본 교실에서는 가족력을 가지며, 하악에 다발성으로 재발된 치성각화낭종의 증례가 있어 보고하는 바이다. 환자들은 한 가족의 어머니와 두 자녀였으며 그중 어머니와 딸의 경우 낭종적출후 수차례의 재발을 보여 딸은 앞으로도 수술을 예정하고 있다. 낭종이외의 다른 기저세포모반증후군의 증거는 보이지 않았다. 처치로서 어머니와 딸의 경우 낭종적출술을 시행하였고 아들의 경우 낭종적출후 결손부의 크기가 커서 동종골이식을 시행하였다. 현재 어머니와 아들의 경우 재발은 보이지 않고 있으나 향후 지속적인 구강검사를 통해 관리예정이며 유전학적인 검사도 고려하고 있다. A family is presented in which multiple odontogenic keratocysts have been expressed. 3 members of the two generations of family with features of multiple keratocysts, suspected basal cell nevus syndrome have been investigated. The proband, 19-year-old woman and her mother, and her brother suffered from these cysts and two female patients' disease have been recurred multiply though careful treatments. Close attention to the family and routine follow up will alert the clinician to its recurrences and genetic counseling and serial screening for the development of other symptoms, that is malignant skin carcinoma etc.

Expose equipment system that is used for manufacturing process of Flat Panel Display, is most important equipment in whole process. Expose equipment that is for making pattern of mask on substrate, consists of optical part, stage part and transport part. The stage is an important part that aligns mask and substrate for delivering pattern of mask to substrate exactly. In this paper, control system of expose stage that is able to use mask and substrate of diverse size, with PC controller using GUI interface instead of PLC control system. The existing PLC control system does not have the suitable structure for using mask of diverse size. GUI interface integration control system is based on PC. So it has the advantage of convenient use and active operation. We embodied PLC control system in integration control system based on PC, and verified utility possibility through the standard test course.
소음인(少陰人) 오치(誤治)로 병발(倂發)한 태음인(太陰人) 환자(患者)의 양독발반(陽毒發斑)에 대한 증례보고(症例報告)

The Yangdokbalban(陽毒發斑) of Taeumin(太陰人) is classed as Gansuyoilliyoilbyung(肝受熱裏熱病). This is a kind of dermatitis caused by Ganyoilpaejo(肝熱肺燥) what was risen from disorder of Simyok(心慾). In the treatment, we should temper the Simyok and recover Hosanjigy(呼散之氣) of Lung by Cheongganjoyoil(淸肝燥熱). In this study, it is experienced that Yangdokbalban of Taeumin patient mistreated with Soyangin, got sick by Korean medical treatment, and also it came to improve the psychosomatic disorder(心身症) generally. The patient was 52 years old, female. She entered our hospital for Yangdokbalban, including serious itching, insomnia, chest discomfort, dyspepsia, pantalgia, and she had neutropenia in the blood test. We classified this as Taeumin-liyoiljung(太陰人 裏熱證) and prescribed Galgunhaegitang(葛根解肌湯) and Chungsimyoinjahabopaewontang(淸心蓮子合補肺元湯) in according to the principle of Cheongganjoyoil. In the result, we had the general improvement of Yangdokbalban and psychosomatic disorder.
형방도적산가미방(荊防導赤散加味方)과 감수천일환(甘遂天一丸)이 백서(白鼠)의 비만(肥滿)에 미치는 효과(效果)

1.Purpose This study was researched in order to investigate the effect of Hyungbangdojucksan-Gami and Kamsuchunilhwan on the obesity in rats. 2. Methods The rats were divided into 10 groups - The normal group fed with normal diet. One of the sample groups fed with high fat diet, and since fifth week had fed with Hyungbangdojucksan-Gami. The other sample groups fed with high fat diet, and since fifth week had fed with Kamsuchunilhwan. The control group fed with high fat diet, and since fifth week had fed sodium chloride. 3. Results 1. The rate of increasing weight was significantly decreased after oral administration of Hyungbangdojucksan-Gami and Kamsuchunilhwan. 2. The rate of feeding effect was not significantly decreased after oral administration of Hyungbangdojucksan-Gami and Kamsuchunilhwan. 3. After oral administration of Hyungbangdojucksan-Gami, the quantities of total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglyceride on the serum were significantly decreased but that of lipid peroxide on the serum was significantly increased. 4. After oral administration of Kamsuchunilhwan., the quantities of glucose, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglyceride on the serum were significantly decreased but those of HDL cholesterol, lipid peroxide on the serum were significantly increased. 4.Conclusion Hyungbangdojucksan-Gami and Kamsuchunilhwan have significant effects on the obesity in the rats.
고cholesterol 식이 자발성 고혈압 백서(白鼠)에서의 가미방풍통성산(加味防風通聖散)이 고혈압에 미치는 영향

This experiment was performed to determine the effects of Kamibangpungtongsungsan on hypertension in spontaneous hypertensive rats fed a hyperlipidemic diet (H-SHR). The results are summarized as follows : 1. Kamibangpungtongsungsan significantly decreased the blood pressure and pulse of rats in H-SHR. 2. Kamibangpungtongsungsan significantly decreased the levels of Aldosterone in H-SHR. 3. Kamibangpungtongsungsan significantly decreased the levels of dopamine and epinephrine in H-SHR, but did not significantly reduce the levels of norepinephrine, in H-SHR. 4. Kamibangpungtongsungsan did not significantly reduce the levels of electrolytes in H-SHR. 5. Kamibangpungtongsungsan significantly decreased the TNF-$\alpha$ and IL-6 levels in H-SHR but the IL-10 level increase no significant. These results suggest that the Kamibangpungtongsungsan might be usefully applied for the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia.

In the manufacturing processes of semiconductor, test process is important for quality of products. In the manufacturing process of dynamic memory, memory test is more important. So, automatic test equipment(ATE) is used necessarily. But, according to increase of speed of dynamic memory operation, the rapid test equipment is needed. Impedance matching between ATE and dynamic memory is expected to be an important problem for making a rapid test equipment over 1Gbps. According to increase of speed, inner impedance of ATE also works on important parameter for test. This paper is about the method that is for impedance matching of inner impedance and coaxial cable occurring in manufacturing of ATE. We proved effects of inner impedance by electric theory and verified the method of impedance matching using computer simulation.
