포로 체험의 재구성과 기억의 공유

이 연구는 공적 기억인 역사 속에 숨어 있는 개인의 체험과 기억을, 문학을 통해 해석해 냄으로써 한국전쟁 포로 소설의 특징과 존재 방식을 재구해 내고자 했다. 이를 위해 Ⅱ장에서는 전쟁의 목적조차 잃은 채 과열된 갈등으로 폭력과 살육으로 폭주하는 포로들의 모습을 통해 이데올로기의 허구성을 증명하였고, Ⅲ장에서는 전쟁의 직접성에서 벗어나 일상이 전경화 된 상태에서 포로 체험의 기억을 타자와 공유하면서 공감을 불러일으키는 과정을 확인하였다. 포로들의 삶이 개인의 특별한 체험에 불과하다고 치부하거나 또는 `포로`라는 이름으로 이들의 삶을 일률적으로 규정짓지 않고 포로들 각각의 삶을 통해 그 함축된 의미를 고찰해낸다면 이데올로기 대결의 가장 중심에 놓인 핵심적 인물인 포로들이 전쟁으로 고통 받고 희생된 대표적 `비극적 삶의 주체`임을 증명하게 될 것이다. 그리고 이러한 과정을 통해 역사를 보는 시각은 더 다양해지고 우리 전쟁문학의 스펙트럼은 더욱 넓어질 것이다. In the situation tied to the immediacy of war, reorganization of repetitive captive experiences led to tragic ending by making captives` scars fixed. Also, fierce conflicts among captives in the prison camp resulted in cruel slaughter and violence, and Southern Government which had left them in the danger of murder and violence used them politically under the pretense of the release, never considering captives. Captives forgot the purpose of the war and rushed to the violence and slaughter without telling friends from enemies due to excessive conflicts among them, which obviously reveals unrealistic ideology. On the other hand, starting to share the memory of the captive experiences in a state that daily lives are in the foreground, the characters in Kim`s work who are free themselves from the immediacy of war arouse others` sympathy. However, whether the ending is tragic or reconciliatory, it has in common the fact that they are not courageous soldiers or vicious enemies who engaged in the battle field but are normal people and captives of Korean War. They show us that the violence in the prison camp wasn`t individual choice but inevitable result of the war, along with the tragic ending they chose. This makes us check that the captives, key characters placed in the center of ideology confrontation, may be actually representative victims by the ideology, all of whom were most irrelevant to the ideology.

쑥이 갱년기 장애 유도 흰쥐의 혈중 지질 및 결합조직 중 Collagen 함량에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Artemisia Princeps Var. Orientalis (AP) on serum lipids and the collagen content of the connective tissues in ovariectomized rats. From day 2 until day 37 after the ovariectomy, Sprague-Dawley female rats were randomly assigned to the following groups: sham-operated rats (Sham), ovariectomized control rats (OVX-control), and ovariectomized rats supplemented with the AP 50 mg/kg bw/day (OVX-AP). The AP ethanol extracts were orally administrated 1 mL per day. The OVX rats were significantly heavier than the sham-operated rats at all time points, but supplementation with the AP extracts tended to gain weight less than OVX-control. Although total-cholesterol was increased at OVX-control, supplementation with the AP extracts tended to result in less than OVX-control. Triglyceride was significantly decreased after supplemented with the AP extracts (p<0.05). HDL-cholesterol is appeared higher AP extracts group than OVX-control. According to the results, we could know the fact that AP extracts were effective on serum lipids content throughout decreasing total-cholesterol, triglyceride and increasing HDL-cholesterol in ovariectomized rats. Supplementation with the AP extracts prevented a decrease in the collagen level in bone and cartilage tissues. These results are consistent with the conclusions based on the estrogenic activities of AP. Therefore, it may be used to possibly improve the quality of life in menopausal women.

