        합성광학계의 OSLO를 통한 optical focus 의 최적화

        This study was to calculate spot size, focus shift and optical focus by use of OSLO when 3 wavelength, wv₁= 0.588u. wv₂ = 0.486u and wv₃= 0.656u in composite lens optics system & ocular optical system were respectively here, Entrance Beam Radius ( ㎜ ) 1 ㎜, Field angle ( deg ) 5.7296u - 0.5 ㎜, Image Aperture 0.053055 ㎜. Exit Aperture 0.903711 ㎜. Reflective focal length 25.181544 ㎜, Petzval radius -19.21839 ㎜, n = 1.523. It was found that a range of spot size was 0.002 ㎜ ∼ 0.07 ㎜ when a range of back curvature radius was 1 ㎜ ∼ 30 ㎜. and 0.0005 ㎜ ∼ 0.002 ㎜ when of it more than 50 ㎜. Focus shift, 50 ㎜ a range 3 kinds of lens was small, and it saw that of all tendency was high up to 1 ㎜ ∼ 15 ㎜ and up to 25 ㎜ beyond that limits, it was going down and then going up again, optical focus 100 ㎜ lens was best and the value when optimization with this lens was 60 ± 1 ㎜.

        각·결막염 유발균에 대한 lysozyme 의 항균활성

        The cornea and conjunctiva of the human eye are exposed to external environment and thus are damageable. If the damaged part is infected with some pathogenic microorganisms, serious visual loss may be occured by inflammation. Keratitis or conjunctivitis does not always occur if the eyes are routinely exposed to pathogenic factors because lysozyme in human tears has antimicrobial activity against the microorganisms. In this study we have selected 5 strains causing keratitis and/or conjunctivitis, and cultured them in the optimum media. And then we have estimated the growth inhibition of the strains with the addition of various concentration of lysozyme to media to investigate the antimicrobial activity of lysozyme. The results are as follows. The growth of the strains were decreased according to the increase of lysozyme concentration. The growth of Pseudomonas, Neisseria, Klebsiella and Staphylococcus were in hibited 43%,41% and 22% respectively by 1mM concentration of lysozyme. The susceptibility of the gram-negative bacteria to lysozyme is 1.5-2 times higher than the lysozyme inhibited the growth of Fusarium which is fungi slightly.

        소아 안경의 fitting 에 관한 고찰

        Satisfactory for children`s spectacles fitting can only be achieved with the resonable selection and assortment of frames of different pad shapes, size, materials, the general property of sample frame are flexibility for the temple . Loughness for bridge and variety for the length of temple. a selection of the lens is chosen usually by the characteristic of the power, safty, size and so on. it will be comport fit of frame controlled the hight and width of pad and angle of pad between the nose side. frontal angle of pad will be determinded that whether a frame may be capable of providing a comport fit. An important part of the fitting of spectacles is the final adjustment before the wearer takes them away, and also their continued adjustment to maintain the optimum comport and lens efficiency. It is suggested that spectacle adjustment is essentially a practical art that can only be acquired by continual practice.

        대구지역 초등학생 굴절이상안에 대한 연구

        To investigate the visual acuity of the primary school children, the visual acuity test wan performed the object and subject method. The results were follows. 1. The eye types were 94.8% positive for myopia. 1.2% for emmetropia and 4.0% hyperopia, respectively. 2. The abnormal refraction eyes were 71.3% positive for simple myopia. 17.9% for myopic compound astigmatism. 6.9% for myopic simple astigmatism, and 2.5% for simple hyperopia. 06% for hyperopic compound astigmatism. 0.8% for hyperopic simple astigmatism. respectively. 3. The axis of astigmatism were 72.8% for astigmatism with-the-rule. 23.2% for astigmatism against-the-rule. 4.0% for astigmatism oblique, respectively. 4. On the total myopic spheric power, the -0.50$lt;spheric equivalent$lt;-2.00diopter was 71.3%, the -2.00$lt;spheric equivalent-6.00diopter was 27.3% and anything over the -6.00diopter was 1.4% . 5. On the astigmatic power, the 0.50$lt;cylinder$lt;l.00diopter was 60.0% the 1.00$lt;cylinder$lt;2.00diopter was 29.2% and anything over the 2.00cylinder diopter was 10.8%. 6. The total hyperopia spheric power was 66.7% anything under 2.00diopter and 33.3% for anything over the 2.00diopter. 7. The pupillary distance presented from 51㎜ to 65㎜, in most case, the pupillary distance was 59 ㎜ and 61 ㎜.

        신생 흰쥐와 성숙 흰쥐 각막의 미세구조 변화에 관한 연구

        The present study was conducted to investigate the structural changes in rat cornes. Sixty eyes from one-day-old uneyed rats, fourty eyes from 10-weeks-old adult rats were used. With the increase of age, the epithelial layer was thickened by the addition of new successive cellular layers. Then, the new-born rat`s epithelial cells formed a pentagonal shape, and the quality of decidual cells showed a high electron-density, although the boundary between cells was distinctive. The newly produced cells showed a low electron-density so that there was the distinctive difference between light and darkness. In Bowman`s layer, collagen fibrils demonstrate a regularly arranged structure along with the age. In stroma`s layer, the density of keratocytes was decreased and thereby progressively flattened during the development. The collagenous layer of the adult rats was more distinctive than that of the new-born rats in a form of vertical and horizontal parallel alignment running vertically and horizontally. Descemet`s membrane changed its structure significantly along with the age. It changed the shape from $quot;banded-layer$quot; to non-banded layer$quot; gradually. The thickness was also increased along with the age. Regardless of developmental stages, the endothelium is usually monolayer. During the developmental process, endothelial cells disappeared, so the density of endothelium was also decreased. The empty spaces were replaced by the expansion of adjacent cells.

      • 한국 어린이의 연령에 따른 굴절이상 분석

        Purpose. to describe the prevalence of refractive error according to aging in young children in South Korea. Methods : From July 2013 to June 2014, five hundred subjects( 250 male subjects, 250 female subjects; aged between 7 and 12 years) were performed in refraction test using the Auto-Refraction. Myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and anisometropia were defined as spherical equivalent(SE)${\leq}-0.50$ diopters, SE ${\geq}+2.00$ D, cylinder error ${\geq}0.75$ D and SE difference${\geq}1.00$ D between binocular eyes, respectively. Results. The refractive error by spherical equivalent among all subjects was myopia 80.41%, astigmatism 44.89%, emmetropia 18.27%, anisometropia 16.92%, and hyperopia 1.32%. The prevalence of myopia increased with age. but hyperopia was decrease. Myopia and astigmatism were much more common in male than females although the difference was not statically significant. Emmetropia and hyperopia were much more common in female than males although the difference was not statically significant. The prevalence of spherical equivalent was much common from -1.00 diopter to 0.99 diopter. On the other hand, the prevalence of myopia was much more than hyperopia. There was a statistical significance between 9 year and 10 year of female in the spherical equivalent power(p>0.05). In all another group of age, there was not a statistical significance as aging in spherical equivalent power(p>0.5). However, there was a statistical significance between male and female as age in the spherical equivalent power(P>0.01). Conclusions: Myopia was the most common refractive error in Korea young children, while hyperopia was decreased after 7 years. There was a statistical significance as age between male and female at spherical equivalent power(P> 0.01). these results suggested that the analysis of the refractive error as age at young children can give the useful diagnosis data for the correction of visual function.
