결과적으로 고객이 요구하는 개인의 개성을 부각 시키면서도 창조적인 아름다움을 나타낼 수 있는 헤어스타일 연출이 가능함을 보여 주었다. 본 연구에서는 선과 면의 이미지를 이용하여 헤어스타일의 창조적 욕구와 시각적 이미지를 통해 현대인의 외형적인 개성미를 창출해 내고, 현대 헤어스타일 표현에 선과 면의 적용 가능성과 그들의 한계점은 없는지 살펴보는데 그 의의를 두고자 한다. Today the hair style has become an essential factor to judge individual values. According to Lookism effect, the hair style has become a standard of a beauty satisfaction. Therefore, this research is going to indicate some cases that emphasize customer s characters and diminish their weak points using appropriate line and side images. In terms of expressing hair styles which represent individual characters, sensibilities and values, various line and side images and silhouette s modifications are utilized. The result of this research is that organize visual confusions caused by one sided line & side directions or changes of a colour position. As a satisfaction of getting a focus, the point is stressed. As a consequence, it demonstrates that hair styles are be able to highlight individual characters as well as creative beauties In this research, the desire and visual image of the creative hair styles using line and side images are utilized to represent characteristic appearances. In addition, the possibilities and limitations of using line and side image as a hair styles are studied

개인화 검색시스템 평가에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 주제별 분류기반의 개인화 검색시스템의 평가를 위해서 기존의 한글 정보 검색시스템 평가를 위해서 사용하는 한글 테스트 컬렉션(HANTEC v2.0)을 사용하였다. 주제별 분류기반의 개인화 검색시스템의 평가를 위해서 첫째, 한글 테스트 컬렉션을 한국일보-40075 문서분류 테스트 컬렉션을 이용하여 주제별 분류를 수행 하였다. 둘째, 한국일보-40075 문서분류 테스트 컬렉션의 분류 체계에 다라 한글테스트 컬렉션의 문서들을 kNN 분류기를 이용하여 분류를 수행하였다. 마지막으로 구축된 컬렉션을 이용하여 주제별 분류기반의 개인화 검색시스템의 성능 평가를 수행하였다.

웹 아카이빙 시스템에 관한 연구

오늘날 디지털 정보가 기하급수적으로 늘어나고 반면 급속한 폐기와 망실이 일어나고 있다. 특히 웹 자원은 아직 수집, 보존, 활용에 대한 방안이 없어서 일정 기간의 서비스가 끝나면 사라져 버리는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 웹 자원을 수집하고 보존하기위한 웹 아카이빙 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 웹 자원들을 주기적으로 수집하여 웹 자원을 항구적인 보존과 접근을 위한 웹 아카이빙 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹 자원의 아카이빙 수집, 보존, 항구 적인 접근을 위한 웹 아카이빙 시스템을 개발하였다.

SSD에 적합한 동적 색인 저장 구조 : SPM

역파일 인덱스 구조는 대용량 텍스트 데이터의 색인저장 기법을 위한 효율적인 데이터 구조로 널리 활용 되고 있다. 특히, 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 온라인 색인관리 측면에서는 동적 검색 환경에 적합한 In-Place 방식과 Merge-based 색인 방식이 주로 사용 되고 있다. 위 방법들의 핵심은 검색 처리시간을 줄이기 위해서 포스팅 정보의 저장 연속성(Contiguity)을 보장하면서 동시에 색인정보 관리(Index Maintenance) 시간을 최소화 하기위한 색인저장 구조에 중점을 두고 연구가 진행 되었다. 그러나 최근 기존 저장장치(HDD)와 근본적으로 구조가 다른 새로운 저장장치(SSD, SCRAM)가 데이터 저장소로 이용되면서 이러한 장치들의 특성을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 색인저장 기법 또한 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로운 저장장치의 빠른 접근 속도(Low access latency) 특성을 최대한 활용할 수 있는 분할(Segmentation) 포스팅 구조를 기반으로 새로운 저장장치에 적합하도록 변형된 In-Place 방식(Pulsing)과 수정된 Merge-based 방식(Merging)을 혼합하여 검색 처리시간 및 색인정보관리시간을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 색인저장 구조(SPM)를 제안한다. Inverted index structures have become the most efficient data structure for high performance indexing of large text collections, especially online index maintenance, In-Place and merge-based index structures are the two main competing strategies for index construction in dynamic search environments. In the above-mentioned two strategies, a contiguity of posting information is the mainstay of design for online index maintenance and query time. Whereas with the emergence of new storage device(SSD, SCRAM), those do not consider a contiguity of posting information in the design of index structures because of its superiority such as low access latency and I/O throughput speeds. However, SSD(Solid State Drive) is not well suited for traditional inverted structures due to the poor random write throughput in practical systems. In this paper, we propose the new efficient online index structure(SPM) for SSD that significantly reduces the query time and improves the index maintenance performance.

따뜻한 교육공동체 구현을 위한 앙트러프러너십 적용 방안 탐색: 창조성과 실천성을 중심으로

본 연구는 한국인의 정서를 바탕으로 구성된 따뜻한 교육공동체가 현장에 안착하기 위한 전략적 실천방안으로 앙트러프러너십의 창조성과 실천성으로부터 관련 함의를 도출하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 선행연구 분석을 통해 공동체, 교육공동체, 따뜻한 교육공동체의 개념과 속성을 밝혀내었으며, 나아가 앙트러프러너십의 창조성과 실천성의 전략이 따뜻한 교육공동체에 제시하는 특성을 찾아내었다. 연구결과 앙트러프러너십의 창조성 중 창조적 파괴, 조직 단위 창조성, 구성원의 독립적 자기효능감과 자신감 증진, 효율성 기반의 창조성 등이 필요하였다. 그리고 실천성과 관련하여 구성원의 학습력 증진을 위한 실천적 동기부여, 생산적 실천성, 도전적 실천성, 체계적 실천성 등이 필요하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 최근 단열, 분열, 갈등이 심화되고 있는 교육현장에 한국적 정서에 기반한 따뜻한 교육공동체가 적용될 수 있는 구체적 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 의미가 있을 것으로 판단한다. This study aims to derive relevant implications from the creativity and practicality of entrepreneurship as a strategic action plan for a warm educational community composed of Korean emotions to settle in the field. To this end, the concepts and attributes of community, educational community, and compassionate educational community were uncovered, and furthermore, the characteristics of the strategy of creativity and practicality of entrepreneurship were found to be presented to the compassionate educational community. As a result of the study, creative destruction, organizational unit creativity, independent self-efficacy and self-confidence enhancement, and efficiency-based creativity were needed among the creativity of entourage. In addition, in terms of practicality, practical motivation, productive practicality, challenging practicality, and systematic practicality were needed to improve the learning ability of members. Through the results of this study, it is considered to be meaningful in that it proposes a concrete plan that can apply a warm educational community based on Korean sentiment to educational sites where insulation, division, and conflict are intensifying.
