        만성뇌졸중 환자에 시각적 되먹임 트레드밀 보행 훈련이 보행과 균형 능력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study compares the effects of treadmill gait training accompanied by visual feedback and general treadmill gait training on the gait and balance ability of patients with chronic stroke. Methods: A total of 11 patients with chronic stroke were randomly divided into either the treadmill gait training accompanied by visual feedback group (six patients) or the general treadmill gait training group (five patients). The gait and balance ability of the two groups were measured before and after the interventions using the functional reach test, the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test, Berg's balance test, and the Biodex balance test. The treadmill gait training accompanied by visual feedback group performed the exercise under the supervision of a therapist after first being provided with a hat and a goal that was devised for the purpose of providing visual feedback information. The interventions were applied to the respective groups for four weeks. For the statistical analysis, we conducted a Mann-Whitney test to compare the results between the two groups. Additionally, the Wilcoxon test was used to compare the results from before and after the intervention in each group. Results: The treadmill gait training accompanied by visual feedback group showed a significant difference in terms of the functional reach test after the intervention when compared to the general treadmill gait training group (p<0.05). Although there was no significant difference, the treadmill gait training accompanied by visual feedback group showed a larger improvement in the TUG test, Berg's balance test, and the Biodex balance test than the general treadmill gait training group (p>0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that treadmill gait training accompanied by visual feedback can be used as a beneficial intervention scheme for the recovery of the gait and balance ability of patients with chronic stroke.

      • 지연성 근육통 유발 후 유지-이완 기법이 통증과 관절가동범위에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to compare the effects of both general hold-relax techniques and hold-relax techniques using pumping on pain due to delayed muscle pain and on the range of motion (ROM) of joints. Methods: Thirty-nine young adult males and females were randomly assigned either to a hold-relax technique application group of 20 subjects or to a group of 19 subjects with hold-relax techniques applied using a pumping application. Tenderness thresholds, the ROM of joints, and pain intensities were measured on the biceps of the nondominant arm of the subjects in both groups before exercises were performed to induce delayed muscle pain. Tenderness thresholds were again measured 24hours, 48hours, and 72 hours after inducing delayed muscle pain. The relevant intervention methods were applied to the two groups after conducting the measurement at 48hours. As a statistical analysis method, repeated measure ANOVAs were conducted to examine the tenderness thresholds, ROMs of elbow joints, and pain intensities in the individual groups at the time points. Results: At 48 hours and 72 hours after application of the interventions, the general hold-relax technique application group showed greater changes in the tenderness thresholds, the ROMs of elbow joints, and the pain intensities than did the group applying hold-relax techniques using a pumping application (p>0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, the application of hold-relax techniques is thought to have beneficial effects on pain resulting from delayed muscle pain and on limited ROMs of joints.

        전산유체역학 모델을 이용한 도시 지표 피복 변화가 대기 경계층 열적 환경에 미치는 영향 분석

        With global warming and the rapid increase in urbanization accompanied by a concentration of population, the urban heat island effects (UHI) have become an important environmental issue. In this study, rooftop greening and permeable asphalt pavement were selected as measures to reduce urban heat island and applied to a simple virtual urban environment to simulate temperature change using ENVI-met. A total of five measures were tested by dividing the partial and whole area application of each measure. The results showed that the temperature range of the base experiment is 33.11-37.11 ℃, with the UTCI comfort level described as strong heat and very strong heat stress. A case applied permeable asphalt has a greater temperature difference than a rooftop greening case, the larger the area where each condition was applied, the greater the temperature change was.

        알고두 프로그램을 이용한 전기회로 비유 생성 활동에서 나타난 초등과학영재 학생들의 비유물의 변화 과정

        This study investigated the changes in representation on analogies that elementary science-gifted students generated by using Algodoo program to explain the electric current. After the students were taught about the 'components in circuit and their function' and 'electric current' with teacher centered analogy and PhET program for 4 class hours, they generated analogies to the electric circuit. Then they compared the similarity between generated analogy and target concept and matched it to the target concept. The result revealed that the battery, light bulb, and electric wire were changed according to the change of representations on free electrons. And they generated more proper analogies reflected the target concept when represented the free electrons by the circular particles than the water. From these results, we can say that generating analogy using Algodoo program is the effective education activity to help students understand abstract concept by visualizing it more easily and simply.

