이 글은 김정은 시대 북한 정치의 특징을 분석하고 향후 변화를 전망하고 있다. 북한 정치의 특정은 권력구조와 리더십 그리고 통치이념을 중심으로 분석하였다. 먼저, 북한의 권력구조는 수령체제라는 북한 정치체제의 특성에 주목하여 유일영도체계와 함께 권력엘리트의 재편에 초점을 두었다. 김정은 시대 유일영도체계는 김정일 시기에 비해 약해지고 있으며, 권력엘리트들은 당-정-군 모두에서 세대교체가 가속화되고 있다. 둘째, 김정은의 정치적 리더십은 인격적 리더십과 제도적 리더십을 통해 분석하였다. 김정은은 김정일 사망 직후 최고지도자의 지위에 기반한 제도적 리더십을 갖춘 이후, 현재까지 인격적 리더십 확립에 매진하고 있다. 셋째, 북한의 통치이념은 주체사상에서 김일성-김정일주의로 변경되었다. 그리고 북한은 김정은 시대의 실천담론으로서 김정일 애국주의를 확산시키고 있다. 결론적으로, 북한은 김정은 시대의 새로운 비전과 목표를 제시할 것이며, 이를 통해 김정일과의 차별성 및 변화를 모색할 가능성이 높다. This paper analyzes the characteristics of North Korean politics and predicts future changes under Kim Jong-Un era. It is analyzed power structure, political leadership and ruling ideology as the characteristics of North Korean politics. First, The power structure is consist of 'uilyongdochege (monolithic leadership)' and change of power elite. The 'uilyongdochege' has weakened and the replacement of power elite has accelerated compared to Kim Jong-Il era. Second, there were analyzed personal leadership and positional leadership as Kim Jong-un's political leadership. Kim Jong-Un established institutional leadership based on position of supreme leader soon after the death of Kim Jong-Il and has been trying to establish personal leadership. Third, The ruling ideology of North Korea changed from 'Juche Ideology' to 'Kimilsung-Kimjongilism'. And The 'KimJongil Patriotism' is spreading to the entire society as the discourse for practice 'Kimilsung-Kimjongilism'. Finally, North Korea will present a new vision and goals and try to differentiate Kim Jong-Un era from Kim Jong-Il era.

In this paper, the slope adhesion force of the developed green slope soil was evaluated by simulating rainfall intensity. From the results, the slope failure didn't occur at all conditions. As the slope angle increases, however, the damage decreased. The developed green slope soil is considered to have sufficient adhesion capacity to the slope.

Squamous cell carcinoma of colorectum is rare disease, and squarnous cell carcinoma in situ of colorectum is very rare disease. But, squamous carcinomas of the colorectum have clinico- pathological features in common with adenocarcinomas. Treatment is the same but the prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma appears to be worse than that of adenocarcinoma. A 66-year old man has suffered chronic constipation and acute diarrhea. Barium enema and colonoscopy revealed about lobular 3cm sized mass with multiple tiny ulcerations on the surface in distal rectum. Colonoscopic biopsy and excisional biopsy showed tumor cells which are well circumscribed within columnar epithelium and basement membrane. Here, we presented a case of squamous cell carcinoma in situ of rectum. (Korean J Gastroenterol 1997; 30:114-118)

Objectives: The ArdenML is an HL7 standard language for an XML-based representing medical knowledge as logic statements. Problems related to execution of ArdenML are the curly braces problem and the compiler problem, which may be resolved by the introduction of XML-based techniques. This study was aimed at develop an ArdenML based XSLT conforming to HL7 standard. Methods: There were several structural differences in three approaches: Arden Syntax is category; ArdenML is tag; and Visual Basic is comment, function, events, class, and procedure. XSLT was developed by analyzing three approaches. Based on XSLT, ArdenML was translated into Visual Basic and the interface module was developed to allow communicating with legacy systems. Results: Most of the CDSS are independently developed and run, to require reentry of rules. But this system makes it easier to interface with the existing systems simply by translating or compiling rules. Two hundred sixty five of the 285 rules were showed the success after compiling, and 6 errors for the operater query, 14 warnings related to data type were resolved by data re-modeling. Conclusions: ArdenML has been converted into executable files using standard transforms written in the eXtensible Stylesheet Language Transformation (XSLT) in visual basic language. Development of Arden Syntax compiler requires not only a lot of time and efforts, but also reorganization of existing systems according to the MLM. It also has curly brace problem and problem of requiring additional compiler.
인공수압파쇄 적용을 위한 울릉도 화산암류 저류특성 평가

대수층 저류 특성을 이용하는 대수층 저장 및 회수(ASR) 기술의 현장 적용성 평가를 위해 화산암 지대인 울릉도 내에 다공성 매질인 부석층으로 이루어진 대수층을 대상으로 양수시험 및 인공수압파쇄시험을 실시하였다. 공내TV검층에서 확인된 GL-13 m와 GL-21 m의 주파쇄대 구간에서 수압파쇄실험을 각각 실시하였고, 또한 수압파쇄 전과 후로 나누어 양수시험을 수행하였다. 사전/사후 양수시험 결과, 충적층이 위치한 GL-13 m 하부에서는 수리적 연결성을 확인할 수 있었으나, 암반층 구간인 GL-21 m 하부에서는 파쇄대의 연결 상태가 다소 불량한 것으로 판단된다. 현장시험 결과를 종합해 보면, 조사지역내 인공함양 적용은 불리한 조건을 가지는 것으로 판단되나, 현장 실험이 특정한 지역에서 이루어져 있기 때문에 울릉도 전반적인 지역 내에 ASR 적용성 평가를 대표할 수 없다. 따라서 울릉도내 전반적인 ASR 적용성 평가를 위해서는 보다 광역적인 실험이 수행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. In order to establish the in-situ application of the artificial storage and recovery (ASR) technology which is used the property of the aquifer storage of groundwater. We carried out to the in-situ experiments such as borehole TV logging, pumping test and artificial hydraulic fracturing in volcanic island, Ulleungdo. In-situ experiments were conducted to divide the before- and after-hydraulic fracturing. Pumping test was achieved to confirm the two fracture zones, GL-13m and GL-21m, which are determined by the borehole TV logging. From the results of the before- and after-pumping tests, the hydraulic connectivity was confirmed to locate at GL-13m in the residual deposit zone of pumice media as alluvium. However, in the bedrock zone at GL-21m the hydraulic connectivity could be considered to faulty. Consequently, in this study area the artificial recharge has a little unsatisfied to geostructural condition and desired to more detail investigation works.
