유성(遊星) 김준곤 유성의 설교: 역사적 분석과 그 화두(話頭)

The aim of this paper is to analzye the world of Late Rev. Joon Gon Kim’s Sermons published in CCC Letters (1964∼2005) from rhetorical perspective. The author finds three major characteristics of his sermon in terms of their originality in the history of sermons, the use of clear images and poetical reformulation of biblical narratives. The main genre of his sermon can be identified with a storytelling narrative preaching with preeminent characterization of biblical heroes and heroines. As a preacher who illuminated the word of God in his historical context with a widespread sensitivity of his times like Albert Camus and leap of faith like Soeren Kierkegaard, the author divides his preaching into three main periods such as (1) Incipient Period (1958∼1974): Missional preaching to college students and National Evangelism, (2) CCC Chapel Period (1976∼1989): Pastoral preaching to college students and the Whole counsel of God, (3) the Latter Period (1990∼2005): Engagement of Christian Charity to the North Korea and “One Single Answer to Hundred Questions” in Jesus. One major question of his sermon throughout his whole life has been “where does the river of spirit history (namely, religions, philosophies, literatures and cultures) flow?” The author summarizes the major distinguishing legacy of his sermon in terms of “Gospel preaching” in the stage of modern history of Korea, “Gospel meditation” narrated in the stage of intellectual history of humanity and “Visionary sermon” aiming at eschatological mission community in the context of historical upheavals.

환형제트 난류유동에 대한 수치해석 연구

In the present study, the turbulent flow from an annular jet is investigated by using large eddy simulation. Particularly, the effect of the ratio of the inner and outer diameters is one of the main interests of this study. The instantaneous fields presented in this paper showed that behind the jet exit the backflow region, as well known in literatures, exists, and its detailed behavior depends on the ratio of the inner and outer diameters (D₁/D₂). The dependence on D₁/D₂ is attributed to the different shear layer development according to D₁/D₂. At small D₁/D₂, the development of the outer shear layer is similar to that from the circular jet. However, with increasing D₁/D₂, the interaction between the outer and inner shear layers becomes strong, resulting in fast transition to turbulence.

SQFD 와 스토리텔링을 이용한 스마트 프로덕트 듀엣(DUET) 개발

본 연구에서는 사용자에게 공감과 즐거움을 전달하는 목적으로 스마트 프로덕트 디자인 프로세스(Smart Product Design Process, SPDP)를 소개한다. 우선, 웨어러블 디바이스와 관련된 대표적 온라인 사이트 Smadi(과거), Sblog(현재), 그리고 Wsite(미래)에서 비구조화된 웹 데이터(WebData)를 추출하여 오픈코딩(open coding)방법으로 키워드들을 도출하였다. 주요 키워드들을 토대로 SQFD (Smart Quality Function Deployment)를 수행하여, ‘키워드-사용자 요구사항’의 상관관계에 대한 중요도를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 ‘밴드와 본체의 분리’, ‘미디어 컨트롤 기능’ 등의 핵심 요구사항들은 RP (Rapid Prototyping)의 도움으로 3 단계 사용자 평가를 거치면서, 손목의 피로도를 줄이는 고급스러운 웨어러블 밴드, 듀엣(DUET)으로 개발하였다. 현재 스마트폰(Android, iOS)과 연동되는 듀엣은 여러 분야 전문가들과 ‘공감(empathy)’과 ‘즐거움(fun)’ 이라는 컨셉으로 스토리텔링을 적용한 트랜스미디어(Transmedia)를 통해 동영상으로 제작하였다. 클라우드 펀딩 사이트 Indiegogo 와 S 방송사 예능 프로그램 PPL (Product Placement)로 홍보하며 사용자에게 긍정적인 반응을 확인하였다. 또한 ‘페이스북-듀엣’을 72 일동안, 그리고 ‘구글 키워드 마케팅’을 10 일 동안 운영하면서, 사용자들과 직접적인 참여를 유도하는 다양한 시도를 통해 높은 관심도를 확인할 수 있었다. This paper presents a smart product design process for a wearable device to provide empathy and fun to users. As the first step, keywords were extracted using open-coding methods from text WebData of online sites for wearable devices, Smardi, Sblog, and Wsite. The Smart Quality Function Deployment (SQFD) was then applied to prioritize the keywords and corresponding user requirements. The key user requirements such as ‘separable band from core module’ and ‘function for media control’ were then materialized into a wearable band, DUET, using rapid prototyping, and refined through three stages of user evaluation. DUET connectable to iOS and Android smartphones was introduced b y a storytelling transmedia videoclip by experts with a theme of empathy and fun. It was also advertised on a cloud funding site, Indiegogo, and through a PPL in S entertainment program, and received positive responses. Further detailed analysis of user responses was performed for 72 days through the operation of facebook-DUET site and for 10 days through Google keyword marketing which derived various levels of user activities.

