Purpose: The Transtheoretical Model (TTM) is a theoretical construct explaining stages of health behavior change. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the stages of health behavior change and health related quality of life (HRQL), Method: A descriptive survey design was utilized, and, using a questionnaire, which included a series of 5 questions designed to assess stages of health behavior change and HRQL instrument, data were collected from 292 adults. Means, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and SNK test were used to analyze the collected data. Results: Health risk behaviors were lack of stress management(44%), alcohol use (42.5%), poor nutrition (37%), smoking (36.3%), a lack of spirituality (28.8%), poor communication skills (21.9%), Lack of safety(21.6%), lack of fittness (20.1%), violent behavior(12.3%), and drug use(6.8%). There was a significant difference in HRQL according to stage of health behavior change (P=0.001). Conclusion: The results of the study identified the need for individualized nursing interventions that based on the stage of health behavior change. Nursing interventions that focus on the stage of health behavior change would be effective for health promotion for Koreans.

This study shows that the self-satisfaction individually is rising and social life is attracted effective and successful in image making field by structuring the facial image improvement program through experimental study in order to improve unbalance of women`s face. Experiment is conducted by electing 3 samples for 12 weeks and analyzing the measurement and visual analysis, infrared thermography, and evaluation of experts in order to check the facial unbalance. Subject 1 had the effect at approximately in 4 weeks with the severely distorted chin line and mouth appendage. The facial outline became softer to turn entire image to be softer and more feminine. Subject 2 had the severe distortion of location and size of eyes and nose. But the skin was getting better at first, followed by eyes getting clearer with the location changed in left and right. Subject 3 had the twisted nose and lower chin, but after two weeks, the eye area and skin were better and the width of left and right chin was similarly changed. On the basis of the above research result, the program to effectively improve the image was structured and presented with the resolution of facial unbalance. Program is consist of the training of breathing method, face washing method, facial muscle exercise.

일반논문 : 중국의 "일대일로(一帶一路)" 구상 분석 제기배경, 추진현황, 함의 고찰을 중심으로

이 글은 중국이 “일대일로” 구상을 제기하게 된 대내외적 배경과 추진현황 및 함의를 고찰한다. 중국은 대내적으로는 지속적인 발전을 위해 발전모델의 전환을 통해 새로운 성장 동력을 찾아야 했고, 대외적으로는 미국의 대중국 견제 전략에 효과적으로 대응해야 했다. 따라서 중국은 그 동안의 추진해 왔던 산발적인 투자와 교류를 “일대일로” 구상으로 통합하여, 육로와 해로를 따라 인프라 건설을 통해 ‘띠’와 ‘길’을 연결하는 경제협력지대를 건설하겠다는 구상을 제기했다. 중국은 “일대일로” 백서를 통해 관련 국가들과 인프라 건설, 정책, 금융, 무역 및 민간교류확대 등 5통 실현의 목표를 주장한다. “일대일로” 구상은 표면적으로는 경제 무역로 및 인프라 건설구상이지만, 실제로는 경제협력을 위해 필요한 제도구축과 규범제정을 포함한 큰 그림이다. 세계경제를 움직이는 새로운 견인차 역할이 필요한 상황에서, 중국의 주변 국가 경제발전의 견인차 역할을 자처하며 “일대일로” 건설을 통해 공동번영을 추구하고 있다. “일대일로” 구상이 가시적 성과가 도출된다면, 이는 경제적 영향력에만 한정되지 않고 정치·안보적 영향력 확대로 이어져 지역질서와 국제질서에서 상당한 경쟁과 갈등을 겪을 수 있다. This paper discussed the internal and external background for China to have brought up the plan of “One Belt One Road,” the current state of the project, and its implications. Internally, China had to find new growth engines through the transition of its development model, and externally, it had to cope effectively with the strategies of the U.S. to contain China. Thus, integrating its sporadic investments and exchanges into the “One Belt One Road” plan, China presented its vision to build an economic cooperation zone connecting ‘belts’ and ‘roads’ through the construction of infrastructure along land and sea routes. Through the whitepaper of “One Belt One Road,” China asserts that it targets the achievement of Wutong (5通) with relevant countries in the areas of infrastructure construction, policies, finance, trade, and people. to. people exchange. The “One Belt One Road” plan is outwardly for constructing routes and infrastructure of economic trade, but actually it has a big plan embracing the establishment of systems and norms for economic cooperation. In the present situation that demands the role of locomotive for leading world economy, China is assuming the role of locomotive for the economic development of surrounding countries and promoting co. prosperity through the construction of “One Belt One Road.” If the “One Belt One Road” plan begins to produce visible results, its influence will not be limited to economy but may reach the areas of politics and national security, and consequently, cause formidable contests and conflicts in regional and international orders.

여성 얼굴에 표출된 이미지 어휘의 특성 분석 -60대 여성과 20대 여성을 대상으로-

This thesis collected words, feelings, and psychological images expressed in female faces in their 20s and 60s. The comparative analysis of the characteristics will be based on the effective image of direction and improvement. Through the analyzed station of word of images collected, female faces in 20s of image are positive images such as pretty, cute, and elegant; however, there were also negative images such as gloomy, sharp, and stubborn. Female faces in 60s image are negative image such as scary, gloomy, sharp, and stubborn. To the analyzed station of word`s tendency (usually expressed appearance), external-oriented tendency significantly developed in their 20s and 60s. It shows that the importance of appearance is emphasized in women face image in 20s and 60s.

