치매환자를 대상으로 한 인지치료 프로그램의 효과에 대한 체계적 고찰

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 인지치료 프로그램이 치매환자에게 미치는 효과를 파악하며, 다양한 인지치료 프로그램 간의 효과와 접근성을 제시하고 이를 통해 인지치료 프로그램의 확대 및 효과적인 근거 중심적 중재를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2005년 이후부터 2022년까지 데이터 베이스 RISS, KISS, GOOGLE SCHOLA에서 주요 검색어 ‘치매 AND 인지치료’, ‘치매노인 AND 인지프로그램’, ‘Dementia AND Cognitive program’, ‘Dementia AND Cognitive training’, ‘Cognitive AND Rehabilitation program’, ‘Effect of therapy AND Dementia’, ‘Alzheimer’s AND Cognitive program’, ‘Dementia AND Cognition training’을 사용하여 포함기준과 배제기준을 바탕으로 논문을 검토한 결과 최종적으로 11개의 연구를 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 결과 : 연구의 질적 수준은 총 11편으로 5단계 분류 방법에서 Level Ⅰ 5편(45.4%), Level Ⅱ 2편(18.1%), Level Ⅲ가 4편(36.3%)에 속하였다. 중재 대상자는 경증 치매환자가 251명 (61.07%)으로 가장 많았으며, 알츠하이머 진단을 받았거나 치매로 기재된 대상으로 한 논문보다 높은 비율이 더 많이 차지하였다. 인지치료 프로그램의 효과는 인지기능, 우울 및 불안 증상의 감소, 일상생활활동 영역에서 모두 효과적이었다. 중재자는 작업치료사에 의한 중재가 가장 많이 실시되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과는 작업치료사들이 인지치료중재가 치매환자에게 미치는 효과에 대한 근거로 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 향후 치매환자를 대상으로 한 근거기반의 중재 제공에 기반이 될 것이다. Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cognitive therapy programs on dementia patients and to present the effectiveness and accessibility of various cognitive therapy programs, and to expand cognitive therapy programs and provide effective evidence-based interventions. Methods : ‘Dementia AND Cognitive program’, ‘Dementia AND Cognitive training’, ‘Cognitive AND Rehabilitation program’, ‘Effect of therapy AND Dementia’, ‘Alzheimer’s AND Cognitive program’, ‘Dementia AND Cognition training’ The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the results of the study were analyzed by using Rehabilitation program, Effect of therapy AND Dementia, Alzheimer's and Cognitive program, and Dementia AND Cognition training. Results : The quality level of the research was a total of 11 papers, with 5 papers(45.4%) belonging to Level Ⅰ, 2 papers(18.1%) to Level Ⅱ and 4 papers(36.3%) in the 5-level classification method. The number of intervention subjects was 251 (61.07%) with mild dementia, and a higher percentage than those diagnosed with Alzheimer's or listed as dementia. The effects of the cognitive therapy program were effective both in cognition, quality of life, and activities of daily living. The mediator was found to be the most engaged by the occupational therapist. Conclusion : The results of this study can be used as a basis for the effects of occupational therapists' cognitive therapy intervention on dementia patients.

지역개발을 위한 공공갈등 관리 방안 연구 - 광주공항 갈등사례를 중심으로 -

지방자치 실시 이후 지방정부 및 지역주민들은 지역개발을 통한 성장에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 실제 지역개발이 진행되면 주민과 정부, 기타 이해당사자들 간 갈등이 형성되는 경우가 많아 개발이 더디게 이루어지는 경우가 많다. 특히 군공항 입지지역의 경우 관련 법률에 의해 개발이 제한되고 있어 주민과 정부, 국방부 등과 지속적인 갈등관계를 형성하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 갈등을 관리하기 위해 다음과 같은 방안을 제시하였다. 군사시설 관련 법안의 개정 및 보완을 통한 제도적인 구축이 필요하며, 관련 이해당사자들 간 충분한 이해가 도모될 수 있도록 협력적 네트워크가 형 성되어야 한다. 또한, 소송으로 인해 또 다른 문제가 야기되므로 소송이 아닌 참여적 해결기제를 적극 활용할 필요성이 있다. The demand on growth through regional development by local government and local residents alike after local self-government is in rise. However, a number of conflicts may often be formed in case where regional development is actually initiated, which is likely to delay such development in region. Relevant laws and acts regulating the development in military airport location especially are continuously shaping conflictual relations with local residents as well as central government and national defence ministry. Thus in this study, the author suggests the conflict management strategies as follows. It is necessary to shape appropriate policy system through amending and supplementing acts and regulations related to military facilities, and form collaborative network in order to promote a sufficient level of understanding among stake holders and participants. In addition, it is advised to apply such participatory conflict resolution mechanisms other than lawsuits since lawsuits may result in other problems.

본 연구의 목적은 지역활성화를 위한 지역브랜드의 활용방안을 제시하는데 있다. 특히 농촌지역의 경우 생활기반이 붕괴될 수밖에 없는 상황에 처해짐에 따라 무엇보다 지역활성화를 위한 새로운 요소가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역활성화를 위한 새로운 요소를 지역브랜드라고 보았다. 연구수행의 결과 지역브랜드의 활용을 위한 방안으로 다음과 같이 제 시하였다. 첫째, 지역에 산재되어 있는 자원의 파악이 선행되어야 하고 이를 바탕으로 자원을 개발해야 한다. 둘째, 지역브랜드의 상품을 개발하고 이를 위한 마케팅을 해야 한다. 셋째, 구축된 지역브랜드를 지속적으로 관리해야 한다. 넷째, 지역브랜드의 구축은 주민의 주도로 이루어져야 한다. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect Regional Brand Utilizing for Regional Revitalization that has been emerged as a new resource being developed in rural area and rural region s economy empirically. In this research, a conclusion was reached regional brand use for regional revitalization. To make use of regional brands, first, the resources scattered here and there in the community have to be checked: based on which, resources need to be developed. Second, goods of regional brands should be developed and a marketing strategy needs to be planned and carried out. Third, the established regional brands demand continuous supervision. Fourth, local residents should take the initiative to build up regional brands.
