        1800년 정조(正祖) 국장(國葬) 재현을 위한 의장군(儀仗軍) 복식 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine Uijang-gun(儀仗軍) costume that directly designates guards for the king to enable an appropriate reenactment of a national funeral for King Jeongjo(正祖) in 1800. Through field investigations of such representative royal ritual events as Royal Cultural Festival and “King Danjong’s(端宗) Cultural Festival”, it was found that the historical research was mostly reliable, but that there were a few differences between the reenactments and the historical event. These errors were caused by the consultation of Uigwe and ceremonial books and a failure to refer to details that reflect circumstances of the time before relying too heavily on the contents of Banchado(班次圖) and ceremonial books. As the national funeral given to King Jeongjo was the first funeral for a king after the massive overhaul of ancestral rites in the late Joseon dynasty, it carries significance. In particular, since “Jeongjo-Gukjang-Dogam-Uigwe (正祖國葬都監儀軌)” describes matters related to ceremonial equipages in great detail compared to other Uigwe(儀軌), it is likely to be useful in studying ceremonial equipages and ceremonial regiment costume in 1800. The details of Banchado can be checked through official documents exchanged among government offices such as Gyesa(啓辭), Imun(移文), Pummok(稟目) and Gamgyeol(甘結). Ceremonial regiment costume can be divided into three types according to its classification. Uijanggi-gun(儀仗旗軍) wore Cheong-ui(靑衣) and Pi-rip(皮笠), and San-seon-si-wi(繖扇侍衛) and Eun-ma-gwe-gun(銀馬机君軍) wore Cheong-ui and Ja-geon(紫巾) and Uijang-mul(儀仗物) and Gimul-gun(器物軍) wore Hong-ui(紅衣) and Ja-geon. Cheong-ui and Hong-ui took the form of So-chang-ui(小氅衣) made with cotton, which is a long gown with a side slit and narrow sleeves. Pi-rip is a red hat in the form of Cho-rip(草笠), and Ja-geon is a rectangular hat made with cotton. In addition to these, Hong-mok-dae(紅木帶) was worn, and Cheong-saek-Je-bi-haeng-jeon(靑色耳行纏) is applied to complete the ceremonial regiment costume.

        과거 사회라는 개념 속에서의 관찰과 통계적 인과관계의 규명에 치중하여 이루어졌던 보건학 연구는 유전체 연구와 같은 증거 위주의 기초과학적 측면에서 이루어 지고 있는 것이 현재의 추세이다. 이러한 생물학적 데이터를 이용한 질병과 보건에 대한 연구가 활성화 됨에 따라 보건 분야에서도 컴퓨터를 이용하여 방대한 정보를 다룰 수 있는 생명정보학이 유용한 도구로서 인식되고 있다. 본고에서는 생명정보학이 보건학의 연구분야에서 어떻게 이용되는 가를 학술적인 의미에서 살펴보고 그 활용방안에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.

        소아의 일측 음낭수종 교정술 후 반대측 발생의 치험 1례

        Objectives Hydrocele is a common disease found in pediatrics and is usually treated by hydrocelectomy, and even after the unilateral repair of hydrocele, it has been reported that the contralateral hydrocele still occurs in 5.4-12.5%. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to conduct a case study of contralateral hydrocele treated by Oryeong-san and Bangkeehwangkee-tang (五?散 合 防己黃?湯). Methods A patient diagnosed with San Syndrome (Su-San) (水疝) was administered Oryeong-san and Bangkeehwangkee-tang (五?散 合 防己黃?湯). Results The sizes of hydrocele and symptoms were reduced. Conclusions In the case of contralateral occurrence after unilateral repair of hydrocele in children, it is better to select a safer treatment than operation considering other possible complications. In this report, we have proven that Oryeong-san and Bangkeehwangkee-tang (五?散 合 防己黃?湯) can be very effective in reducing the size of hydrocele, improving symptoms and preventing recurrence.

        COVID-19 대유행 시기 전후 국내 감염관련 환자안전 사고 보고 현황 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends and characteristics of infection-related patient safety incident reporting before and during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Korea, and to provide basic data for preventing infection-related patient safety incidents and improving their management. Methods: A cross-sectional analysis of secondary national data (Patient Safety Reporting Data) was conducted. In total, 517 infection-related patient safety incidents reported from 2018 to 2021 were analyzed. Changes in the number of reports before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and differences in variables related to infection-related patient safety incidents were analyzed using the chi-square test and independent t-test in SPSS 29.0. Results: This study found that infection-related patient safety incidents decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to before the pandemic. Furthermore, incident-related characteristics, such as the type of healthcare organization, severity of harm, and post-incident actions, changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The many changes in the infection control system and practices during the COVID-19 pandemic may have contributed to a decrease in the reporting of infection-related patient safety incidents. It is hoped that longitudinal studies on patient safety incidents related to the pandemic and analytical studies on factors influencing patient safety incidents will continue to be conducted to prevent and improve patient safety incidents.

