        뇌하수체 제거술이 수행된 랫트의 혈액학 및 혈액화학적 소견

        The present study was carried out to produce the hematological and blood chemical findings after hypophysectomy in rats. Hypophysectomy was performed by the parapharyngeal method and the sham surgery was performed for the control group. Two weeks after the operation, the body weight of the hypophysectomized and control rats was measured daily for 5 days. We deleted the rats the weight gain of which is less than 5 g during 5 days from the hypophysectomy group. The successful operation rate was approximately 40%. In the hypophysectomized and control rats, their blood samples were collected from posterior vena cava after celiotomy under generally anesthesia with ether. Hematological parameters such as erythrocyte count, leukocyte count, hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit level, and platelet count were determined by Animal Blood Counter. The erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration, and hematocrit level were lower significantly (p<0.01), and the leukocyte count was lower significantly (p<0.05) in hypophysectomy group compared with control group. But the plate count did not show significant difference (p>0.05) between hypophysectomy group and control group. Also, blood chemical parameters such as glucose, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), aspartate animotransferase, albumin, total protein, cholesterol, calcium, and magnesium in serum were determined. Except BUN concentration, all parameters were not affected by hypophysectomy. But the BUN concentration was higher significantly (p<0.01) in hypophysectomy group compared with control group.

        지식가능성 역설과 반사실적 조건 명제에 대한 논파자

        모든 (의미론적) 반실재론자들은 모종의 검증원칙을 받아들인다. 그 원칙에는 반직관적인 강한 검증원칙과 상대적으로 그럴 듯한 약한 검증원칙의 두 가지 형태가 있다. 당연히 반실재론자들은 약한 검증원칙을 선호해왔는데, 이른바 지식가능성 역설은 사실 그 두 가지 형태의 검증원칙들이 동치라는 사실을 보여준다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서 에징튼은 새로운 형태의 검증원칙을 제시하지만, 그녀의 검증원칙 역시 그 나름의 문제점을 안고 있다. 이 난점을 극복하기 위해, 에징튼은 반사실적 조건명제를 이용한 지식모형을 제공한 바 있다. 이 논문에서는 이 지식모형이 심각한 문제점을 안고 있다고 논할 것이다. 익히 알다시피, 비결정론적인 미시적 현상의 세계에서는 극히 낮은 물리적 확률에도 불구하고 간신히 일어나는데 성공하는 사실들이 존재한다. 필자는 이런 사실들과 연관된 반사실적 조건명제는 인식적 논파자의 존재로 말미암아 알려질 수 없으며, 따라서 에징튼의 지식모형은 많은 경우 작동하지 않는다고 논할 것이다. Every (semantic) antirealist accepts one or another form of verification principle. The principle has strong and weak forms, the strong form being highly counterintuitive but the weak one being more plausible. Understandably, antirealists have preferred the weak form of verification principle. Unfortunately, the so-called knowability paradox shows that those two forms are indeed equivalent. To solve this problem, Edgington suggests a yet new form of verification principle. Unfortunately, her new principle has its own difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, Edgington provides a new model of knowledge, according to which every true proposition is somehow associated with a known counterfactual conditional. In this paper, I shall argue that even this new model of knowledge confronts with an insurmountable problem. It is a well-known fact that, in the microscopic levels, some facts manage to occur despite very low physical chances. I will argue that the counterfactuals linked with those facts cannot be known due to the existence of epistemic defeaters. Hence, Edgington`s knowledge model does not work in all cases.

