        Recently, a Elevator system is specially important in human life. Also a elevator door is important to a elevator system. In this paper, induction motor drive system using vector control was developed with high performance for elevator door system. For this, velocity pattern generation method was proposed. The proposed system is verified by experimental result with 400[w] induction motor drive system for the elevator door.

        모니터 종류에 따른 시각유발전위 검사의 차이점

        Objective: We wanted to test that LCD monitor can be used for pattern reversal VEPs with short response time instead of standard CRT monitor. Method: In 8 normal subjects with 16 eyes, VEPs were done with CRT and response time 1 ms LCD, 5 ms LCD monitors. Latencies of P100 waves and amplitudes of N75-P100 were compared for 3 different monitor groups. Results: Mean latencies of P100 waves were 111.8 ± 6.0 ms for CRT group, 115.8 ± 5.9 ms for 1 ms LCD group and 118.5 ± 6.2 ms for 5 ms LCD group and there was significant difference between latencies of CRT and 5 ms groups (p < 0.01, post-hoc analysis). Furthermore, latency difference value from CRT group minus LCD group on each subject also showed significant difference between CRT-1 ms LCD and CRT-5 ms LCD (p < 0.01). Mean amplitudes of N75-P100 didn’t show difference between 3 monitor groups. Conclusion: Latency of P100 wave with LCD monitor with 5 ms response time is longer than that with CRT monitor and LCD monitor with 1 ms response time also showed tendency of delay. These results suggest that the ready-made reference value should not be applied to the reference range with LCD monitor even though short response time.

        A Case Study on the Effect of Hypobaric-Hypoxic Intermittent Training on the Blood Constituents and Average Heart rate of Professional Handicapped Cyclists

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of hypobarichypoxic training program on competitive performance. This was done by observing their conditioning and measuring their blood constituents before and after a multi-staged intermittent training program, over 2 weeks. Three national handicapped cyclists were placed in a multi-leveled hypobaric-hypoxic (flat–4000 meter (m) high elevation) environment with consistent temperature and humidity (23 ± 2℃, 50 ± 5%) for 2 weeks. After the training, the blood constituents and average heart rate (HR) were measured and the following results were obtained. In all three athletes, there were no unique changes in red blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit, while there was a rise in the reticulocyte count. Observations of the difference in average HR during exercise at varying altitudes showed that athlete A had an average increase in the HR for the first 5 days at 2000 m. For athlete B, the comparison of the first and last training sessions at an altitude of 2000 m showed an HR increase of approximately 17%. For athlete C, there was a steady increase in the HR until day 7 of the training. As such, hypobarichypoxic training suggested that improvement of aerobic exercise performance in these athletes and it is recommended that there be a development for future training programs at high altitude, geared towards handicapped athletes of various disciplines.

        Real- Life Clinical Use of Symbicort® Maintenance and Reliever Therapy for Asthmatic Patients in Korea

        The aim of this study was to examine the daily practice patterns of Symbicort® Maintenance and Reliever Therapy (SMART) in Korean asthmatic patients and to analyze clinical signs related to overuse. This study used an observational, multicenter, noninterventional, prospective, uncontrolled design for examining asthmatic patients prescribed SMART to assess the frequency and pattern of Symbicort® usage as a maintenance and reliever medication. The characteristics of patients showing signs of overuse (frequency of inhalation: 8 or more times per day) were also analyzed. Among the 1,518 patients analyzed, 1,292 (85.1%) completed the trial. The number of mean inhalations per day was 2.14±1.15; the number of patients who had at least 1 as needed usage (PRN) inhalation per day was 843 (55.5%); the mean frequency of PRN use was 0.25±0.67 inhalations per day. The number of patients who overused for at least 1 day was 260 (17.1%). In particular, young patients, patients with limited physical activity, and patients with nocturnal symptoms demonstrated high frequency of overuse. The frequency of overuse during SMART was not high in Korean asthmatic patients and the asthma status of follow-up outpatients improved overall. However, there is a need for careful education targeted toward younger patients, patients with limited physical activity, and patients with nocturnal symptoms owing to their tendency to frequently overuse.

