Purpose: Patients with hematologic diseases such as chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or chronic lymphoid leukemia (CLL) are known to have an increased chance of acquiring a secondary neoplasm. Stomach cancer is one of the most common malignant diseases in Korea, and we investigated whether the incidence of secondary stomach cancer in patients with a hematologic disease increases, in order to determine if a more intensive screening program for detecting secondary gastric cancer was required. We also investigated the safety of performing a gastrectomy in hematologic disease patients. Materials and Methods: From 1992 to 2006, the medical records of 8376 patients diagnosed with one of the six common hematologic diseases were reviewed. Results: Nine secondary stomach cancers were found among the 8376 patients during the 15-year observation period. No surgical-related complications occurred, and there was no recurrence of stomach cancer if detected early. Conclusion: It seems that a more intensive screening program for detecting secondary gastric cancer in hematologic disease patients is not required, and surgery is not risky in these patients. 목적: 만성 골수성 백혈병이나 말성 림프구성 백혈병에서 이차성 암의 위험은 증가하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 백혈병을 비롯한 혈액질환을 가진 환자에서 우리나라에서 가장 흔한 암 가운데 하나인 위암의 위험이 증가하는지 조사하여 혈액질환 환자를 대상으로 위암에 대한 보다 적극적인 검진이 필요한지 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 응고장애나 면역저하와 같은 수술에 관련된 위험인자가 있을 수 있는 혈액질환 환자에서 위암 수술이 안전하게 이루어질 수 있는지에 대해 조사하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 지난 15년가 성모병원에서 백혈병 및 다발성 골수종, 재생불량성 빈혈로 진단받은 8,376명의 환자를 대상으로 의무기록을 후향적으로 조사하였다. 결과: 총 9예의 이차성 위암이 확인되었다. 감염이나 출혈등 수술관련 합병증은 발생하지 않았으며, 조기에 발견된 경우 재발도 관찰되지 않았다. 결론: 위암의 빈도가 일반인에 비해 크게 증가하지 않아 혈액질환 환자에서 이차성 위암의 감시를 위한 집중적인 프로그램이 따로 도입되어야 할 필요성은 없는 것으로 생각되며, 혈액질환 환자의 위암 수술에 있어 합병증도 크게 증가하지는 않는 것으로 생각된다.

CNC (Carbon Nano Colloid) was used as an additive to the positive electrode to improve the discharge performance of sealed lead-acid batteries, The cathode active material ($PbO_2$) has a relatively low utility of less than 60 % compared with other kind of batteries, such as Ni-MH and Lithium ion, In this study, to overcome the above-mentioned problem we investigated the effects of CNC addition on the enhancement of electrical connection with not-utilized $PbO_2$ and resultantly electrical conductivity of electrode, We examined low rate discharge capacities, high rate discharge capacities and internal resistances of the batteries containing various amounts of CNC. From these results, we found out that the addition of CNC into the positive electrode made a significant improvement in high rate discharge capacity, We also suggested the optimum content of CNC material in positive electrode.
도전재 종류 및 함량에 따른 아연공기전지의 cathode특성연구

Zinc Air battery obtain their energy density advantage over the other batteries by utilizing ambient oxygen as the cathode materials, and reusing cathode as recycled form. And specific capacity of zinc powder is as high as 820 mAh/g. However, if the pore size in cathode is small then the flow rate of air decreased, and as a result of that discharge voltage of batteries becomes low. We focused on resistance and porosity of cathode. So we studied the effects of conducting agents to zinc air batteries performance, capacity, power density, average discharge voltage, resistance. And we also measured porosity of cathode by the ASTM. So we have got optimum contents of conducting agent. 아연공기전지는 공기중의 산소를 사용하므로 cathode의 재활용이 가능하다는 장점이 있으며 아연의 이론용량이 820(mAh/g)으로 상당히 높다. 그러나, 아연공기전지는 cathodf치 기공이 너무 작으면 외부로부터 유입되는 산소량이 부족하여 전지의 방전전압이 낮아지는 결과를 초래하게 되며 cathode에 포함되어 있는 도전재의 함량에 따라 저항 및 기공율에 많은 변화를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전지의 용량, 출력특성, 방전전압, DC저항, ASTM에 의한 기공율 측정을 통해 도전재의 종류 및 함량이 아연공기전지에 미치는 영향을 연구하였으며, Super P의 도전재를 $5wt\%$ 첨가하였을 때 가장 우수한 전지특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