      • 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재료를 이용한 간단한 손가락 섬피판 디자인

        Purpose: Various techniques have been attempted for design of the flaps. However, there are some disadvantages. They have thin, pliable, and two dimensional methods. The aim of this study is to report usefulness of polyurethane foam dressing materials for three dimensional design of the digital island flap. Methods: From June of 2007 to september of 2008, 10 patients received digital island flap surgery for soft tissue defect of the finger. After minimal debridement of the wound, size and shape of the defect were measured using polyurethane foam. We used Medifoam-$5^{(R)}$ And then, designed this inset the wound. The flap was designed on the donor site with a arterial pedicle as the central axis according to size and shape. A full thickness skin graft from the groin is applied on the flap donor defect and secured with a tieover bolster dressing. Results: Reviewing sizes of the flaps, the length and width of flaps ranged from 1.5 to 3.3 cm and 1.0 to 2.5 cm. The PACS(Picture Archiving Communication System) program allows identification of the donor depth of finger. The distance for the soft tissue ranged from 4.3 mm to 6.7 mm. Mean depth of donor site was 5.3${\pm}$0.6 mm. Also, the thickness of Medifoam-$5^{(R)}$ ranged nearly 5 mm. On flap insetting, full-thickness skin graft was necessary. We did not experience any problems in the recipient site size either, regardless of the extended flaps. Conclusion: Polyurethane foam has many advantages over the more conventional templates. Refinements in flap design and surgical technique resulted in favorable functional and cosmetic results. Especially, for beginner, Polyurethane foam dressing material is a simple and safe tool and therefore is an excellent choice for design of the island flap.

        잠자는 미녀 문제에 대한 가버식 해결책

        이전 논문(2009)에서 나는 잠자는 미녀 역설에 대한 한 가지 해결책을 제시하였는데, 그에 의하면 미녀가 동전 앞면에 월요일에 부여하는 확률은 1/2보다 낮아야 한다. 이것은 물론 1/3주의에 유리한 결론이다. 그렇지만 내가 1/3주의를 성공적으로 옹호했다고 할지라도, 한 가지 중요한 물음이 남는다: 왜 1/2주의는 틀렸는가? 그들의 주요 논변은 간단하다: 잠자는 미녀는 동전이 어떻게 땅에 떨어지는지에 대한 새로운 증거를 받지 못했기 때문에, 그녀가 그가능성에 부여하는 확률은 이전과 같아야 한다. 이제 다음 사실에 주목해 보자: 만일 1/3입장이 옳다면 잠자는 미녀 역설은 이른바 오래된 증거 문제의 새로운 예가 될 것이다. 이 논문에서 나는 새롭고 직접적으로 관련된 증거가 없음에도 왜 잠자는 미녀가 그녀의 믿음의 정도를 바꿀 수 있는지 대니얼 가버(1983)가 오래된 증거 문제에 대해 내놓은 해결책을 가지고 설명할 것이다. In my previous paper (2009), I defended a solution of the Sleeping Beauty problem, according to which, on Monday, Sleeping Beauty assigns a lower credence to the coin`s landing heads than 1/2. This conclusion was largely favorable to the Thirder view. However, even if my defense of the Thirder view was successful, it left one important question to be unanswered: Where did the Halfers go wrong? Their main argument was simple: Because Sleeping Beauty does not receive new and relevant evidence about how the coin lands, her credence in its landing heads should remain to be the same. But note that, if the Thirder view was right and Sleeping Beauty receives no new and relevant evidence, then this becomes a special case of the so-called old evidence problem (Glymour, 1980). In this paper, I will explain why it is rational for Sleeping Beauty to change her credence despite the lack of new evidence about the coin`s landing heads. For this explanation, I will use Garber`s well-known solution to the old evidence problem.

        본 논문에서는 인터넷 기술의 발달로 다양한 분야의 다양한 응용과 서비스들이 웹으로 집중됨에 따라 하나의 서버가 제공할 수 있는 서비스 범위를 윌들히 넘어서고 있는 추세로서 확장성과 고가용성을 가진 클러스터 시스템이 해결 방안으로 떠오르고 있다. 이에 클러스터 시스템의 효과적인 메모리 관리를 하기 위해 서비스 가능 노드와 URL 정보를 확인하여 페이지 중복을 최소화 하고 메모리 적중률을 향상하여 웹 서비스 품질을 향상하는 기법을 제안한다.

        복수를 (腹水) 동반한 간경변증환자에서 (肝硬變症患者) 혈장 (血漿) renin 활성 및 Aldosterone 치에 관한 연구

        Plasma renin activity and aldosterone level were investigated in normal control group(10 cases), patients with liver cirrhosis(13 cases) and liver cirrhosis with ascites(17 cases). Plasma renin activity was elevated in cirrhotic group and more marked in hepatic cirrhosis with ascities and aldosterone level was elevated in cirrhotic group with ascities but normal in nonascitic groups. PRA and aldosterone level was negative correlated with plasma sodium and urine volume in ascitic group, but excretion of sodium and potassium were poorly correlated with PRA and aldosterone.