      • 공공부문 정보화 지원사업의 통합적 성과평가모형 개발

        This study amis to provide the IS community with useful information on the development of performance evaluation model in the area of IS(information systems) research. To achieve the purpose of research, the follows are conducted. We begin with a general overview of theoretical paradigms, which are technical/functional, economic/financial, and interpretive/alternative paradigms, and present philosophical and methodological perspectives of them. Subsequently, a number of theoretical evaluation models with respect to IS effectiveness as well as the domestic and foreign cases with relation to informatization project and program are critically reviewed. Then, diverse approaches, methods and techniques related to performance evaluation systems are systematically integrated within the framework of 5W1H. Lastly, the conceptual performance evaluation model which consisted of 3 evaluation phases, 6 evaluation areas, and 22 evaluation items is developed through logically reasoning the interrelationship between components of the performance evaluation system. For researchers, the implications of this study can be utilized significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of evaluation method and management of the informatization program. For practitioners, the integrated performance evaluation model developed in this study might provide the comprehensive and analytical view for the desirable performance management of the various types of informatization program. 본 연구는 정보화지원사업의 성과평가모형 개발에 관한 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위한 목적을 가지고 다음과 같은 절차에 의해 수행되었다. ① 기술적/기능적, 경제적/재무적, 해석적/대안적 성과평가 패러다임에 대한 고찰을 통해 이들의 철학적․방법론적 관점을 비교․분석하였다. ② 정보시스템 효과평가와 관련된 이론적 모형을 비롯하여 실무분야에서 활용되고 있는 국내․외 평가사례에 대한 비판적 분석을 통해 기존의 정보화성과평가체계 구축․운영상의 문제점 및 한계점을 살펴보았다. ③ 이상적 성과평가모형이 갖추어야할 접근방법, 방법, 기법, 절차 등을 체계적으로 통합시킨 5W1H기반의 성과평가체계를 정립하였다. ④ 성과평가체계의 제구성요소들간의 상호관계에 관한 논리적 추론을 통해 3개 평가시점, 6개 평가영역, 22개 평가항목으로 구성된 개념적 성과평가모형을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보화지원사업의 성과관리 및 평가를 위한 이론적 프레임워크를 구성하기 위한 유용한 기준으로 활용될 수 있다는 이론적 의의를 가지며, 실무적인 측면에서도 다양한 유형의 정보화지원사업의 바람직한 성과관리를 위한 포괄적이고 분석적인 시각을 제공해 줄 수 있다는 기여점을 가진다.

        GLCCI1 is a novel component associated with the PI3K signaling pathway in podocyte foot processes

        Podocyte foot processes are interdigitated to form the slit diaphragm and are crucial for the glomerular filtration barrier. Glucocorticoid-induced transcript 1 (GLCCI1) is transcriptionally regulated, but its signaling pathway in podocytes is unknown. The main objective of this study was to investigate the regulation of podocyte foot process proteins and to investigate the role of GLCCI1 in the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) pathway using high glucose-induced podocytes and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. In podocytes and rat kidneys, GLCCI1 was found to be highly specific for the glomerulus and podocyte foot processes similar to other podocyte-specific proteins (nephrin, podocin, synatopodin and podocalyxin) based on reverse transcription-PCR, western blotting, immunofluorescence and immunoelectron microscopy analyses. In addition, the decrease in the GLCCI1 expression level under hyperglycemic conditions was restored by treatment with a PI3K inhibitor (wortmannin). Immunofluorescence analysis confirmed that GLCCI1 colocalized with nephrin and synaptopodin both in vivo and in vitro. Finally, immunoelectron microscopy data from streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats showed that GLCCI1 also localized in podocyte foot processes. Hence, GLCCI1 is a component of podocyte foot processes, and its expression appears to be regulated via the PI3K pathway.

