        The wormwood is one of the plants which occur widely throughout the world. Though the precise data on the entire chemical composition of mugwort leaves are not available, the major principles which have been found so far include inulin, alkaloid, thujon, sesquiterpene and several vitamins. Santonin, a parasiticide, is one of the glucosides extracted from the limited species of wormwood. It has long been known in herb medicine that the plants of this family has not only strong hemostatic, analgesic and parasiticidal actions but also therapeutic effects for diarrhea, stomachache and asthma. In recent pharmaceutical botany the wormwood is introduced to have antipyretic and astringent actions also. The mugwort(Artemisia asiatica Nakai) is the most common species of wormwood that occurs in Korea. The usage of this edible leaves of mugwort is rather various. It is used not only for wormwood bath but also as forage, moxa and medicinal agents. Recently Kim et al reported from their study on the effect of mugwort on the motility of isolated intestine of rabbits that tonus and motility were markedly enhanced by mugwort but this effect of mugwort on intestinal motility was almost completely blocked by atropine suggesting that activity of mugwort was exerted through its cholinergic effect. It was the findings of Kim et al that prompted the authors to do the present experiment. The present study was undertaken to investigate effects of mugwort(Artemisia asiatica Nakai) juice on the respiration and blood pressure in cats. And also studied was the mechanism of depressor action of Artemisia asiatica Nakai Juice (AAJ). The results obtained are as follows; 1) It was observed that mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate were decreased markedly by AAJ. Following administration of 0.15 ml/kg and 0.3 ml/kg AAJ into cats the maximum depressor responses observed were $77.5{\pm}2.2\;mmHg$ and $94.0{\pm}3.7\;mmHg$ respectively. 2) Depressor responses to AAJ were blocked markedly by atropine whereas the responses were not affected by propranolol and dibenamine. Therefore it is strongly inferred that depressor action of AAJ results mainly from its cholinergic effect. This inference was further substantiated by the fact that heart rate change which invariably accompanies depressor responses to AAJ was almost completely abolished by atropinization. 3) After administration of AAJ into cats frequency of respiration was markedly increased while depth of respiration decreased during first 2-3 seconds.

        초등수학 교과서 표현의 학습자 이해 가능성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze expressions in the first and second grade math textbooks in elementary school in the aspect of possibilities of learners' understanding and propose proper directions for expressions in math textbooks to increase the possibilities of their understanding. The findings show that there were four types of expression errors and five types of mathematical errors in the aspects of expression method and content, respectively.

        죽상혈전성 허혈성 뇌경색증 환자의 뇌혈관 변화를 간접적으로 나타내주는 망막 세동맥 변화

        Purpose: Retinal blood vessels and cerebral small vessels possess similar characteristics anatomically, physiologically and embryologically. We studied the availability of abnormal fundus findings of patients who had an atherothrombotic ischemic stroke and who have the risk factors. Methods: Fundus photographs and brain images were taken in patients who had a first-ever symptomatic ischemic stroke of large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) or small vessel occlusion (SVO) from March 2004 to February 2005. We analyzed the association between fundus abnormalities and ischemic stroke subtypes. Results: Based on brain MRI and MRA, a total of 47 patients were classified into SVO and LAA groups. The SVO group consisted of 27 patients (mean age: 69.7 years), and the LAA group consisted of 20 patients (mean age: 65.4 years). The control group comprised 15 patients (mean age: 64.9 years). The baseline characteristics were similar among the three groups. The severity of the retinal arteriolar narrowing and sclerosis were associated with hypertension. Compared to the control group, both the SVO and LAA groups showed more severe arteriolar sclerosis, the SVO group showed more severe arteriolar narrowing and the LAA group showed more frequent AV crossing and retinal exudate. Conclusions: Retinal arteriolar abnormalities such as arteriolar narrowing and sclerosis are more severe in atherothrombotic ischemic stroke patients. Indirectly, retinal microvascular changes may indicate the status of the cerebral vasculature. Thus, analysis of fundus findings is useful for predicting an atherothrombotic ischemic stroke and planning follow-up examinations.

        판형열교환기의 세브론각에 따른 증발 열전달특성 및 압력강하에 대한 실험적 연구

        Experiments on the evaporation heat transfer and pressure drop in the brazed type plate heat exchangers were performed using refrigerants R410A and R22. To investigate the geometric effect, plate heat exchangers with the same pitch and height but different 45$^{\circ}$, 35$^{\circ}$and 20$^{\circ}$chevron angles are used. Tests were conducted fur the ranges of the mass flux of refrigerant from 13 kg/m$^2$s to 34 kg/m$^2$s, the evaporation temperatures of 15$^{\circ}C$, 1$0^{\circ}C$ and 5$^{\circ}C$, vapor quality from 0.15 to 0.95 and the heat flux from 2.5 kW/m$^2$to 8.5 kW/m$^2$. The evaporation heat transfer coefficients and pressure drops were measured. Most of flow patterns are in the chum flow regime and become close to the annular flow for increasing the mass flux and the vapor quality. The heat transfer coefficient increases with increasing the evaporation temperature at a given mass flux in all plate heat exchangers. Also, the pressure drop increases with increasing the mass flux and the quality and decreasing the evaporation temperature and the chevron angle.

