Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between lumbar lordotic angle and low back pain patterns. Methods: We randomly selected the 1191 patients (595 males, 596 females) who have visited Bu-Chun Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine with low back pain. We have taken lumbar x-ray films and measured their lumbar lordotic angle, the angle formed between L1 superior margin and S1 superior margin. We investigated 1191 patients' low back pain patterns(date of occurence, existence of radiating pain, trend of increasing pain with lumbar extention and flexion, trend of increasing pain with standing and sitting positions) and analysed the relationship between lumbar lordotic angle and low back pain patterns. Results: 1. The lumbar lordotic angle of the acute phase patient is more straight than the chronic one. 2. The lumbar lordotic angle of the patients with radiating pain is more straight than the patients without radiating pain. 3. At acute phase, the lumbar lordotic angle of the patients with increasing pain from lumbar extention is more straight than those with increasing pain from lumbar flexion. 4. At chronic phase, the lumbar lordotic angle of the patients with increasing pain from lumbar flexion is more straight than those with increasing pain from lumbar extention. Conclusions: There was a significant correlation between lumbar lordotic angle and low back pain.

연소합성법으로 제작한 ZnGa₂O₄ 나노형광체의 광학적 특성

$ZnGa_2O_4$ powder were prepared by combustion method and $Mn^{2+}$ ions, a green luminescence activator, and $Cr^{3+}$ ions, a red luminescence activator were separately doped into $ZnGa_2O_4$. The characteristics of the synthesized nano powder were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and photoluminescence (PL). The various $ZnGa_2O_4$ peaks, with the (311) main peak, appeared at all sintering temperature XRD patterns. The PL specctrums of $ZnGa_2O_4$ powder showed main peak of 425 nm, and maximum intensity at the sintering temperature of $1200^{\circ}C$. SEM images shown that nano sized particles(about 200 nm) were of spherical shape. The characteristics of $ZnGa_2O_4$ containing 0.004 mol $Mn^{2+}$(505 nm, green) and $ZnGa_2O_4$ containg 0.002 mol $Cr^{3+}$ (696 nm, red) were shown to be the best.

모의비행훈련장치 제도 개선방안 연구

As the domestic aviation industry develops, demand for pilots is increasing. As a result, the demand for flight training using flight simulation training devices that implement the same or similar interior of aircraft is also increasing. Despite this increase in demand, domestic laws, regulations and management systems related to flight simulation training devices have remained unchanged since 2009. As a result, the criteria for designation of new or developed flight simulation training devices are ambiguous. In addition, proper improvement of the current system should be prioritized for designation of new devices such as UAM and VR, along with developing flight simulation training devices. It is intended to present measures to improve the domestic flight simulation training system by investigating and analyzing advanced cases overseas.

계약체결상의 과실책임과 사기로 인한 취소

계약체결 전의 의무위반이 상대방에 기망행위에 의하여 야기된 착오에 직접적으로 기인하는 경우 이는 민법 제 110조에 따라 취소가 가능하다. 또한 제 535조의 계약체결상의 과실책임에 따르는 손해배상청구도 인정될 여지가 있다. 이와 관련하여 제 535조의 불능에 제 110조의 사기가 해당되며 그에 따라 계약책임에 준하는 손해배상청구가 가능한지에 대하여 다음과 같이 판단해볼 수 있다. 우선 기망행위 역시 제535조에 따르는 불능에 포함된다고 보아야 한다. 사기에는 그 계약의 목적을 달성할 수 있는지 여부에 관한 주관적 결정에 있어서 이마 기망행위의 시점에 불이행의 의사가 있는 것으로 보아야 하기 때문이다. 그 결과 제 535조의 손해배상 청구권 역시 계약체결 전의 기망행위에도 적용될 수 있다. 다음의 문제는 제535조에 따르는 손해배상청구의 범위에 관한 것이다. 우리민법상 계약체결상의 과실에서는 신뢰이익의 배상이 문제된다. 그러나 독일민법 제311조와 비교하는 경우에는 이행이익의 배상으로 볼 가능성도 생각해볼 수 있다. 계약교섭단계는 채권채무관계와 의무위반에 따른 손해배상이라는 관점에서는 유사한 것으로 볼 필요가 있기 때문이다. 결국 제110조의 사기 취소에 대해서는 제535조의 계약체결상의 과실책임이 동시적용 될 수 있다고 보아야 한다. Zuerst muss die Tauschung zu die Unmoglichkeit aus §535 KBGB gehoren. Die Tauschung enthalt ein Wille der Nichterfiillung schon in dem Zeitpunkt des Verhalten. Deshalb macht es die Unmoglichkeit, wenn der Betreffende subiektiv entscheidet, ob er erfiillen will. Demnach auch ein Schadensersatzanspruch aus §535 KBGB auf die Tauschung anwenden kann. Danach in Frage kommt der Kreis des Schadensersatz aus §535 KBGB. In KBGB wird dies als Ersatz von Vertrauensinteresse betrachtet. Trotzdem 1m Vergleich mit §311 BGB wird es sich davon iiberzeugt, dass sich als Ersatz von Erfiillungsinteresse begreift. Demnach miissen Vertragsverhandlungen dem Schuldverhaltnis. namlich Schadensersatz wegen Pflichtverletzung ahnlich sehen. Zum Schluss kann ein Gleichlauf in c.i.c. aus §535 ebenso wie Anfechtbarkeit aus § 110 bestehen.

