        ID-GMG001의 숙취 개선 유효성 연구: 무작위, 이중맹검, 위약 대조군, 교차 인체적용시험

        This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover human study aimed to investigate the efficacy of ID-GMG001 for the alleviation of hangover in men between the ages of 20 and 50 years. The selected subjects were randomized to an ID-GMG001 group and a placebo group. Two overnight assessments were conducted at Kyunghee University Hospital exactly one week apart and at the same time of day. The subjects ingested placebo or ID-GMG001 and then consumed alcohol 30 minutes later to induce hangover. The efficacy of ID-GMG001 for alleviating hangover was determined based on serum acetaldehyde levels over time. After the experiment, the results of 21 subjects who met the assessment criteria (per-protocol set) were analyzed. Comparisons of area under the curve (AUC; p=0.032), dose at 4 and 6 hours after alcohol consumption (p=0.001 and p=0.008, respectively), showed that serum acetaldehyde concentrations were significantly lower in the ID-GMG001 group than in the placebo group. A safety assessment revealed no serious IDGMG001- related adverse events, and no significant changes in vital signs and laboratory parameters occurred that could have affected patient safety. In conclusion, we determined that the use of ID-GMG001 before alcohol consumption effectively alleviates hangover in adults by reducing serum acetaldehyde concentrations.

        한국인의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 Gut Quotient 척도 특징

        Abstract The objective of the present study was to analyze the gut quotient scale (GQ) that we had previously developed by assessing factors on subjective assessment of overall intestinal symptoms and to conduct a comparative analysis of GQ based on demographic information. The study was also aimed to analyze the differences in GQ based on characteristics of intestinal health. Data were gathered from the responses of 1,120 individuals (male: 565, female: 555) aged 20-69 years through a nationwide quantitative survey of the general public. The demographic data were used to test the reliability and validity of the GQ scale items. The total GQ score of Koreans collected in the present study was 79.0 points. The results confirmed that people in Korea had a more negative assessment of their intestinal status based on overall subjective feeling, more so than specific attributes. They also had more negative feelings toward “bowel movement control discomfort” than “perceived intestinal discomfort” or “bowel movement discomfort.” The analysis showed no gender-based differences in the GQ of Koreans; however, there was an age-based difference among females aged 20-39 years who had a lower GQ than other age groups. Regarding marital status, married people showed lower GQ than unmarried/single people. Although there was no significant difference in GQ according to drinking types, heavy drinkers showed greater discomfort with bowel control than light drinkers. Additionally, there were no statistically significant differences in mean GQ based on education level, income level, and region. Respondents with positive subjective feelings about their intestinal state and those with healthy bowel movements showed higher GQ. The findings of the present study could be used as reference data when establishing national health policies and as basic data for pharmaceutical companies to develop marketing strategies for content related to intestinal health.

