Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of olfactory stimulation on the balance ability of the elderly. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: A total of 20 subjects were randomly assigned to the olfactory stimulation group (2 males and 8 females) and deception olfactory stimulation group (3 males and 7 females). Subjects were subjected to 30 second 3 times olfactory stimulation and deception olfactory stimulation, and the assessment measured pre and post postural distance and postural speed. Results: In the elderly, the olfactory stimulation group was significantly improved the postural distance and postural speed in the eyes closed state than the deception stimulation group (p<.05). Conclusion: As the information is provided through the olfactory stimulation, the postural distance and postural speed are significantly improved. therefore, it is expected that the olfactory stimulation in the elderly will be an effective intervention method to prevent fall.

Multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNT)-polyurethane block copolymer(PU) nanocomposites were prepared, and their electroactive shape recovery characteristics were investigated. The nanocomposites incorporating chemically modified MWNTs showed higher modulus and breaking stress than those incorporating raw MWNTs, which was ascribed to an increased dispersion of nanotubes in the matrix polymer and increased interfacial strength between nanotubes and polyurethane molecules. However, their electrical conductivity decreased with the degree of chemical modification of MWNTs. The best properties were obtained in the composites incorporating MWNTs modified at $90^{\circ}C$ on basis of combined evaluation of mechanical and conducting properties. Good electroactive shape recovery within 10 seconds was obtained when a voltage of 10 to 30 V was applied to the composites of $3-7wt\%$ modified MWNT content.

공기업 사회적 책임활동 측정 지표에 관한 연구: 한국 도로공사 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 한국도로공사라는 공기업의 사례를 통해 사회적 책임활동을 측정하고 체계화하는 과정을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해본 연구에서는 사회적 가치 활동의 측정을 보다 체계화하는 방안을 논의하였다. 한국도로공사는 사회적 책임 가치를 화폐가치로 환산하여 사회적 가치 활동을 측정하고 있다. 또한 한국도로공사는 사회적 가치 활동을 조직의 기존 성과관리에 결합하여 실행함으로써 공기업의 사회적 가치 활동을 경영관리 시스템 내에서 추진하고 있다. 한국도로공사의 사회적 가치 측정지표는 미션과 비전에서 도출된 9개 사회적 가치별로 64개의 지표를 포함하고 있으며, 사회적 가치 자가진단시스템과 사회적 성과평가기준을 따로 마련하여 실행하고 있다. 이 점에서 한국도로공사의 사례는 그동안 공기업의 사회적 책임 경영이 보여 왔던 조직의 비전에 명확히 연계되지 못한 활동, 다양성이 부족한 사회적 책임활동 프로그램, 명확한 추진체계의 부재, 측정지표의 미흡 등의 문제점을 상당부분 개선한 경우 볼 수 있다. 그러나 사회적 가치 측정지표가 정부의 공기업 경영평가 기준에서 크게 벗어나지 못한 점과 단기적인 성과를 화폐가치로 환산하는 과정에서 장기적이고 정성적인 성과를 고려하지 못했다는 한계를 가지고 있다. This study looked at the process of measuring and systematizing social responsibility activities in the Korea Expressway Corporation, a public enterprise. In this study, we examined ways to measure social value activities. Specifically, the Korea Expressway Corporation measures social value activities by converting them into monetary values. In addition, this enterprise promotes such activities within its management system by combining these activities with the organization’s existing performance evaluation system. Its social value index includes 64 indicators for each of the 9 social values, taking into account its mission and vision. It has also established and implemented a social value diagnosis system and social performance evaluation criteria as well. Existing problems of public corporations’ social responsibility management, such as activities that are not clearly linked to the organization’s vision, socially responsible activity programs with insufficient diversity, lack of a clear implementation system, and restricted measurement indicators, have been substantially improved by the Korea Expressway Corporation. However, there are limitations in that social value measurement indicators have not deviated significantly from the government’s management evaluation standards for public enterprises and that long-term and qualitative performance have not been considered in the process of converting social value activities into monetary values.

공동주택 리모델링 사업의 비례율 방식 고찰을 통한 분담금 산정방법에 대한 연구

본 연구는 리모델링 사업에서 분담금 및 수익률의 형평을 담보할 수 있는 분담금 산정방식의 제시와 기존에 적용하고 있는 비례율 방식의 제고를 목적으로 한다. 따라서 공동주택 리모델링 사업추진의 여러 가지 저해요인 중 사업진행 초기단계부터 조합원 갈등을 야기하는 리모델링 분담금 배분과 수익률에 대해 사례모형분석을 통한 면적기준 방식, 비례율 방식 및 투자수익률 방식으로 분담금과 수익의 형평성을 검토하였다. 이를 토대로 조합원간 분담금 및 수익률의 차이를 야기하는 조합원분 양가와 일반분양가의 격차를 검토하여 분담금 산정방법으로 재무적 측면에서 사업기여도를 반영한 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 현재 리모델링 단지에서 실무적으로 적용하고 있는 비례율 방식의 제고를 위해 세대수 증가형 리모델링에서 자산가치, 면적변화 등 다양한 요소를 반영하여 비례율 방식의 적용을 제안하였다. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method of share cost with equity on the share cost and earning rate and enhances existing proportion method in remodeling business. Therefore, it was examined the method of floor area change rate, method of proportion and method of investment earnings rate by analysis of an apartment model case. Based on the results, this paper suggested the method reflected business contribution as an improvement on method of share cost after the disparity between sale price of partners and sale price were examined. To enhance existing proportion method, futhermore, this paper proposed the method of proportion considered the property value, change of floor area and so on in apartment remodeling increasing the numbers of households.

