Lee Kwang-soo asked the afresh question “what is the literature” in the first line of “Literature lecture” in the mid-1920s. Already, this question was raised by “문학이란 하오 (What is the literature)” about a decade ago in that it isn’t a new question at all. However, when the context of the question changes, its meaning and effect also changes. This paper intends to reveal the intention of the question “What is literature?” which was published by “Literature lecture” and “A trivial talk about literature” on the extension of the former. Furthermore, this paper aims to clarify what it means in the literary circles in those days and what effect it has generated. Lee Kwang-soo presented the concept of literature in “Literature lecture” and included the decadence literature and the proletarian literature in the ‘literature’. In “A trivial talk about literature”, the works of poets who represent various attitudes and tendencies are considered as the classics of Joseon literature. Through these works, Lee Kwang-soo presented the history of literature. Making the concept of literature literary and establishing the history of literature was the task of making literature specific and irreversible.

관동대지진의 기억과 서사

It is traumatic experience to people who have experienced the Korean massacre at the time, the Great Kanto Earthquake. The Korean massacre at the Great Kanto Earthquake is narrated as heartwarming story and described in the state of “exception”. In these story, many Japanese saved Korean from the massacre and Japanese police guarded Korean. By doing this, Japanese imperialism tried to suture wounded daily life of the colonist. But the fear and trauma what were written on minds of colonist, existed as a existence of absence on the texts and scratched the heartwarming story concerning the Korean massacre. As a result, the truth that the state of “exception” is not exceptional but the ordinary colonial life itself appeared from the crack on the texts.

오송 생명과학단지 조경설계

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for Osong Biohealth Technopolis Institute of Cheongwon Gun Chung Cheong Buk Do which was held by Ministry of Health and Welfare in March 2004. The site is located in. Osong Li, Kang Wei Myun, Cheonwon Gun, Chung Cheong Buk Do and has an area of $402,600m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the client could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a functionally efficient site plan by clustering buildings with similar uses, a site plan having 'front yard' by locating buildings in rear areas toward existing 'groves'. The proposal set the main design concept of this project as 'clustering'. By doing that, existing grades and plants can be saved, buildings with similar uses can be clustered, huge 'front yard' as a symbolic image of this project can be achieved, and finally many small open spaces for everyday life can be designed accordingly.

기술정보 유출방지를 위한 보안저장매체 연구

대부분 기업의 중요 기술정보 유출은 내부자에 의해 이루어진다. 기업의 핵심기술 및 정보유출을 방지하기 위하여 여러 분야에서 많은 투자와 연구가 진행되고 있지만 기술발전에 따라 업무환경과 일하는 방법이 변화하여 물리적보안과 정보보안을 분리한 기존 개별 통제방식은 효용성이 떨어지고 있다. 새로운 환경에 대응하기 위하여 보안 패러다임의 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 물리적보안과 정보보안을 융합한 신뢰할 수 있는 인증기반(스마트카드/생체정보) 보안저장매체의 요구기능, 각 기능에 필요한 요소기술에 대하여 고찰한다.

Serotypes of Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus isolated from pigs

돼지로 부터 분리한 Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus 489주의 혈청형을 자가생산한 인자혈청을 이용한 평판응집반응으로 동정하였다. 분리균의 혈청형은 A(16.8%), C(20.4%), D(9.4%), E(7.2%), F 형(29.2%) 및 미분류형(17.0%)으로 동정되었으며, 돼지의 건강상태, 신체부위 및 연령에 관계없이 F형의 분포가 가장 높았다.