        국제 스포츠이벤트 개최 전·후 지역민의 기대-성과 비교연구: 스포츠이벤트 기대효과와 도시평가 요인을 중심으로

        본 연구는 국제 스포츠이벤트 개최 전·후로 나타나는 스포츠이벤트 기대효과와 도시평가 요인의 변화를 분석하고자 실시하였다. 이에 광주 유니버시아드 개최지역에 거주하고 있는 지역민을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 대회개최 1년 전·후로 2차례에 걸쳐 비확률표본의 편의추출법(convenience sampling method)을 실시하여 개최 전 343부와 개최 후 340부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 아울러 연구결과의 도출을 위한 통계방법으로는 독립변인 t-test(independent t-test)와 구조방정식 모형분석(structural equation model : SEM)을 활용하였고, 이를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제 스포츠이벤트 개최 전·후로 지역경제효과, SOC효과, 관광효과, 문화효과, 도시평판은 개최 전 보다 개최 후 낮아졌다. 둘째, 국제 스포츠이벤트 개최 전·후에 따른 다중집단 경로분석 결과, 개최 전은 지역경제효과와 도시평판, 문화효과와 도시평판, 도시평판과 도시만족, 도시평판과 도시충성도, 도시만족과 도시충성도의 경로에서 유의성이 나타났지만 개최 이후에는 문화효과와 도시평판, 도시평판과 도시만족, 도시평판과 도시충성도의 경로에서만 유의성이 나타나 유효경로의 변화를 보였다. 결국 본 연구는 국제 스포츠이벤트 개최도시의 지역주민들이 개최 전 기대보다 개최 후 성과에 대하여 낮은 평가하고 있으며, 이는 국제 스포츠이벤트 정책에 대한 지역주민의 기대-성과 불일치를 담고 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the expected effect of a sports event and changes of city evaluation factors before and after an international sports event was held. The participants of the study were residents living in the venue of Universiade Gwangju 2015. The convenience sampling method of nonprobability samples was conducted twice(one year before and after Universiade Gwangju 2015). Effective samples of 343(before Universiade Gwangju 2015) and 340(after Universiade Gwangju 2015) were used for the final analysis. The independent t-test and the structural equation model(SEM) were applied as statistical methods to derive study results. Finally, the following conclusions were drawn. First, local economy effect, SOC effect, tourism effect, cultural effect, and city reputation became low after an international sports event was held. Second, multiple-group path analysis were made according to holding an international sports event. Before the international sports event, paths of local economy effect and city reputation, city reputation and city satisfaction, city reputation and city royalty, and city satisfaction and city royalty were significant. However, after the international sports event, paths of cultural effect and city reputation, city reputation and city satisfaction, and city reputation and city royalty were significant. It suggested a change of effective path. The findings of the study indicate that residents living in the venue of an international sports event had high expectation before the event but their results evaluation became low after the event. It suggests disagreement between expectation and results on sports policy.

        익스트림 스포츠시설의 물리적 환경과 고객만족, 고객충성도의 관계에서 지각된 위험의 조절효과 분석

        본 연구는 익스트림 스포츠시설의 물리적 환경과 고객만족, 고객충성도의 인과관계 및 지각된 위험의 조절효과를 분석하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제주도에 소재한 익스트림 스포츠시설 중 패러세일링, 씨워크, 버기카, 스킨스쿠버의 4개 업체를 이용한 참가자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 325부의 자료가 통계처리에 사용되었다. 연구결과 도출을 위한 자료처리에는 구조방정식 모형분석이 활용되었으며, 주요 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 익스트림 스포츠시설의 물리적 환경은 고객만족(p<.001), 고객충성도(p<.001)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 고객만족은 고객충성도(p<.001)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 익스트림 스포츠시설에 대한 지각된 위험은 물리적 환경과 고객만족의 관계에서 조절변수의 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 위험이 낮을수록 물리적 환경과 고객만족의 관련성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 익스트림 스포츠시설의 증가가 두드러지게 나타나고 있는 현 시점에서 본 연구는 물리적 환경이 고객만족과 충성도를 이끌어내는 주요요인이며, 물리적 환경의 안전성을 확보하여 이용자들의 지각된 위험인식을 줄여주는 것이 경영환경 개선에 필요함을 제시하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the moderating effect on the relationship among physical environment, consumer satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in extreme sports facilities. The questionnaire survey was conducted with participants who used extreme sports facilities located in Jeju Island. 325 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The results were as follow. First, perceived physical environment after experience had positive effects on consumer satisfaction(p<.001) and consumer loyalty(p<.001), and consumer satisfaction positively influenced consumer loyalty(p<.001) in extreme sports facilities. Second, there was a moderating effect that as extreme sports facilities consumers had high perceived risk, they perceived consumer satisfaction depending on physical environment. In conclusion, this study suggests that physical environment is an important factor to build consumer satisfaction and loyalty when extreme sports facilities are being sharply increased. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the safety of physical environmental in order to reduce user’s perceived risk. It will greatly contribute to the improvement of the management environment of extreme sports facilities.