잔류파의 현실인식과 문학적 증언

한국전쟁에서 잔류는 결과적으로 죽음을 의미했다. 그럼에도 잔류를 결정했던 시민들의 선택 근거는 국가에 대한 믿음이며, 정부의 잘못된 발표였다. 그러나 그 당시, 아무도 이러한 사실을 공식적으로 항의하지 못했고 도강파와 잔류파의 갈등은 표면적으로는 도강파의 일방적 승리로 마무리되었다. 하지만 당시 작가들의 작품 속에는 의식적, 무의식적으로 이러한 도식적 승리와는 다르게 해석될 장면들이 나타나곤 하는데, 이는 당시의 상황을 유추해 낼 수 있는 중요한 근거이다. 전쟁 승리의 기록은 지배층이 갖고 있다면 전쟁의 피해 기록은 기층민들의 몫이다. 별다른 기록, 자료가 없어도 그들의 삶만으로도 이를 충분히 증명할 수 있기 때문인데, 이를 확인할 수 있는 것이 바로 문학이다. 그러므로 잔류파의 문학적 증언에 귀 기울이고 그 의미를 해석하는 것은 전쟁의 극한 상황 속에서도 살아남은 자뿐만 아니라 죽은 자, 승자뿐만 아니라 패자의 목소리를 통해 문학적 의무를 완성하고 그 의미를 규명해 내는 것이기에 그 의의가 있을 것이다. To remain was to die in Korean War. Nevertheless, the trust on the nation and the wrong announcement released by government made people decide to remain in the dangerous region. But, at that time, nobody officially protested against the fact. Additionally, Dogangpa had to be cruel and violent to Janryupa for proving its evacuation to be right or proper choice, because ones who took the lead in punishing Janryupa was the people who had belonged to the Dogangpa which had decided to withdraw themselves, leaving many people in the battle fields. Therefore, it looks as if the confliction between them resulted in one-sided victory of Dogangpa. However, there are scenes that is possible to consciously or unconsciously make any different interpretations from the ostensible victory in the works of writers who was active at that time. They are important bases which can make us infer the situations at that time. While the record regarding a victory is allotment for ruling classes, a loss is for citizens. We can identify the fact in many literatures reflecting the essence of the age because they can sufficiently prove it with only their lives, without any records or data. Therefore, it is significant that we pay attention to th Janryupa’s literacy evidences and interpret them, because it is to search for the historical truth through the voice of winners and losers as well as the dead and the living under the circumstances that only ask for the responsibilities for waging war, evading any responsibilities for the loss or damage due to the war.

여가 연구의 근거 이론적 접근에 관한 고찰

This study is the chance to broaden the scope of understanding in regard to application of grounded theory that one of the qualitative research methods in leisure study. Because leisure research is attached weight to qualitative research, it raises several points at issue that regardless of great depth about leisure participation and qualitative constitution. Also it is suggested indirectly that required variety of ways by method. An grounded theory is founded on pragmatism and emblem interaction it is tried by Strauss & Glaser for the first time. This is the method of research that has developed by Strauss & Corbin it based on collected data. To observe the precede study, it is applied to concern about an action of human being and experience like nursing science, sociology, pedagogy, psychology, leisure studies. An grounded theory is emphasized formation of theory which is founded existence and essence of experience that happened continuously. And it is emphasized a role of individual`s activity inside of them and process of living. And it places great importance in mutuality among environmental reaction, meaning and behavior. An attribute of experience that obtained from leisure activity is very variety and subjectivity view point. It is expressed very differently according to individual characteristic. With these reasons, application of grounded theory is very proper method of research for disclose more in depth of leisure participant`s process of experience.

1950년대 한국전쟁소설에 나타난 전쟁과 일상성의 상호침투 양상

In the 1950's, studies of a War Korean Novels periods have showed tendency of concentrating on the works that let us hear of rough voice in battle filed and on the partial and inciting features buried in reality of war. In this study, in order to overcome it, focusing on 'The War and Everydayness interpenetration Aspect', we looked into the collapse of everydayness in Affairs at the Day and Point, the its recovery in The Age of Mildawon and Jung juk il soon(靜寂一瞬) and the course of its exposure in Splinter and Discernment. Through this course, we could light up significances of novel-history of the works and present new perspective evaluation of war period works that were pushed from the center of literatures. Of course, 1950's is a war period and we can't discuss these novels except for effects of war. But this work will be meaningful when we clear up relationships between war and everydayness and testify the diversity of literatures in the 1950's.

