        수직력하에서 임프란트 나사형태에 따른 응력의 3차원 유한요소법적 분석

        There are three designs of thread form in screw type implants: V-thread, Reverse buttress thread and Square thread. The purpose of this study was to find out how thread form designs have an influence on the equivalent stress, equivalent strain, maximum shear stress and maximum shear strain and which design of thread form generates more maximum equivalent stress and strain. 3-D finite element analysis was used to evaluate the stress and strain patterns of three tread types. The results of this study were as follow. 1. Under the 200N of axial load, the value of maximum equivalent stress is smallest in square thread and there is no significant difference between that of V thread and reverse buttress thread. 2. Under the 200N of axial load, the value of maximum equivalent strain is largest in V thread and smallest in square thread. 3. Under the 200N of axial load, the value of maximum shear stress is smallest in square thread and there is no significant difference between that of V thread and reverse buttress thread. 4. Under the 200N of axial load, the value of maximum equivalent strain is largest in V thread and there is no significant difference between that of square thread and reverse buttress thread. 5. Above results show that the square thread has special advantages in stress and strain compared with other thread types, especially in shear stess which is most determinant to implant-bone interface. Considering the superior biomechanical properties of square form implant, we presume that square form implant has better clinical results than the other types of implants in the same clinical conditions.

        축산물 잔류 sulfadimethoxine 검출용 ELISA kit 개발

        An enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed to screen residues of sulfadimethoxine (SDM) in edible animal products. An indirect competitive ELISA was allowed to compete with rabbit anti-SDM for binding to a limited amount of SDM-gelatin conjugate and SDM in serum samples. Sera was diluted 20 times with phosphate buffered saline (PBS) and boiled for 5 minutes to destruct immunoglobulins of serum. Detection limit of this competitive ELISA for SDM was 0.1 ppb or less. Among eight sulfonamide analogues tested for specifity, only sulfamonomethoxine showed significant cross-reaction in the assay. The EC-50 value for sulfamonomethoxine was 3.5 ppm. Recovery of SDM in spiked serum samples between 100 ppb and 500 ppb ranged from 110.7% to 128.9%.

        오리의 Uropygial Gland 에서 분리한 Glucose - 6 - phosphate Dehydrogenase Isozyme 의 Kinetic 특성

        One isozyme of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase with pI of 6.6 was purified from the uropygial gland of Peking duck and its kinetic properties were examined. The reaction by the enzyme followed ordered bi-bi reaction mechanism which was also detected in the reaction by the purified liver G6-PD of the same duck. Km values to G-6-P and NADP+ for the gland G6-PD were 101 μM and 4. 41 μM, respectively. And for the liver enzyme, Km to G-6-P was 76.92 μM and to NADP+ was 9.09 μM. Km to substrate analogs, galactose-6-phosphate and 2-deoxy-D-glucose-6-phosphate, for the gland enzyme were 6.7×10³ ACM and 3.65×10³ μM, respectively. NAD+ was not used as a coenzyme by the gland even though its concentration was raised up to 9. 7 mM. NADPH, a product of the enzyme reaction, was competitive inhibitor to NADP+ with Ki of 42.5 μM for the gland enzyme. On the other hand, that Ki of the liver enzyme was 25 μM. For the gland enzyme, glucosamine-6-phosphate was an uncompetitive inhibitor to NADP+ and ATP was a noncompetitive one. These results, the high substrate affinity and high Ki value of NADPH for the gland enzyme, indirectly indicated that the gland G-6-PD was well designed enzyme for the active and continuous production of surface-lipids in the uropygial gland.

        벼 배유세포에서 (胚乳細胞) 분리된 미크로좀 내로의 저장 (貯藏) 단백질 이동

        Developing rice endosperm cells display two morphologically distinct rough endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membranes, the cisternae ER (C-ER) and the protein body ER (PB-ER), the latter delimiting the prolamine protein bodies. We (Li et al., 1993) have recently shown that the storage protein mRNAs are not randomly distributed on these ER types; the C-ER is enriched for glutelin mRNAs, whereas the PB-ER harbors predominantly prolamine transcripts. To address whether these ER types have different capacities to translate these mRNAs and translocate their proteins into the lumen, a microsomal fraction enriched in C-ER vesicles was prepared from developing rice seeds When present in an in vitro translation system, the microsomes were able to proteolytically remove the signal peptide and internalize both preproglutelin and preprolamine within the microsomal vesicles. Of the two species, preprolamine was more effectively translocated and processed. These results suggest that the C-ER has the capacity to recognize and bind both storage protein mRNAs during protein synthesis. Moreover, efficient translocation and processing of glutelin requires additional factors that are deficient or absent in the in vitro system.

