해수교환방파제의 항내 해수순환 효과에 관한 실험적 연구

항만에서 방파제의 역할은 항내정온도를 향상하기 위한 가장 중요한 외곽시설이다. 그러나 이같은 외곽시설은 항내·외의 해수유통 기능을 크게 저하하며 항내오염을 가중시켜 해양환경변화에 대한 자정능력이 감소하여 적은 오염부하에도 심각한 환경문제가 유발될 수 있다. 재인식되고 있다. 최근에는 이같은 인식에 따라 항만에서의 항내 정온도를 향상시킬 뿐 아니라 항내 해수순환을 원할히 하기위해 파에너지를 항내로 유입하기 위한 다양한 형식의 해수교환방파제의 개발이 이루어 지고 있는 실정이다. 이같은 해수교환방파제는 우리나라 동해안의 후포항에 계획되고 있는 도수형 해수교환방파재를 대상으로 수리모형실험을 통해 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 이같은 도수형 해수교환방파제의 항내 해수순환특성과 이를 통해 유입되는 유입도수량을 3차원 평면수리실험과 유입량실험을 통해 해석하였다. Establishing breakwater in ports have greatly improved the calmness in ports. However, the seawater exchange between landward and seaward areas in ports has greatly decreased. In ports near urban areas, the inflow of sewage or industrial wastewater and the accumulation of sludge are causing a variety of environmental problem. To realize a seawater exchange breakwater that will improve the calmness in ports and the seawater exchange, the tunneled caisson breakwater with intake holes was debeloped to allow fresh seawater into the port using wave energy. The seawater exchange breakwater composed of tunneled breakwater and submerged mound is under planned in Hupo fishing port on the East Sea. In this paper, the characteristics and circulation effects of seawater exchange and the inflow rate of this breakwater introduced based on the results of 3-dimensional hydraulic model tests.
회야강 하구방사제 건설에 따른 진하해수욕장 해안선 변화분석 및 예측

From the 1997 to January, 2004, a groin 156m long was constructed at the mouth of the Heaya river-mouth as a protection and barrier. To understand the changes to Jinha beach from the blockade of the river mouth, several aerial photographs, etc., were compared, which showed that the changes were significant. Comparing these results to the state of the area before canstruction of the groin, the blockade of the river was relaxed, but the formation of the tombolo, in the middle groin area was accelerated and the total Jinha beach erosion and especially the erosion of the southern part of Jinha beach was developed. But according to statements by residents and some current documents, the blockade of the Heoya-river mouth is still underway at the surrounding areas of the groin and chronic dredged sand has been used for littoral nourishment at the northern part of the middle groin and on Jinha beach. The result of numerical simulation based on the present state shows that if this sort of dredging is stopped, the sand accumulation will progress near the river mouth groin and the existing tombolo at the middle groin will progress to the north and severe erosion will occur at the southern coastline near the middle groin and the farthest southern part of Jinha beach, and Jinha beach itself will experience a gradual erosion. The main reason for these erosions should be the typhoons that are happening during the summer season. To provide protection from these kinds of undesirable erosions, a total of 23 numerical simulations have been done. It has been shown that submerged breakwaters at the front area of the beach will be efficient to protect from main beach erosion, but there should be alternative proposals for the influence of the river mouth blockade.

골프장에서 사용하는 농약에의한 오염 정도에 대해 많은 논쟁이 되고 있다. 이의 연구를 위해 기존의 골프장과 관련된 저수지와 하류수계에 대해 6개월 간에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 그중엔 부영양화에 관련된 수질항목들, 중금속, 농약, 그리고 수중 생태계 등의 전반적인 수질의 결과를 조사수계에 속한 골프장과 관련지어 분석하였다. 골프장으로부터 유출된 농약등의 오염이 조사수계의 수중 생태계에 미치는 영향은 심각한 정도가 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 골프장으로부터 유출되는 잔류농약의 분해를 돕기 위한 댐내에서는 수중 생태계가 잘 보전 돼있었고 전형적인 먹이의 연쇄가 확립돼 있었다. 일반적인 인식과는 달리 가축 축사와 논으로부터 유출되는 오염이 수계에 훨씬 더 약 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. There has been a great deal of controversy in the views on the impact of the pesticide pollution from the golf courses. The stream and reservoir associated with a existing golf course were investigated. The parameters include the ones related with eutrophication, heavy metals, pesticides. and aquatic ecological conditions. It was found that the impact on the aquatic ecosystem by the pollution from the golf course was not so serious. An aquatic ecological food chain was well established in the reservoir which belongs to the golf course. In contradiction to the general recognition, the livestock farming and agricultural farming gave much more adverse impacts on the stream than the golf course.

One of the central problems in astudy of the coastal surface wave environment is predicting the transformation of waves as they propagate toward the shore. The transformation is mainly due to the existence of obstacles, such as breakwaters and vertical cylinders. In general, the types of wave transformation can the classified as follows: wave diffraction, reflection, transmission, scattering, radiation, et al. This research dealtwith wave transmission and dissipation problems for two dimensional irregular waves and vertical circular cylinders. Using the unsteady mild slope equation, a numerical model was developed to calculate the reflection and transmission of regular waves from a multiple-row circular breakwater and vertical cylinders. In addition, hydraulic model experiments were conducted with different values for the properties between the piles and the opening ratio (distances) between the rows of the breakwater. It was found that the transmission coefficients decreased with a decrease in the opening nation and an increase in the rows of vertical cylinders. A comparison between the results of hydraulic and numerical experiments showed reasonable agreement.
