A portable type K thermocouple thermometer is designed and fabricated to compensate the linearity to the high temperature 1000℃. The problems to be solved, which use a thermocouple thermometer are the compensation of the nonlinearity characters and reference compensation. The nonlinear character of the thermocouple is compensated, using an EPROM, and the reference compensation done using an IC AD595A. Before this compensation, there was the maximum error of 23.6℃(2.69%) at 876℃. However the results measured by the portable type K thermocouple thermometer fabricated show the character of the error of ±2℃(0.2%) in the range of the total temperature. This character satisfies the precision specifications of the type K thermal sensors in the range available 1000℃, which can be measured by the use of type K thermocouples. Therefore the portable type K thermocouple thermometer fabricated can be comparatively exactly used for the wide range of temperature of interest. Then this technique of compensating the nonlinear characters can be applied to the other kinds of thermal sensor compensation.

This study has reviewed the actual conditions and problems of Korean ship management business under international marine environment as foregoing and further to offer the strategy for concentrated management plan. For that purpose, this study has tried to apply IPA((Importance-performance analysis) analysis which is practically used in aspect of customer satisfaction by means of SERVQUAL(Service+quality), the most basic model for service quality which has been applied for various industries for those days. As the result of carrying out SERVQUAL-IPA analysis, it's found out that Korean shipping companies have received affirmative valuation for its trust and response in service quality of ship management business. In addition, the result of the importance and results after using service quality of the Korean ship management companies showed that most of items such as confidence, sympathy, materiality of service quality, etc. were located in "concentration". This made us assured that it's necessary to urge the ship management business to intensively manage and improve their practical service continuously in behalf of the shipping companies.

Kimchi is traditionally fermented Korea dish Which holds the sprits of the Korean people within and is valued cultually. As a local autonomy has grown in Korea, tourism industry has been during the last decade prorated aggressively in the local government, As a result tourism has been one of the fatest growing industries in the resent years. In particular, the utilization of cultural tourism resources such as regional festivals have become very popular everywhere. It is important to develop and use cultural aseets as tourism resources. The festival has turned into regional ones catering to local residents and festivals are being promoted as international tourist sites to attract foreign tourists as wellas introduce the nation`s rich cultural heritage abroad. Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture and Sports has provided support in cultivating regional culturals as international tourist attractions. It taken has into account a trend in the worldwide travel industry for people to participate and experience the culture unique to their traveling destination rather than particilate in for Conventional sightseeing tours. This study result indicated that more people know the rare of events the more people join the events. The reason of not joining events are a shortage of time and information, and unsatisfactory programs etc. They get some information from TV or radio. There are some different opinions among the groups which related to events. The four factors extracted from the factor analysis. But the groups don`t have different needs and objectves. in the future study, it is important to investigate the tourists` needs and wents for events and to reflect.

