        효과적인 간호간병통합서비스를 위한 실시간 웹시스템 개발

        병동에서 발생하는 처방, 픽업, 액팅 정보는 데이터베이스에 저장되고 조회되어 관련 부서에 전달된다. 그러나 처방, 픽업, 액팅은 많은 부서가 매우 자주 확인하는 정보이므로 빈번한 조회로 인해 병원정보시스템에 큰 부하를 유발한다. 특히 간호와 간병 업무가 통합되면 실시간으로 전달해야 하는 픽업과 액팅 업무도 함께 증가하는데 이로 인하여 데이터베이스 조회와 정보전송량 또한 증가하게 된다. 우리는 이러한 비효율 문제를 효과적으로 해결하기 위하여 데이터베이스 조회를 배제하고 실시간 웹 방식으로 픽업 및 액팅 정보를 전송하는 간호간병통합정보시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다. 아울러 간호간병통합서비스 도입으로 증가하는 업무와 함께 책임도 커지므로 병동의 모든 환자에 대한 액팅 상황을 모든 근무자가 실시간으로 점검할 수 있는 병동액팅현황판을 제공하여 서비스의 질을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 픽업 및 액팅 업무 분석을 중심으로 데이터베이스를 설계하고, 픽업과 액팅 발생 즉시 정보 전달이 가능하도록 실시간 웹 기술을 정보시스템에 적용하였다. 기존 데이터베이스 조회 방법과 개발한 시스템의 소요 시간과 정보 전송량을 측정한 결과, 기존 방식 보다 시간과 전송량을 크게 줄일 수 있었다. Prescription, pickup, and acting information from the ward are stored in a hospital database, and can be accessed and retrieved by the relevant departments. Frequent inquiries from many departments can cause a great load on the hospital information system. When the nursing and care services are integrated, the real-time pickup and acting tasks are also increased, which may lead to an increase in database inquiries, thereby increasing the amount of information being transferred. To effectively solve this inefficiency problem, we aimed to develop a nursing and care integrated information system that excludes database inquiries and incorporate a method that transmits pickup and acting information in real-time. Because the new system increases the workload and responsibility, we developed a ward acting dashboard so that every ward employee can determine all the acting situations of patients in real-time to improve the quality of services. We designed a database by concentrating on the pickup and acting business procedures, and applied real-time web techniques to enable pickup and acting information to be delivered instantly. Through our implementation, we were able to reduce the inquiry time and transmission amount significantly compared with the existing method.

        사용자의 의료정보 전달력을 향상시킨 국민건강검진 결과지 디자인 개선

        국민건강관리공단에서 행하고 있는 건강검진은 질병의 초기발견과 예방에 목적을 둔다. 검진 이후에는 결과지를 받게 되는데 이는 의료진과 환자의 원활한 의사소통을 위한 수단이 된다. 지금까지 몇 차례 결과지에 대한 디자인 개선이 이루어졌다. 그러나 여전히 환자들의 낮은 이해도와 인지의 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 사용자인 수검자와 의료진, 디자이너들의 의견을 조사하여 디자인을 개선하고 사용성도 편리한 검진결과표를 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법은 건강검진 결과서와 관련한 각종 정보디자인 연구에 대한 문헌고찰과 현재 건강검진 결과지에 대한 사용자 인터뷰로 사전 조사하여 문제점을 파악하고 기존의 결과지를 1차로 디자인을 개선하였다. 또한 기존의 건강검진결과지와 본 연구자가 개선한 검진결과지를 수검자와 의료진에게 검증을 실시하여 그 결과를 참조하여 최종적으로 디자인 하였다. 그 결과 기존의 결과지에서 지적되었던 문제점이 상당수 해소 되었다는 긍정적인 답변을 얻었다. The health checkup conducted by the National Health Insurance Corporation is aimed at early detection and prevention of diseases. After the screening, you will receive a result sheet, which is a means for smooth communication between the medical staff and the patient. So far, design improvements have been made to the results. However, it is still pointed out that patients have low understanding and cognitive problems. Therefore, in this study, the opinions of the actual users, the medical examiners, and the designers are investigated to improve the design and to propose convenient checkup result sheets. The research method is to investigate the problems of information design research related to the results of the health examination and the user interviews on the results of the current health examination, and to improve the design of the existing results. In addition, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the results of the existing health checkups and the results of the improved checkups by the researchers, and finally designed them by referring to the results. As a result, I got a positive answer that many of the problems pointed out in the existing results were solved.

        AR을 활용한 스마트관광의 경제적 가치 평가: 2단계 가상가치추정법(CVM) 활용

        Purpose - This study aims to measure the net economic value of smart tourism AR service, which has been widely applied recently. This study suggested the smartphone app service using Augmented Reality (Changdeok ARirang) as an example service. Design, data, and methodology - Dichotomous CVM(Contingent Valuation Method) was used to evaluate. Willingness-to-pay(WTP) data were collected by the online survey. The survey was designed as a two-stage survey to prevent hypothetical bias and overestimation. 178 valid samples out of 183 samples were used for the analysis. Result - The results showed that WTP collected within the hypothetical situation (stage 1) was more expensive and overestimated than WTP collected within the actual situation (stage 2). WTP for the use of smart tourism AR service was estimated as 3,802 KRW. Regarding the yearly visitors of Changdeokgung(1.8 million), the overall economic value for the service is estimated as 6,843.6 million KRW. Conclusions - Through the findings, a theoretical implication for future studies and practical implications for effective marketing and developing smart tourism applications and suggestio ns for future study were discussed.