노동시장 양극화 해소를 위한 연대숙련정책 연구

  지식기반경제의 도래와 신자유주의적 세계화의 가속화 속에서 한국사회는 수출산업과 내수산업, 대기업과 중소기업, IT기업과 비IT기업, 정규직과 비정규직 간의 심각한 양극화를 경험하고 있다. 고용조건과 소득의 불평등 구조를 완화하여 양극화를 해소하기 위해서는 새로운 형태의 사회적 타협과 연대가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 사회통합을 위한 연대의 형태들 중에서 지식기반경제에서 필요로 하는 연대의 유형으로 이른바 ‘연대숙련정책’을 제안한다. 고숙련을 둘러싼 노?사?정의 새로운 타협인 연대숙련정책은 과거 대량생산체제의 포드주의적 대타협과는 근본적으로 상이하다. 본 연구에서는 임금을 둘러싼 연대보다는 교육?훈련을 중심으로 한 연대가 숙련편향적 기술변화를 특징으로 하는 지식기반경제에 보다 더 정합적임을 주장한다.   In the accelerating process of neo-liberal globalization and the knowledge-based economy, Korean society has experienced serious polarization regarding the IT industry and the non-IT industry, large firms and small firms, full time workers and part time workers, etc. To solve the polarization problem in Korea, a new type of the social compromise and solidarity is needed. The present study proposes the solidaristic skill policy as an alternative solidarity type for social cohesion of the Korean society. The solidaristic skill policy which stresses on high skills is fundamentally different from the solidaristic policy of Fordist mass production based on low skills. The solidaristic wage policy corresponding to the Fordist mass production, stressing unskilled and semi-skills, could not be the alternative for our society. This study claims that solidarity in labor process and labor reproduction dealing with education and training as key points is more appropriate solidaristic type in the contemporary skill-biased knowledge-based economy.

마르크 샤갈(Marc Chagall) 작품에 나타난 무의식의 내면세계 연구 -융(C. G. JUNG)의 분석심리학 이론을 근거로

The Arts, the creative activities of the human being, is deeply related to the desires to express one`s inner world. Pursuing to reveal the inner world is derived from the unconscious mind which Freud claimed in his psychoanalysis study. Additionally, Jung, who followed the Freud`s view that the origin of unconsciousness can be visualized, explained that the unconsciousness is the history of self-fulfilling. Given this point of view, everything beyond the conscious mind is the events which allow artists to engage creative works. Art works are the mixtures of the expressions of unconsciousness as well as consciousness of the artist and the traces followed by his or her hidden pleasures, desires and anxieties. The foundation of arts is corresponded to the life-history of human beings constructed by human being`s unconscious mind. In the paradigm described above, this author examined the ways of expression of the unconscious realms and scrutinized the origin form of unconsciousness, a core concept in Jung`s analytical psychology, by analyzing and interpreting the works of Chagall which symbolized the unconscious realms. Compared to typical Surrealism artists who created the paintings based on suppressed unconscious factors (e.g., dreams and imaginations), Chagall who is also well known as a Surrealism artist was motivated by different types of unconscious factors which he actually experienced or inherited from ancestors (e.g., landscapes of hometown, animals, women, and the testament). Throughout his art works, Chagall sought to heighten the self-awareness by perceiving the unconscious thoughts consciously and to obtain the better self-understanding by restoring the unconscious potentials into the energy to move on. That is, Jung emphasized his view on analytical psychology to examine the unconsciousness, on the other hand, Chagall believed that unconsciousness could be expressed by various medium that symbolized the unconscious thoughts and believes. It is true that the unconscious realm which Chagall sought is hard to be proved objectively, or can be existed only in theories. However, the plentiful of paintings of Chagall have still a possibility to reflect his unconscious beliefs and repressed psychological problems on his own life. The hallmark of Chagall`s works is expressing the unconscious realm by synthesizing the past, the future, and the present self and symbolizing the unconscious thoughts. Chagall`s works implied that the way of reflecting the self in the art works is expressing one`s desires to creativity and instinct to enhance the self-image that lead to achieve self-fulfilling rather than finding ou suppressed fear and anxieties beyond consciousness.

성인남성의 양생수준과 피로에 대한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of fatigue and Yangsaeng in Korea. Yangsaeng as a traditional health care regimen for the promotion of health and prevention of illness by means specific principles and methods, whose purpose was to improve longevity and healthy life. Method: The subjects of this study were 196 male adults in Korea. Data were collected by using a self-reported questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, t-test, ANOVA and multiple linear regression. Results: There was statistically significant difference in Yangsaeng and fatigue according to age and education. The relationship between Yangsaeng and fatigue had a significant negative correlation. Exercise, sleep, mind Yangsaeng were found to be significant predictors (28%) of fatigue. Conclusion: To prevent fatigue of adults, nurse should focus on the factors identified in this study when she develop nursing intervention programs for health promotion.