        사회적 영향력과 모바일 서비스의 사용-확산, 그리고 지속적 사용 및 상표 전환의도 간의 관계에 대한 연구

        Typically, marketing literature on innovation diffusion has focused on the pre-adoption process and only a few studies explicitly examined consumers' post-adoption behavior of innovative mobile services. Besides, prior use diffusion research has considered the variables that determine the consumers' initial adoption in explaining the post adoption usage behavior. However, behavioral sciences and individual psychology suggest that social influences are a potentially important determinant of usage behavior as well. The purpose of this study is to investigate into the effects of network factor and brand identification as social influences on the consumers' use diffusion or continued usage intention of a mobile service. Network factor designates consumer perception of the usefulness of a network, which embraces the concept of network externality and that of critical mass. Brand identification captures distinct aspects of social influence on technology acceptance that is not captured by subjective norm in situations where the technology use is voluntary. Additionally, this study explores the effect of the use diffusion on the brand switching intention, a generally unexplored form of post-adoption behavior. There are only a few empirical studies in the literature addressing the issue of IT user switching. In this study, the use diffusion comprises of rate of use and variety of use.The research hypotheses are as follows;H1. Network factor will have a positive influence on the rate of use of mobile services. H2. Network factor will have a positive influence on variety of use of mobile services. H3. Network factor will have a positive influence on continued usage intention. H4. Brand identification will have a positive influence on the rate of use. H5. Brand identification will have a positive influence on variety of use. H6.Brand identification will have a positive influence on continued usage intention. H7.Rate of use of mobile services are positively related to continued usage intention. H8. Variety of Use of mobile services are positively related to continued usage intention. H9.Rate of use of mobile services are negatively related to brand switching intention. H10. Variety of Use of mobile services are negatively related to brand switching intention. With the assistance of a marketing service company, a total of 1023 questionnaires from an online survey were collected. The survey was conducted only on those who have received or given a mobile service called “Gifticon”. Those who answered insincerely were excluded from the analysis, so we had 936 observations available for a further stage of data analysis. We used structural equation modeling and overall fit was good enough (CFI=0.933, TLI=0.903, RMSEA=0.081). The results show that network factor and brand identification significantly increase the rate of use. But only brand identification increases variety of use. Also, network factor, brand identification and the use diffusion are positively related to continued usage intention. But the hypotheses that the use diffusion are positively related to brand switching intention were rejected. This result implies that continued usage intention cannot guarantee reducing brand switching intention. 본 연구는 혁신적인 모바일 서비스의 사용-확산 관점에서 혁신적인 서비스의 사용량과 사용의 다양성에 사회적 영향력이 어떠한 역할을 하는지 살펴보았다. 본 논문의 연구모형에 포함된 사회적 영향요인은 크게 두 가지인데 이는 네트워크 요인과 상표 동일시이다. 여기서 네트워크 요인은 사회적인 규범과 네트워크 효과를 포괄하는 개념이며, 상표 동일시는 소비자 개인의 자아정체성과 서비스 브랜드와의 일치성을 의미한다. 먼저 네트워크 요인의 경우 모바일 서비스의 사용량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 지속사용의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 서비스 사용의 다양성에는 별 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 상표 동일시의 경우에는 사용량과 사용의 다양성에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치며 지속사용의도에도 긍정적인 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 사용한 충성도 지표는 두 가지인데 하나는 모바일 서비스의 지속사용의도이고 또 하나는 상표애호도 즉 상표 전환의도이다. 이 두 가지 변수 중 전자는 서비스 카테고리에 대한 충성도이고 후자는 상표에 대한 충성도인데 서로 다른 의미를 갖는 만큼 연구 결과도 다르게 나왔다. 즉, 모바일 서비스의 사용량과 사용의 다양성은 모두 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 상표 전환의도에의 경우에는 사용량만이 유의한 영향을 주었고 가설과 반대로 사용량이 높을수록 오히려 상표 전환의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 특정 혁신 서비스를 사용해 본 얼리어답터 고객들이 다양한 사업자의 서비스를 이용해 보고자 하는 니즈가 있음을 보여 준 것으로 이해할 수 있다.