  최근 들어 통합적 협약을 통한 노사간의 협력의 필요성에 대한 사회적 요구가 확대되고 있으며, 이로 인해 우리나라에서 이중몰입 이슈는 그 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 회사와 노조에 대한 이중몰입은 노사간의 이러한 협력을 보다 촉진시킬 수 있는 중요한 계기를 제공할 수 있기 때문이다.<BR>  본 연구의 목적은 광범위하고 심층적인 문헌조사와 분석을 통해 이중몰입 관련개념을 명확히 정의하고, 이러한 정의에 기초하여 이중몰입에 관련된 이론적 근거를 제시하며, 이중몰입의 구성개념과 연구방법론을 체계적으로 평가함으로써 이중몰입을 이해하기 위한 개념적 기본 틀을 정립하려는데 있다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에 필요한 개념적 이슈와 방법론적 이슈를 한국적 상황에 맞추어 총괄적으로 해석하고 관련된 중요이슈를 제시하였다.   Given the recent calls for cooperation between unions and industry in the form of integrative bargaining, dual commitment is a topic of increased importance in Korea. The commitment of employees to both the company and to the union may serve to facilitate the cooperation.<BR>  The aim of the study is to provide overview of the theoretical and methodological issues that need to be addressed in future research on dual commitment. On the basis of the survey of the literature, several areas for further research are identified and some of the key issues are outlined.

타샤 튜더의 그림책을 활용한 유아의 행복감 향상 프로그램의 구성 및 적용 효과

본 연구는 그림책을 활용하여 유아의 행복감을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램을 구성하고 영유아교육현장에 적용한 후 그 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 유아의 행복감을 향상시키기 위해 활용하기에 적절한 타샤 튜더의 그림책을 활용하여 유아의 행복감 향상 프로그램을 구성하였다. 먼저 본 연구에서는 유아의 행복, 유아문학교육, 그림책과 행복감 등과 관련된 포괄적인 문헌고찰을 통해 유아의 행복감을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램의 목표를 설정하였고, 설정된 목표에 따라 미국의 그림책 작가인 타샤 튜더의 삶과 작품세계 및 다양한 타샤 튜더의 그림책에 표현된 행복에 관한 내용을 분석하고 이를 근거로 적절한 그림책을 선정하여 프로그램의 내용을 구성하였다. 그리고 그림책을 활용하여 개발·실시된 유아기 학습자를 위한 다양한 프로그램 고찰을 통하여 본 연구의 유아의 행복감 향상을 위한 프로그램의 교수-학습 체계를 구성하였다. 다음으로는 구성한 프로그램을 서울시에 위치한 어린이집 만 4세 반에 재원 중인 유아들을 대상으로 6주간에 걸쳐 적용한 후 유아의 행복감에 미치는 효과를 측정하였다. 프로그램 실시 전·후에 유아의 행복감의 변화를 질문지를 사용하여 조사한 후 분석한 결과 타샤 튜더의 그림책을 활용한 유아의 행복감 향상 프로그램은 만 4세 반유아의 행복감 전체와 행복감 측정도구의 모든 하위요인들과 관련된 행복감을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 유아의 행복감 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 영유아교육기관 적용과 관련되어 논의되었다. A literature program to improve young children``s happiness was developed, applied in a practical early childhood education setting, and evaluated. The program was designed using Tasha Tudor``s picture books to improve children``s happiness. The purpose of the program was based on various theories and research in the field of young children``s happiness and literature education using picture books. The content of this program was developed by analyzing and categorizing Tasha Tudor``s life and her picture books with ``happiness`` themes. The teaching-learning method of the program was designed using the unit-based literature education teaching-method with various kinds of activities. And the program was evaluated according to the purpose of this program through survey. The children who participated in this program showed improvement in happiness. It was concluded that this program can be applied usefully in the development of and application to various literature programs for the improvement of young children``s happiness.

영유아교육기관장의 행복감과 직무만족에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of early childhood education center directors happiness and job satisfaction according to their personal and facilities` variables, and to analyze the effects of early childhood education center directors` happiness on their job satisfaction. Participants in this study were 247 early childhood education center directors in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The results of this study are as follows. First, the directors with higher education level and longer teaching career appear to have higher happiness level, and kindergarten directors have higher happiness level than early childhood care center directors. Second, the directors with higher education level and longer teaching career appear to have higher job satisfaction, and kindergarten directors have higher job satisfaction than early childhood care center directors. Third, the correlation analysis revealed that early childhood education center directors` happiness and job satisfaction were highly correlated. And stepwise regression analysis showed that happiness in the category of self-acceptance, environmental control, and personal growth influenced on their job satisfaction. 본 연구에서는 영유아교육기관장의 행복감과 직무만족이 원장의 학력, 경력, 그리고 근무하는 기관의 유형에 따라 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고, 영유아교육기관장의 행복감이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보았다. 유치원 원장 138명과 어린이집 원장 109명 등 모두 247명의 영유아교육기관장을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 조사한 후 t-검증, F-검증, 상관관계분석과 회귀분석을 통해 분석한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아교육기관장은 학력과 경력이 높을수록 더 높은 수준의 행복감을 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 유치원 원장이 어린이집 원장보다 더 높은 수준의 행복감을 느끼고 있었다. 둘째, 영유아교육기관장은 학력과 경력이 높을수록 더 높은 수준의 직무만족을 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 유치원 원장이 느끼는 직무만족의 수준이 어린이집 원장의 수준보다 더 높았다. 셋째, 영유아교육기관장이 보다 높은 수준의 행복감을 느낄수록 직무에서의 만족도 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 영유아교육기관장의 자아수용, 환경통제력, 그리고 개인적 성장과 관련된 행복감이 영유아교육기관장의 직무만족에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
