        아마씨 가루를 첨가한 쿠키의 품질 특성

        This study was conducted to investigate the quality characteristics of cookies with different levels of flaxseed powder. Cookies were prepared with four different levels (0%, 6%, 12% and 18%) of flaxseed powder and the physicochemical properties were examined. The pH of cookie dough was higher in cookies containing flaxseed powder. The spread factor of control cookie was lower than that of cookies containing 6%, 12% and 18% of flaxseed powder. The incorporation of flaxseed powder in cookies lowered lightness and yellowness but increased redness values. Rheology tests showed that cookies with 6%, 12% and 18% flaxseed powder had significantly lower hardness value than control cookies(p < 0.05). Consumer acceptance test revealed that overall preference score was the highest in cookies containing 12% flaxseed powder. During storage at 55℃ for 60 days, peroxide value increased until 30 days of storage and decreased thereafter, while acid value steadily increased and there was no significant difference in peroxide value and acid value between control cookies and flaxseed added cookies.

        헤어기업 관리자 인사평가제도 구축에 관한 연구

        The hairdressing industry is a sector in which dependence on employees is very high. To generate business performance, therefore, the systematic management of such human resources has become more important. In fact, human resource management planning via fair and rational personnel evaluation has been essential. However, it’s still very hard to find a personnel evaluation system-related study in cosmetology. There are few studies covering a personnel evaluation system performed among beauty salon supervisors who appear to have a significant effect on an organization in a modern trend where beauty salons have become larger, and franchise chains are more common. Therefore, this study attempted to provide basic data that are needed to introduce a personnel evaluation system to help beauty salons improve their business performances. For this, a survey was conducted among a total of 108 supervisors from J HAIR in 2016, and the results were collected and analyzed. After applying them to the personnel evaluation system, the results were analyzed, and their components and influence were investigated. The study results found the following: The questionnaire consisted of 27 questions (3 items x 9 behavioral indicators from 5 factors). They were quantified and graphed in 3 different types, and feedback was provided. Based on the results, strategic personnel management was implemented. Hence, a total of 36 workers were promoted during the first half of the year. The personnel evaluation of the supervisors from J HAIR revealed a multi-dimensional rating approach. It is likely that the assessees’ reliability and acceptability would increase during personnel management. This study is meaningful in that the study results would be available as basic data in planning a personnel evaluation system for human resource management. It also implies a need for performing empirical studies for the successful establishment of a personnel evaluation system for supervisors.

      • 미용전공 여대생의 헤어관여도에 따른 헤어살롱 선택요인 연구

        This study, 400 female students majoring in cosmetology in Seoul, Chungcheongnam-do, and Jeollabuk-do were surveyed from September 11 to 23, 2014. Among the questionnaires that were collected, 337 sets of questionnaires were used for analysis. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program for analysis such as frequency analysis, factor analysis of major components, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and ANOVA. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: This study examined the conceptual dimension of hair involvement, hair salon selection factors. The results showed that the hair involvement dimension were classified into 4 factors such as ``pursuit of fashion``, ``interest in hair``, ``style change``, and ``symbolicity``. The hair salon selection dimension were subdivided into 4 factors such as ``technical service``, ``employee service``, ``hair salon facility``, and ``hair salon image``. The hair involvement of female university students majoring in cosmetology was found to lead to a statistically significant difference in demographic characteristics such as the selection of major, reason for the use of hair salons, hair salons used frequently, and allowance money. In relation to the effect of demographic variables on the hair salon selection among female university students majoring in cosmetology, a statistically significant difference was observed in the selection of major and characteristics of the services used frequently among the concerned characteristics.

        Anorexia nervosa is a kind of dietary disorder which causes amenorhea, weight loss, behavioral changes, and its hormonal status is typical hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism. The patients with anorexia nervosa showed many hormonal and chemical abonormal findings, like decresed follicular stimulating hormone, decreased lutealizing hormone and estrogen, increased cortisol, hypokalemia, hypercarotenemia. But tissue mineral contents of anorexia nervosa were not reported. We experience the typical increase of tissue copper contents in three anorexia nervosa patients in recent days, so report them with reviews of literatures.
