        다양한 기판온도에서 증착된 투명 전도성 IGZO 박막의 특성

        In this study, we investigated the optical, electrical, and structural properties of the IGZO($In_2O_3:Ga_2O_3:ZnO$=1:9:90 wt.%) thin films prepared by RF-magnetron sputtering system under various substrate temperatures. All of the IGZO thin films shows an average transmittance of over the 80% in visible range. Most of all, deposited IGZO thin film at $100^{\circ}C$ substrate temperature have ZnO (002) of main growth peak and 17.02 nm of increased grains. And also IGZO thin film have low resistivity($1.35{\times}10^{-3}\;\Omega{\cdot}cm$), high carrier concentration($6.62{\times}10^{20} cm^{-3}$) and mobility($80.1 cm^2$/Vsec). IGZO thin film have 2.08 mV at surface potential of electric force microscopy(EFM). We suggest that pre-annealing at $100^{\circ}C$ can be applied for improving optical, electrical and structural properties.

        한국 언어·문화·문학의통합 교육 방안 연구- 김소월의 <진달래꽃>을 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 한국어 문화교육에서의 문학 교육의 연구 현황과 기존의 학자들의논의를 바탕으로 김소월의 시 <진달래꽃>을 활용해 외국인 한국어 학습자 5급을대상으로 언어·문화·문학의 통합적 교육을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 문학 텍스트가 단순히 언어교육을 위한 도구가 아니며 언어와 문화는 상호 보완적인 관계이므로 언어·문화·문학 학습의 효과 극대화를 위해 통합 교육이 필요하다는인식에서 모색하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 교육 방안을 따라 실제로 시 수업을 통해 언어학습 측면에서는 문학 텍스트에서 볼 수 있는 표현과 문학 언어를 바탕으로 고급스러운언어를 학습하였다. 또한 문화학습 측면에서는 시적 화자의 태도에서 과거 전통적인 여성의 사랑과 이별에 대한 자세를 통해 한국인의 가치관을 이해하게 되었다. 그리고 시인 김소월과 당시 시대적 배경을 통한 한국 사회에 대한 이해와모국과의 비교를 통해 한국 문화에 대한 더 깊은 이해의 기회를 가졌다. 문학학습 측면에서는 시의 기본적인 형식, 리듬을 만드는 요소, 의미와 주제를 표현하기 위한 비유와 상징을 학습해 고급스런 언어로 창작할 수 있는 능력을 촉진함으로써 진정한 통합 교육 가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. The purpose of the present study is to establish combined methodology of language, culture and literary for the level 5 foreign Korean learner using <Jindallaekkot/Azalea> poem of Soweol, Kim. This study is based on current research position in Korean culture education and discussion of the existing learners. It is found from the awareness that the combined education is needed for the effect maximization of the language, culture and literary education since literary text is not only a tool for just language education but also the complementary relation between language and culture. As a result of actual poem class following the suggested education methods in this study, in the aspect of language education, there are significant effect for learning high level vocabulary on the basis of the expression and literary vocabulary from literary text. In the aspect of culture education, the learners can know the value of Korean through the attitude toward love and parting of the past traditional woman in the attitude of a poetic narrator and deeply understand Korean culture through the comparison with homeland and the understanding of Korean society via poet "Soweol, Kim" and the historical background. In the aspect of literary education, a true combined education possibility is found by promoting the ability creating high level vocabulary through the education of metaphors and symbols for expressing basic formality, element making rhythm, meaning and subject of poem.

