2 Dimensional Gel Electrophoresis(2DGE) is an essentialmethodology for analysis on the expression of various proteins. For example, information for the location, mass, expression, size and shape of the proteins obtained by 2DGE can be used for diagnosis, prognosis and biological progress by comparison of patients with the normal persons. Protein spot matching for this purpose is comparative analysis of protein expression pattern for the 2DGE images generated under different conditions. However, visual analysis of protein spots which are more than several hundreds included in a 2DGE image requires long time and heavy effort. Furthermore, geometrical distortion makes the spot matching for the same protein harder. In this paper, an iterative algorithm is introduced for more efficient spot matching. Proposed method is first performing global matching step, which reduces the geometrical difference between the landmarks and the spot to be matched. Thus, movement for a spot is defined by a weighted sum of the movement of the landmark spots. Weight for the summation is defined by the inverse of the distance from the spots to the landmarks. This movement is iteratively performed until the total sum of the difference between the corresponding landmarks is larger than a pre-selected value. Due to local distortion generally occurred in 2DGE images, there are many regions in whichmany spot pairs are miss-matched. In the second stage, the same spot matching algorithm is applied to such local regions with the additional landmarks for those regions. In other words, the same method is applied with the expanded landmark set to which additional landmarks are added. Our proposed algorithm for spot matching empirically proved reliable analysis of protein separation image by producing higher accuracy.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find the effect of grip strength of the grasping reflex skill training of 4 case children with spastic cerebral palsy. Smedley hand dynamometer(JAMAR, USA) was used for measuring grip strength. Methods: Smedley hand dynamometer(JAMAR, USA) was used for measuring grip strength. Cases were chosen mild, moderate and severe spastic cerebral palsy with sitting balance and perception. To achieve that purpose, this training program was carried out 5 times a week for 4 weeks with 4 children. The performance of grasping reflex skill training and grip strength was evaluated each other. Results: Both hands were investigated with grasping reflex skill test and grip strength in two week intervals. In the dominant or nondominant hand, the more improvement of grasping reflex skill test is high, the more that of grip strength is high. Conclusion: The result were as follows that. The grasping reflex skill training was effective in grip strength.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the self-discipline system of learning monks at Unmunsa-sangga College(雲門寺僧伽大學) which is the biggest Buddhist nun monk college. The present Korean Buddhist nun monk college has the tradition of self-discipline, about 1600 years, since the Buddhism was introduced into Korea. Hence, the previous Buddhistnuns rarely did not write a book, and their disciples did not make some notes about their teachers’ accomplishment activity and teaching either. Therefore we might know their life, discipline, and curriculum only through the information by word of mouth and currently monks discipline activities. The circumstance of Unmunsa-sangga College is similar to that case. Unmunsa-sangga College was opened in 1958 after the first Buddhist nun monk college, And the Unmunsa-sangga College is called the biggest Buddhist nun monk college and the representative of Korea Buddhistnun Monk College as a lecture place. In spite of these tradition and pride, there is no specific study for its curriculum and a tradition of self-discipline. The goal of this study is to collect and organize Buddhist nun monk college-. Unmunsa-sangga College-data which is sporadically spreaded out. And then it is expected to be able to understand systematically about the self-discipline of current. Unmunsa-sangga College curriculum and system through the organized data. The education of Buddhismshould pursue right spirit, mind, and the practice of right deeds with based on faith(信心), Shin Hae(信解), Shin Heng(信行), Shin Cheug(信證) in three treasures(三寶). And it should look into current and future and it should teach and learn today in a real history. That basis is beginning from the education of Buddhist nun monk college so that it always needs to keep pace with an age. But, if Buddhist nun monk college do not pursue these goals, only insisting on the orthodoxy, it is obvious that Buddhist nun monk college is no important position of Buddhism. Therefore if it is a proper comprehension, historicity, execution, actuality in three treasures(三寶). It will be expected to be great Buddhism, and there will be prepared some place to do an in-depth study for the popularization of Buddhism.

This study intends to clarify that LXX Proverbs 9 is faithful to the Masoretic text and is an annotative translation with the Torah’s addition. Some scholars claim that Hellenism influenced the wisdom (Sophia) in Proverbs 1-9. Scholars have been discussing the difference between LXX Proverbs and Masora. However, a study focusing on the text of Proverbs 9 is yet to be conducted. The conclusions of LXX Proverbs 9 can be better understood when analyzed with the Masora. Different outcomes were uncovered from the translations, and LXX Proverbs 9:6, 10, 12, and 18 were found to contain content that was not found in Masora. The existence of another version (Vorlage) is assumed to have been the reason for the discrepancy. However, it is difficult to recognize Vorlage’s existence, given the Israelite tradition of respecting the authority of the Hebrew Bible. In addition, there may have been structural differences between Hebrew and Greek. When the LXX Proverbs Chapter 9 and Masora were translated and analyzed, it was found that LXX was a faithful translation of Masora, and the Torah comment was added. It is a false hypothesis that Hellenism influenced chapter 9 of Proverbs (LXX). Instead, Proverbs 9 of the LXX handles the hermeneutic role of Israel’s wisdom literature reasonabnly well.