        새로운 캘릭스[4]아렌 유도체를 이용한 $Pb^{2+}$ 이온 친화성 막전극

        캘릭스[4]아렌 유도체(호스트 1)를 이온선택성 물질로 사용하고, 지지체로 poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC), 가소제로 dioctylsebacate(DOS)를 사용하여 이온 선택성 막전극을 제작하였다. 호스트 1 막전극을 지시전극으로 사용하여 알칼리, 알칼리 토금속 양이온 그리고 전이 금속 양이온에 대하여 각각의 감응전위를 측정한 결과, 바탕 전해질이 탈 이온수 일때 $Pb^{2+}$의 감응전위가 $1.0 \times10^-6M~1.0 \times 10^-1 M$ 농도 범위에서 이론적인 Nernstian 감응전위 기울기에 가까운 26.5mV/decade를 보여 주었다. 또한 pH 영향을 조사해 본 결과 pH 4.00∼12.00 범위에서 감응전위값이 일정하게 유지되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제작된 호스트 1 막전극은 탈이온수 상에서 $Pb^{2+}$에 친화성을 갖는 이온 막전극으로 나타났다. The ion selective membrane electrode made of calix[4]arene-based host 1 as ionophore, poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) as matrix and dioctylsebacate (DOS) as a plasticizer was studied. The potential responses of this membrane electrode to alkali, alkaline earth and transition metal cations were investigated. Especially this membrane electrode was turned out to be affinitive for $Pb^{2+}$ in the deionized water. It was observed that the response was linear in the concentration range from $1.0 \times 10^{-1} M to 1.0 \times 10^{-6} M of Pb^{2+}$ and its slope (26.5 mV/decade) was near to the sub-Nernstian response in deionized water. Also, the potential was maintained constantly in the range of pH $4.00 \sim 12.00$, which supports the potential usage as $Pb^{2+}$ affinitive electrode in the deionized water.

        옥상조경 시설의 유형별 효용 인지도와 이용 만족도 간의 인과관계 분석 - 서울시의 백화점을 중심으로 -

        최근 옥상조경은 휴식 등의 이용을 목적으로 조성되는 경향이 있으며, 공간 활용도 다양해지고 있다. 하지만, 휴식을 주목적으로 조성한 옥상조경은 이용이 저조하면 유지관리가 소홀하게 되어 조성비용의 낭비를 초래할 수가 있으므로 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 이용을 활성화할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단하였다. 옥상조경의 이용 만족도가 높으면 이용이 활성화될 것이라는 전제하에, 옥상조경의 다양한 효용을 인지하는 것이 이용을 만족하는데 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아봄으로써 옥상조경의 이용을 활성화하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 이에 먼저 옥상조경의 효용 인지도와 이용 만족도를 평가하기 위한 변수와 평가항목을 도출하였다. 또한, 옥상조경의 시설현황에 따라 이용자의 효용 인지도와 이용 만족도에 차이가 있을 것으로 보고, 서울시에 위치한 3대 브랜드 백화점 11개소의 옥상조경 시설현황을 조사하여 4가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 각 유형을 대표할 수 있는 5개소 백화점을 직접 방문하여 옥상조경의 이용자 및 이용경험자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써 옥상조경의 유형별 효용 인지도와 이용 만족도를 평가하였다. 또한, 구조방정식을 이용하여 이들의 인과관계를 분석하였으며, 향후 대상지를 폭넓게 선정하여 이용을 활성화하기 위해 좀 더 깊이 있는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 기대한다. Green roofs are being created in various purposes to use spaces. Most of them have been built with a goal as a resting place. However, the use of the green roofs needs to be raised. Otherwise, maintenance and administration of green roofs can be loosened. In addition, budget or cost involved can be wasteful. Therefore, this study makes a proposition if the satisfaction of green roofs is higher, the use of green roofs could be increased more. We are willing to analyze how beneficial the awareness can affect for the satisfaction with regard to green roofs. The findings can be helpful to provide a foundation data for raising the use of green roofs. We believe that the awareness benefits and satisfaction could be different depending on the facility's status on green roofs. Therefore, we classified green roofs of 11 department stores, in Seoul, into four types. Among them, we paid attention to five department stores that were able to represent each type. We analyzed the awareness benefits and satisfaction depending on the type of green roofs. We analyzed casual relationships between them using Structural Equation Modeling.         생쥐에 있어 Enalapril 및 Ginkgo biloba Extract(EGb 761) 복합체의 경구 아급성 독성실험

        Group of 40 male and 40 female ICR mice was given daily per oral treatment with the combination of enalapril plus Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb 761), 3+9mg/kg/day(low dosage group), 10+30mg/kg/day (middle dosage group), 30+90mg/kg/day (high dosage group) for 3 months in drinking water according to Established Regulation of Korean National Institute of Safety Research (1994. 4.14). Appearance, behavior, mortality, and food consumption of mouse of treated groups were not affected during the experimental periods. No significant the combination of enalapril plus Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb 761)-related changes were found in urinalysis, hematology, serum chemistry, and organ weight, Lung edema were observed and the weight of lung were increased in low dosage treated group of the male mice, which be associated with enalapril treatment, but these changes were not found in middle and high dosage group. Our results suggest that to toxic changes were found in rat treated orally with the combination of enalapril plus Ginko biloba extract (EGb 761) for 3 months.