        특발성 폐섬유화증과 감별진단을 요하는 전격성 폐쇄성 세기관지염 기질화 폐렴 (Fulminant Bronchiolitis Obliterans Organizing Pneumonia) 1예 보고

        BOOP는 미만성 침윤성 폐질환의 한 아형으로서 일반적으로 치료에 좋은 반응을 보이며 진행성 BOOP로 인해 사망하는 경우는 드물다. 최근 Cohen 및 Nizami는 조직검사상 BOOP로 진단된 환자중 전격성 경과를 취하며 사망률이 높고 만성 섬유화증으로 진행하는 일부의 질환을 진행성의 전격성 BOOP로 분류하고 예후에 대한 고찰을 통해 예후 예측 인자에 대해 보고하였다. BOOP에서 불량한 예후를 보이는 경우는 흉부엑스선상에서 간질성 침윤 양상을 보이는 경우, 기관지 폐포 세척액 검사에서 림프구의 증가없이 호증구 또는 호산구가 증가된 경우, 조직검사 소견상 폐섬유화가 동반된 경우를 들 수 있다. 그러므로 수주간의 감기증상과 방사선학적 소견상 빠르게 진행하는 폐포성 침윤을 보이는 경우 진단에서 BOOP를 고려하여 폐 조직검사를 조기에 시행함이 필요하며 부신피질호르몬제 치료를 진단 즉시 시작한다면 BOOP가 폐섬유화로 진행함을 예방할 수 있다고 판단된다. 저자들은 최근 진행성의 전격성 BOOP로 진단후 부신피질호르몬제 및 erythromycin 계열 항생제의 투여로 성공적으로 치료한 일례를 경험하였기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. Bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia(BOOP) is a type of diffuse interstitial lung disease that has emerged in the past decade as an important cause of acute respiratory illness in adult. Clinically, the entity usually starts with a subacute influenza-like illness, followed by cough, progressive dyspnea, and weight loss. Organized inflammatory polypoid materials predominantly affecting distal bronchioles, alveolar ducts, and peribronchial alveolar spaces are a key pathologic findings. BOOP is characterized by a good response to glucocorticoid and an excellent prognosis. However, there is a subset of BOOP who presents with a fulminant course leading to death or chronic severe fibrosis with marked impairment of lung function. Recently, we have experienced a case of rapidly progressive BOOP, diagnosed by open lung biopsy and showed a reluctant response to corticosteroid.

        스트레스-유도 열충격단백질 27(Heat Shock Protein 27)의 활성과 물리치료의 상관성

        Purpose: Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are a group of proteins that are activated when cells are exposed to a variety of environmental stresses, such as infection, inflammation, exposure to toxins, starvation, hypoxia, brain injury, or water deprivation. The activation of HSPs by environmental stress plays a key role in signal transduction, including cytoprotection, molecular chaperone, anti-apoptotic effect, and anti-aging effects. However, the precise mechanism for the action of small HSPs, such as HSP27 and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs: extracellular-regulated protein kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2), p38MAPK, stress-activated protein kinase/c-Jun N-terminal kinase (SAPK/JNK), is not completely understood, particularly in application of cell stimulators including platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), angiotensin II (AngII), tumor necrosis factor $\alpha$ (TNF$\alpha$), and $H_2O_2$. This study examined the relationship between stimulators-induced enzymatic activity of HSP27 and MAPKs from rat smooth and skeletal muscles. Methods: 2-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) and matrix assisted laser desorption ionizationtime-of-flight/time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF/TOF) analysis were used to identify HSP27 from the intact vascular smooth and skeletal muscles. Three isoforms of HSP27 were detected on silver-stained gels of the whole protein extracts from the rat aortic smooth and skeletal muscle strips. Results: The expression of PDGF, AngII, TNF$\alpha$, and $H_2O_2$-induced activation of HSP27, p38MAPK, ERK1/2, and SAPK/JNK was higher in the smooth muscle cells than the control. SB203580 (30${\mu}$M), a p38MAPK inhibitor, increased the level of HSP27 phosphorylation induced by stimulators in smooth muscle cells. Furthermore, the age-related and starvation-induced activation of HSP27 was higher in skeletal muscle cells (L6 myoblast cell lines) and muscle strips than the control. Conclusion: These results suggest, in part, that the activity of HSP27 and MAPKs affect stressors, such as PDGF, AngII, TNF$\alpha$, $H_2O_2$, and starvation in rat smooth and skeletal muscles. However, more systemic research will be needed into physical therapy, including thermotherapy, electrotherapy, radiotherapy and others.

