Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is rarely caused by radiocontrast media (RCM). The role of skin tests for the diagnosis and evaluation of cross-reactivity in a delayed type of RCM-induced hypersensitivity have yet to be determined. Here, we report a case of iodixanol-induced AGEP where we safely administered alternative RCM using patch tests. A 44-year-old woman had coronary artery angiography (CAG) for the evaluation of ischemic heart disease. She was on regular hemodialysis because of end-stage renal disease. She was given iodixanol (Visipaque) during CAG. Approximately 1 day after CAG, she developed AGEP. The patient was rehospitalized for CAG again after 1 year. We performed skin tests to choose safe alternative RCM. Intradermal tests with iodixanol, iohexol (Bonorex) and Iopamidol (Pamiray) showed negative responses. Patch tests showed a positive response to iodixanol, equivocal to iohexol, and negative to Iopamidol. We finally chose Iopamidol and performed CAG successfully without any adverse reaction. Patch tests may be a useful tool for the diagnosis and choice of safe alternatives in RCM-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions such as AGEP. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2018;6:270-273)

This paper introduces a wireless video security system that operates by infrared sensors installed in each region. This system works that if a situation change is defected by the sensors in the security zone, information of the sensors from the security zone will be transmitted to a server through Zigbee network. The server stores and analyses received information and if an emergency situation is judge by itself, the server will send not only commands to the camera pantilter of the security areas through IP network but also an alarm message will be transmitted. After that, the user has access to the server by the smart phone and can directly control the pantilter. As a result of that, more security zones could be defected by the smart phones in real time. It is developed that the wireless network-based video security system could handle the emergency situations in real time and it is verified that this system is operated through experiments.

LED별 휘도 보정이 가능한 스마트 전광판 제어 시스템 설계

본 논문은 LED 전광판 표출면의 선명한 화면 표출을 위한 보정기술에 대한 것으로 전광판 사용 중 모듈불량, 도트불량으로 LED 모듈 및 램프 교체시, 기존에 사용되고 있는 표출 도트의 휘도와 교체된 신품의 LED 도트의 휘도 사이에 서로 다른 휘도 값의 차이로 화질이 선명하지 못하고 얼룩이 진 것같이 보이게 된다. 이와 같이 전광판 표출 화면에 나타나는 얼룩현상을 제거하는 방법으로서 사용중인 전광판 LED 램프 휘도와 교체된 LED의 개별적 모듈, 도트 표출 휘도의 밝기 차이를 보정을 통해서, 전광판의 표출면이 얼룩지지 않고 일정한 밝기로 선명한 화면이 표출되도록, 교체한 LED의 휘도가 주변에 있는 기존의 LED 램프 휘도와 비슷하게 자동 보정하여 표출할 수 있는 LED 도트별 휘도 보정이 가능한 스마트 전광판 제어 시스템 설계 및 그 방법에 관하여 연구한 것이다.

Bandwidth and Pitch Range are very important in the area of distinguish of phone which is one of many areas of phonetics and distinguish the individual way of phone. So if each constitution has a trait in its phone, they are important to judge the constitutions. In this report we try to understand the relativity between constitutions and Formant Bandwidth, Pitch Range and the number of syllables in a minute which are important to distinguish the phone. And we try to make judging the constitutions objective. 1. We analyzed Formant Bandwidth and there are some differences between constitutions but it doesn't have any importance in the statistics. 2. We analyzed Pitch Range and there are some differences between constitutions but it doesn't have any importance in the statistics. 3. We analyzed the number of syllables in a minute and there are some differences between constitutions but it doesn't have any importance in the statistics. As mentioned above there are differences between constitutions in Formant Bandwidth, Pitch Range and the numbers of syllables in a minute, but they don't have any importance in the statistics. However if we increase the number of samples and remove noise, there will be great possibility to find some important meanings.
