본 연구는 장애인가족을 대상으로 장애인가족이 경험하는 가족스트레스가 가족적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 가족스트레스와 가족적응의 영향관계에서 가족건강성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 분석결과, 장애인가족이 경험하는 가족스트레스는 가족적응에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족건강성을 투입한 매개효과의 검증결과, 가족스트레스가 가족건강성을 매개로 가족적응에 부적인 영향을 미치는 완전 매개효과가 발견되었다. 이를 토대로 가족스트레스 관리 및 가족건강성 증진을 통한 장애인 가족적응을 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of the study is to examine the influence of family stress on family adaptation and investigate the mediating effect of family strength on the association between family stress and family adaptation of disabled family. As a result, family stress has also been from multiple regression analysis revealed that family stress has a significant effect on family adaptation through family strength. Family strength is found to have a full mediation effect. In summary, the findings suggest that disabled family with higher levels of family stress are more likely to have lower family strength and lower family strength decreases the probability of conducting family adaptation. Based on these results, the researchers suggest intervention strategies that could prevent family stress, family strength and family adaptation.

The diffuser is used to get low pressure, and it has been applied to a lot of industry field like the heat engine, the fluid instrument power plant, the food industry, environment industry etc... because there are not any problem even it is mixed with kinds of liquid, gas, and solid. The flow characteristics in diffuser are investigated by prv and CFD. The experiment using PIV measurement for mixing pipe's flow characteristics acquired velocity distribution, .Condition : when mixing pipe's diameter ratio is 1:2.3, and the flux is Q₁ = 1.136 l/s, Q₂ = 1.706 l/s, Q₃ = 2.276 l/s . Based on the PIV and the CFD results, the flow characteristics in ejector are discussed, and it shows the validity of this study.

Background : Methods to reduce the amount of blood transfusion include perioperative hemodilution, hypotensive anesthesia, the transfusion of previously deposited autologous blood, and intraoperative autotransfusion used the cell saver. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of the use of the cell saver in orthopedic spinal surgery. Methods : One hundred and one patients for orthopedic spinal surgery were involved in this study and divided into two groups: group 1(no used cell saver, n=51) and group 2(used cell saver, n=50). We checked transfusion amounts during operation and the changes of hematocrit after operation. Results : The amount of blood obtained from cell saver apparatus was 1220±651 ml(mean SD). Hematocrit of the autologous blood from this apparatus was 48.5±2.5%. Amounts of blood transfusion during operation were 4.1±0.9 IU(400 ml/IU) in group 1 and 2.5±0.7 IU in group 2(p$lt;0.05). The hematocrit was markedly decreased at the postoperative 2 and 3 days in group 2(p$lt;0.05). Conclusions: This study suggested that intraoperative salvage technique with cell saver apparatus could decrease the use of bank blood by 40% in orthopedic spinal surgery. However, we should be prepare the blood for the decrease of the hematocrit at the postoperative 2 and 3 days. (Korean J Anesthesiol 1997; 33: 277∼282)
한국해안으로부터 Purple, Non-Sulfur Photosynthetic Bacterium, Rhodobacter sp. EGH-24의 분리 및 특성

A species of facultative photo-organotrophic, purple, non-sulfur bacterium was isolated from the 47 point at west and south coast of Korea in September 2001. Separated 13 samples of changes with red color under 28~32 ℃, 3000 lux, anaerobe conditions for 7 days cultivated in basal medium. For pure isolation from 13 samples, we used agar-shake tube method (0.4 % agar) and separated 5 strains through 13-repetition test. EGH-24 and EGH-30 was identified as the same strain through the RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)-PCR of strain EGH-9, EGH-13, EGH-23, EGH-24, EGH-30. Four isolates cultivated in synthesis wastewater for wastewater biodegradation test. EGH-24 was selected with efficient wastwater treating strain. Based on the results obtained from morphology, nutrient requirements, major bacteriochlorophyll content, 16S-rDNA phylogenetic analysis, EGH-24 strain may be identified as a new strain of the genus Rhodobacter and named Rhodobacter sp. EGH-24.