        용담초(龍膽草) 추출물이 LPS로 활성화된 Raw 264.7 cell에서의 pro-inflammatory mediator에 미치는 영향

        In traditional oriental medicine, Gentianae Radix has been used clinically for clearing away 'heat', removing dampness and purging fire in the liver and gall bladder. However, there has been a lack of studies regarding the effects of Gentianae Radix on the immunological activities. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Gentianae Radix on the regulatory effects of cytokines and nitric oxide(NO) for the immunological activities in Raw 264.7 cells. After the treatment of Gentianae Radix MeOH extract, cell viability was measured by MTT assay, and NO production was monitored by measuring the nitrite content in culture medium. The expression of COX-2 and iNOS was determined by immunoblot analysis, and the content of levels of cytokines in media was analyzed by ELISA kit. Results provided evidence that Gentianae Radix inhibited the production of nitrite and nitrate (NO), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), $interleukin-l{\beta}$ $(IL-l{\beta})$ and IL-6, and the activation of phospholylation of inhibitor ${\kappa}B{\alpha}$ ($p-I {\kappa}B{\alpha}$) in Raw 264.7 cells activated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). These findings suggest that Gentianae Radix can make anti-inflammatory effect, which may playa role in adjunctive therapy.

        Rhizopus oryzae KSD-815를 이용하여 제조된 R4 누룩의 항혈전 활성

        누룩은 전 세계적으로도 독특한 우리만의 발효제로, 전분 당화 및 발효미생물의 접종원으로 이용된다. Rhizopus oryzae KSD-815로 제조된 개량누룩(R4로 명명)은 발효제 특성 이외에 암세포 생육억제, 항비만 활성 등이 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 R4 누룩의 열수 및 ethanol 추출물과 이들의 순차적 유기용매 분획물을 조제하여 항혈전 활성을 평가한 결과, ethylacetate 분획에서 우수한 항응고 활성을 확인하였으며, 열수 추출물의 ethylacetate 및 butanol 분획은 인간 적혈구 용혈활성을 나타내지 않으면서 혈소판 응집저해 활성을 나타내었다. 본 연구결과는 R4 누룩이 항응고 및 혈소판 응집저해 개발의 유용자원으로 이용 가능함을 제시하고 있다. Nuruk has been used as fermentation starter in the alcohol industry for some time in Korea. Various bioactivities, such as antiproliferative and anti-obesity, of R4 nuruk made from Rhizopus oryzae KSD-815 have been previously reported. In this study, the hot water and ethanol extract of R4 nuruk and their subsequent organic solvent fractions were prepared, and their antithrombosis activities were evaluated. The ethylacetate fraction showed strong anti-coagulation activity, and the ethylacetate and butanol fraction from hot water extract demonstrated platelet aggregation inhibitory activity, without hemolysis against human RBC. Our results suggest that R4 nuruk has the potential to act as a new anti-thrombosis agent.

