In this paper, we studied structural and magnetic properties of Ba-ferrite thin film deposited on Si(100) substrate with TiO₂ underlayer. Ba-ferrite thin films with TiO₂ underlayer were deposited by reactive RF/DC magnetron sputtering system at room temperature. TiO₂ underlayer was reactive sputtered with O₂. After deposition, the thin films were annealed at vatious temperatures to get the crystallized sample. Underlayer was used to prevent interdiffusion from Ba-ferrite thin film to substrate. The growth of Ba-ferrite thin films was influenced by TiO₂ underlayer. Easy magnetization direction is in-plane. From these results the Ba-ferrite film with TiO₂ underlayer can be used as longitudinal recording media.

BaM thin films were prepared by using RF magnetron sputtering system at room temperature, and then successively annealed to crystallize at 850℃ using RTA. The structure and magnetic properties of post-annealed BaM films have been investigated using XRD and VSM, respectively. The dependences of partial oxygen gas pressure (Po₂) on the characteristics of BaM films were investigated. Although mixing of spinel and BaM phase only was identified in 0.5 mTorr oxygen partial pressure, BaM phase only was identified in the range from 1 to 3 mTorr oxygen partial pressure. The saturation magnetization and perpendicular coercivity of BaM thin films decreases with increase of Po₂ in the range of Po₂ between 0.5 and 3 mTorr.

Anodizing film was prepared by anodic oxidation of pure aluminum(purity 〉 99.50) using DC power supply for constant current mode in an electrolytic solution of surface of sulfuric acid. Effects of pre-treatment process such as chemical polishing, acid cleaning, alkali etching before anodic oxidation were studied to microstructures and surface morphologies. A roughness on surface of anodizing film had to be decreased for amorphous phase by anodic oxidation. A roughness on surface of anodizing film decrease as annealing temperature increased in chemical polishing.
건축ㆍ도시 정보를 이용한 관광DB 콘텐츠 설계에 관한 연구

In order to utilize the information of architecture and city as a travel and tourism database, this study aims to manifest the service contents and the structure of the information which is indispensible for the database. For that purpose, the various architectural information service as well as tourism service has been analyzed and the problems were identified to propose the contents as an improvement of existing service. The results are as follows : First, the existing architectural and urban information have to be maintained but, for the specialty of information, the detailed facts about an architect and a building should be added to the existing database. Second, for maximizing the value as a tourism information, supplementary sources like a short clip using a video technology should be added to the existing tourism database and the thematic search contents should be introduced for the improved accessibility. Third, the information provider is recommended to be the professionals in each category and they should be disclosed for the information reliability. Finally, the optimized contents calls for a integrated service system using not only tourism but also architecture and city.