건축설계 측면에서 본 수덕사 대웅전의 평면과 가구 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, I attempted to the architectural design characteristics of Daeung-Jeon in Sudeok Temple. For this purpose, After I set up several assumptions in the basis of the general characteristics of Korean wood architecture, and then, analyzed floor plan, structural formation and section sizes of structure and bracket members in relation to module and unit. As the results, the characteristics of the design process of plan and structure are follows. (1) 1 ja(尺), the unit applied to this building is measured $307.6{\sim}318.3mm$) and the average is 312.9mm (2) It is estimated that the floor plan designed on the basis of the top of columns. By the applied unit, every bay of the front side and the side is each designed by 15 ja and 8.5 ja. (3) The section is composed of piled members which have same section size. As basic module of section size called 'jae(재;材)', it is estimated at width 0.45 ja by height 0.75 ja. And as the secondary module, height between jae and is called 'gyoe(계;)' and it wes designed by three height size of 0.25 ja, 0.27 ja and 0.30 ja, (4) It is estimated that the section plan was designed by the order as follows. Firstly, the horizontal position of purlins wes decided on the basis of the intersection point of long and short rafters, and then the position and the section size of purlins and jangheyo(長舌) wes decided on the basis of the slope of roof and rafters. Secondly, going down from purlins, the members of structure composed of 'jae' and 'gyoe' was repeated. Lastly, for the purpose of linking the structure members located on the center line of adjacent purlins organically, the height of whaban(화반) was controlled.

돼지로부터 분리한 Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus 489주의 protein A 존재여부와 함량을 indirect hemagglutination 및 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)법으로 조사하였다. Indirect hemagglutination text에 의하여 cell-bound protein A 및 extracellular protein A 보유균은 489주 중 각각 87.7% 및 36.0%로 나타났다. ELISA법에 의한 이들 균의 protein A함량 측정에서 전균주의 extracellular protein A는 1ng/ml미만이었으며, cell-bound protein A함량은 대부분의 균주에서 1ng/ml 미만이었고 11주가 25~108ng/ml 수준이었다. The Presence and quantity of protein A in Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus isolates from pigs were determined by indirect hemagglutination test and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Cell-bound and extracellular protein A was demonstrated in 87.7% and 36.0% of 489 isolates, respectively, by indirect hemagglutination test. When contents of the protein A were estimated by ELISA method, all of the isolates that were positive to protein A in indirect hemagglutination test produced extracellular protein A of less than 1ng/ml. Most of the isolates produced cell-bound protein A of less than 1ng/ml, whereas 28 isolates produced 1 to 35ng/ml and 11 isolates produced 25 to 108ng/ml.

표준어의 이념과 ‘사투리’의 탄생

In general a matter of the standard language and the dialect have regarded to be brought up in the 1930’s, but it began to receive attention from many writers since the 1920’s. Through the formation of modern literature and an explosive growth, the standard Language is called for. And the formation of Standard Language was connected with the identity of the written and spoken language. The formation of Standard Language led to the suppression of dialect consequentially. Formed nation literature, the language was standardized and hierarchized. Accordingly the sense of language have been changed. The dialect came to something naive and funny and therefore these images of dialect have been fixed.

한옥 軸部 시공법 개선 연구

한옥에서 축부는 건물의 외관과 실내 환경, 공사기간 및 공사비와 밀접한 관련을 지닌 부분이다. 본 연구에 서는 전통적인 시공법을 분석하여 전통 한옥의 장점으로서의 특성을 유지하면서 개선된 한옥 축부의 시공법을 제안 하였다. 그 개선안은 기성품의 사용, 전체 공정의 건식 조립공법화, 기둥과 벽체의 일괄 시공, 기밀성과 단열성능 향 상 등의 특성을 지닌다. 앞으로 시제품의 제작과 성능 시험 등의 단계를 거쳐야 하겠지만 한옥의 형태적 특성을 유지 하면서 공사기간과 공사비를 줄이는데 일조할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Wall of hanok is related to exterior, inner environment, and the period and cost of construction. This study analyzes traditional wall execution method and suggests improved one. The characters of the improved execution method are use of ready made goods, application of dry and prefabricated method and improvement of airtightness and insulation capacity etc. The result of this study needs production of pilot productions and tests of capacity. But this new method will be useful to save the period and cost of hanok construction.
