        쇠고기와 닭고기의 배합비에 따른 $Consomm{\acute{e}}$의 이화학적 특성

        The application of Consomm prepared with different ingredients of ground beef and ground chicken ingredients to improve the taste preferences and reduce saving the food cost of Consomm was attempted by reviewing fundamental data and its examining the effect on the physicochemical characteristics of treatment. These treatments were prepared with the following different ratios (9:1, 7:3, 5:5, 3:7, 1:9 ; w/w) of ground beef to and ground chicken: 9:1, 7:3, 5:5, 3:7, and 1:9, w/w, respectively. Gelatin contents were increased significantly with by increasing the mixed ratio of ground chicken. The free sugars identified from Consomm were, glucose, fructose, and sucrose. Free sugar contents, increased significantly by with increasing the mixed ratio of ground beef. (Ed- what are the highlighted treatments? Confirm the changes that I've made) The highest and lowest free sugars werewas shown at A9:1 and 1:9 treatments, respectively whereas the lowest value was shown at I treatment. As many as 20 different kinds of free amino acids were detected infrom the Consomm and the amount of total amino acids waswere increased with by increasing the mixed ratio of ground chicken. The contents of arginine, glutamic acid and alanine contents were high in the free amino acids of Cconsomm prepared with different ingredients. The In the changes of mineral contents in the Consomm prepared with different ingredients, the mineral showed high contents increased according to in the following order of: K, Na, P, Mg, Ca, Fe, and Zn. From the The results of analysis results, in the Relatin contents, free sugars, free amino acids and mineral contents were all increased with by increasing the mixed ratio of ground chicken. The 7:3 treatment showed From above results, it was showed that B treatment prepared with a ratio of 1 ground beef to 3 ground chicken was the bestmost preferred in physicochemical qualities.

        Recent evidence indicates that glial cells have a wide range of funtions which are critical for maintaining a balanced homeostatic environment in the central nervous system(CNS) peripheral nervous system(PNS). Morever, astrocytes are known to participate in the tissue repair and neuroimmunologic events within the CNS through many kinds of growth factors and cytokines. We investigated the effect of $TGF\;{\beta}_1$, on the growth and biochemical changes of rat glial cells in culture. The proliferative effect was determined by $^3H-thymidine$ uptake and the double immunostain with anti-cell-specific marker and anti-Bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) antibody. To check the effect of biochemical changes we compared the amounts of glial fibrillar acidic protein(GFAP) and the activity of glutamine synthetase(GS) in astrocyte. And the amounts of myelin basic protein and the activity of 2',3'-cyclic nucleotide phosphohydrolase(CNPase) were measured in oligodendrocyte and the amounts of peripheral myelin in Schwann cell. When $TGF\;{\beta}_1$, was treated for 2 days with cultured glial cell, $TGF\;{\beta}_1$, decreased the $^3H-thymidine$ uptake and proliferation index of double immunostain of astrocytes, which indicates the inhibition of astroglial DNA synthesis, but stimulated the growth of Schwann cell. Also, $TGF\;{\beta}_1$, decrease the GS activity and increased the amounts of GFAP in astrocyte. In the case of Schwann cells the amounts of peripheral myelin was increased when treated with $TGF\;{\beta}_1$. However, $TGF\;{\beta}_1$, didn't show any effect on the proliferation and biochemical changes in oligodendrocyte. These results suggest that $TGF\;{\beta}_1$, might have a critical action in the regulation of proliferation and biochemical changes in glial cells, especially astrocyte.

        방사선이 흰쥐 갑상샘 소포곁세포에 미치는 영향에 대한 미세구조적 연구

        This experiment was performed to study the morphological responses of the parafollicular cells of rat following X-ray irradiation. Male rats were divided into normal and experimental groups. The head and neck region of the rat, under sodium thiopental anesthesia, was exposed to 3,000 rads or 6,000 rads of radiation in a single dose, respectively. The source was a Mitsubishi Linear Accelerator ML-4MV. The target to skin distance was 80 cm, and the dose rate was 200 rads/min. The rate of experimental groups were sacrificed on the 6th hour, 2nd and 6th day after X-ray irradiation. Pieces of the tissue taken from the thyroid gland were fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde-1.5% paraformaldehyde (0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3), and in 1% osmium tetroxide (0.1M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3), and embedded in araldite mixture. The ultrathin sections stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate were observed with JEM 100 CX-II electron microscope. The results were as follow; 1. Two types of the parafollicular cells, according to their electron densities, were found, i. e., light cells and dark cells. 2. Three types of the parafollicular cells, according to their sizes of secretory granules were found, i.e., small granule cells ($85nm{\pm}20.1;64{\sim}102nm$), medium granule cells ($120nm{\pm}26.5;77{\sim}179nm$), and large granule cells ($165nm{\pm}25.7;128{\sim}189nm$). 3. The differential ultrastructural changes of the cells according to their cell types, i.e., dark and light cell, or small, medium and large granule cells, were hardly observed in the time and dose range covered by this study. 4. The morphological changes of the parafollicular cells were not pronounced after exposure to 3,000 rads of X-ray. 5. Swollen cisternae of the granular endoplasmic reticulum and partial cytolysis were observed after exposure to 6,000 rads of X-ray. 6. Above results suggest that the parafollicular cells showed the alterations of mitochondrial and granular endoplasmic reticular swelling, and partial cytolysis, but only in doses of 6,000 rads.

