A program that could analyze AHU operation and provide an energy conservation measure is developed. This program makes it easy to understand AHU operation by visualizing it on a psychometric chart. The goal of the program is to propose a method of conserving energy by predicting supply air temperature (SAT) and relative humidity. This program is written in C++, and the prediction is made through an R Program. The program has three screens, and their respective functions are: 1) Operation–View: The AHU operation status can be viewed in real time on the psychometric chart, and historical data for AHU operation can be verified. 2) SAT Prediction–View: The SAT for a 24-hour period can be viewed, and the predicted SAT of the next 12 hours can be displayed as a graph. 3) OAF(Outdoor air fraction) & ECM(Energy Conservation measure)–View: The status of OAF of the past 12 hours and the energy efficient OAF of the next 12 hours is displayed. Through this program, energy conservation during the operational stage can be expected.

According to the International Energy Agency World Energy Outlook, Energy consumption in the building is one third of the total energy consumption. It is important to reduce energy consumption in buildings to response to the UNFCCC. There are three methods for minimizing the energy consumption in the building sector. First, passive design method that selecting optimal design factors(variables) considering building and climate characteristics, and active design methods for efficient load control, and renewable energy technology. The method to reduce energy loads through passive design should be designed with a variety of climatic factors. Buildings designed without consideration of climatic characteristics can have adverse effects in terms of energy efficiency as well as economy. Therefore, in this study, we examined the sensitivity analysis methods that can be applied to the analysis of the envelope design element for minimizing the fundamental load generation in buildings as a basic study for the sensitivity analysis of passive design elements by climatic zones.
감압법을 이용한 공동주택 자연환기시스템의 환기성능 검증

In this study, the natural ventilation system installed in a multi - family housing was checked by using a blower door to determine whether the reference ventilation frequency was satisfied. The trend line was calculated using the R program linear regression analysis based on the pressure difference and the air flow rate through the blower door test. The ventilation performance was confirmed at the reference pressure difference of 2Pa during natural ventilation. It is verified that the ventilation performance of the natural ventilation system installed in the multi-family housing satisfies the reference ventilation frequency.