        한국 민간경비 발전에 따른 경비업법 개선방향 연구

        한국의 민간경비는 1950년대 초 미8군부대를 경비하면서 시작되었다. 이후 1976년 12월 31일 용역경비업법이 제정되면서 민간경비산업은 성장을 하게 되었다. 1980년대 초부터 선진국 민간경비의 기술과 자본을 도입하면서부터 급속한 성장을 하게 되었고, 86서울아시안게임, 88서울올림픽 등 국제적인 행사에 민간경비업체가 업무에 참여하면서 민간경비는 민생치안 대안으로서 미래 산업의 하나로 각광받게 되었으며, 일반인에게도 대중화되어 양적인 수요도 증가 하였다. 또한, 용역경비업법이 제정 된 후 15차에 걸쳐 소폭 개정 또는 대폭 개정되고, 변화하는 경호경비 환경과 사회변화에 대응하기 위해 제도적으로 보완하면서 많은 노력을 하였다. 그러나 업무의 특성과 직무에 맞지 않는 허가요건 강화, 감독기구의 대체, 이원적 운용체제의 단일화, 배치상문제점, 전문경비인력의 자격화가 문제점으로 도출되었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 경비업자에 대한 자격요건은 객관적이고 신뢰성있는 결격사유로 재구성되어야 하며, 민간경비를 담당하는 기구로서 별도의 기관을 구성하여 청원경찰법과 경비업법의 운용체제를 법률적 단일체제로 구성하여야 한다. 그리고 경비원의 자격기준을 강화시킬수 있는 교육과정을 개선해야한다. 또한 관련대학 및 관련업종 경력자들에게 교육의 일부 면제사항 등을 추가하여 시행될 수 있도록 경비업법이 발전적으로 개선되어야 할 것이다. The private Security Industry of korea began after served security service for the United States army of 8 division. The industry grew up after establish private security regulation on December 31th of 1976. Early 1980’s the industry was accelerated from bringing technical knowledge of developed nations rapidly. Also, private security was gotten into the spotlight by one of futurity industry instead public security after companies performed 86 Asian game and 88 Seoul Olympic successfully. Therefore, the industry became to increase qualitatively and quantitatively. The security law reformed significantly fifteen times, response to the systematic effort to complement in changes of the environmental security guard’s society and social society. However, the business nature of the authority does not meet the job requirements, changing of the director agency, disunity system, placement issues, unqualified security guards issues were produced. To resolve these issues for security guards qualifications need to contain reliablity and objectivity. The security guard institution’s authority needs to be formed independently include security polices law (policeman on the special guard assignment) and the security law. And the private guards and security guards of the eligibility criteria can enhance curriculum should improve. In addition, the relevant university and related sector career training to those who are some of the exclusions will be implemented by adding a guard up so that you can act as constructively dissolve this will be improved.

        Somatotropin 이식 제형 개발과 지속적 방출 효과

        The present study was carried out to develop a sustained release implantable formula of bovine somatotropin (SRIF-BST) and to examine its sustained release effect. The SRIF-BST was produced by coating a solid pellet, which was comprised of BST and an excipient, made of a biodegradable polymer and poloxamer, which are capable of regulating the rate of BST release. The coated membrane of SRIFBST was observed with a field emission scanning electron microscope. The thickness of the coated membrane was approximately $1{\mu}m$, and the pore sizes of the coated membrane surface were below $10{\mu}m$. In dissolution test, the release duration of the SRIF-BST maintained for 10 days, whereas the release duration of the control BST formula maintained for 3 days. In weight gain assay and tibia test of hypophysectomized rats, the release duration of the SRIF-BST treated group was 12 days and the net weight gain was 53.16 g, also the tibia length and strength of the SRIF-BST treated group was increased 10.5% and 23.1% compared with those of the control group, respectively.
