Bioactivity-directed fractionation from the seeds of Annona cherimolia resulted in the isolation of two known cytotoxic compounds : corrosolin (1) and compound-2 (2). The structures of these compounds were characterized on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Corrosolin has a relative stereochemical relationship of threo/trans/threo for the mono-tetrahydrofuran (THF) ring with two flacking hydroxyls, from C-15 to C-20, which is the annonacin type. Compound-2 has a relative stereochemical relationship of threo/trans/threo/trans/threo for the adjacent bis-THF ring with two flanking hydroxyls, such as in the asimicin type. The absolute configurations of carbinol carbons in corrosolin were determined as 10R, 15R, and 20R by analysis of its Mosher ester derivatives. Corrosolin and compound-2 are known, but are first isolated in this plant.

대학생 댓글 이용자 191명을 대상으로 1) 댓글 읽기 동기와 댓글 쓰기동기가 무엇인지, 2) 댓글 읽기로부터 얻는 만족감과 쓰기로부터 얻는 만족감에 커뮤니케이션 성향(논쟁성향과 언어적 공격성), 성격 성향(성실성, 신경성, 개방성), 댓글 이용동기(읽기 또는 쓰기 동기)는 어떻게 기여하는가를 조사하였다. 인자분석의 결과는 댓글 읽기 동기 구조가 비판적 읽기, 재미 / 오락, 이타심 / 토론참여, 편리성, 여론 탐색, 습관 / 소통 동기의 6개 요인으로 구성되었음을 밝혔다. 댓글 쓰기 동기의 경우는 분노감 / 반대 표현, 재미 / 오락, 관심표현, 편리성, 시간보내기, 의견표현, 이타심, 사명감 / 존재감의 8개 동기가 있었다. 읽기와 쓰기 행위간의 동기 요인의 차별성과 공통성의 의미를 설명하였다. 위계적 회귀분석은 댓글 이용동기는 댓글 읽기로부터 얻는 만족감과 쓰기로부터 얻는 만족감에 모두 유의하게 기여함을 확인했다. 그러나 커뮤니케이션 성향변인은 읽기와 쓰기 만족감 모두에 유의한 기여를 하지 않았다. 이용자의 경험에 기반하는 댓글 현상의 조사가 지니는 의의를 설명하고, 이용과 충족 분석틀의 유용성을 제안하였다. We examined, from a uses-and-gratifications perspective, motivations of reading and writing internet reply of college students, respectively. We also investigated impact of psychological attributes, including communication traits(argumentativeness and verbal aggression), and personality traits(conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness) on satisfaction resulting from the use of Internet reply. Factor analyses yielded six motives for reading Internet reply and eight motives for writing Internet reply. Hierarchical regression identified several results regarding satisfaction. Generally, personality traits and motives of Internet reply significantly predicted satisfaction of Internet users growing out of the activities of reading Internet reply and writing Internet reply while the communication traits did not predict. Implications of results were discussed in light of uses and gratifications research based on Internet users experiences and the role of Internet discussion for public sphere.

Most Annonaceous acetogenins are potently bioactive and offer exciting potential as new antitumor, pesticidal and other bioactives. The major mode of action of the acetogenins is inhibition of electron transport in the mitochondria. Acetogenins are waxy substances consisting of C32 or C34 long chain fatty acids which have been combined with a propan-2-ol unit at C-2 to form a Y-lactone. Acetogenins have been isolated from an extract of the seeds of Asimina triloba by directing the fractionation with brine shrimp lethality. The structures were characterized on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Xylomaticin, which is known but is first isolated in this species, was obtained. In brine shrimp lethality test(BST), xylomaticin exhibited cytotoxicity.

의약분업과 더불어 한받엑스쓱립제에 대한 수요가 증가추끼에 밌다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 딴이 사용되는 생약(한약)제제에 대하여 지표물질의 이행률 및 안정성을 검토하고 지표물질에 의한 한량시극법을 확립하고자 하였다 백삼을 한유하는 제제중 식품의약품안전청고시에 수재된 가미귀비랑엑스과킬등 10품목과 수재되지 않은 대건중탕엑스과립 등 j픔목에 대하여 탕저를 실험걸적으로 조제하고 갈근 감초. 계지. 목단피, 백작약, 진괴, 백삼, fl자. 황금, 황련에 대하여 원료생약 및 탕제에 대한 함량시극출 한 다음 각 지표성분의 이행률을 검토하였다. 각 탕제별 백잠의 함량시험은 진세노사이드 Rbi을 ·i표성분으로 하여 시험하였고, 진끼노사이드 Rbl의 이행를은 제제에 따라 fS.6~71.4ff의 범위플 나타네었다. 본 시험결과를 기초로 하여 제제중 백삼의 함량시험법을 고시에 추가 설정하고, 레건증탑엑스곽립제 등을 고시에 수재하는 등 향후 고시의 제 · 개정에 반영하고 씽약(한약)제제의 합리적인 푼질판피를 확립하고자 한다 The demands of herbal medicine preparations have been increased along )ITiti) the growing interest about healthcare and the separation of pharmacy and clinic.'rhereforethis study Ivas carried out to examine the availability of marker and its stability toward uTidel),-used herbal medicine rreparations. Annomolin and Annocherimolin, New Cytotoxic Annonaceous Acetogenins from Annona cherimolia Seeds

Two new cytotoxic anonaceous acetogenis, annomolin (1) and annocherimolin (2), were iaoated from an ethanolic extract of the seeds of Annona cherimolia. Annomolin has a mono-THF ring with one flanking bydroxyl and possesses a 1,2-diol at C-7/8 of the aliphatic chain. Annocberimolin has a mono-THF ring with two flanking hydroxyls and possesses a double bond at C-21/22. Their structures were elucidated by spectral data and chemical derivatization. Compound 1 showed cytotoxic selectivity for the human prostate tumor cell line (PC-3), with a potency of over 10 000 times that of adriaraycin. Compound 2 showed cytotoxic potencies about 10 000 times those of adriamycin in the breast (MCF-7) and colon (HT-29) cancer cell lines.

A novel and two known bioactive mono-tetrahydrofuran (THF) annonaceous acetogenins, annomocherin (1), annonacin (2) and annomontacin (3), have been isolated from the fractionated ethanolic extracts of the seeds of Annona cherimolia, guided by the brine shrimp lethality test (BST). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods. All compounds have a relative stereochemisty of threa/trans/threo for the mono-THF ring with two flanking hydroxyls. Compound 1 has a double bond at C-23/24 of aliphatic chain. Compound 1 was isolated from natural sources for the first time, and was named annomocherin. Two known Compounds 2 and 3 which have never been isolated from this species before, were obtained. Compound 1 exhibited potent and selective cytotoxicities against the breat carcinoma (MCF-7) and kidney carcinoma (A-498) cell lines with 100 to 1,000 times the potency of adriamycin. In brine shrimp lethality test(BST) 1-3 exhibited cytotoxicity.