박태순의 실천 담론과 역사의식 ― 박태순 후기 작품과 그의 문학관을 중심으로 ―

1980년대는 정치·경제적 격변 속에서 문학담론장의 지형이 이전 시대보다 더욱 복잡다단하게 변화하는 시기였다. 그중 민족문학론이 새롭게 자리하기 전인 1980년대 초반에는 <실천문학>의 문학담론이 당시 문인들의 문학관을 대변했으며, 그 중심에 박태순이 자리하고 있었다. 박태순은 <실천문학>의 창간부터 `실천으로서의 문학`을 강조하며 문학이론가의 면모를 보여줬다. 역사의식을 통해 참여를 넘어선 `실천`을 내세웠으며, 이후에는 제3세계 예술에 천착하여 문학의 방향성을 제시했던 데에서 박태순의 `실천` 담론의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 그러나 박태순의 `실천` 담론은 그 형성의 시기에 자리한 박태순의 작품을 살펴볼 때 그의 문학관과 모순을 낳는 부분을 확인할 수 있다. 그의 1970년 중반 이전의 소설이 민중의 생명력을 보여주는 데에 집중했다면, 이후의 소설들은 민중의 각성을 이끌어내는 데에 집중했다. 그는 스스로 민중의 각성된 힘을 믿는다고 여겼으며, 민중의 각성에 기여하기 위해 역사의식을 내면화한 민중을 형상화하였던 것이다. 하지만 그는 문학이 역사에 대해 `설명`해야한다는 데에 집착하여, 역사적 상상력을 도식적으로 사용하여 서사 속 주체를 역사 뒤에 자리하게 하는 결과를 낳았다. 생동하는 주체로서의 민중을 잃어버린 소설은 그의 문학관과 모순된 것이라 할 수 있다. 이는 당대 문학담론장 안에서 길항하던 현실인식의 중심인 계급모순과 민족모순 사이에서 민족모순을 중시하는 민족문학적 인식이 문학가들을 묶는 힘으로 작용한 것과 관계가 있다. 이에 박태순의 `실천` 담론의 양상을 적절하게 확인하는 일은 1980년대 문학담론의 지형을 확인하는 데에 기반을 마련하는 작업 중 하나가 된다. The topography of literary discourse was more complicatedly changing in the 1980s than any other period amid dramatic political and economic turmoil. Literary discourse in < Silcheonmunhak > represented writers` literary ideas in the early 1980s before national literary theory settled and Park Tae-soon was located in the center. Park emphasized “literature as practice” from the first publication of < Silcheonmunhak > and showed his talent as a literary theorist. The value of his “practice” discourse can be appreciated in that he promoted “practice” beyond participation through historical consciousness and that he presented a literary direction by settling into the third world art. However, it is noted that his “practical” discourse is a point where his literary standpoint and paradox occur by observing his works in the period of production. While his mid-early 1970s novels focused on people life power, late works concentrated on drawing their enlightenment. The novelist believed their enlightened power and attempted to describe people who internalized historical consciousness in order to contribute to their elevated awareness. Yet he stuck into the belief that literature should “give accounts on” history; in turn, historical imagination systematically served to locate characters in narratives behind the history. His novels lost of people as living characters were incompatible with his literary viewpoint. This is associated with an incorporating drive bound by national literary perception centering in national paradox between reality consciousness-focused class paradox and national paradox that resisted within the literary discourse. Thus, the way to identify the pattern of his “practice” discourse is one of the tasks that lay foundations to see the topography of literary discourse in the 1980s.