미만성 간질환 진단에 있어서 초음파 유도하 간침생검의 정확도 : 수술 후 간조직과의 비교

$quot;목적: 초음파 유도하 간침생검은 합병증이 적으며 비교적 쉽게 시행할 수 있어 오늘날 간질환의 진단에 널리 이용되는 진단방법이다. 그러나 간침생검을 통하여 얻어진 간조직은 전체 간조직의 극히 일부분으로서 미만성 간질환인 간경변증과 같은 질병의 진단에 있어서는 보고자마다 상당한 진단율의 차이를 보인다. 이에 저자들은 초음파 유도하 간침생검과 수술 후 간조직의 병리조직학적 소견을 비교분석하여 간침생검의 정확도를 알아보았다. 대상과 방법: 초음파 유도하 간침생검을 통해 간세포암으로 진단받은 40예를 대상으로 배경 간조직생검을 동시에 시행하였고 이후 수술을 통해 얻어진 조직의 병리조직학적 진단의 일치율을 비교하였다. 조직학적 진단이 일치한 만성간염 6예에서 stage와 grade로 나누어 염증 및 섬유화의 정도에 대한 일치율을 비교하였고 아울러 초음파 유도하 간침생검을 통해 얻은 조직의 크기, 문맥구역수, 원인에 따른 일치율도 알아보았다. 결과: 초음파 유도하 간침생검과 수술 후 간조직의 조직학적 진단의 일치율은 75.0%였으며 원인에 따른 진단율의 차이는 없었으나 조직의 평균 크기는 조직학적 일치율을 보인 30예의 경우 1.87±0.10 cm, 불일치를 보인 10 조직학적 진단별 정확도는 간경변 20예 중 20예(100%), 만성간염 14예 중 6예(42.8%), 정상조직 6예 중 4예(66.7%)였다. 결론: 초음파 유도하 간침생검은 전체 간조직소견을 대변하는 비교적 정확한 검사방법으로 생각되나 간경변증이 있는 경우에는 실제 조직소견보다 경하게 나타날 수 있으므로 정확한 판독을 위해서는 적어도 4개이상의 문맥구역이 채취되어야 할 것으로 생각한다. 아울러 조직의 파편을 최소화 하여 진단의 위음성률을 줄이고 조직학적 진단과 임상적 진단이 일치하지 않는 경우, 조직의 파편이 심하거나 문맥구역이 4개 미만인 경우에는 반복적 생검 혹은 복강경하 생검 등 보다 적극적인 진단이 필요할 것으로 생각한다. $quot;Background/Aims: It is questionable whether the needle biopsy of the liver can represent the whole pathology of the liver. This study evaluates the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy of the liver as determined by surgically resected liver. Method: The histopathologic findings of preoperative ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy for confirming the background liver disease and surgically resected liver were compared in the 40 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Results: 1) Of the 40 cases, 30 (75.0%) cases showed the same histopathological diagnosis between the two methods. Their histopathological results were: 20 cases of cirhosis, 6 cases of chronic hepatitis and 4 cases of normal tissue.2) There was a direct proportion between histologic concordance, the number of portal areas, and the size of the needle biopsy specimen. The histologic concordance rate was 79.2% in the cases with 4 portal areas in their biopsy sample and 100% in the cases with more than 5 areas. 3) Of the 10 cases in which diagnostic discrepancy was found between the two methods, 8 cases of chronic hepatitis and 1 case of normal tissue, all diagnosed by needle biopsy, proved to be cirrhosis by surgically resected liver. One case of normal tissue proved to be chronic hepatitis. The causes of diagnostic error were fragmentations of tissue and inadequate specimens. Conclusion: The diagnostic accuracy of the ultrasonography-guided needle biopsy of the liver was 75.0% in our study. To lessen the diagnostic error, at least 4 or more portal areas should be contained in the biopsy sample and the fragmentation of tissue should be minimized$quot;.

열전대를 이용한 고온도 측정장치

For the temperature measurement, we use the thermistor, thermosensor of IC type, piezoeletric infrared sensor, e.t.c.. In this paper, a portable pyrometer for high temperature measurement equipment was designed and fabricated by using K-type(chromel/alumel) thermocouple and IC(AD 595). Since IC(AD 595) thermosensor and K-type thermocouple have the nonlinearity, we compensated for nonlinearity by using EPROM(27C256). In compensated result, the measured error was ±2[℃], that is ±0.2[%], in the high temperature. In result, this Pyrometer is can used for all part that is required precise temperature measurement.

