        강증산(姜甑山)의 이상사회론(理想社會論)과 '천지공사(天地公事)'

        Kang Jeung-san(1871-1909) was a leading figure of religious activists in the end of Joseon dynasty. His activities was chiefly worked in the Jeollado(全羅道) province. Ideal-Society theory(理想社會論) was developed by him from the traditional Hucheon-Gaebyeok theory(後天開闢論). It was a theory which divide the history of this planet between one fifty thousand years(before-Heaven:先天) and the other fifty thousand(after-Heaven:後天). After-Heaven opened, Gaebyeok was a radical natural and socio-political transformation and a ideal society. The establishment of this ideal society, Cheonji-Gongsa(works of recreation for heaven and earth:天地公事) would be accomplished by him, the power of Lord of universe, said Kang. According to him, global history go though three stages of transformation, in the final stage would be Korea a core place of birth of the new order. The ideas of Cheonji-Gongsa were consisted of Wonsi-Banbon(return to the root of civilization:原始返本), Hae-won(pay off old scores:解寃), Sang-saeng(creative harmony:相生), Bo-un(repay for favour:報恩). Kang's vision was a kind of paradise on the earth, which was a society with live and let live. In other words, A harmonious society with social and sexual equality, improved human ability, human being serviced by gods, highly advanced great universal world. The merits of Kang's Ideal Society theory was following: the syntheses of traditional Asian values, ideals of Confucianism and Buddhism and Taoism, Christianity and modern scientific knowledge, traditional Shamanism, nationalism and cosmopolitanism; the transcen- dence of conflict between spirit and flesh; the solution of social conflicts; accomplishment of humanism; combination of Utopianism and Mesianism. Short, Kang's Ideal Society theory was the best one of ideal society theories in traditional korea.

        반응가스의 변화에 따른 탄소나노월의 성장 및 저항 특성

        Graphite electrodes are used for secondary batteries, fuel cells, and super capacitors. Research is underway to increase the reaction area of graphite electrodes. In this study, we have investigated the growth properties of carbon nanowall (CNW) according to the ingredient of gas. Microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (MPECVD) system was used to grow CNW on Si substrate with a variety of the reaction gas. The planar and vertical growth conditions of the grown CNWs according to the ingredient of the gas were characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The electrical characteristics of CNWs were analyzed using a 4-point probe.

        중추에서 혈압과 심박수 조절에 관여하는 후시상하부 콜린성 수용체의 일차적인 역할

        The purpose of the present study is to determine the role of muscarinic cholinergic receptors of posterior hypothalamus in the central blood pressure regulation when respiration is controlled. In anesthetized and artificially ventilated rats, vasodepressor response was evoked by injection of L-glutamate(10 nmol) neuroexcitatory amino acid into the posterior hypothalamic area. The injection of $carbachol(0.5{\sim}8\;nmol)$ into the same area induced dose-dependent vasodepressor and bradycardic responses. Pretreatment with atropine(4 nmol) completely blocked the vasodepressor response to carbachol(2 nmol). In contrast, in spontaneously breathing rats, the injection of carbachol(8 nmol) into the posterior hypothalamic area induced the vasopressor and tachycardic responses. These results suggest that the muscarinic cholinergic receptors in the posterior hypothalamic area primarily play an inhibitory role in the central regulation of blood pressure and heart rate.

      • Cholinergic Mechanisms on Cardiovascular Regulation in the Ventrolateral Medulla of the Rat

        혈압과 심박수의 중추조절에 대한 복외측 연수의 choline성 수용체의 역할을 규명하기 위하여 본 연구를 실시하였다. urethane으로 마취한 흰쥐에서 신경흥분성 아미노산인 L-glutamate(300 ng/site)를 복외측 연수에 미세주사하여 승압부위 (VLPA)와 감압부위 (VLDA)를 각각 기능적으로 확인하였다. VLPA와 VLDA에 각각 여러가지 choline성 약물들과 choline성 수용체의 길항제들을 양측으로 미세주사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 관찰하였다. 1. VLPA에 ca.bachol(300 ng/site)를 미세주사한 후 현저한 혈압상승 및 빈맥이 일어났으며, 이 반응은 hexamethonium ($4\;{\mu}g/site$)의 전처치에 의하여 차단되지 않았다. 2. VLPA에 physostigmine (200 ng/site)과 oxot.emo.me (300 ng/site)을 미세주사한 후 각각 현저한 혈압상승이 일어났다. 3. VLPA에 atropine($4\;{\mu}g/site$)을 미세주사한 후 현저한 혈압하강 및 서맥이 일어났다. 4. VLDA에 acetylcholine(500 ng/site)과 dimethylphenylpipe.azinium (500 ng/site)을 미세주사한 후 각각 현저한 혈압하강 및 서맥이 일어났다. 5. VLDA에 acetylcholine(500 ng/site)을 미세주사한 후 유발된 혈압하강 및 서맥반응은 hexamethonium($4\;{\mu}g/site$) 전처치에 의하여 차단되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 흰쥐의 복외측 연수의 승압부위에서는 muscarine성 수용체를 통하여 혈압상승 및 빈맥반응이 일어나고 감압부위에서는 nicotine성 수용체를 통하여 혈압하강 및 서맥 반응이 일어나는 것으로 사료된다. This study was carried out to determine the role of cholinoceptors in the ventrolateral medulla on central control of blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR). In rats anesthetized with urethane and paralyzed, microinjections of the neuroexcitatory amino acid L-glutamate (300 ng/site) were performed to functionally identity the vasopressor area (VLPA) and the vasodepressor area (VLDA) in the ventrolateral medulla oblongata. 1. The bilateral microinjection of carbachol (300 ng/site) into the VLPA produced significantly an increase in BP and HR which was not blocked by bilateral pretreatment of hexamethoium ($4\;{\mu}g/site$). 2. The bilateral microinjection of physostigmine (200 ng/site) and oxotremorine (300 ng/site) into the VLPA produced significantly an increase in BP respectively. 3. The bilateral microinjection of atropine ($4\;{\mu}g/site$) into the VLPA produced significantly a decrease in BP and HR. 4. The bilateral micro injection of acetylcholine (500 ng/site) and dimethylphenylpiperazinium (500 ng/site) into the VLDA produced significantly a decrease in BP and HR respectively. 5. The depressor and bradycardiac responses elicited by the bilateral microinjection of acetylcholine (500 ng/site) into the VLDA were blocked by bilateral pretreatment of hexamethonium ($4\;{\mu}g/site$). The results suggest that the activation of cholinoceptors in VLPA produce hypertensive and tachycardiac responses which may be mediated by muscarinic receptors, and the activation of cholinoceptors in VLDA produce hypotensive and bradycardiac responses which may be mediated by nicotinic receptors.