Al2Ca를 함유한 A356 합금에서의 다양한 열처리 조건에 따른 공정 Si 개량화 거동

This study is focused on the effect of Al2Ca as a modifier on eutectic Si modification of A356 alloy. Microstructural observation was carried out for as-cast, as-solution treated and as-aged samples. Solution treatment and aging were performed for 2, 4, 6 and 10 hrs at 540oC and 170oC, respectively. Although A356 alloy, which Al2Ca was added, has no significant difference in as-cast phases with normal A356 alloys, it shows much more modified eutectic Si, grain refinement and improved tensile property both in as-cast and as-heat treated conditions. TGA result shows that Al2Ca added A356 alloy has a certain improvement in oxidation resistance.

Objectives The objective of this study is to interpretate Yangsaeng-Doinbub presented in 「Zhu-Bing-Yuan-Hou-LunㆍYao-Bei-Bing-Zhu-Hou」 in a modern kineologic approachMethodsBased on the interpretation of 「Zhu-Bing-Yuan-Hou-LunㆍYao-Bei-Bing-Zhu- Hou」 and implementation of its kinesiology, this study presents similar kineologies and their purposes, with the reference to various documents on modern kinesiology.Results1) Yangsaeng-Doinbub presented in 「Zhu-Bing-Yuan-Hou-LunㆍYao-Bei-Bing- Zhu-Hou」 is similar to stretching, active exercise and resistance exercise. 2) Exercises in Yangsaeng-Doinbub presented in 「Zhu-Bing-Yuan-Hou-LunㆍYao-Bei-Bing-Zhu-Hou」, which are similar to resistance exercise, can be used for isometic exercise of cervical extensor. 3) Exercises in Yangsaeng-Doinbub presented in 「Zhu-Bing-Yuan-Hou-LunㆍYao-Bei-Bing-Zhu-Hou」, which are similar to Stretching exercise, has its purpose to stretch quadratus Lumborum, lateral side of body, gluteus Maximus, quadriceps femoris, shoulder extensor, hamstrings, hip joint, ankle dorsi flexor, thoracic rotator,inferior shoulder joint. 4) Exercises in Yangsaeng-Doinbub presented in 「Zhu-Bing-Yuan-Hou-LunㆍYao-Bei- Bing-Zhu-Hou」, which are similar to active exercise, can be used for strengthen exteral oblique. 5) Doctors can make various applications of Yansaeng-Doinbub. For exam-ple, it can be used to correct improper low back and neck exercise patterns. 6) Yangsaeng- Doinbub also describes breathing methods, which help normalization of breathing exercises and increase the efficiency of spine exercises.ConclusionsThe modern interpretation on kinesiology of Yangsaeng-Doinbub pre-sented in 「Zhu-Bing-Yuan-Hou-LunㆍYao-Bei-Bing-Zhu-Hou」 leads to a conclusion that Yangsaeng-Doinbub consists of numourous exercises for various body parts. In particular, breathing methods increase efficiency of such exercises. Plus, the exercises in Yangsaeng-Doinbub can be applied to various uses by doctors. (J Korean Med Rehab 2014;24(2):115-130)

스마트폰의 폭발적인 보급은 방대한 양의 앱과 스마트폰에서 지원하는 다양한 부가기능에 있다고 할 수 있다. 국내 자녀, 어린이에 관한 앱은 대부분 학습과 관련되어있거나 자녀의 스마트폰에 대한 제재가 주를 이루고 있다. 스마트폰의 GPS를 이용하여 자녀의 위치정보를 기반으로 자녀가 처할 수 있는 위험을 예방 및 관리하는 앱을 구현하였다.