        스포츠산업 정책에 대한 지역민의 효과인식과 지자체 경영평가요소, 지역경쟁력 관계분석

        This study attempts to analyze how local people’s recognition of the effectiveness of sports industry policy is associated with local government’s management evaluation elements and regional competitiveness. For the purpose, the Jeju Special Autonomous Province was selected for the subject city and a questionnaire survey was conducted from August 1 to 31, 2014. Finally, 307 effective samples were analyzed. The results were as follows. First, for local people’s recognition of the effectiveness of sports industry policy, regional economic effects and sociocultural effects had a positive effect on communication, local government, and project satisfaction in local government’s management evaluation elements. Second, communication and local government satisfaction of local government’s management evaluation elements influenced regional competitiveness. However, this study found that tourism industry effects did not influence local government’s management evaluation, and project satisfaction of the sports industry policy was not related with the establishment of local competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to develop sports tourism products which can connect sports events with the tourism industry for local people’s high evaluation. Moreover, strategic directions should be explored to select and hold effective and efficient sports event.

        In this paper, we present the performance of the LOB(line of bearing) - based emitter localization algorithm. The linear LSE(least-squared error) algorithm, nonlinear LSE algorithm and Stansfield algorithm are considered. In addition, we focus on the performance improvement of the weighted estimation compared with the unweighted estimation. Each estimation algorithm is briefly introduced, and the performance of the algorithm is illustrated using the numerical results.

        In this paper, we proposed a phase noise model of a frequency synthesizer for a radar system. Especially, it was proposed a phase noise model in a DAS(Direct Analog Synthesizer) and a frequency up converter system using Leeson's model. The proposed phase noise model was derived from the measurement data of model 1 and evaluated by adapting to model 2 and model 3 frequency synthesizers. The prediction phase noise by modeling was totally matched to the measured data and the effective analysis of the phase noise was done in a frequency synthesizer and a frequency converter of radar system.

        Internal environment analysis of local Open Market platform: focusing on operation of an entry-level company

        Purpose - In this paper, we investigated and analyzed current operations of the entry-level companies that belong to the local Open market so that we drew management strategies of the local Open Market. As a result, the number of entrants will increase when management improves, such as improving the competitiveness of local open markets, and a diverse range of products will be created, which will lead to diverse customer experiences, creating a virtuous circle of ecosystems that will lead to an increase in visitors. Research, design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted on 739 entry-level companies to analyze the operational status of businesses located in the local open market. We collected data from the entry-level companies by questionnaire, which would be divided into quantitative and qualitative parts. The quantitative part of the questionnaire includes satisfaction, improvement, promotion cost, sales commission, the use for the other Open Market platform and so on. The qualitative part of the questionnaire includes satisfactions, difficulties and improvements. The quantitative data was analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The qualitative data was analyzed by Text mining techniques. Results - We derived results as followings. First, we recognized that the entry-level companies would be satisfied wit sales commission. Second, we recognized that the entry-level companies had spent individually the cost for promotion. Third, we confirmed that the entry-level companies had utilized the other Open Market platform. Conclusions - Through the analysis results, we could derive four viewpoints as followings. First, the local Open Market should be managed in being integrated into representative Open Market in order to derive promotion effectiveness, operation efficiency and improvement of brand value. Second, it should be necessary for the integrated promotion strategy of the entry-companies to be established in order to derive efficient and effective promotion. Third, it should be necessary to improve the functions of the Online Open Market platform System to simply the function complexity and support real-time processing. Fourth, it might be possible to raise the sales commission to improve the service functions of the local Open Market. The limitations of this study are as follows. First, the broader usability question did apply only to the public relations, satisfaction, and improvement opinions, which are the priorities of using the platform. Second, surveys of samples biased in some areas indicate that there is a limit to the generalisation of the results.

        The purpose of this paper is to examine the empirical analysis for charging factors and the evaluation models of inter-net site Thus this is to analyze the revenue creation factors affecting the customer satisfaction of tourism information sites m the Internet Based on the regression model applied to a customer survey, this study shows that among the character-sitics of the site, tech1l1cal factor and community factor have the most significant effect on charging factor and customer satisfaction.
