        연구논문 : 도시지역 곰솔림의 식생복원모델

        The purpose of this study is suggest to restoration model of Pinus thunbergii in Saha-gu, Busan Metropolitan City. The result of this study is summarized as follows; As the results of this study, vegetation restoration model is presented by separating community planting and edge planting. The community planting species of tree layer were Pinus thunbergii and Quercus acutissima and Quercus dentata and Quercus serrata and Quercus alienna and Quercus variabilis. The community planting species of subtree layer were Platycarya strobilacea and Prunus sargentii and Styrax japonica and Eurya japonica and Morus bombycis. The community planting species of shrub layer are Ulmus pavifolia and Ulmus davidiana and Lindera obtusiloba and Elaeagnus macrophylla and Mallotus japonicus and Ligustrum obtusifolium and Sorbus alnifolia and Rhus trichocarpa and Zanthoxylum schinifolium and Rosa wichuraiana and Rhus chinensis and Viburnum erosum and Rhododendron mucronulatum and Rhododendron yedoense and Indigofera pseudotinctoria. And the planting species of edge vegetation are Japanese Angelica and Symplocos chinensis and Pittosporum tobira and Lespedeza maximowiczii and Lespedeza bicolor and Rubus coreanus and Rubus idaeus and Vitis thunbergii and Ampelopsis brevipedunculata and Rosa multiflora. Considering the population of individuals up to layers in each 400m(2) area, it was composed of 24 in tree layer, 35 in subtree layer, 410 in shrub layer and 34% herb layer in the Pinus thunbergii community. And the average of breast-high area and canopy area was 10,852cm(2) in tree layer, in subtree layer 1,546cm(2), in shrub layer 1,158,660cm(2). The shortest distance between trees was calculated as 2.0m in tree layer, 1.9m in subtree layer.

        硏究論文 : 장산 생태숲 조성부지의 식생특성

        The research has analysed the targeted land situation, the composition of species, legally controlled plants, vegetation distribution, dominance, species diversity, and the similarity to evaluate the plant characterization of the eco forest in Jangsan, Busan. The results of the research is as following. The number of the plants that belongs to the area is 63 families, 126 genuses, and 163 species. Among them the fern plants:4 families, 5 genuses, 5 species, and the egg species:5 families, 8 species, 10 species, and angiospermae:54 families, 113 genuses, 148 species have been checked. Monocotyledoneae of angiospermae:7 families, 20 genuses, 22 species (13.5%) and dicotyledoneae: 47 families, 93 genuses, 126 species (77.3%) have been totally checked. The endangered wildlife species by the standard of the Ministry of Environment and the rare plants by the standard of IUCN evaluation realesed by the Bureau of Forest and National Plant Institution has never been checked but one species of Weigela subsessilis has been checked as an approving plant in being delivered abroad, the 8 imported plant by the standard of National Plant Institution checked, some disturbing ecosystem plants released by the Ministry of Environment (2009) not emerged. The succession into the oak trees is occurring to the biodiversity of the researched area, the number of species and their species diversity.

        도시림의 계절별 토양환경이 곰솔의 생육에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to clarify correlations between soil environments and the growth of trees in forests and thereon analyze effects of seasonal changes in such environments on such growth. To determine seasonal factors of soil affecting the Tree Vitality of Pinus thunbergii, first of all, the study designated the Tree Vitality as a dependent variable and soil hardness, moisture, pH, K, Na, Mg and Ca as independent variables. Then the study performed Pearson`s coefficient analysis. To clarify what soil factors influence the seasonal growth of Pinus thunbergii multiple regression analysis is carried out, and findings are as follow; the growth of Pinus thunbergii was basically influenced by pH, followed by soil hardness in spring, K, followed by moisture in summer, and by soil hardness in winter. However, no soil factors affected the vitality at the significance level of 5% for t.

And the average of breast-high area and canopy area is 10,852cm2 in canopy layer, in understory layer 1,546cm2, in shrub layer 1,158,660cm2. The shortest distance between trees is calculated as 2.0m in canopy layer, 1.9m in understory layer.