      • 가상 인트라넷 서비스의 기술동향

        각 기업에게 신뢰성있는 가상 인트라넷 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는, 통신망의 품질, 기업내부 정보의 보호 등을 확실하게 보증할 수 있어야 하며, 기업 업무에 필요한 각종 응용 서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 본 고에서는 이러한 가상 인트라넷의 개념 구조를 제시하고, 이 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기술적 요구사항인 백본망의 고품질 및 VPN 기술과 기업 응용 서비스 기술을 분석하며, 미국, 일본 등의 통신사업자 및 서비스 제공자들이 제공하는 서비스의 동향을 소개한다. 우리나라에서는 아직까지 이러한 서비스가 도입되지 않았으나, 자체 기업망을 가지지 못한 중소기업이나 기관 등에게 업무의 효율성 증진 및 경쟁력 강화를 위해 상당히 유용하리라 예상된다.

        불소화고분자와 아민화된 폴리이서이미드 이온교환막을 적용한 축전식 탈염공정의 성능 연구

        To investigate the performance of the composite carbon electrodes which the ion exchange polymers were directly casted onto porous carbon electrode surfaces, the adsorption/desorption experiments were carried out by varying the feed concentration, feed flow rate, and desorption voltages for the NaCl solution. When the feed concentration was 100 mg/L, the increase of the adsorption time led to the increase of the salt removal due to the increase of the residence time inside the cell while the increase of the feed flow rate from 15 mL/min to 23 mL/min gave the decrease of the salt removal efficiency, 12% because of the short residence time. When the feed concentration was 200 mg/L, the salt removal was shown 10~15% low because of the incomplete desorption within the desorption intervals. 다공성 전극표면에 이온교환고분자를 직접 casting하여 만들어진 복합탄소전극의 성능을 알아보기 위해서 NaCl 수용액을 이용하여 흡착시간, 공급액 농도, 유속, 탈착전압에 따라 흡/탈착실험을 진행하였다. 유입수가 100 mg/L일 때 동일 조건에서 흡착시간이 3분에서 5분으로 증가하면서 제거율이 3% 증가하였는데 이는 유입수의 셀 내부 잔류시간의 증가로 인한 것으로 사료되며 또한 유속이 15 mL/min에서 23 mL/min 증가하면서 효율이 12% 정도 낮음을 보인 것은 유속이 상승하면서 유입수의 셀 내부 잔류시간이 짧아지면서 나타나는 영향으로 사료된다. 유입수의 농도를 200 mg/L로 증가하였을 때 효율은 100 mg/L보다 10~15% 정도 낮은 값을 보였는데, 이는 탈착구간에서 완전탈착이 되지 않아 나타나는 것으로 판단된다.

        정보영재교육은 정규 교육과정과의 체계적인 연계 없이, 각 영재교육기관에서 자체 개발한 교육과정으로 이루어져있다. 또한 대부분의 정보영재교육 과정은 주로 프로그래밍과 알고리즘 영역에 국한되어 학습이 진행되고 있어, 영재 학생들에게 보다 전반적인 정보교과 영역의 심화된 학습과 그에 적합한 다양한 교수학습이 요구된다. 이러한 필요에 따라 본 논문에서는 정규 교육의 고등학교 과정에서 다루는 컴퓨터구조 분야에서 심화된 마이크로프로세서 설계를 특별히 프로젝트 기반 학습을 적용하여 심화프로그램으로 구상하고, 실제 수업에 적용할 수 있도록 프로젝트 학습 활동을 설계하였다.

        네온 컬러 패션에 나타난 배색 특성과 이미지

        The research is committed to inquire about the attributes of color schemes and their image, and the results are as follows : One, the preference of ranges of neon colors was explicit, and the frequency of use of neon colors distinctively diverged season by season. Two, it was observed that, with neon colors, an achromatic color scheme was a more preferred arrangement. As for chromatic colors, neutral and mid-tone natural colors were more favored since they did not tarnish the properties of neon colors and, yet, more effective exhibiting images in diversity and variety. Three, the neon color fashion generally displayed a dual image: its original classification embellished with neon colors rendering the image of powerful and futuristic sensation. Having been around since the early 2000`s, the frequency and range of use of neon colors have been increasing rapidly mostly by the sports, leisure and related industries. Regardless of the fact, neon colors will be rediscovered with a variety of color schemes and expand their application.