        메시지 패턴에 기반한 UML 시퀀스 다이어그램의 자동 코드 생성 방법

        본 논문에서는 시퀀스 다이어그램의 메시지 패턴에 기반하여 자바 코드를 생성하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 시퀀스 다이어그램에서 메시지는 몇 가지 유형이 전형적으로 나타낸다. 따라서 이들 유형을 분류하여 패턴으로 정의하고, 이들 각 패턴의 메시지에 대한 정보를 분석하여 코드 변환을 하기 위한 메타 정보를 구축한다. 시퀀스 다이어그램 메시지의 구조적 정보를 분석한 '메타 메시지' 정보를 MetaMessage 데이터스토어에 구축하고, 이들 메타 메시지 정보로부터 구성되는 '메타 메소드' 정보를 MetaMethod 데이터스토어에 구축한다. 이 과정에서 메타 클래스 정보와 메타 오브젝트 정보가 함께 구축되고 사용된다. 각 패턴의 메타 정보에 기반하여 타겟 프로그래밍 언어의 문법에 따라 메시지에 상응하는 코드를 생성하게 된다. 또한, 기존 연구에서는 통합적으로 잘 다루지 않았던 분기와 반복에 대한 복합 패턴을 제시함으로써 기본 패턴과 통합된 코드 생성을 가능하게 한다. This paper presents a method for code generation of UML sequence diagrams based on message patterns. In the sequence diagrams, it is shown that messages are some types of forms typically. This paper classifies according to type as three patterns, and construct meta-information for code generation analysing structural infomation for each patterns. The meta-message of structural information (MetaMessage) is stored in the MetaMessage datastore and the meta-method information from the MetaMessage is stored in the MetaMethod datastore. And then, the structural information of MetaClass and MetaObject is constructed in each datastore too. For each pattern, this paper presents a method for code generation based on the meta information of message patterns and the syntax of target progamming language. Also, branching and looping that has been seldom handled integratedly in the previous works are handled as same as the basic patterns by classifying the branching pattern and the looping pattern for code generation integratedly.

        UML 다이어그램 도구를 위한 다이어그램 정보의 구축과 설계

        본 논문에서는 UML 다이어그램의 정보를 구문적으로 분석하여 클래스들의 정보를 구조적으로 구축하는 정보 저장소인 '메타 클래스 레포지토리 (MCR)'의 구현 방법을 제시한다. 구문적으로 분석된 클래스의 정보를 구조적으로 구축하기 위하여 수퍼 클래스인 '메타 클래스 (meta-class)'를 정의하고, 이들 메타 클래스들의 컬렉션으로 구성된 레포지토리를 구축하여 정보를 관리한다. 또한, MCR이 보유하고 있는 메타 클래스 정보에 기반하여 클래스에 상응하는 코드를 생성하기 위하여 '코드 생성 엔진 (CGE)'을 설계하여 제시한다. 코드 생성 엔진의 로직을 구성함에 있어서는 클래스에 대한 정보와 프로그래밍 언어의 구문 규칙이 합법적으로 조합되어 코드가 생성되어야 한다. 따라서, 이러한 클래스 다이어그램으로부터 코드를 생성하는 데에 MCR과 CGE가 통합적으로 협력하여 수행될 수 있도록 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. CGR의 동작 메커니즘에 대한 알고리즘을 유한 상태 머신 형태로 제시함으로써 CGE의 로직을 형식화하여 표현함과 동시에 구현 상의 용이함을 취할 수 있게 하였다. This paper presents a design of the Meta-Class Repository (MCR) which maintain syntactically analyzed and structured meta-class information from UML diagrams, and then proposes 'meta-class,' also known as super-class, to construct structured information analyzed syntactically. The MCR is a collection of these meta-classes which contains the information extracted from diagrams. This paper also presents a design of the Code Generation Engine (CGE) which roles generating codes corresponding classes from UML diagrams based on the MCR maintaining a collection of meta-classes which is syntactically-analyzed and constructed in previous process. The logics of CGE are designed to generate codes collaborated with MCR and CGE with integration. The logics of CGE mechanism is presented with the form of finite state machine to present the algorithms of code generation formally and have the advantages of simplicity and easiness in development.

        UML 다이어그램을 위한 다이어그램 레포지토리의 정보구조화

        본 논문에서는 UML 다이어그램에 대응되는 코드 생성을 위하여 요구되는 정보를 저장하기 위한 레포지토리를 구축하는 방법을 제시한다. 객체 지향 프로그래밍에서는 객체 간의 상호 작용이 핵심이므로, UML 다이어그램들 중에서 클래스 다이어그램과 시퀀스 다이어그램에 대해서 논의를 전개한다. 클래스 다어어그램을 기반으로 실행 시간에 객체가 상호 동작하는 절차를 보이는 시퀀스 다이어그램으로부터 상응하는 코드를 생성하게 되며, 이를 위해서는 코드생성에 필요한 정보를 추출하여 정보 저장소인 레포지토리를 구축하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시퀀스 다이어그램의 메시지 유형을 다섯 개로 분류하고 이들로부터 각각의 레포지토리를 구성하기 위하여 필요한 항목과 그 값에 대한 정보를 추출하여 구조적으로 정보를 저장하는 방법을 제시한다. 시퀀스 다이어그램은 이들 메시지들로 구성되므로, 각 메시지에 대한 구조화된 레포지토리를 순차적으로 수집하여 최종적인 레포지토리를 구성한다. This paper presents the technique on structuring information of the diagram repository for UML diagrams. Because object interactions are the body of object-oriented programming, this paper handles especially the sequence diagrams and class diagrams among UML diagrams. Based on class diagrams, sequence diagrams represent the procedure of object interactions in run-time and then the corresponding codes are generated from the contents of those sequence diagrams. To do this work, this paper presents a method to construct the information repository for generating code from the contents of sequence diagrams. This paper classifies the five message types of sequence diagrams and then extracts the needed information including items and values on the corresponding message types for constructing message repositories. Because sequence diagram is composed of messages included, the final repository is constructed by collecting each of structured repositories on messages sequentially.
