STAD 학습에서 복합보상이 학업성취도와 학습태도에 미치는 효과

A cooperative learning has been taken to consolidate the autonomous motivation of students and to develop a desirable attitude in a mutual cooperative atmosphere. Some studies on the reward effect showed that the reward after the evaluation, in the processes of cooperative learning, worked on students` learning motive directly, and the group reward was effective in learning attitude and the individual reward in academic achievement, respectively. Assuming that the group reward and the individual reward are organized and applied as a complex reward, the effects of rewards will appear, this study examined the effect of the complex reward on academic achievement and learning attitude. For this study, 2 classes were randomly selected out of a elementary school in Gwangju and the learning unit was based on chapter 4「The structure and function of plants」 in the 5-1 elementary Science textbook. This research has been done for 4 weeks after the students learned STAD for 8 weeks previously. The learning attitude was examined in pre and post tests, and the academic achievement was inspected twice at 2-week intervals after the pre test. The results were analysized by the SAS program. In the case of academic achievement, both groups showed a significant improvement(p<.05). The experimental group showed no significant improvement in the first test, compared with the control group(p>.05), but after 4 weeks, it showed a significant improvement in the second test, compared with the control group(p<.05). From this result, it is identified that the reward should be done for a long time and the individual reward of the complex reward is successful in improving academic achievement. However, in the case of learning attitude, there was no meaningful difference in both groups(p>.05). But the control group showed a significant improvement, compared with the experimental group(p<.05). According to this result, it is indicated that the group reward only is more effective in improving learning attitude and complex reward can decrease the individual competition in experimental group.
무용수의 인구사회학적 변인에 따른 스트레스와 탈진 차이

본 연구는 무용수의 성별, 연령, 경력, 소속에 따른 스트레스와 탈진의 노출 정도를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 무용에 종사하는 무용수를 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 총 535부가 통계분석에 사용되었으며, 독립 t 검정과 일원변량분석을 실시하여 검정이 이루어졌다. 분석 결과, 무용전공자들의 성별과 전공, 경력, 소속에 따라 탈진 정도가 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<.05), 성별, 경력, 소속에 따라 스트레스의 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 스트레스 수준에 따라 탈진 하위변인인 정서적 고갈, 수행저하, 의욕상실에 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.01). 위의 결과를 바탕으로 무용수들의 심리적 안정감을 유지하고 무용수행력을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다. The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between stress factor and burnout of dancers. For this, a survey was performed, of which the subjects were selected out of a great number of dancers in several dance. Finally, a total of 535 completed questionnaires were used for statistical inspections, such as independent t test and one-way ANOVA analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: there was a significant difference to burnout of dancers as a function of sex, major, record and position at p<.05 level. there was a significant difference to stress of dancers as a function of sex, record and position at p<.05 level. there was a significant difference to the stress level dancers within the lower factors including demotivation, emotional exhaustion and lack of improvement at p<.01 level. as result above system must be set up for dancers can maintain psychological stability and increase dancer performance.

The purpose of this study is examines what causes to burnout by professoinal`s psychological, social variables. Inquiring the methods of burnout of prevention, first, finding a stress, coping, social support and burnout by variables. Second, finding burnout by a stress, copy, social support. Third, intending to analyzing a relationship by burnout, stress, copy, social support. To solve this research purpose, 600 majoring dancers were sampled who belonged to the University of Seoul, Kyoggi or professional dance company or were active as the independent. But the questionnaires returned from 535 dancers were finally used for actual analysis excluding 65 dancers who have insincere answer. Frequency analysis, Correlation analysis, Covariance Structure analysis were conducted to investigate the a relationship by burnout, stress, coping, social support from collected data. As a result, the following findings were obtained: that is relationship between burnout and psychological, social variable. In other words, stress, coping, social support are have an effect on burnout. That is, proper copy and positive social support system are needed for preventing burnout of major dancers. Ahead of, this burnout preventing will be the motive power to major dancers for keep the best dancing accomplishment for a long time.