      • 국내 노인의 인지건강관리 중재에 관한 체계적 분석: 작업치료 서비스 형태에 대한 제언

        연구목적: 본 연구는 국내에서 연구된 노인 인지기능의 향상이나 유지에 대한 실제적 노력들을 살펴보고, 재활의료 서비스 영역뿐만 아니라 일반 건강증진 서비스 형태로서의 작업치료적 접근을 모색하고자 수행하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 Narrative synthesis를 통하여 Systematic review를 수행하였다. 2010년 4월 22일 한국학술정보논문검색서비스(KISS)와 국회도서관, 국립중앙도서관의 자료검색 서비스를 통해 연구주제에 대하여 검색하여 KISS에서 261건, 국회도서관에서 1,356건, 국립중앙도서관에서 1,431건이 검색되었으나 선별 과정을 거쳐 총 24건의 연구가 최종 분석 대상으로 선정되었다. 검색어는 ``노인``과 ``인지``였다. 연구결과: 조사 대상 연구들은 실제적 중재를 통한 실험적 연구 결과들로서 연구 대상은 총 1,015명이었고, 그 중 연구 대상의 성별을 명시하지 않은 6개의 연구 결과를 배제한 나머지 연구의 연구 대상 799명 중 남성 노인의 비율은 총인원 141명으로 17.6%이고 여성 노인은 총인원 658명으로 82.4%에 해당하였다. 고찰 및 결론: 국내에서 연구된 사례들 중 인지기능에 유의한 효과를 미치는 것으로 보고 된 결과는 주로 체육활동이 인지기능에 미치는 효과를 증명하였다. 정신적 활동, 지각, 감각작용 등의 다각적 접근을 제공하는 작업치료는 서비스 수혜 대상에게 더욱 적극적이고 효율적인 참여와 결과를 유도할 수 있다. 따라서 노인장기요양보험제도가 도입된 상황에서 치료 중재뿐만 아니라 전문적인 상담이나 다각적 프로그램을 개발하고 제공하여 국내의 작업치료 영역의 확대와 변화가 필요하다. Purpose: This research concentrated on domestic studies of cognitive function improvements or preservations of eldery and the occupational therapy as the health management service not only the rehabilitative medical intervention. Research Method: The present study executed the systematic review through the narrative synthesis. The theme of research was searched through the database of the Korean Studies Information Service System(KISS), the National Assembly Library and the National Library of Korea. Through a selective process, 24 researches were selected as the subjects for the final analysis. Key words were ``elderly`` and ``cognition.`` Research Results: The studies for the investigation were the experimental results gained through actual mediation for the total number of subjects to be 1,015 people and amongst them, 6 research results were excluded for not indicating the gender for a total of 799 people. Amongst the 799 people, the male gender occupied 17.6% with 141 people and the females occupied 82.4% with 658 people. Conclusion: The results reported to make significant effects on the cognitive functions were mainly physical activities to prove the effects placed on the cognitive functions with the physical activities. However, for inducing more active and efficient participation and results to the subjects benefiting from the occupational therapy services, it is required to expand and establish the occupational therapy field of Korea by developing and providing the multilateral programs.

        제주도내 축우 부루셀라병 발생상황 조사

        The .present study was carried out to investigate the incidence of bovine brucellsis in Cheju do during the period from 1985 to 1990. The results were summarized as follows. 1. In the total 239,238 cattles tested. 1180(0.49%) were positive by standard tube agglutination test during the period from 1985 to 1990. 2. The major causes of incidence on brucellosis was grazing with carriers and repeated incidence in a herd. 3. The 13 Brucella abortus biotype 1 isolated from 10(50%) of 20 cattles slaughtered on brucellosis in 1990.