        관동화 및 관동화 가미방이 흰쥐의 간독성 및 신독성에 미치는 영향

        Objectives This study is to investigate whether oral administration of Farfarae flos, JCT (Jeong-cheon-tang), CPT (Cheong-pye-tang) and CPK (Cheong-pye-tang- ga-kwandonghwa) will affect both the levels of serum GOT, GPT, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine in SD rats or not, and will change body weight of the rats. Materials and Methods 18 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups - including a control group (vehicle 2 ml/rat), Farfarae flos water extract (extract 2 ml/rat), Farfarae flos fine powder (emulsion 2 ml/rat), JCT (extract 2 ml/rat), CPT (extract 2 ml/rat) and CPK (extract 2 ml/rat) group. The drugs were administered to rats for 2 weeks or 30 days (for control and Farfarae flos fine powder group only) and serum GOT/GPT activities and BUN/creatinine concentrations were measured. Also, the changes of body weights of each rat was measured. Results (1) Farfarae flos water extract, Farfarae flos fine powder emulsion, JCT and CPT and CPK did not cause any changes in serum GOT/GPT activities and BUN/creatinine concentrations compared to the ones in control group. (2) There are no significant changes in rats' body weight among the experimental groups during the experimental period. Conclusions Contrary to the reports on human data, 2 weeks or 30 days of oral administrations of Farfarae flos itself and decoctions containing Farfarae flos did not provoke hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity.

        금수육군전(金水六君煎)이 이산화황으로 유발된 흰쥐의 호흡기 점액 및 뮤신생성에 미치는 영향

        Objectives In this study, effect of Geumsuyukgunjeon (GYJ) on the increase in airway epithelial mucosubstances of rats with acute bronchitis and EGF-induced MUC5AC mucin production from human airway epithelial cells were investigated. Materials and Methods Hypersecretion of airway mucus was induced by exposure of rats to SO2 during 3 weeks. Effect of orally-administered GYJ during 2 weeks on increase in airway epithelial mucosubstances from tracheal goblet cells of rats was assesed using histopathological analysis after staining the epithelial tissue with PAS-alcian blue. Possible cytotoxicity of GYJ was assessed by examining the potential damage of kidney and liver functions by measuring serum GOT/GPT activities and serum BUN and creatinine concentrations of rats and the body weight gain during experiment, after administering GYJ orally. Effect of GYJ on EGF-induced MUC5AC mucin production from human airway epithelial cells (A549) was investigated. Confluent A549 cells were pretreated for 30 min in the presence of GYJ and treated with EGF (25 ng/ml) for 24 hrs, to assess the effect of GYJ on EGF-induced MUC5AC mucin production using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results (1) GYJ decreased the amount of intraepithelial mucosubstances of trachea of rats. (2) GYJ did not show kidney and liver toxicities and did not affect body weight gain of rats during experiment. (3) GYJ significantly inhibited EGF-induced MUC5AC mucin production from A549 cells. Conclusions The result from the present study suggests that GYJ might control both the mucus hypersecretion in vivo and do not show in vivo toxicity to liver and kidney functions after oral administration and the production of pulmonary mucin.

        삼출건비탕가미방(蔘出健脾湯加味方)을 이용한 식간(食癎) 환아 치험 2례에 대한 증례보고

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report the cases of two pediatric patients diagnosed as Sik-gan (食癎), a kind of epileptic seizure thought to be caused by uncontrolled consumption of food, treated by formula variation of Samchulkunbi-tang (蔘朮健脾湯). Methods Two pediatric patients diagnosed as Sik-gan (食癎) according to traditional Korean medical terms were administered by variety of Samchulkunbi-tangs (蔘朮健脾湯) while correcting unhealthy eating habit. To measure the degree of the patients' process, the number and exact symptoms of seizure events, and gastrointestinal symptoms were recorded. Results The treatment of various Samchulkunbi-tang (蔘朮健脾湯) was not only extended remission period of seizure, but also improved gastrointestinal symptoms on both of the patients. Conclusions Pediatric patients who have past medical conditions for epileptic seizure as well as unhealthy eating habits or gastrointestinal malfunctions are prone to have a specific form of seizure called the Sik-gan (食癎). In this report, we have proven that variety of Samchulkunbi-tang (蔘朮健脾湯) can considerably be effective in improving the patients' gastrointestinal symptoms and preventing recurring seizure events.