        외음회음 근막피부피판을 이용한 선천성 질결여증의 재건례

        Purpose: Congenital absence of the vagina is a rare case. It occurs as a result of Mullerian duct aplasia or complete androgen insensitivity syndrome. The reconstructive modality includes skin graft, use of intestine and various methods of flap. We report a patient who underwent vulvoperineal fasciocutaneous flap to reconstruct congenital absence of the vagina, while the external genitalia and ovaries are normal. Methods: A 26-year-old woman presented with vaginal agenesis. Under general anesthesia, a U-shaped incision was made between the urethral meatus and the anus. The new vaginal pocket was created up to the level of the peritoneal reflection between the urinary structures and the rectum. Next, the vulvoperineal fasciocutaneous flaps were designed in a rectangular fashion. Flap elevation was begun at the lateral margin which the adductor longus fascia was incised and elevated, and the superficial perineal neurovascular pedicle was invested by the fascial layer. The medial border was then elevated. A subcutaneous tunnel was created beneath the inferior of the labia to rotate the flaps. The left vulvoperineal flap was rotated counterclockwise and the right was rotated clockwise. The neovaginal pouch was formed by approximating the medial and lateral borders. The tubed neovagina was then transposed into the cavity. Results: In 3 weeks, the vaginal canal remained supple After 6 weeks, the physical examination showed normalappearing labia majora and perineum with an adequate vaginal depth. A year after the operation, the patient had a 7 cm vagina of sufficient width with no evidence of contractures nor fibrous scar formation. The patient was sexually active without difficulty. Conclusion: Although many methods were described for reconstruction of vaginal absence, there is not a method yet to be approved as a perfect solution. We used the vulvoperineal fasciocutaneous flap to reconstruct a neovagina. This method had a following merits: a single-stage procedure, excellent flap reliability, the potential for normal function, minimal donor site morbidity and no need for subsequent dilatation, stents, or obturators. We thought that this operation has a good anatomic and functional results for reconstruction of the vagina.

        수정된 골프스윙 훈련이 편마비 환자의 보행 특성에 미치는 영향 - 단일 사례 연구 -

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of modified golf swing training on gait characteristic in hemiplegic patient through Kwon 3D motion analysis system. Methods: This study has performed single subject design from September to October 2008. The subject had left hemiplegia due to CVA in December 2003. He has treated Bobath approach twice a week. In order to increase ankle dorsiflexion and knee flexion, the subject has applied modified golf swing training on the basis of Bobath approach. The measurement of gait characteristic was taken by Kwon 3D motion analysis system. Results: The results were as follows : 1) Walking velocity was increased 0.62m/sec than before the training. 2) Step length was increased 0.09m than before the training. 3) Left ankle and hip angle were increased, but left knee angle was decreased. Conclusion: It could be concluded that the activity modified golf swing training in walking pattern contributed to improve the movement quality and speed of gait.

        순천 담양지역의 현대한옥 구성에 관한 조사연구

        Traditional Hanok in modern society, depending on the improvement of economic and cultural level is evolving as a modern Hanok. An ideal of traditional Hanok and convenience of a modern housing does not match rather conflicting. This study deals the transformation of a new Hanok, which are build in Jeollanam-do province sponsored by local government from 2007. The subjects was selected 34 cases from Sunchon and Damyang which are build sponsored by Jeollanam-do local government from 2009 to 2011. The report is a design drawing of a Hanok, architectural survey of the Hanok research using questionnaires and interviews with the client or a resident, was confirmed by a visit to check and verify for each Hanok houses. Outside shape classification of Hanok were classified as straight, L type, and the interior space was analyzed by focusing on the living room, dining room, kitchen configuration consisting of housing space in public life. This study and the type of Hanok round out the framework from the perspective of residence' demands and realize new Hanok investigated and the evolution of the process is meaningful to find a Hanok.

        NFC는 근거리 무선 통신 기술로 스마트 디바이스의 보급 및 서비스 확산과 함께 모바일 결제 분야의 중요한 기술로 대두되고 있다. NFC는 소액결제서비스, 티켓팅, 스마트카드 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 하나의 장치로 가능하게 하기 때문에 개인정보 유출 및 보안상의 위험을 포함하고 있다. 따라서 NFC 기술에서 보안의 문제는 필수적이며, 보안 위협에 대한 연구의 필요성도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NFC의 보안 기술 및 보안 취약점에 대해 분석한다. NFC is a Near Field wireless Communication technology, comes to the fore as an important technology of Mobile Payment System with supply of devices and diffusion of services. Because of the fact that the NFC retail payment services, ticketing, smart cards are able to operate in one device, it(NFC Technology) can make disclosure of personal information and security risks. Thus, the problem of security in NFC technology is essential, and the need for research on security threats are increasing. In this paper, we wil analyze for NFC's vulnerabilities and security technology.