비타민 C가 가용성 콜라겐의 성숙과정에서 Pyridinoline 생성 효소계에 미치는 영향

In vitro실험에서 pyridinoline 생성에 대한 AsA의 영향을 조사한 결과, 효소적 반응에 있어서는 환원형 AsA보다 산화형 AsA으로서, 비효소적 반응에 있어서도 산화형으로 작용하였고 일부 환원형으로도 작용하여 pyridinoline 생성을 억제한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 생체내에서의 AsA은 주로 산화형 AsA로서 pyridinoline 생성을 억제하였으며, 이것은 특히 collagen 생합성의 활발한 조직에서 collagen 생합성을 위해 AsA이 소비되고 그 결과 생성되어지는 DHA가 조직 중에 pyridinoline이 과도하게 축정되어지지 않도록 조절할 가능성을 가지고 있다. Guinea pig의 연골은 산화형 AsA 함량이 높고 더구나 다른 조직보다 pyridinoline 함량이 높은 것도 이러한 가설을 뒷받침하는 것으로 사료된다. 산화형 AsA이 pyridinoline 양을 조절하는 가능성이 시사되었으나 이것은 DHA의 새로운 역할로서 주목할 부분이며, AsA은 결합조직, 특히 연골에서 pyridinoline 생성을 조절하고 노화를 지연시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 기대된다. Normal tensile strength in collagen fibrils is due to intermolecular and intramolecular crosslinks which are known to be altered in aging. Pyridinoline, a mature crosslink which is stable and nonreducible, is derived from two hydroxyallysine and one hydroxy lysine residues of collagen fibrils. The excess formation of pyridinoline in collagen is associated with making the tissue stiffer, less soluble and less digestible by enzymes. Lysyl oxidase is the enzyme that initiates the biosynthesis of crosslinks in collagen by catalyzing the oxidative deamination of the lysyl and hydroxylysyl residues in these molecules, and its activity is inhibited by β-aminopropionitrile(BAPN). Our previous work demonstrated that the pyridinoline content of bone collagen significantly was increased during incubation for 5 weeks at 37℃ in vitro, but it was decreased by the addition of ascorbic acdi(AsA). In this study, we clarified the specific action of AsA in aging process in vitro enzymatic reaction.

대학 글쓰기 심화를 위한 과제 제안

A "Basic Writing" class, a required subject for freshmen, is the class to usually lecture about the writing and to practice it. However, it is true that professors of the class have little time to read, to discuss, and to evaluate students" writings. So, the professors generally give students assignments on the writing for the mid-term and final. Therefore, I performed a "6 weeks project for writing" to make students systematically and effectively carry out the assignments. This project was planned to enforce students" ability "to generalize by analyzing meanings got from their experiences", "to set the subjects", and "to find proper information and to use it." This is a project to connect assignments with lectures and to extend class field from the writing to a discussion. You can find through this thesis that the project drew the students" active participation by changing those who had bored time in the writing class and upgraded students" writing ability through the six times additional writings besides the practices in the class. Also, if we improve limits and problems of the project. it is possible to propose this project as a new model of the "Basic Writing" class which can develop self-motivated writing ability.

월성원자력발전소 주변 해역 동물플랑크톤의 군집 특성

월성원자력발전소 주변해역에서 출현한 동물플랑크톤은 종 수준까지 동정이 가능한 32종을 포함하여, 총 63종과 85~28,087개체 m-3 범위였다. 연구해역에 분포하는 동물플랑크톤 군집의 구조를 분석한 결과, 전반적으로 배수구를 중심으로 북쪽과 동쪽에 위치한 정점군(그룹 A)과 취수구 아래쪽 정점군(그룹 B)의 두 개의 그룹으로 구분되었다. 동물플랑크톤 군집의 분리는 10월에 출현 종수가, 그 밖의 시기인 1월, 5월 및 8월에는 개체수가 영향을 미친 것으로 파악되었다(p<0.05). 또한, 월성원자력발전소 주변해역에 서식하는 동물플랑크톤의 분포와 군집 구조는 전형적인 온대 해역에서 출현하는 동물플랑크톤의 출현양상과 유사하여, 계절적 수온에 영향을 받고 있었고, 군집구조도 이를 반영하여 크게 3개의 군집(겨울, 봄-가을, 여름)으로 구분되었다. 그러나, 일원일차분석결과에서 동물플랑크톤 군집은 수온과 온배수에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. A total of 63 taxa was identified with a mean abundance of total zooplankton ranging from 85~28,087 indiv. m-3. Cluster and nMDS analysis showed that the study sites could be divided into two regions: North and East part of the sampling area (group A) and South part of the sampling area (group B). The number of taxa and species varied significantly among the two regions (ANOVA, p<0.05). The pattern of the spatio-temporal distribution of the zooplankton community in the coastal waters around the Wolseong Nuclear Power Plant is affected by the variations of seasonal water temperature. However, zooplankton community were no significant between the water temperature and heated discharge.