        유비쿼터스 헬스케어를 위한 Zigbee/PLC 게이트웨이 시스템 구현

        본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어를 위한 Zigbee/PLC 게이트웨이 시스템을 구현하였다. 게이트웨이를 이용하여 Zigbee 통신과 전력선 통신 간의 원활한 정보 교환을 위한 프로토콜 변환 알고리즘을 설계 및 구현하였다. Zigbee/PLC 게이트웨이 시스템은 센서 모듈, Zigbee 모듈, 전력선 모뎀, 게이트웨이로 구성되며, 움직이는 물체가 무선 센서에 감지되면 Zigbee 모듈을 통해 게이트웨이로 전송된다. Zigbee/PLC 게이트웨이에서는 전송받는 데이터를 분석하여, 실시간 모니터링을 위해 전력선 통신망을 통해 외부로 전송된다. 구현된 시스템은 독거노인 활동량 분석, 방범 시스템, 홈 네트워크 서비스 등 다양한 분야에서 활용가능하다. In this paper, Zigbee/PLC gateway system is designed for Ubiquitous health care. A protocol conversion algorithm for smooth information exchange between Zigbee and PLC communication has been implemented on the gatway. If a moving object is detected by wireless sensor, the data is transmitted to gateway. Zigbee/PLC gateway analyzes received data and transmits to Power Line Communication for real-time monitoring. Implemented system is can support elder who lives alone activity analysis, crime prevention system, Home network service.

        기판 각도에 따른 탄소나노월의 성장 특성

        The carbon nanowall (CNW) is a carbon-based nanomaterials and it was constructed with vertical structure graphenes and it has the highest surface density among carbon-based nanostructures. In this study, we have checked the growth properties of CNW according to the substrate angle. Microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system was used to grow CNW on Si substrate with methane ($CH_4$) and hydrogen ($H_2$) gases. And, we have changed the substrate angle from $0^{\circ}$ to $90^{\circ}$ in steps of $30^{\circ}$. The planar and vertical conditions of the grown CNWs according to the substrate angle were characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). In case of the growth angle increases, our experimental results showed that the length of the CNW was shortened and the content of carbon component was decreased.

        Graphite electrodes are used for secondary batteries, fuel cells, and super capacitors. Research is underway to increased the reaction area of graphite electrodes used carbon nanotube (CNT) and porous carbon. CNT is limited to device utilization in order to used a metal catalyst by lack of surface area to improve. In contrast carbon nanowall (CNW) is chemically very stable. So this paper, microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system was used to grow carbon nanowall (CNW) on Si substrate with methane (CH₄) and hydrogen (H₂) gases. To find the growth properties of CNW according to the reaction gas ratio, we have changed the methane to hydrogen gas ratios (4:1, 2:1, 1:2, and 1:4). The vertical and surficial conditions of the grown CNW according to the gas ratios were characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and Raman spectroscopy measurements showed structure variations.

      • 애플리케이션 트래픽 분류를 위한 머신러닝 알고리즘 성능 분석

        기존에 트래픽 분류 방법으로 payload 분석이나 well-known port를 이용한 방법을 많이 사용했다. 하지만 동적으로 변하는 애플리케이션이 늘어남에 따라 기존 방법으로 애플리케이션 트래픽 분류가 어렵다. 이러한 문제의 대안으로 Machine Learning(ML) 알고리즘을 이용한 애플리케이션 트래픽 분류 방법이 연구되고 있다. 기존의 논문에서는 일정 시간동안 수집한 data set을 사용하기 때문에 적게 발생한 애플리케이션은 제대로 분류하지 못하여도 전체적으로는 좋은 성능을 보일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 각 애플리케이션마다 동일한 수의 data set을 수집하여 애플리케이션 트래픽을 분류하는 방법을 제시한다. ML 알고리즘 중 J48, REPTree, BayesNet, NaiveBayes, Multilayer Perceptron 알고리즘을 이용하여 애플리케이션 트래픽 분류의 정확도를 비교한다.
