Split-T 반강접 접합부의 응력흐름에 대한 해석적 연구

PR connection is much more difficult to design than the FR connection because of the non-linear behavior. The shear force and the bending moment in the split-T connection which discussed in this research transferred from beams to columns through only the split-T at the jointed region where observed the drastic variation of the stress distribution. Consequently, the adequate structural design seems to need the investigation of the stress transfer mechanism at the split-T connection.<br/> For the clarification of the stress distribution, the phase of the stress at the joint region was analyzed according to the properties of the connection components with FEA. The ideal design guidelines were suggested for the optimal design on the basis of the analysis results. As a result, it was observed that the stress had a tendency to be concentrated at the end of beams in the triangular shape. And, the ratios of the bearing length to the stem length of split-T at the joint region were in the ratio from 0.53 to 0.65.
TCP 포트번호를 이용한 센서 네트워크와 인터넷(IPv4/IPv6)의 주소 연동

집적회로 기술, 무선 통신 기술, 그리고 마이크로 컴퓨팅 등의 기술 발전에 힘입어, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 실현하고 차세대 IT산업을 이끌 새로운 기술로서 센서 네트워크 기술이 점차 주목 받고 있으며 많은 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있다. 향후 센서 네트워크는 이를 구성하는 각각의 센서 노드들, 그리고 더 나아가 센서 네트워크 자체도 지속적으로 생성되거나 소멸되면서 기존의 네트워크와 상호 통신하고 주위환경에 맞추어 변화하며 동적으로 진화해 나갈 전망이며, 서로 다른 주소 체계를 사용하고 있는 이들의 상호 연동이 요구되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 센서 네트워크와 인터넷과의 상호 통신을 위해 TCP 포트번호 기반 주소 연동 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 연동 방안은 Zigbee 기반 센서 네트워크의 주소 체계와 인터넷의 주소체계인 IP 기반 인터넷 주소 체계가 서로 통신할 수 있도록 주소를 연동하는 방안이며, Berkeley TinyOS와 mica motes,그리고 IP 프로토콜을 이용하여 제안된 주소 연동 방안을 구현하였다. 또한 실험을 통해 제안된 연동 방안을 검증하였다. As a promising technology that enables ubiquitous computing and will lead the information technology industries of the next generation, the new field of sensor networks is one of the most active research topics today. From now on, each node, the network formation, and even the sensor network itself will interact with the generic network and evolve dynamically according to environmental changes, in a process of continual creation and extinction. In this paper, we propose a address-Internetworking scheme for interactive networking between a sensor network and the Internet based on the TCP port-numbers. The proposed scheme enables internetworking between a sensor network address scheme based on Zigbee and the Internet address scheme based on the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6). We implement the proposed address-Internetworking scheme using Berkeley TinyOS, Mica Motes, and IP. In addition we verify the proposed scheme by an interconnection experiment, which involves wireless sensor networks and the Internet, using IPv4/IPv6.
흰쥐 적출대동맥의 자외선 유발 기계적 반응시 cAMP 및 cGMP의 농도변화

When the isolated thoracic aortae of rats were contracted with 1 or 10 μM phenylephrine (PE), ultraviolet(UV) light irradiaion produced the contractile and relaxant and relaxant responses in preparations with and without endothelium, respectively, 1μM ACh relaxed PE-induced contraction in the intact endothelial preparation, but did not in the denuded one. On the other hand, nitroprusside (NP) and isoproterenol(ISP) produced relaxing resposes irrespective of the presence of the endothelium. In the Endothelium - intact preparation, ACh potentiated the UV light-induced contraction, but ISP did not. Both agents did not affect the UV light-induced relaxation in the denuded preparation. The cGMP level in tissue was decreased by removal of the endothelium, but the cAMP level was not. In both preparations with and without the endothelium combined treatment with NP 1μM after PE 10μM markeldly increased the cGMP level. However, combined treatment with PE 10μM + ACh 1μM increased cGMP level in the intact preparation only, and UV light irradiation for 3 min reduced the increment. Single treatment with PE 10μM and combined treatment with PE+ISP for 5min or PX+UV irradiation did not affect the cGMP level. And cAMP level of the intact endothelial preparation was increased in combined treatment with PE 10μM+ISP 1μM but not altered in any of the other conditions. These resluts suggest followings : ① UV light produces contraction of the rat thoracic aorta in endothelium-dependent fashoion, ② cAMP is not a factor to this response, ③ the UV light-induced relaxation is not related to the cGMP and the cAMP level in the tissue.
