      • 중등음악 감상 수업에서 영상자료 활용 방안

        음악교육에서 감상학습은 청소년기의 상상력을 발휘할 기회를 제공하고 창의적인 활동인 표현학습을 가능하게 한다. 더욱이 교사의 교구에 대한 기술적인 활용은 음악수업의 내용을 더욱 풍성하게 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중등음악 수업의 감상학습에서 영상을 통해 학교 현장에서 음악감상의 현장감을 높이고, 다양한 음악 장르의 적극적인 참여를 유도하는 것이다. 연구자가 직접 촬영한 360°음악 영상을 통한 수업을 한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론으로 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 중등음악 감상 수업에서 학생들이 오큘러스 퀘스트2를 활용해 360°음악 영상을 감상하면서 실제 현장에 있는 것 같은 실재감과 몰입감을 경험하였다. 둘째, 중등음악 감상 수업에서 VR 학습자료를 통해 전통적인 감상수업에서 벗어나 학생들이 직접 스마트폰의 유튜브 앱에서 360°음악 영상을 검색하고, 구글 카드보드를 활용해 감상하고 체험하는 경험을 할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 제시한 제언은 고화질의 일체형 HMD에 대한 학교 현장의 지원이 필요하다는 것과 청소년의 음악수업에서 다양한 360°음악 영상 콘텐츠의 제작을 통해 음악감상의 효과성을 높일 필요성을 논하였다. In music education, appreciation learning provides an opportunity to exercise the imagination of adolescence and enables expressive learning that is a creative activity. Moreover, the technical use of teachers' teaching aids can enrich the content of music class. This study aims to increase the sense of realism in listening to music through videos in middle school music class, and it encourages active participation in various music genres. After teaching through a 360°music video content taken by the researcher, it can be summarized with the following conclusions. First, in the middle school music appreciation class, students experienced a sense of reality and immersion as if they were in the real field while watching a 360°music video using Oculus Quest 2. Second, through VR learning materials in middle school music listening class, students were able to search for 360°music video content on their smartphones' YouTube app, and experience them using Google Cardboard away from formal appreciation class. The suggestions presented based on these results are that school field support for high-definition all-in-one HMD is needed, and increasing the effectiveness of music appreciation through the production of various 360°music video content for youth music class.

        자성광촉매용 TiO<sub>2</sub>-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 나노복합분말의 합성

        [ $TiO_2-Fe_2O_3$ ] nanocomposite powders for magnetic photocatalyst were synthesized by sol-gel process, in which $TiO_2$ photocatalytic layer was formed on the surface of $\gamma-Fe_2O_3$ magnetic core. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation and X-ray diffractometry (XRD) analysis revealed that$\gamma-Fe_2O_3$ nanoparticles, $10\~20nm$ in diameter, were coated by $TiO_2$ shell of 5nm in thickness and $TiO_2$ was anatase phase. Also hydroxyl group (-OH) used to decompose organic compounds was detected by Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry(FT-IR) analysis. UV-Visible spectrophotometry results showed that light absorption occurred in the wavelength range of $400\~700 nm$, and the band gap energy $(E_g)$ of powder was 1.8 eV. Finally it was found that the coercivity $(H({ci})$ and saturation magnetization $(M_s)$ of the powder were 79 Oe and 14.8 emu/g, respectively as experimental vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) measurements.

        저압 초음파 분무 공정을 이용한 γ-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 나노입자의 합성

        This study was focused on the optimization of low-pressure ultrasonic spraying process for synthesis of pure ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ nanoparticles. As process variables, pressure in the reactor, precursor concentration, and reaction temperature were changed in order to control the chemical and microstructural properties of iron oxide nanoparticles including crystal phase, mean particle size and particle size distribution. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) studies revealed that pure ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ nanoparticles with narrow particle size distribution of 5-15 nm were successfully synthesized from iron pentacarbonyl ($Fe(CO)_{5}$) in hexane under 30 mbar with precursor concentrations of 0.1M and 0.2M, at temperatures over $800^{\circ}C$. Also magnetic properties, coercivity ($H_c$) and saturation magnetization ($M_s$) were reported in terms of the microstructure of particles based on the results from vibration sampling magnetometer (VSM).