      • 스마트폰 사용의 적합한 자세에 관한 고찰

        목적 : 본 연구는 스마트폰 사용자의 증가에 따라 수반된 문제점을 알아보기 위한 국내 연구에서 사용자의 사용 특성과 사용 자세와 같은 근골격계 질환에 대한 분석과 문제해결을 위한 작업치료적 접근을 모색하고자 수행하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 Narrative synthesis를 통하여 Systematic review를 수행하였다. 2014년 02월 01일 한국 학술정보논문검색서비스(KISS)와 국회도서관, 국립중앙도서관, 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)의 자료검색 서비스를 통해 연구주제에 대하여 검색하여 총 70건이 검색되었으나 선별 과정을 거쳐 7건의 연구가 최종 분석 대상으로 선정되었다. 검색어는 ‘스마트폰’과 ‘자세’, ‘근골격계’였고 조회 기간은 2000년부터 2013년까지였다. 연구결과 : 스마트폰의 사용에 따른 다양한 접근을 시도한 연구들은 많았지만 신체적 영향에 대한 연구는 일부에 지나지 않고 특히 사용자의 자세와 같은 근본적인 지침을 마련할 수 있는 연구는 드물었다. 조사 대상 연구들은 근골격계 질환에 대한 원인으로 스마트폰의 사용을 언급하고 있는 연구를 포함한결과들로서, 단순한 서술적 언급을 제외한 설문을 통한 사례 분석연구와 실제적 중재를 통한 실험적 연구 결과들이었다. 연구 대상은 총 2,272명이었고, 연령은 중학생부터 30대 이상의 성인에 이르기까지 다양하였다. 대부분의 연구에서 목과 어깨의 통증과 피로도에 대해 언급하였고, 2개의 연구에서 손가락의 움직임이나 눈의 피로에 대한 조사를 시행하였다. 조사된 연구 결과들 모두 근골격계 질환에 대한 원인으로 스마트폰의 잘못된 사용 자세를 언급하였다. 결론 : 스마트폰 사용의 증가 추세에 따른 다양한 부작용 또한 증가하고 있고 이에 대한 요인적 분석과 대응 방안을 위한 학문적 접근을 통한 많은 노력들이 있었다. 그러나 대부분 사회학적이고 심리학적인 폐해를 드러내고 있고, 국내에서 연구된 사례들 중 스마트폰의 사용으로 인한 근골격계 질환으로 이환되는 원인과 결과를 분석한 연구는 극히 일부에 지나지 않았다. 게다가 이러한 연구들이 최근 1∼2년 사이에 집중되어 있었다. 작업치료는 대상에 대한 다양한 분석과 접근이 가능한 전문분야로서 사용자 측면에서의 경제적, 정신적, 사회적 이점을 향상시킬 수 있음에도 불구하고, 기존의 연구들이 스마트폰 사용으로 인한 부정적 영향을 분석하기 보다는 사용자 측면에서 활용도와 편의성을 증진시키는 보상적 접근에 치중하고 특히 작업치료적 접근은 전무한 실정이었다. 따라서 RULA나 OWAS와 같은 분석이나 동작분석과 근전도 및 기능적 작업 수준 등을 평가하여 치료 중재와 적합한 사용자세를 제안하는 작업치료적 연구가 필요하다. Objectives : This study aims to analyze musculoskeletal disorders, which originate from the increase of smart phone use, documented in domestic researches based on the characteristics and posture of usage and find out approach of occupational therapy for the solution of the problems. Methods : This study conducted systematic review through narrative synthesis. A total of 69 items of research that are related with the study subject were retrieved on February 1, 2014, through Korean Studies Information Service System (KISS), National Assembly Library, National Library of Korea and Research Information Research Service (RISS), and through selection process, 7 researches were finally chosen for analysis. The words for retrieval were ‘smart phone’ and ‘posture’ and the period of retrieval was from 2000 to 2013. Results : Although there were many studies that approached the use of smart phones in various ways, only a few studies dealt with physical effects, and especially, studies were rare that provide such fundamental guide as posture of the users. Studies that were used for investigation were the ones that saw the use of smart phones as the cause of musculoskeletal disorders, and were case analyses through questionnaires and experimental research results, excluding simple narrative references. Number of study subjects was 2,272 in total and age ranged widely from middle school students to adults in their 30s. Most mentioned pain and fatigue in their neck and shoulders, and 2 studies investigated fatigue in the movement of fingers and eyes. All of investigated study results referred to incorrect posture of the smart phone use as the cause of musculoskeletal disorders. Conclusion : With the increase of smart phone use, various side effects have also increased, inducing causal analyses and numerous efforts to come up with countermeasures through academic approach. And yet, most studies have focused on sociological and psychological harm and extremely few studies have conducted analysis on the cause and effect of smart phone use leading to musculoskeletal disorders. Moreover, these few studies also have been clustered around recent 1∼2 years. Occupational therapy is a professional field in which various analyses and approach can be made on the study subjects, and although economic, psychological and social benefits can be enhanced in terms of user, existing studies have mostly focused on convenience and usability, rather than on negative effects of smart phone use. Therefore, therapeutic studies are required that can suggest intervention treatment and appropriate posture through RULA and OWAS analysis, movement analysis and evaluation on the level of electromyogram and functional occupation.