아연공기전지는 공기중의 산소를 사용하므로 cathode의 재활용이 가능하다는 장점이 있으며 아연의 이론용량이 820(mAh/g)로 상당히 높다 또한 아연공기전지는 저율방전에서 방전말기까지 아주 평탄한 방전전압을 유지한다. 그러나, 고율방전에서는 방전전압이 낮아지고 에너지가 감소하며 cathode에 포함되어 있는 PTF도의 함량에 따라 저항 및 기공율에 많은 변화를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전지의 에너지, 방전용량, 방전전압, DC저항, GSM, ASTM에 의한 기공율 측정을 통해 cathode내의 PTFE함량이 아연공기전지에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 그 결과 결합제의 함량이 감소할수록 전지의 특성이 향상되었으며 $15wt\%$일 때 가장 우수한 전지특성을 얻을 수 있었다. But, when Zinc Air battery discharged at high current, then discharge voltage and energy becomes very low. So we focused on resistance and porosity of cathode with contents of PTFE. Wf studied on the effects of PTFE on performance of Zinc Air batteries. So we have got optimum contents of PTFE binder.
순 Ti 박판 GTA 용접부의 기계적 성질 및 성형성에 미치는 공정변수의 영향

In this work, the effect of welding variables on weldability of gas tungsten arc(GTA) welding was investigated with experimental analysis for a commercial pure(CP) titanium (Grade.1). The GTA welding tests on sheet samples with 0.5mm in thick were carried out at different process variables such as arc length, welding speed and electrode shape. In order to search an optimum arc length with full penetration, bead- on-plate welding before butt-welding were performed with different arc length conditions. From the bead- on-plate welding results, the optimum condition considering arc stability and electrode loss was obtained in the arc length of 0.8mm. Butt-welding tests based on the arc length of 0.8mm were carried out to achieve the optimum conditions of welding speed and electrode shape. Optimum conditions of welding speed and electrode shape were suggested as 10 mm/s and truncated electrode shape, respectively. It was successfully validated by the microstructural observation, tensile tests, micro-hardness tests and formability tests.
PAN과 PVA의 상분리 현상을 이용한 탄소나노섬유 제조 및 특성

Polyacrylonitrile-based, submicron, sea-island, carbon fibers were prepared with polyacrylonitrile (PAN) islands in a polyvinly alcohol (PVA) sea. Mixtures of PAN and PVA were wet-spun and characterized. DSC thermograms showed phase-separated PVA and PAN, indicating the resultin fibers' sea-island structures. SEM images showed PAN fibers of 250~400 nm diameter remaining after removal of PVA by immersion in boiling water. The PAN fibers were stabilized and carbonized, their diameter decreased to 100~200 nm depending on the mixing ratio of PAN to PVA. XRD showed typical turbostratic structures of the carbon fibers.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analysis of the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』. Methods: The herb medications of 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』Sang·Jung·Ha-Tong(上·中·下統) and 『Enlargement side prescriptions』(增補方) are selected by comment on the chief virtue including reference word of corresponded with neuropsychiatry. Results and Conclusion: 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』is a book most people who have a background or career in Han Medicine(韓醫學) would pore over. They corresponded with neuropsychiatry among the herb medications of 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』Sang·Jung·Ha-Tong(上·中·下統) are 55 prescriptions that Sang-Tong(上統) is 8 prescriptions, Jung-Tong(中統) is 23 prescriptions and Ha-Tong(下統) is 24 prescriptions. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of 『Enlargement side prescriptions』(增補方) are 40 prescriptions. And then the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』received much influence from 『Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam』. Incidentally the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』Sang·Jung·Ha-Tong showed the high percentage in Neurosis. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of 『Enlargement side prescriptions』showed the high percentage in Psychosis. Besides not only put 『Enlargement side prescriptions』a premium on 『Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam』, but also made it the herb medications which were recorded on books flowed after 『Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam』known. It was entered up books quoted from『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』Sang·Jung·Ha-Tong but the herb medications were that were not succeeded from 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』Sang·Jung·Ha-Tong. Therefore 『Enlargement side prescriptions』 shows the efforts for supplement of 『Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun』Sang·Jung·Ha-Tong.