        퉁퉁마디로부터 염에 의하여 유도되는 Aldolase 유전자의 분리 및 발현분석

        토양 내의 고농도의 염은 심각한 환경스트레스 중의 하나로 농작물의 생산을 감소시킨다. 식물은 염 스트레스로부터 벗어나기 위하여 많은 단백질을 합성한다든지 유전자들의 발현을 조절하는 등 여러 가지 생리, 생화학적인 변화를 일으킨다. 퉁퉁마디는 우리나라에 자생하는 염생식물로 갯벌과 염전주위에서 생육한다. 퉁퉁마디의 생화학적, 분자생물학적 내염성 기구를 이해하기 위하여 differential display방법으로 NaCl에 의하여 발현이 증가되는 cDNA들을 분리하였다. 본 연구에서는 그 중 하나인 ShADL의 특성을 조사하였다. ShADL은fructose-1, 6-bisphosphate aldolase와 높은 유사성을 보였다. 이 유전자는 1293bp길이에 359개의 아미노산으로 구성된 open reading frame을 포함하고 있으며, 이로부터 추정되는 분자량은 39 kDa이었다. ShADL단백질은 애기장대의 aldolase와 86%의 높은 유사성을 나타내었으며 같은 염생식물인 com-mon ice plant의 adolase와는 78%의 유사성을 보였다. Northern 분석결과, ShADL 유전자는 NaCl의 농도가 증가함에 따라 발현량이 급격히 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. Soil salinity is one of the most serious abiotic stresses limiting the productivity of agricultural crops. To cope with salt stress, plants respond with physiological, developmental and biochemical changes, including the synthesis of a number of proteins and the induction of gene expression. Salicornia herbacea is a halophytic plant that grows in salt marshes and on muddy seashores. In order to understand the biochemical and molecular mechanisms of salt tolerance in S. herbacea, we isolated several genes that involved in the salt tolerance by mRNA differential display. Here we report the cloning of a cDNA encoding fructose-1, 6-bisphosphate aldolase, named ShADL, which is 1293 bp long and contains an open reading frame consisted of 359 amino acids with calculated molecular mass of 39 kDa. ShADL protein showed 86% identity with Arabidopsis and 78% with aldolase of common ice plant. Northern blot analysis revealed that the transcript of ShADL gene was increased dramatically depending on the NaCl concentrations.

