        노인의 주거요인이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study examined housing satisfaction of the elderly in terms of demographical feature, dwelling form, occupancy form and family life, and also investigated satisfaction of life in terms of health satisfaction, family income satisfaction, family relation satisfaction, occupation satisfaction, social relation satisfaction and leisure life satisfaction in order to figure out the impact on overall life satisfaction. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study employed raw material of 2011 KOWEPS 7th year session by Korea Institute for health and social affairs and social welfare institute of Seoul National University for analysis. KOWEPS is determined to be a suitable data as it has nationwide representativeness and has information on housing of the elderly. housing satisfaction and satisfaction of life. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this study, the family life affected housing satisfaction and life satisfaction. And, it shows that housing satisfaction had partial mediation effect on family life satisfaction. 2. RESULTS The analysis shows that the housing form had influences on apartment and occupancy form on the others. Theories of three researchers on dwelling, housing satisfaction and life satisfaction were adopted. This study proposes some solutions about the housing welfare policy of the elderly.

        대형할인점의 입지 선정 중요도에 관한 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Majority enterprises select location of a store after analyzing it using various methods based on verified resources. This study aims at examining locational characteristics of large-scale discount stores, and at selecting optimized location in terms of population, access and land price. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The temporal scope of resources was each opening point based on statistical data of Yon0n City in 2010. As to the scope of contents, the current location of large-scale discount stores in Youngin was compared by AHP empirical analysis between stores to figure out any characteristics. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS When complex weight of the whole group and its order were examined, the top three factors were population, size of shop and accessibility from the highest order. And the lowest three items were local development, site area and public transportation from the lowest order. 2. RESULTS When the weight of location of large-scale discount stores was calculated, it showed that E-Mart Jukjeon was is the optimal location followed by E-Mart Dongbaek, E-Mart Heungdeok, E-Mart Suji, E-Mart Yongin, E-Mart Guseong, E-Mart Bora and Lotte Mart Suji.

        토지임대부 사회주택 공급 활성화방안 연구

        As research methods, this study would estimate the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Profitability Index (PI) through an analysis of the feasibility of the case of the Seoul land-leasehold social housing, a type of the community housing and analyze changes in the business value according to the changes of the main factors through a sensitivity to propose a plan for the vitalization of the land-leasehold social housing.As a result of an analysis of the business feasibility of the land-leasehold social housing (Operation for 40 years) selected as the case, the NPV was 11,892,000 won and the IRR was 3.69% and the PI was 1.044. Thus, it turned out that all the indicators in the feasibility analysis secured a business value; however, it is judged that the level is considerably lower for the independence of the private sector. Measures for the vitalization of land-leasehold social housing so that the private sector will be able to be independent in the future can be suggested as follows:First, it is necessary to adjust the land rental rates. The land rental rates taking up the most part as fixed costs affect business feasibility closely. Thus, for the expansion of private business operators’ participation in the project, the adjustment of the land rental rates is needed.Second, institutional countermeasures are needed, so that private business operators can minimize costs and make it possible to provide quality services by realizing the economy of scale in the construction and operation and management.

        몇몇 데이터베이스의 스키마는 매우 복잡하며 스키마가 동적인 여러 응용 분야들이 나타나고 있다. 반면 과학기술 계산 데이터베이스, 의사결정 지원 데이터베이스 등의 분야에서 ad-hoc 질의 중요성은 지속될 것으로 예상된다. 그러므로 사용자로 하여금 사전에 스키마에 대한 지식없이 ad-hoc 질의를 할 수 있는 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 개념계층트리를 이용하여 사용자로부터 중심어들을 입력받아 적절한 구조화된 질의문을 생성하는 기법에 대해 기술한다. 각각의 중심어들로부터 관련 스키마 항목을 추출한 뒤 이들 스키마 항목들간에 가능한 경로를 구성하는 과정으로 구조화된 질의문을 생성한다.