        특정직 정보공무원의 리더십 유형이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 조직에 있어 상관의 지원적 리더십(변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십 등)이 조직구성원의 업무성과에 긍정적 영향관계를 가지고 있다는 선행연구에 기초하여 설계되었다. 이와 관련하여 특정직 정보공무원을 대상으로 한 비교연구가 거의 논의되고 있지 않다는 점에 출발했다. 이에 이 연구는 서울과 경기지역에 근무하는 국가정보원의 직원, 경찰공무원, 정보업무를 다루는 군인에게 각각 65명인 총 195명을 표본추출하여 상사의 리더십 유형과 부하의 조직성과(조직몰입과 조직시민행동)가 어떠한 영향관계가 있는가를 분석하였으며, 분석결과 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 특정직 정보공무원의 리더십 유형이 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향관계가 있는가 하는 가설검증에서 거래적 리더십(β=.343)만이 조직구성원의 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 특정직 정보공무원의 경우 상관의 변혁적 리더십은 구성원의 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 이해할 수 있었다. 둘째, 특정직 정보공무원의 리더십 유형이 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향관계가 있는가 하는 가설검증에서 거래적 리더십(β=.516)만이 조직구성원의 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 특정직 정보공무원의 경우 상관의 변혁적 리더십은 구성원의 조직시민행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 이해할 수 있었다. 셋째, 특정직 정보공무원의 직업상의 특성에 따라 상관의 리더십 유형과 조직성과에 대한 인식에 있어 어떠한 차이가 있는가에 대한 분석에서 군인, 경찰공무원, 국정원 직원 모두 상관의 리더십 유형인 변혁적 리더십, 거래적 리더십 및 조직성과(조직몰입과 조직시민행동)에 대해 모두 매우 높게 동의하는 것으로 나타났다. 단지 국정원의 직원이 군인과 경찰공무원 보다 상관의 리더십 유형(변혁적 리더십, 거래적 리더십)에 대해 다소 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 인식은 조사대상자의 직업과 밀접하게 관련되어 있는지에 대해 일반직 공무원과의 비교연구가 요구되는 결과이기도 하다. 끝으로 이 연구에서는 특정직 정보공무원의 변혁적 리더십보다 거래적 리더십이 조직구성원의 업무수행에 있어 우호적인 환경을 조성하고 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 특정직 정보공무원의 경우 관리자는 조직구성원들의 동기부여를 위해 구성원들의 역할과 과업을 명확하게 규정할 필요가 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. This study is to design there is positive relationship between leader’s support-based leadership and employee’s task performance in the organization. That is, this study is to review advanced research’s hypothesis. To this, this study has extracted random samples among civil servants in National Intelligence Service(NIS), the military man handling the information affairs and police officer. The results drawn from the empirical analysis are followings: First of all, special information civil servant’s transaction leadership has a strong positive effect on employee’s organizational commitment. However, there is no statistically significant relationship between boss’s transformation leadership and employee’s organizational commitment. Secondly, special information civil servant’s transaction leadership has a strong positive effect on employee’s organization citizenship behavior(OCB). However, there is no statistically significant relationship between boss’s transformation leadership and employee’s OCB. Thirdly, these civil servants in NIS, the military man handling the information affairs and police officer had high positive perception on the their leader’s transformation and transaction leadership, their organization commitment, and OCB. civil servants in NIS were only low perception on their leader’s transformation and transaction leadership compare on he military man handling the information affairs and police officer. On the basis of these results, this study has suggested strongly there needs to provide positive environment to employee’s task by guiding transaction leadership for special information civil servants.

        하동 삼신마을 신농촌개발사업 기본계획에 관한 연구

        Internationally Present-day, the paradigm in rural community is changing to continually prospering rural community. So, it's time to provide the vision of new rural life. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic plan which can revitalize the rural area and improve the living standards of the inhabitants. The range of this study is restricted to Sam-Sin village in Hadong and from Feb. 2002 to May 2002. We arranged the outline of 'new rural community development project' and investigated the present state of the village by spot survey. Through the study, we suggest green-tea which can increase the life quality of inhabitants and achieve the prosperity of the village at the same time. We expect the results of this study can realize the Green Tourism and establish the identity of village caused by green-tea cultural festival.

        금정산성 등산로 주변 식생의 생태적 특성 평가

        This study are Geumjung mountain fortress of the Busan Metropolitan City in the north gate of the East gate around the trail to identify the vegetation structure importance value, dominance, species diversity, similarity index analysis. Results of the study, plot on the western slopes elevation 423-636m, slopes of 15~20˚ slope areas, Pinus densiflora, Pinus thunbergii, Quercus acutissima, Pinus thunbergii, Pinus rigida, Carpinus coreana, Quercus mongolica are fulfilling a community. Trees layer a height 8~12m, coverage 40~70%, sub-trees layer the height 3~7m, coverage 10~80%, shrubs layer the height 0.8~1.5m, coverage 20-30%, herb layer the height 0.1~0.5m, coverage 5-10% were in the range of plot in the east slope elevation 452-647m, slopes in the slope of 5-30°and Pinus rigida, Pinus thunbergii, Pinus densiflora, Quercus mongolica, Quercus dentata, Carpinus coreana is fulfilling a community. The trees layer height 8~13m, coverage 0~70%, sub-trees layer the height 2~6m, coverage 0~80%, shrubs layer the height 0.8~1.5m, coverage 20-40%, herb layer the height 0.1-0.5m, coverage 5-40% were in the range. The survey showed to be in relatively good vegetation, but in some areas of Pinus rigida, Quercus acutissima, as was predicted in succession, the shrub layer in the plot of some dominated vine plants and vegetation management will be needed for this purpose respectively.