        가정과교육에서 메타버스 활용 수업에 대한 교사의 관심 단계와 실행 수준에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify a support method for the introduction of metaverse-based classes (MBC) in home economics (HE) education. This was achieved by diagnosing the stages of concern and levels of use exhibited by HE teachers applying the concerns-based adoption model (CBAM). Questionnaires were sent to a convenience sample of middle- and high-school HE teachers using the KSDC (Korea Social Science Data Center). Overall, 271 responses were received, and the data were analyzed using KSDC E-STAT 3.0 and SPSS 28.0.1.1. The results were as follows: First, regarding the level of knowledge of MBC, the introductory level was the most common (139 respondents, 51.3%,), followed by the beginner level (81, 29.9%), the intermediate level (28, 10.3%,), the advanced level (12, 4.4%), and the master level (11, 4.1%). Average responses on a 5-point Likert scale to questions about the use of metaverse in HE classes were as follows: possibility (4.02), necessity (3.82), and usefulness (3.90). Second, HE teachers' stages of concern in MBC were as follows (in descending order): unconcerned - stage 0, and information - stage 1 (86.9), personal - stage 2 (85.6), management - stage 3 (80.9), collaboration - stage 5 (57.5), consequence - stage 4 (57.4), and refocusing - stage 6 (55.2). Third, the use of MBC was highest for orientation - level 1 (173 respondents, 63.8%), followed by non-use - level 0 (34, 12.5%), preparation - level 2 (29, 10.7%), mechanical - level 3 (15, 5.5%), refinement - level 5 (8, 3.0%), renewal - level 7 (8, 3.0%), routine - level 4 (3, 1.1%), and integration - level 6 (1, 0.4%). Many HE teachers had heard about MBC but were in the introductory level of not knowing what it is, and at the stage of being unconcerned or wanting to know about MBC. Of the 271 respondents, only 35 used metaverse in classes. Therefore, it is necessary to provide teacher training opportunities that provide basic information on the significance and implementation of MBC for HE teachers. Also, an MBC guideline book should be developed and distributed to HE teachers. Finally, a teacher community meeting is needed to share the expertise of teachers with substantial experience in using MBC.

        Nrf2활성화를 통한 삼출건비탕(蔘朮健脾湯)의 간세포보호효과

        Objectives : Oxidative stress is an important cause of many diseases including liver injury. Therefore, adequate regulation of oxidative stress plays a pivotal role in maintaining liver function. Until recently, there has been no studies on the hepatoprotective effect of Samchulgeonbi-tang (SCGBT). Therefore, the hepatoprotective effect of SCGBT was investigated in HepG2 cells. In this study, oxidative stress was induced by arachidonic acid (AA) and iron. Methods : To analyze the hepatoprotective effects of SCGBT against oxidative stress induced by AA + iron, the cell viability, apoptosis-related proteins and intracellular ROS, glutathione (GSH), and mitochondrial membrane permeability (MMP) were measured. In addition, nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) transcription activation and expressions of Nrf2 target gene were analyzed through immunoblot analysis. Results : SCGBT increased the cell viability from AA + iron - induced cell death and inhibited apoptosis by regulating apoptosis related proteins. SCGBT protected cells by inhibiting ROS production, GSH depletion, and MMP degradation against AA + iron induced oxidative stress. Furthermore, Nrf2 activation was increased by SCGBT, and the Nrf2 target genes were also activated by SCGBT. Conclusions : These results suggest that the SCGBT has a hepatocyte protection effect and antioxidant effect from AA + iron induced oxidative stress.

        플라즈마 전해 산화처리한 시효경화 Mg-Al 합금 피막의 기계적 및 전기화학적 특성

        Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) treatment was performed on cast Mg-6 wt%Al alloy solution-treated at 693K for 16h and aged at 498K. The surface roughness, thickness, micro-hardness, wear and corrosion properties of coatings on solution-treated and aged Mg-6 wt%Al alloy were investigated. The coatings on aged Mg-6 wt%Al alloy had thinner layer and lower micro-hardness and wear resistance than the solution-treated Mg-6 wt%Al alloy. As the aging time increased, the thickness of coatings decreased while the surface roughness was almost no changed. In addition, the micro-hardness and wear property of coatings decreased with increasing the aging time unlike the uncoated Mg-6 wt%Al alloy showing the peak micro-hardness and the best wear property after aging for 16 h. However, the coatings on Mg-6 wt%Al alloy peak-aged for 16h revealed the best corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution, which was explained based on the microstructural characteristics.

        NF-κB와 MAPK억제를 통한 시호소간탕(柴胡疏肝湯)의 항염증효과

        Objectives : Sihosogan-tang (SST) is one of the traditional herbal formula and also one of the Korean medical insurance medicines. It commonly used in the treatment of hepatitis, chronic gastritis, intercostal neuralgia, pleurisy, and depression in East Asia. In the present study, we have demonstrated the anti-inflammatory effects of SST in macrophage cell line. Methods : To investigate mechanism of the anti-inflammatory effect of SST, we examined the productions of nitric oxide (NO) and pro-inflammatory cytokines, and the expressions of inducible NO synthase (iNOS), nuclear factor-κ B (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) on RAW 264.7 cells activated by LPS. Results : SST significantly inhibited the expression of iNOS increased by LPS, and also significantly inhibited the production of NO. In addition, SST significantly inhibited pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF- α and interleukines. SST inhibited the expression of NF-κB and MAPK activation. Conclusions : These results suggest that SST ameliorates inflammatory response in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells through the inhibition of the NF-κB and MAPK pathway. Therefore, this study supplies objective evidence for the anti-inflammatory effect of SST.