        콩짚의 품종별 사료가치 비교

        To evaluate the nutritive values of soybean straws of the different varieties, chemical compositions and in vitro digestibilities were examined. The soybean varieties used in this study were Bongeui, Dongbug, Suweon 86, Kwangkyo, Yugoo 3 and Hill. The results obtained are summarized as follows (1) The average weight of soybean straws was 12.0 g. The propotion of pod and stem were 60.4% and 39.6% of the straw fractions on a dry matter basis. (2) Although there were no differences in chemical composition, crude protein was slightly higher in Bongeui and Hill than in others. Pod contained more crude protein, nitrogen free extract, crude ash, cell content and hemicellulose than stem, but reverse phenomena were observed in the contents of cell wall constituents (CWC), acid detergent fiber (ADF), cellulose and lignin. (3) Dry matter, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), ADF and cellulose digestibilities of soybean straws in vitro were highest in Kwangkyo and lowest in Yugoo 3. Dry matter, NDF, ADF and cellulose digestibilities of pod in vitro were higher than those of stem. Eighty percent of the straw fraction, pod and stem based on a dry matter were disappeared within 48 hours by in vitro digestion.

        칼슘급여수준· 급여방법·입자도·연령이 메추리의 진정이용칼슘가에 미치는 영향

        The relationships between calcium input level and excreta calcium, and true available calcium (TAC) values were Y=3.21 × 10^(-4)x²+ 0.52X-0.48 (r=0.9832^(**) and Y=-6.21 × 10^(-3)X² -0.03 (r=0.9738^(**)) respectively. The TAC values of limestone and oyster shell were the highest in the 40-80 mesh as 74.67%, and the lowest in the 10-30 mesh as 68.2% and 61.01% respectively. Excreted calcium from fed birds were significantly increased (p$lt;0.05) as the age of birds increased, however, excreted calcium from unfed birds were almost same in all the age of birds. The TAC value of calcium carbonate was the highest in that of 16 weeks old bird as 99.42±1.32%. The relationships between age of bird and excreta calcium, and TAC value were Y=0.578x-0.0475 (r=0.9960^(**)) and Y=-0.129X+100.0425 (r=-0.9850^(**)) respectively.

        새로운 항정신병약물의 약물상호작용

        Recently atypical antipsychotics have been used as first line agent in the treatment of schizophrenia, and also played a significant role in the treatment of many kinds of psychiatric disorders. The pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of these newer antipsychotics are well known through preclinical and early clinical trials. However, it is important to note the limitations of the results due to its relatively short experience. Clozapine is eliminated principally by the hepatic P450 1A2 and 3A4 cytochrome enzymes. 1A2 inducers such as carbamazepine and smoking can reduce its half-life, while 1A2 inhibitors such as SSRIs, especially fluvoxamine can increase its duration of action. Carbamazepine should be avoided in a patient on clozapine because of carbamazepine's potential effects on bone marrow. Benzodiazepines tend to increase the chances of sedation, delirium and respiratory depression. Risperidone is metabolized to 9-hydroxyriperidone by the hepatic P450 2D6 cytochrome enzymes. Fluoxetine and paroxetine, 2D6 inhibitors interfere with metabolism, but 9-hydroxyrisperidone has similar biological activity as parental drug, so it has little affect on the outcome. Olanzapine shows minimal capacity to inhibit cytochrome P450 isoenzymes and shows minimal chance of drug interaction. It is eliminated principally by the hepatic P450 1A2 and 2D6 cytochrome enzymes.

        국내 원자로 상부헤드관통관 기량검증 기술개발

        There were many flaw issues of reactor vessel head penetration in USA fleets. USNRC issued 10CFR50.55a to implement reactor vessel head penetration ultrasonic examination performance demonstration(PD) in US for enhancement of inspection reliability. After September 2009, all US utilities inspected their RVHP with PD qualified system. Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Company(KHNP) have developed reactor vessel head penetration performance demonstration system for ultrasonic test to apply for pressurized light-water reactor power plants in accordance with 10CFR50.55a since September 2011. RVHP configuration surveying and analysis, code requirement analysis, and performance demonstration specimen design were performed up to this day. Fingerprinting of manufactured specimen, development of test data management program, development of operation procedure, input of flawed data, and development of final report will be performed for the next step. This paper describes the development status of the performance demonstration system for reactor vessel head penetration ultrasonic examination in Korea.
