전뇌(Whole Brain)치료 시 Field-in-Field Technique 적용에 관한 고찰

Purpose : Uniform dose distribution of the target volume is very important in the radiation treatment. We will evaluate the usefulness of Field-in-Field Technique use to get uniform dose distribution of the target volume and try to find Apply possibility out to a whole brain treatment patient of various thickness. Material and method : We compare the dose distribution when we applied Field-in-Field Technique and parallel opposed fields technique. establish the treatment plan to a phantom(acryl 16cm spheral phantom) and do the measurement, assessment use the TLD and Low sensitivity film. Also the assessment did Apply possibility of Field-in-Field Technique to 20 patient object of various thickness. Result : In the case to use the parallel opposed fields at the whole brain treatment $10-12\%$ high dose region appeared but reduce to $3-4\%$ lesses when we used the Field-in-Field technique. We could get similar numerical value the film and TLD measurement result also. The change of the dose distribution appeared to its ${\pm}1{\sim}2\%$ although it applied such Field-in-Field technique to various patient so that we were identical. Conclusion : We can get uniform dose distribution of in the treatment region if we apply the Field-in-Field technique at the whole brain treatment. Also alternate can play the role of the wedge filter and 3D compensator and We are thought by minimizing the obstacle to be happened due to the high dose region when radiation treatment.
극저온 난류 영역에서의 플레이트-핀 열교환기의 열전달 특성에 대한 실험적 연구

This study experimentally investigates the heat transfer characteristics of a plate-fin heat exchanger (PFHE) used in the hydrogen liquefaction process. Nitrogen is used as the working fluid, under a temperature ranging from –110℃ to –7℃ on the hot side, and –168℃ to –126℃ on the cold side and a Reynolds number ranging from 2300 to 7800 for the turbulent flow regime. Assuming the heat transfer section inside the PFHE to be uniform rectangular shape channel, we compared the overall heat transfer coefficients with the experimental data and calculated the data that used correlations from the literature. Finally, we developed a new Nusselt correlation based on the study of Diani et al., which shows good agreement with the experimental data.

This study is to examine the effect of attribute selection on trainee satisfaction and loyalty. To test this, 802 martial arts trainees and their parents who dwell in Gyeonggido region were sampled. SPSS 18.0 program was used for analyzing data. First, attribute selection had positive effect on all factors by psychological and social satisfaction and positive influence on price, convenience and program by physical satisfaction. Second, attribute selection had positive effect on program, convenience, price by behavioral loyalty and positive influence on all factors by cognitive and attitude loyalty. Third, trainee satisfaction had positive effect on behavioral?attitude?cognitive loyalty.

A printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE) which is a type of plate-fin heat exchanger, has been considered as an alternative heat exchanger for wide industries requirements of high efficiency and compactness. The PCHE consists of metal plates which flow channels are etched and these plates are stacked by diffusion bonding. There are many methods for etching process, and chemical etching is preferred for a precise micro channel production. But the chemical etching technology etches plates isotropically because vertical and lateral etching rate are same. To control etching rate of each direction, anisotropic etching inhibitor method is suggested. These technology decrease the lateral etching speed by coating the channel wall. In addition, the rib length can be reduced, and the number of flow channels in the same plate area may increase. In this study, we compared the heat transfer performance of lab-scale PCHE which produced by the anisotropic etching inhibitor method and original ones by using water as working fluid. As a result, the heat performance of PCHE with new etching method is higher than the original ones.