Although it is reported that vacancy and lease rates of office buildings could be improved remarkably due to after remodeling work, it is difficult for the remodeled office buildings to incorporate such profitable improvement appropriately into wherein the real estate appraisal for them was conducted. Based on income capitalization method, which is one of the three current appraisal methods and considering as a proper candidate in conducting appraisal for the remodeled buildings, this paper aims at clarifying how the method can evaluate the monetary value of the remodeled office building accurately. For achieving such objective, i) the method (i.e., income capitalization method) was applied to the 25 remodeled office cases available with their market price in order to calculate their appraisal prices, ii) a comparison between the projected price by appraisal and real market price was conducted, and iii) the comparison result was analyzed in terms of how the appraisal method calculates the price for the remodeled office buildings accurately. In conclusion, it is revealed that income capitalization method can evaluate the price of the remodeled office buildings relatively accurately (9.46% of error rate in average).

미국 장로교 교회헌법상의 분쟁해결 절차에 관한 연구

한국 장로교회는 다양한 분쟁들을 경험하고 있지만 내부의 교단 헌법으로 분쟁이 해결되지 못하고 사회 법원으로 가고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 현상의 근본 원인 중의 하나로 교단 헌법상의 권징 및 분쟁해결 절차의 내용이 미비한 점을 문제라고 진단하고, 교단 헌법을 장로교의 원리를 반영하면서도 보다 체계적이고 합리적으로 정비하여 교회 분쟁이 자체적으로 해결될 수 있는 기능을 할 수 있도록 교회법적인 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 한다.한국의 장로 교회헌법은 선교 초기에 미국의 장로교회 헌법의 영향을 받았기 때문에 이를 중심으로 연구하고, 특히 미국 장로교회의 대표적인 교단인 PCA 헌법과 PCUSA 헌법의 내용을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 미국 장로교 헌법은 분쟁의 성서적 해결 원리를 교회법에 잘 반영하고 있고, 교회 분쟁의 행정적 해결 절차로 노회의 수습위원회의 기능을 발전시켰다. 장로교 치리회의 원리를 교회법적으로 구체화시켜 놓았고, 목회자의 윤리적 문제에 대한 권징 절차를 명확히 하고 있다.미국 장로교회 헌법을 토대로 한국의 장로교회 헌법에 적용할 필요가 있는 점으로는 교단 내에 화해 및 중재 위원회의 설치가 필요하고, 성서적 분쟁해결 절차를 구체적으로 교단 헌법에 반영할 필요가 있다. 또한 노회의 수습위원회의 기능을 제고시키고 장로교의 치리 원리의 장점을 반영할 필요가 있으며, 목회자에 대한 권징이 시행될 수 있는 입법적 장치들을 마련할 필요가 있다. In the Korean presbyterian churches, disputes in the church are not being resolved by the church law, and are rather addressed by state law.One of the important factors is that Korean presbyterian church laws are not designed appropriately in a way that would resolve such disputes.This study is to make modifications in Korean presbyterian church law by utilizing studies on discipline and dispute resolution procedures of American presbyterian church law.The American presbyterian church law, relatively speaking, is better regulated in terms of:1. It is regulated thoroughly enough to handle on ethical deviations of minister.2. It regulates the principles of biblical resolution and practical devices on church disputes.3. It utilizes the functions of the administrative commission within the presbytery to resolve church disputes.4. The governing principles of the presbyterians are legalized. Korean presbyterian church law needs to reflect these strengths of the American presbyterian church law in a way that would meet the conditions of Korean needs.

능동 가진을 이용한 원형 제트에서의 유동 소음 제어

The objective of the present study is to investigate the changes in the acoustic source characteristics and<br/> far-field noise propagation in an incompressible round jet at Re=10000 for single-frequency excitations using<br/> large eddy simulation and Lighthill acoustic analogy. We apply excitations at a frequency corresponding to the<br/> jet-column mode ( 85 . 0 = D St ) or maximum growth rate in the shear layer ( 017 . 0 = q St ). The acoustic source<br/> derived from the Lighthill acoustic analogy is the second spatial derivative of the Reynolds stresses. In the<br/> case of 85 . 0 = D St , vortex ring and large scale structures are dominant sources, whereas in the case of<br/> 017 . 0 = q St , the main sources are located at an upstream position along the shear layer than in the<br/> uncontrolled case. Also, the far-field noise propagates along the axial direction due to excitation.