        투석 환자에서 상완족관절 맥파속도와 승모판 혈류 속도에 의한 좌심실 이완기능 지표와의 상관관계

        목적: 투석 환자에서 동맥경직도 (arterial stiffness)의 증가는 투석 환자의 심혈관 질환으로 인한 사망에 중요한 위험 인자이다. 동맥경직도의 증가는 혈압과는 독립적으로 좌심실의 후부하를 증가시키는 인자로 정상인과 고혈압 환자에서 동맥경직도의 증가는 좌심실 이완기능 장애의 중요한 관련인 자로 알려져 있다. 이에 저자는 혈액 투석 환자에서 동맥경직도를 나타내는 상완족관절 맥파속도 (brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity; baPWV)와 좌심실의 이완기능의 지표인 승모판 혈류속도의 상관관계를 정상대조군과 비교 연구하였다. 방법: 경기도 한양대학교 구리병원의 투석환자를 대상으로 심장판막질환, 관상동맥질환, 심막질환, 대동맥 질환, 좌심실 구혈율 55% 이하의 심장 질환 환자를 제외한 48명의 환자와 같은 기간 동안에 선정된 48명의 정상 대조군을 포함한 96명을 대상으로 체형 측정 자료, 우측 상완족관절 맥파속도 (rt-baPWV) 및 심초음파 결과를 분석하였다. 결과: 수축기혈압 (128.1±19.4 vs 168.3±15.9 mmHg, p<0.01), 이완기혈압 (80.6±11.1 vs 88.2±6.2 mmHg, p<0.01), 좌심실 질량 (49.9±10.4 vs 71.8± 12.2 g/m2.7, p<0.01), rt-baPWV (1573.6±401.9 vs 1834.2±491.1 cm/s, p<0.01)는 정상인보다 혈액 투석 환자에서 더 높았다. 좌심실 이완기능 지표 중 E/A비는 차이가 없었고 E파와 A파는 혈액투석군이 오히려 높았다. 다변량 분석결과 E/A비는 대조군에서 rt-baPWV (ß=-0.403)와 좌심실 질량지수 (ß=-0.350)가 독립적으로 연관이 있었으나 혈액 투석군에서 맥박수 (ß=-0.437)와 수축기 혈압 (ß=-0.389)이 독립적으로 연관성이 있었고 남성에서는 수축기혈압이(ß=-0.667), 여성에서는 rt-baPWV (ß=-0.557)가 각각 E/A비와 독립적인 연관성이 있었다. Decelration time (DT)와 isovolumic relaxation time (IVRT)에 대해 대조군에서는 rt-baPWV (ß=-0.410, ß= 0.500)와 상관관계를 보였으나 혈액투석 환자에서는 상관관계가 없었다. 결론: 정상인에서 Rt-baPWV와 승모판 혈류 속도는 밀접한 연관성이 있는 반면 혈액투석 환자에서 Rt-baPWV와 승모판 혈류속도는 단지 여성에서만 의미가 있었다. Purpose: Arterial stiffness is a major independent risk factor for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in hemodialysis patients. It is hypothesized that arterial stiffness factor is attributable to the structural and functional changes of left ventricle (LV) caused by increased cardiac workload. So we investigated the relationship between brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and diastolic dysfunction of left ventricle using echoardiographic transmitral blood flow pattern. Methods: For 96 subjects (48 control patients, 48 hemodialysis patients), baPWV and echocardiographic indices for diastolic function, i.e. transmitral E, A, E/A, DT, IVRT were measured just before hemodialysis session. Role of baPWV was tested in a multiple regression model including age, gender, body mass index, predialysis blood pressure, heart rate, LV mass index and interdialysis weight gain. Results: In the control group, LV mass index (ß=-0.350) and rbaPWV (ß=-0.403) had an independently correlation with E/A ratio. Rt-baPWV was independently correlated with DT (ß=-0.410) and IVRT (ß=0.500). In the hemodialysis group, systolic blood pressure (ß=-0.389) and heart rate (ß= -0.403) were the factors of E/A ratio. Rt-baPWV (ß=-0.557) was the factor determining E/A ratio only in female hemodialysis patients. Conclusion: PWV is independently correlated with E/A ratio only in female hemodialysis patients. Their relationship is limited or weak compared to normal control group.

        기상합성공정을 이용한 FePt 나노입자의 실시간 L10 상변화

        Real-time formation of L10 phase of FePt nanoparticles in the gas phase during ultrasonic-spray pyrolysis is first discussed in the present study. Without any post heat treatment, L10 phase of FePt nanoparticles appeared at the temperature above 900℃ in the gas phase synthesis. X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) studies revealed that FePt nanoparticles less than 10 nm in size contained small volume of L10 fct phase. However, in other samples obtained at the temperature below 900℃, iron oxide phase co-existed and no evidence of phase transformation was found. Thus, it is anticipated that the time of flight of particles required for crystallization and phase transformation was extended according to the increase of the collision rate. Finally, magnetic properties represented by coercivity and saturation magnetization and functional groups on the particle surface were discussed based on VSM and FTIR results.

