In this paper, we propose special-purpose digital signature scheme, strong designated verifier blind signature scheme. A designated verifier blind signature is a digital signature scheme which combines the properties of designated verifier signature scheme and blind signature. The proposed signature has the advantage of the strong designated verifier and blind signature scheme. In the signature scheme, only designated verifier can prove the validity of a signature and the signer cannot link the own view with the message and signature. And, we show the proposed scheme is secure because the proposed scheme satisfies all signature security properties.

N/A Background: Non-insulin-dependent mellitus (NIDDM) is a heterogenous pathophysiologic disorder with a strong genetic background in the development of disease state and the pathogenesis is characterized by insulin resistance and defective insulin secretion. Regarding to these abnormalities diabetes susceptibility genes may be involved, and one of these candidate genes is the insulin regulatable glucose transporter (GLUT4) expressed predominantly in the skeletal muscle and adipocytes. Recent isolation of genes encoding GLUT4 provides a means to assess the role of possible defect that might contribute to the genetic susceptibility in NIDDM. Methods; We evaluated the RFLP analysis of GLUT4 gene in Korean NIDDM patients with a radioabled GLUT4 cDNA as a probe to define the GLUT4 gene polymorphism as a genetic marker, Results; After digestion with restriction enzyme Kpn I, two band in size 6.5kb and 5.8kb ane noted with polymyphim on 5.8kb. In digestion with Bam HI 25kb and 9kb band. The allele frequency of GLUT 4/Kpn I in NIDDM was lower than that of control (0.29 vs 0.37 P= 0.021). In case of Bam HI the frequency of polymorphic band was not different between NIDDM and control. Conclusion; The GLUT 4 gene RFLP to Kpn I may be considered as a genetic marker of NIDDM in this population. But further studies will be required for its precise nature of gene.

대리서명은 원서명자의 서명 권한을 대리 서명자에게 위임하여 원서명자의 행위에 대해 서명할 수 있게 한 서명 방식이다. 이것은 일상생활에서 도장을 다른 사람에게 위임하는 것을 전자적으로 구현한 것이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 자기가 자신에게 서명 권한을 위임하는 방법을 통해 임시로 사용 할 수 있는 서명 키 쌍을 만들어내는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법을 통해 원 서명 쌍을 보호할 수 있으며 동시에 여러쌍의 키들을 사용할 수 있으므로 작업들과 키 쌍들을 구분하여 관리할 수 있다. 또한 임시 서명 키 쌍의 폐기는 원 서명 키 쌍의 폐기보다 쉽기 때문에 제안하는 재귀 대리 서명은 실제적이라 할 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose new type digital signature scheme, designated verifier blind signature scheme. A designated verifier blind signature scheme is a digital signature scheme which combines the properties of designated verifier signature and blind signature scheme. In other words, The proposed scheme has the advantage of the designated verifier and blind signature scheme. In the schemes, only designated verifier can check the validity of a signature and the signer cannot link the own view with the message and signature. We show that the proposed scheme is secure because the proposed scheme satisfies all security properties. In this paper, we discuss a closed tender system, a application of this signature scheme.