토의식 수업을 적용한 수준별 소집단 협력학습이 학력신장에 미치는 영향

Nowadays the number of students that is losing their interest as well as learning desire in mathematics is increasing because of lack of logical thought creative power and abstract expression that present-day mathematics requires by reason of discrepancy of extreme scholastic ability by speciality of mathematics. In these conditions, we reduce the number of learning depression by bringing about learning desire or learning interest on mathematics, and students team effective learning methods to be voluntary learning of discovery themselves that studies basic concepts, principles, rules through logical thought of students to solve difference of scholastic ability, thus we assumed that debate studies through small group activities in ability group would be one of ways to improve learning power, so the results of our research are as follows; 1.Debate studies through small group activities were very effective because of reinforcing the achivement level of students. 2.By this learning method, an individual or cooperrative learning was fostered, and lively discussions were accomplished. And learning attitudes of students were changed by the extension of cooperative learning abilities through advices or by themselves. 3.A personal opinion is payed regard by accepting an individual idea in the process of making questions. Learners can correct wrong concepts in the process of correcting wrong answers. So if we apply above-mentioned studies with easy contents from the lower grades, the effectiveness would increase as learners go to the higher grade. According to the results of various researches as follows; "The teaching-learning method oriented coopperative debate studies is effective to find solutions to mathematical problems." If small group activities are applied in the educational situation to search the course of a desirable cooperation teaming through small group activities to improve scholastic abilities for a discoverable problem-solving power. I think that the teaching-learning method oriented cooperative debate studies is one of the most desirable methods to increase the problem-solving ability.

양자교환에 의한 LiNbO3에서의 방향성 결합 스위치 제작

A directional coupler switch was fabricated in LiNbO₃(y-cut, x-propation) by proton-exchange. An optical waveguide pattern was made by the laser lithography. This device has 2.5㎛ waveguide width, 3㎛ separation, 4.5㎜ coupler length. The switching characteristics of optical switch condition was observed at the applied voltage of 70V.

성인연령에서의 수정대혈관전위증에 관한 임상적 고찰

A clinical observation was made on 17 patients with corrected transposition of the great arteries who visited Seoul National University Hospital during the period of Feb1979-May, 1985. 1) Sex distribution was 13 male and 4 female patients. 2) Age distribution was from 15 to 39 years old and mean age was 26 years old. 3) Symptoms were exertional dyspnea in 15 cases, cyanosis in 3 cases, palpitation, syncope, growth retardation and chest deformity. 4) On physical examination, cardiac murmurs were heard in all cases, and cyanosis and clubbings were noticed in 3 cases. 5) Situs inversus was noticed in 2 cases, dextrocardia in 4 cases and right sided aortic arch in one case by simple chest PA. 6) Electrocardiographic findings were biventricular hypertrophy in 3 cases, left ventricular hypertrophy in 5 cases and right ventricular hypertrophy in 3 cases. 1° AV block was noticed in 5 cases, complete AV block in 1 case and incomplete left bundle branch block in 1 case. Intraventricular conduction defect was observed in 2 cases, atrial fibrillation in 1 case and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in 1 case. There was no septal Q wave in lead I, aVL and left precordial lead in 16 cases, but in one case the septal Q wave was observed in above leads. 7) C-TGA was diagnosed by echocardiography in 15 cases. 8) The diagnosis of C-TGA and it's associated anomalies were confirmed by cardiac catheterization and angiography in all cases, There were 2 cases of IDD type and 15 cases of SLL type C- TGA's. 9) The associated anomalies were tricuspid regurgitation in 8 cases, pulmonary stenosis in 8 cases, ventricular septal defect in 7 cases, atrial septal defect in 6 cases, mitral regurgitation in 2 cases, patent ductus arteriosus in 1 case and right-sided aortic arch in 1 case. There was one case who had no associated anomaly. 10) Operation was done in 4 cases, In the first case, the modified Fontan's operation was done. Ligation of PDA was done in the second case. The patch closure of VSD, primary closure of ASD and pulmonary valvotomy were done in the third case and additional replacement of tricuspid valve was done in the last case. The permanent pacemaker was inserted in one case who has complete AV block.

Mach-Zehnder 간섭계형 LiNbO3 광변조기

Mach-Zehnder interferometric modulator has been fabricated on a Y-cut LiNbO₃. The channel waveguide was formed by proton exchange technique buffered with lithium-rich solutions and annealing process. The modulator was tested for intrinsic phase shift, half-wave voltage, extinction ratio and frequency response. The modulator appeared to have an intrinsic phase shift 90°, half-wave voltage 48V, extinction ratio 4.1㏈ and its caculated bandwidth was up to 909㎒ with 50Ω, termination.