        소화기 ; Desmopressin 복용 환자에서 발생한 중증 저나트륨혈증에 의한 동기능부전 증후군 1예

        DDAVP는 항이뇨 호르몬 유사체로 야뇨증 치료에 사용되고 있다. 그러나 주로 고령의 환자에게 DDAVP 투여 시 저나 트륨혈증이 생긴 예가 다양하게 보고되고 있다. 본 증례에서는 고령의 심부전 환자에서 장기간 DDAVP 투여로 중증 저나트륨혈증과 그로 인한 동기능부전이 발생하였으나 DDAVP를 중단하고 생리 식염수 정주 치료 등의 저나트륨혈증 교정 후에 증상 및 동기능이 모두 호전된 예를 경험하였기에이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Desmopressin diacetate arginine vasopressin (DDAVP) is a synthetic analogue of the arginine vasopressin that is widely used in the treatment of diabetes insipidus, nocturnal enuresis, and polyuria. Although it is generally well-tolerated, DDAVP can cause hyponatremia, especially in elderly patients. There are many reports of DDAVP-induced hyponatremia, but there has been only one case report in which sinus node dysfunction was caused by severe hyponatremia. Here we report a case of sick sinus syndrome that occurred during an episode of severe hyponatremia induced by chronic use of desmopressin in a 91-year-old man who had nocturnal enuresis.         간경변증 환자에서 t - PA , Euglobulin 섬유소용해능 및 Protein C , S 의 변화와 식도정맥류출혈과의 관계

        N/A Background: Bleeding is common complication and a leading cause of death in cirrhotic patients, Accelerated fibrinolysis and coagulation inhibitor were contributing factors to bleeding. Method: In a study of 20 normal control and 20 liver cirrhosis (10 liver cirrhosis without esophageal variceal bleeding and 10 liver cirrhosis with esophageal variceal bleeding), we tried to evaluate fibrinolytic activity 8r inhibitory factors of the coagulation in liver cirrhosis and to find correlation between variceal bleeding and parameters of fibrinolysis % coagulation inhibitors. Results: 1) t-PA antigen was significantly increased(p <0.05) in patients with liver cirrhosis(22.2±12.5ng/ml) than in normal contro1(3.9±1.9ng/ml), but there was no statistically significant increase in cirrhotic patients with bleeding(26.2±13.8ng/ml) as compared to cirrhotic patients without bleeding(18.2±10.1ng/ml). 2) Euglobulin fibrinolytic activity was significantly higher(p<0,05) in patients with liver cirrhosis(145±37.6 BAU) than in normal control(91±7.8 BAU), but there was no statistically significant increase in cirrhotic patients with bleeding(150±64 BAU)as compared to cirrhotic patients without bleeding(131±22 BAU). 3) The activities of protein C was significantly lower(p<0.05) in patient with bleeding(41±9%) than in patient siwthout bleeding(54±18%). 4) The activities of protein S was lower in patient with bleeding(62±18%) than in patients without bleeding group(77±17%), but there was no statistical significance. 5) There was a significantly linear correlatian between t-PA antigen and euglobulin fibrinolytic activity in normal control and in patients with liver cirrhosis (r=0.807, p<0.01). Conclusion: Fibrinolytic activity(t-PA k euglobulin fibrinolytic activity) was increased in cirrhotic patients, but there was no statistically significant increase of fibrinolytic activity with relation to esophageal variceal bleeding. The activities of protein C was significantly decreased in liver cirrhosis with relation to esophageal variceal bleeding.

        Massive pulmonary embolism (PE) is associated with poor prognosis and high mortality. Moreover, patients with massive PE who present with shock have mortality rates ranging from 30% to 50%. Thrombolysis should be administered to patients with massive PE unless there are absolute contraindications to its use. However, treatment failure still occurs, and there is no consensus for the management of massive PE with cardiopulmonary arrest with regard to thrombolysis. In this study, two cases of massive PE with cardiopulmonary arrest are described, both of which were successfully treated with thrombolysis and hemodynamic support, which was administered by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). This report suggests that ECMO may provide safe and adequate cardiopulmonary support in patients with massive PE with refractory thrombolysis and cardiopulmonary arrest.
